We have developed the computer system with MOCT which is called "The Integrated National Groundwater Information system" since 1995 and now begin to supply the database and related informations for ground water by internet homepage. The integrated system is composed of four sub systems which are "Groundwater Information System", "DUREBAK", "Hydrogeologic Map Management System" and "Groundwater World Homepage". The local government offices use the "DUREBAK" program to manage the well development and maintenance. About 1,000,000 wells are managed in "DUREBAK" program and they submit the well database to MOCT every year. And now everyone can obtain the well data and other informations through internet homepage. We have set the standard process of data acquisition and management for ground water last four years.s of data acquisition and management for ground water last four years.

The Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs(MLTM) constructed the IMO Korea homepage to owned jointly IMO information when establishing a international standard in about marine transport and the shipbuilding, in order to speak for the profit of Korea in IMO and it was double renewal since 2004. But the newly re-opened the IMO Korea homepage is also operated to the level which simply keeps IMO documents because of limited H/W sizes. This study investigated and analyzed the domestic and similar foreign homepages to provide effectively about the IMO informations At the result, these homepages were serviced to the meeting resultants using the various contents such as Semantic search, Thesaurus search, establishment of web accessible etc. Therefore, the existing IMO Korea homepage must be re-constructed as IMO Information Portal Site to provide better information.

최근 무선인터넷 기술의 발달로 언제 어디서든지 정보를 얻을 수 있는 다양한 기술들이 개발되고 있다. 무선인터넷 기술이 발달함으로써 우리 생활에서 휴대폰을 다양하게 활용하기 위한 많은 연구 활동이 이루어지고 있으나 초등교육 현장에서의 활용은 아직까지 미비하다. 이에 본 논문에서는 무선인터넷 기술을 초등교육 현장에 적용하며 학부모를 대상으로 언제 어디서나 정보를 얻을 수 있도록 모바일 학급 홈페이지를 설계하고 구현하였다. 본 모바일 학급 홈페이지의 특징은 첫째, 유 무선 홈페이지의 연동으로 학부모들은 쉽게 접할 수 있는 정보기기를 이용하여 시간과 장소에 제한받지 않고 정보를 얻을 수 있다. 유선과 모바일 홈페이지에서는 공지사항과 알림장 확인이 가능하고 자료실, 게시판은 유선 홈페이지에서만 운영하였다. 둘째, 모바일 홈페이지는 작은 화면과 전송 속도를 고려하여 텍스트 위주로 핵심 정보를 전달하였다. 셋째, 학생 개인과 관련된 정보는 컴퓨터와 핸드폰을 이용하여 학부모에게 문자 서비스로 제공하였다.

최근 도서관 홈페이지를 통한 정보탐색행위가 다른 사이트들에 비해 낮은 편이다. 이를 해결하기 도서관에서는 웹 2.0 기반으로 도서관 홈페이지를 개선하고 있는 중이다. 본 연구는 웹 2.0의 대표적인 웹사이트와 웹 2.0 트랜드를 도입하고 있는 국내외 도서관 홈페이지를 분석하여 새로운 도서관 서비스를 방안을 찾아보고자 하였다. 그 결과 AJAX, RSS, Open API, MashUp, Wikis, 블로그와 같은 기술들을 도서관 홈페이지 적용하면, 도서관 홈페이지가 이용자 중심으로 변화할 수 있다는 사실이 다. 그러나 정보를 전달하는 도구나 서비스가 새롭게 개발하는 것도 중요하지만, 더 중요한 것은 이용자들에게 전달할 정보를 생산하는 일이다. 즉 새로운 정보전달도구를 통하여 이용자들이 도서관 정보를 활용할 수 있도록 안내하는 정보를 생산하여 이용자들의 정보욕구를 촉진하는 일을 병행하는 일이 보다 더 쉬워졌다. 이것은 나아가 도서관으로 하여금 정보생산자로서 그 역할을 확대하는 계기가 될 것이다.

Nowadays, the World Wide Web (WWW) has become an important resource of timely information for the information-related people such as information scientists, librarians, and students in Library and Information Sciences area. They are information professionals who navigate the information on the internet. Also, they need to be information providers who build a WWW homepage. This paper is a study of the necessity, preparation, and building WWW Homepage files for school of Library and Information Sciences in the age of competition among disciplines. It is particularly focused on the colleges and universities in Republic of Korea (ROK) and North America area. The purpose of this study is to provide various kinds of reference information to prepare a homepage in the future as utilizing information on the internet effectively. Even though a Web page was necessary for a school of Library and Information Sciences to show news, and introduce the purpose of the disciplines and the curriculum of the school, and the professors of a class etc., it was not well-prepared yet in ROK. However, a web page was used well enough and prosperous in North America area (Canada, the United States, and Puerto Rico) comparatively. Those web pages were analyzed and studied to prepare for a good designing of homepages for school of Library and Information Sciences in Korea and for the age of competition among disciplines in this paper. Suggestions for designing a good homepage and guidelines for preparing a best one were studied after both reviewing literature and utilizing experiences by the author who currently serves in the School of Library and Information Sciences in Keimyung University and builds homepage for the school. As a result, the major suggestions are ; premiered, and they are as follows: (1) English version of a homepage is necessary, (2) Provide a multimedia presentation about the nature of a school (3) Incorporate a place to let people make suggestions on the contents (of a homepage), (4) Bear in mind that potential users must be familiar with abbreviations you used, (5) Absolutely do not use abbreviations that may make the content more difficult to understand, (6) Add a feature on the every single page that will take the user back to the main page, (7) Use clear, short and well-structured sentences and remember to divide text into paragraphs, (8) Date with a creation or modification date in the homepage to indicate the updated date, (9) Being a multimedia environment, use colors effectively (the guidelines were also suggested), and (10) Put colleges' name into the title of bookmarks to find out them easily.

