Management and Application of Construction Remote Sensing Center's Homepage (건설원격탐사센터 홈페이지의 운영과 활용)

  • 현재 원격탐사 자료는 각 분야 혹은 기관별로 개별적으로 자료 관리, 정보 생산이 이루어지고 있어 활용성이 저하되고 있으며 목적에 따라 활용하는 자료가 다양한 상황에서 활용분야별 특성을 고려한 기술 개발 및 기반구축의 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 이러한 배경에서 공공기술연구회 소속 4개 기관 (항우연, 지질연, 해양연, 건기연)은 2002년 4월 지상분야, 건설분야, 해양분야 등 전문분야별로 원격탐사센터를 설립하여 공공활용 서비스를 위한 국가원격탐사센터로서의 역할을 수행할 수 있도록 협조체계를 구축하였다. 한국건설기술연구원의 건설원격탐사센터에서는 건설 분야와 관련된 지구관측위성 자료의 분석ㆍ활용 및 체계적인 영상 Data Base를 구축하고 이를 Web을 통해 서비스 할 수 있는 체계를 구축하였다. 현재 건설원격탐사센터 홈페이지(http://krsc.kict.re.kr)는 기 구축된 수자원/하천분야 관련 공간자료를 Web을 통해 서비스하고 있으며 공간자료의 분석을 통해 획득한 연구 성과들을 지속적으로 갱신하고 있다.

  • 오늘날의 학생들은 인터넷에 하루도 접속하지 않는 날이 없을 정도로 인터넷이 생활의 일부분이 되어가고 있다. 하지만 자신의 흥미와 부합되는 곳에만 접속할 뿐 학습과 관련된 사이트 접속은 거의 전무한 상태이다. 학생들은 자신이 접속하여 이용하는 사이트에서 정보와 자원을 찾아야 할 뿐 아니라 정보를 식별하고, 지식으로 변환하고 이를 다시 다른 사람에게 전달하는 능력을 길러주도록 도움을 받아야 한다. 그러나 학생들이 접속하는 대부분의 사이트는 흥미위주의 사이트이거나 학교, 학급홈페이지 정도이므로 학생들이 정보를 지식으로 만들 수 있는 동기나 기회를 제공하기에는 학생들의 흥미와 관심을 끌지 못하는 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 네이버 지식iN의 지식공유 운영 방법을 부분적으로 도입하여 학생들에게 효과적인 지식 습득, 수정, 선택, 완성을 하기 위한 홈페이지 모형을 개발하고 구현하고자 한다.

  • Korea goes on speedily an information-oriented world in the whole filed of society by diffusing the information-oriented education for the whole nation and the utilization of information. Consequently foodservice enterprise which is establishing their homepage in the web site for marketing purpose and direct application of restaurant management had been increased at recently for the restaurant's publicity, raising their image. The purpose of this study is to examine the feasibilities of internet application in the foodservice industry. Now the generation who most use the internet went into gear the generation of main consumers out of foodservice industry. Also teenagers who occupied the most portions of using internet are able to be the most important potential customer at present or in the near future. Therefore if marketing activity is recognized for this potential customer, it will be more effective than any other way to promotion.

  • This paper proposed Small business owners can use customer contact without additional external assistance professionals and mobile apps, the mobile web, homepage is can automatically create. Automation Platform system combines Single Page Application, cross-platform based native mobile apps, N-Screen based Content building, private cloud based PaaS of construction technology, P2P file sharing and network based multimedia-threaded technology and by automated platform to study how a small business to communicate with customers easily.

Relative importance of university promotion activities and images (대학홍보대상의 세분화 가능성에 관한 탐색적 연구 -홍보활동과 이미지를 기준으로-)

  • The objectives of this study are to examine what are the important promotion activities and images when students choose the university. In order to this research, 277 students drawn from university in pusan area are utilized and 5 hypotheses are analyzed by t-test, anova and regression analysis. The principal findings of empirical study are as follows (1) the most important promotion activities are ranked as follows 1) advice from other peoples(family and teacher are ranked highly) 2) publicity 3) university brochure 4) guide magazine for university 5) university homepage etc. Against our expectation, TV (radio) ad. transit ad. newspaper ad. are ranked lowly among the factors. (2) this study reveals that the most important university images are possibility of good job employment and future growth, confidence, ability of research and lecture, specialization of major etc. but history and tradition, scale of uni. are ranked lowly among the factors. (3) this study reveals that seven universities those are analyzed have different images. In order to achieve the more effective promotion strategy, universities may strengthen their good images and make better their weak images. I have a conviction that the findings above can be applicable for university promotion strategy.

