안료의 배합비가 더블 도공지의 물성 및 인쇄적성에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Blending Ratio of Pigments on Properties and Printability of the Double Coated Paper)

  • The main objective of this study was to investigate effects of pigment mixed with different ratio on the double coated paper. Mineral pigments such as clay and ground calcium carbonate(GCC) as well as hollow sphere plastic pigment were used to evaluate the physical, optical properties and printabilities of double coated paper. The physical properties such as gloss and smoothness, and the printability(ink gloss) of double coated paper were measured to evaluate the effects of the bottom layer on improving the properties of top layer. The data indicated that the usage of hollow sphere plastic pigment for the bottom layer coating improved the surface properties of double coated paper, and that ink gloss was significantly influenced by the structure of bottom layer even when hollow sphere plastic pigment was used for the bottom layer coating.

  • The monodispersed polystyrene spheres were prepared by emulsion polymerization in aqueous alcohol system. They coated with silver by reduction of silver ion percolated on the surface of them. The spherical hollow type silver has been prepared by dissolving polystyrene with toluene. Epoxy resin compositions with spherical hollow type silver were manufactured, which were composed of a bisphenol F type epoxy resin (RE-304S), amine type hardener (Kayahard AA), and 1-benzyl 2-methyl imidazole (1B2MI) as catalyst. The electrical conductivity with silver content ratio were investigated after cure, the percolation threshold weight ratio for conductance in this epoxy resin system was obtained above the 70 wt% of silver.

  • 중공사막 접촉기에 적절한 PVDF 중공사막을 상전이 공정에 의하여 제조하였으며, SEM 과 기체투과도에 의하여 그 특성을 분석하였다. 벤치규모 중공사막 접촉기에서 $SO_2$ 제거를 위한 흡수제는 수산화나트륨 수용액을 사용하였다. 기체는 shell side, 액체는 lumen side로 흐르는 counter-current로 실험하였으며, 흡수제의 농도, 기체의 유속, 액가스비, 유입 $SO_2$ 농도에 따른 영향을 알아보았으며, 수학적 모델링에 의해 막 물질전달계수($k_m$)를 측정하였다. 흡수제의 농도와 액기비가 증가함에 따라 기-액 계면에서 충분한 알칼리도가 제공되므로, 액체막 저항이 감소하며, 총괄물질전달 용량계수는 증가하였다. 기체유속이 증가함에 따라 기체막저항은 감소하게 되므로 총괄물질전달 용량계수는 증가하였다.

중공단면을 갖는 포물선형 아치의 면내 자유진동 해석 (In-plane Free Vibration Analysis of Parabolic Arches with Hollow Section)

  • The differential equations governing free vibrations of the elastic arches with hollow section are derived in polar coordinates, in which the effect of rotatory inertia is included. Natural frequencies is computed numerically for parabolic arches with both clamped ends and both hinged ends. Comparisons of natural frequencies between this study and reference are made to validate theories and numerical methods developed herein. The lowest four natural frequency parameters are reported, with the rotatory inertia, as functions of three non-dimensional system parameters: the breadth ratio, the thickness ratio and the rise to span length ratio.

형상비 4.0인 비내진 철근콘크리트 기둥의 파괴거동 (Failure Behavior of Non-seismic RC Column with aspect ratio of 4.0)

  • 축소모형 팔각형 기둥 실험체 2개를 제작하여 일정한 축력 하에서 반복 횡하중을 가력하는 실험을 수행하였다. 실험체는 중실단면과 중공단면이고 모든 실험체의 횡방향 나선철근 체적비는 0.00206의 값을 갖는다. 실험체들은 휨-전단 파괴거동을 보였다. 본 논문에서는 실험결과에 따른 파괴거동과 내진성능을 분석하였다. 실험결과, 중공 실험체는 초기강성, 초기 균열양상, 에너지 소산능력 등의 구조성능이 중실 실험체와 유사한 거동을 보였으나, 중공 실험체의 경우에는 3% 변위비 이후에 횡력, 극한변위, 에너지소산능력이 현저하게 감소되었다.

