파주중앙도서관은 2017년부터 '시민채록단'을 구성하여 파주에서 오랫동안 살아온 사람들의 생애를 구술 채록하는 '휴먼 in Paju'를 실시하였다. 이 성과를 토대로 전국 최초로 도서관에 '기록관리팀'을 신설하였고 이후 조례를 제정하고 민·관으로 구성된 위원회를 구성하면서, 기록화 사업의 지속적 조건을 갖추었다. 또한, 모든 단계에서 공론화와 협업을 중시하여 파주시 전체에 기록화 사업의 중요성을 알리고, 시민 스스로 기록화 사업의 주체로 성장할 수 있도록 지원하는 체계를 만들었다. 이 같은 기초자치단체 도서관의 사례를 소개하고자 한다.

Purpose： The purpose of this study was to investigate the expectations toward a tele-health surveillance system by residents of an information network village. Method： A descriptive study was conducted using interviews with a questionnaire. Of the households in the village, 24 were selected for inclusion in a pilot study. All of the residents from these households, for a total of 67, participated in the survey. Result： Expectations for promotion of health by a tele-health surveillance system were higher in residents with higher level of education. Expectations for effectiveness of disease management and promotion of health status by a tele-health surveillance system were higher in residents with family history or experience with emergencies. The higher scores for health knowledge and health concerns were associated with higher expectations for effectiveness of disease management and promotion of health by a tele-health surveillance system Conclusion： Analysis of the characteristic of the residents should precede implementation of a tele-health surveillance system in any location as expectations for tele-health surveillance system differ according to the characteristics.

구술은 생존자의 기억을 통해 재현된 내용을 기록화 시키는 작업으로 구술채록은 구술자, 면담자, 촬영자, 녹취자 등의 협업을 통해 수행된다. 따라서 구술기록물은 생산 당시의 맥락이 표현되는 것이 중요하며 구술기록물 수집을 위한 기획, 구술기록물 수집, 보존 및 관리가 체계적으로 이루어져야 한다. 이러한 문제의식에서 시작된 본 연구에서는 구술기록물 중에서도 여성구술생애기록물의 특성을 잘 반영할 수 있도록 메타 데이터의 개념 모델을 설계하고 이를 통하여 요소들을 추출 하였다. 여성구술생애기록물 관련 기획부터 생산, 보존, 관리, 이용에 이르는 기록 관리의 전 과정을 포함하여 계층으로 분류하였으며, 전거레코드와 주제 시소러스를 통해 '여성'의 특징을 표현할 수 있는 시스템을 제안하였다.

For the success of system development, it is necessary to systematically manage the requirements that are the basis of system development and its verification results. In order to follow the principles of SE(Systems Engineering)-based V&V(Verification&Validation) process, requirements can be managed by securing the requirements and their establishments, design compliances, and verification compliances according to the system development lifecycle. Especially, in a large-complex system research and development project, such as a space launch vehicle development project, many participants establish, verify, and validate numerous requirements together during the project. Therefore, logical and systematic requirements management, including guarantee of data integrity, change history, and traceability, is very important for multiple participants to utilize numerous requirements together without errors. This paper introduces the practical requirements and verification management for the requirements-based development process in the space launch vehicle development project.

TQC, the features of Japanese QC (JQC), is forced to change now. There are many problems related to QC field, such as magnification of quality objects, social quality, thoroughness of CS, enforcement of PL law, applications of ISO standards concerning the QA system and the environmental management system, and still more recent American industrial tendency which attaches importance to TQM and so forth. Qn the occasion of JQC have passed for fifty years, since 1945. I would like to look back upon its QC history and discuss the meaning of the recent changes in QC concepts and the theoretical framework of its QC.

Recent business environments require a company to communicate frequently with other companies. This makes it essential to use XML (extensible Markup Language) documents. Especially in e-Business environments, change management of documents is important to record and trace the history of the documents. It is also important to reconstruct a certain version of documents that are exchanged among companies. In this paper, we propose a new method of storing a document by detecting changes automatically and reconstructing the document version when a user requests. A prototype system is implemented on top of a workflow system. Our approach provides efficiency of storage space and convenient management of documents.

Ecological communities adapt the concept of informatics in the late 20 century and develop rapidly in the early 21 century to form Ecoinformatics as the new approach of ecological research. The new approach takes into account the data-intensive nature of ecology, the precious information content of ecological data, and the growing capacity of computational technology to leverage complex data as well as the critical need for informing sustainable management of complex ecosystems. It comprehends techniques for data management, data analysis, synthesis, and forecasting on ecological research. The present paper attempts to review the development history, studies and application cases of ecoinformatics in ecological research especially on Long Term Ecological Research (LTER). From the applications show that the ecoinformatics approach and management system have formed a new paradigm in ecological research.

Certification flight test is very risky and there are many hazards. Because the flight test is performed with the aircraft, that is safety and flight characteristics are not proven. And the test items and conditions are critical. If there is loss of aircraft during certification flight test, the certification program, development period can be delayed. Therefore, maintaining safety of the aircraft during flight test is very important. There are not much flight test experiences in Korea. However, developed nations has long history of flight test and experiences of flight test accidents. Based on these experiences, they has developed systematic management methods for the flight test safety. In this study, I would like to introduce safety management and risk assessment of the certification flight test.

Unsafe behavior is one of the major causes of construction accidents. Managing the behavior of workers in real-time is difficult and requires huge manpower. In this paper, a new real-time locating framework is proposed to improve safety management by collecting and analyzing data describing the behavior of workers to identify habits that may lead to accidents. The aim of the study is to identify working habits of workers based on their location history. Location data is used to compare with that of other workers and equipment. The results indicate that the reuse of real-time location data can provide extra safety information for safety management and that the proposed system has the potential to prevent struck-by accidents and caught-in between accidents by predicting unwanted interaction between workers and equipment. This adds to current research aimed at automating construction safety to the point where the continuous monitoring, managing and protection of site workers on site is possible.

A data base design framework for predictive a preventive-maintenance system is presented in this paper in order to effectively control machines and reduce accident rates in the workplace. The data base is designed to meet general management requirements to evaluate different maintenance strategies. There are seven data files: the equipment list maintenace pesonnel, maintenance history, maintenance specification, spare part, maintenance equipment, and maintenance schedules. Each data base file has several record based upon data acquisition.