A Study on the Improvement of Supplement Education for Multi-family Housing Managers (공동주택 관리인을 위한 보수교육 개선에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study was to make improvement plan of supplement education for multifamily housing managers. It had investigated a difficult degree of managerial work and troubles of education through questionnaires by 144 housing manager in Ulsan. Analysis methods adopted in this study were frequency, percentage, mean, one-way ANOVA by the SPSS 10.0 for windows program. The parts of evaluation tool were composed of maintenance, operating management, residential life management. The evaluation tool got contents through the documents research, present education contents and questions on the Internet. Likert summated scale(5 point) was used. The results of study showed that a difficult degree of managerial work in the residential life management was the highest. A difficult degree of maintenance work was the highest on the defect examination and decision of repair method of equipment facilities and construct frame. The degree of difficulty of the operating management was high on the homepage management through Internet and well-being progress of housing managers.

  • The purpose of this study was to survey curriculum of the department of housing and to develop housing welfare educational program in order to offer the information helpful to the professional of housing education and housing policy makers. Documentary research and content analysis methods were used in this study. Data drawn from internet homepage of each universities and public institutions. The major results of this study are as follows. 1) There were 30 universities which has related to the department of housing and the name of major was very various. The half of their curriculum were housing and interior design. 2) The housing welfare educational program should be step by step. The first is basic step to learn basic theory of housing and to establish concept of housing welfare. The second is application and practice step of housing design and housing policy and housing economics. The third is specific application step to consider that who were taker from the housing welfare policy and to take practical training in field.

A comparison study on the online media relations reported in homepages of hospitals in Korea and hospitals in USA (국내 병원과 미국 병원의 홈페이지를 통한 언론관계 비교 분석에 관한 연구)

  • Now more than ever, many journalists are using hospitals' homepages for articles about hospitals, their mission, research, and events. Therefore hospitals' homepages have to be planned and constructed for journalists. The purpose of this study is to investigate hospitals' online media relations through analysing homepages. For investigating specifically, this study compares hompages of hospitals in Korea and hospitals in USA. This study uses four categories; basic media relations tools, useful information, interactive communication tools, and ease of use for journalists. The result of this study shows that hospitals' homepages in Korea are needed to improve for building with journalists. The hospitals' hompages have to be constructed by a variety of materials; press room, image and graphic archives, multimedia resources, and interactivity or responsiveness. This study suggests that the hospitals' homepages have the potential to achieve the desired public relations objective but are not commonly being used to their full potential in media relations.

  • 최근 인터넷에 접근할 수 있는 웹 접근성 향상이 많은 분야에서 이루어지고 있지만, 교육용 홈페이지에서는 이에 대한 인식이 부족한 형편이다. 이 논문에서는 한국형 인터넷 웹 접근성 지침에 대하여 알아보고, 웹 접근성 평가도구인 KADO-WAH 프로그램을 활용하여 교육 관련 홈페이지를 웹 콘텐츠 접근성 지침에 따라서 평가해 본다. 평가도구로 평가가 이루어지지 못하는 부분은 일선 학교 컴퓨터 관련 교사들에게 설문지를 통하여 웹 접근성 평가를 받고, 그 결과를 분석한다. 평가도구에 의한 평가와 설문조사에 의한 평가에는 어떤 차이가 있는지 살펴보아 교육용 홈페이지의 웹 접근성을 높이는 방안을 갈구하고자 한다.

  • 최근 인터넷 웹 콘텐츠의 접근성에 대한 표준화의 준수와 웹 접근성 향상을 위한 노력이 정부, 공공기관, 기업까지 확산되고 있다. 이 논문에서는 웹 접근성 표준 지침에 패하여 알아보고, 표준 지침별 평가 항목에 대하여 비교 분석한다. 또한, 웹 접근성 인증 기준에 의한 중요도에 대해서도 분석한다. 그리고 웹 접근성 평가도구인 KADO-WAH 프로그램을 활용하여 교육 관련 홈페이지를 웹 콘텐츠 접근성 지침에 따라 지침별 준수율을 비교 분석한다.