This study aims to investigate the effects of the implementation of self-directed learning through the homepage between the teacher and the students for English reading classes. The study focuses on the questions of whether the self-directed learning through the homepage, compared to the teacher-centered learning, would enable a significantly positive change in the students' achievements and of what their responses to this new learning method are. 72 students were grouped into an experimental and a control group, and then each group was subdivided into three levels (high, medium, low) of proficiency. Findings demonstrate that the experimental group showed statistically more significant increases in their scores of reading proficiency test than the control group. For the question of students' responses to the learning experience, the three groups within the experimental group responded to a questionnaire survey with regard to the positive attitude of learning, the effectiveness of self-directed learning and its learning materials, and usability of the homepage. In general, the experimental group considered the experience satisfactory, although the degree of positive responses varied according to the proficiency level of the group. This suggests the importance and effectiveness of self-directed learning using the computer and internet as a supplementary learning tool.

이 연구는 오늘날 대부분의 도서관 홈페이지 상에 설정된 분류 관련 탐색장치들이 자료분류의 목적(분류의 본질적인 역할은 자료를 주제적으로 밀접하게 연관시키는 탁월한 브라우징 효과이고 또한 목록상에서 검색요소(색인어)의 역할도 하게 되는 것이다)을 제대로 하지 못하는 것을 발견하고 그 개선책을 제시하고자 하는데 의의를 두고 있다. 구체적으로는 DDC를 사용하는 상당수의 국내외 도서관 홈페이지를 방문하여 먼저 세부 항목을 마련하여 분류기호 탐색장치의 문제점들을 분석하고 평가한 다음, 그 내용을 토대로 바람직한 개선방안을 제시하고자 하는데, 특히 분류브라우징(주제의 계층적 접근이 가능하도록 만든 장치) 관련 장치를 유용하게 하기 위한 수단으로 DDC(1000구분 : 요목표)를 한국 실정에 맞게 조정 변개하였다. 분류의 탐색요소로서의 기능과 브라우징 역할은 홈페이지 검색장치에서 상호 유기적으로 작용하도록 설계되어야 시너지 효과를 기대할 수 있다고 판단되기 때문이다.

This study is about internet marketing of family restaurant through marketing mix and we found out the way which can make to activate by means of analysis of family restaurant's homepage. This study was done as following precedure. First, we've compared between characteristic was based on contents distinctive quality of family restaurant's homepage through the marketing mix. And in the next step, we've compared and ana lysed homepage of family restaurant which was chosed by the internet surfing. In the last, we evaluate strategy of marketing mix which is going well in the each field of business and then research of the way can improve internet-marketing. We draw the findings which is seperated by goods, price, promotion, distribution, other service according to marketing constituents. As a result of study, it is found that each company has given much more weight on some part in internet marketing's field of activity. In general, they put an emphasis on activity of goods and promotion. On the other hands they don't consider prices and delivery to be important compared with other parts. One of the most important things about internet-marketing is that fast and exact feedback and community makes each firm to be able to help to communicate with customer. It's like off-line-restaurant make use of free-coupon and an anniversary service.

The objective of this research is to evaluate the web standard as well as web compatibility of English homepage of tourist information manage local government. Thru this research, effective information and service can be provided to increasing foreign visitors and compatibility of English homepage can be strengthened. SortSite, a web compatibility measurement tool and UNICORN, a web standard measurement tool were utilized for this research. Chrome, Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari and Opera were targeted for evaluating web compatibility and observance rate of Markup grammar and CSS grammar was checked for evaluating web standard. Research result showed that 46.7% of Chrome version ${\leq}34$ and 35 didn't observe the web compatibility while 95.6%, 53.3%, 53.3%, 53.3% and 55.6% of Internet Explorer version in order of 7.0, 8.0, 9.0, 10.0 and 11.0 didn't observe the web compatibility. Concerning Firefox, 75.6% and 48.9% of version in order of ${\leq}6.0$ and 7.0 didn't observe the web compatibility and 37.8% of Opera version ${\leq}12.17$ and ${\leq}21$ didn't observe the web compatibility. Regarding the web standard, 80% of English homepage didn't observe Markup grammar and 60% of them didn't observe CSS grammar. Therefore, urgent improvement of web compatibility and web standard is required.