  • Recently, there is to increase interest in seismic performance of piers. Hollow section is applied to increasing the seismic performance of piers. However, hollow RC pier becomes the biaixial confining state because hollow part is not confined. The pier is developed brittle failure from inner face in hollow part. A tube is inserted in hollow part to become the weakness. This is ICH RC(Internally Confined Hollow RC) pier. This pier is enhanced stiffness, strength, and ductility by core concrete has triaxial confining stress. In this paper is researched about parameters effect the seismic performance. Parameters are hollow ratio, transverse reinforcement, longitudinal reinforcement, and concrete strength.

  • CdSe hollow sphere with average size of about 30-50 nm was synthesized from the mixed solution of cadmium chloride $(CdCl_2)$, sodium selenosulfate $(Na_2SeSO_3)$ and ethylenediamine(EDA, $H_2NCH_2CH_2NH_2$) at room temperature. The molar ratio of EDA to $Cd^{2+}$ showed the most significant effect on the morphology of CdSe hollow sphere. This paper will present and discuss the possible formation mechanism of CdSe hollow sphere based on the observation of morphological changes.

Column design of cold-formed stainless steel slender circular hollow sections

  • This paper describes the design and behaviour of cold-formed stainless steel slender circular hollow section columns. The columns were compressed between fixed ends at different column lengths. The investigation focused on large diameter-to-plate thickness (D/t) ratio ranged from 100 to 200. An accurate finite element model has been developed. The initial local and overall geometric imperfections have been included in the finite element model. The material nonlinearity of the cold-formed stainless steel sections was incorporated in the model. The column strengths, load-shortening curves as well as failure modes were predicted using the finite element model. The nonlinear finite element model was verified against test results. An extensive parametric study was carried out to study the effects of cross-section geometries on the strength and behaviour of stainless steel slender circular hollow section columns with large D/t ratio. The column strengths predicted from the parametric study were compared with the design strengths calculated using the American Specification, Australian/New Zealand Standard and European Code for cold-formed stainless steel structures. It is shown that the design strengths obtained using the Australian/New Zealand and European specifications are generally unconservative for the cold-formed stainless steel slender circular hollow section columns, while the American Specification is generally quite conservative. Therefore, design equation was proposed in this study.

내부 구속 중공 CFT 기둥의 비선형 해석 (Nonlinear Analysis of Internally Confined Hollow CFT Columns)

  • 내부구속 중공 콘크리트 충전 강관(ICH CFT: Internally Confined Hollow Concrete Filled Tube) 기둥의 비선형 해석모델을 제안하고 기존 연구자의 실험 결과를 이용하여 검증하였다. 제안된 모델은 콘크리트의 구속효과와 재료비선형성을 고려하였다. 검증결과, 제안된 해석 모델은 ICH CFT 기둥의 거동을 예측하는데 합리적이고 신뢰할 수 있는 결과를 보여주었다. 제안된 모델을 이용하여 매개변수 연구를 수행하였으며, 기둥의 거동에 영향을 미치는 주요인자로서 콘크리트의 강도, 중공비, 내부강관의 두께를 매개변수로 선택하였다. 해석결과, 콘크리트 강도와 내부강관의 두께는 기둥의 축강도와 모멘트 저항능력에 큰 영향을 주었으나, 중공비의 변화는 축강도에만 영향을 미치는 결과를 보여주었다.

편심압출굽힘가공법에 의한 사각형 단면을 가진 중공 튜브제품의 U형굽힘가공에 관한 연구 (A Study on the U-bending of Rectangular Hollow Tube by the Eccentric Extrusion and Bending Process)

  • The eccentric extrusion and bending process for the forming of the curved rectangular hollow tube is newly developed. Generally the bending process of hollow tube is the secondary process followed by the extrusion process of the hollow tube from the round billet. So many defects such as wrinkling and the difference of wall thickness can be happened during the secondary bending process. In order to avoid the defects the new process named as "the eccentric extrusion and bending process" is suggested and applied to the U-bending of rectangular hollow tube. In this paper the kinematically admissible velocity field between the dies surface and the internal plug boundary surface s developed for the curving velocity. By the using of this curving velocity field the curvature of extruded products can be calculated with the parameters such as eccentricity dies length friction constant aspect ratio.
