본 논문에서 유교문화콘텐츠를 기반으로 도시 브랜드화 전략을 통해 도시가 활성화된 사례를 분석하고 도시 브랜드의 가치 향상과 도시의 활성화 요인을 고찰하고자 한다. 유수의 도시들이 문화자원을 통해 경쟁력을 확보하고 있으며 특히 전통문화는 차별성을 확보해주는 중요한 자산으로 그 가치가 더욱 부각되고 있다. 우리나라 문화 전반에 흐르고 있는 유교는 건축학적인 문화유산 뿐 만 아니라 예법, 문묘제례, 교육, 음식 등의 다양한 콘텐츠를 담고 있어 활용가치가 높은 문화자원이다. 그러나 대다수의 유교문화자원은 보존 및 운영에 어려움을 겪고 있으며, 무형의 자산 또한 활성화되지 못하고 방치되고 있는 실정에 있어 이를 지역의 특색에 맞게 특성화하여 도시의 브랜드화 전략에 적극적인 활용이 필요하다. 이를 위해 대표적인 유교문화도시인 안동시와 중국 산동 곡부시의 사례를 살펴봄으로서 유교문화콘텐츠를 활용한 도시브랜드 활성화 방안을 도출하고자 한다.

The purposes of this study were to reevaluate urban traditional houses and to propose direction for the conservation and utilization of urban traditional houses in a way of maintaining historical landscape rather than the value of urban traditional houses as components in expanded urban structure. For these purposes, we identified the characteristics of conservation and utilization of urban traditional houses by representative cases and analyzing them exhaustively, and suggested problems in the cinservation and utilization of traditional houses and solution for them. The current conservation system for Urban Traditional House in the Bukchon area is applied to non-residential Urban Traditional House differently according to the owner's consciousness of conservation because there is no support system for non-residential Urban Traditional House. Accordingly, there should be standardized criteria to maintain the landscape of the Bukchon area in terms of beauty formed by the elevation of Urban Traditional House and the continuity of roofs while accommodating various functions. As in total conservation or partial conservation, the interior remodeling of individual houses may be allowed but the three-dimensional external appearance composed of the outer walls, fences and roofs of Korean-style houses should be repaired and improved in a way of maintaining the image. In order to utilize Urban Traditional House in the Bukchon area, plans should be made in consideration of its location, historicity and tradition. We may expect the utilization of traditional cultural facilities and their surrounding areas as alternative cultural spaces. Such use of individual Urban Traditional House should be extended by linearly and areally and suggest the direction of conservation and utilization.

[Goshogi] which is held from 9th to 16th January, every year is the Buddhist service of praying for the soul of Shinran's $(l173{\sim}1262)$ after death. It is the most majestic high-filling style and also unparalled in the annals of Japanese history in sacrificial offering. Shinran was horned in the Fujiwara's family. And not only he believed Prince Shodoku's belife but also retired to the mountain to enter the priesthood by it. Prince Shodoku built Horyu temple which is the typical temple of Nara ages. Buddism was transmitted from Korean peninsula, three countries of Silla, Bekje and Kokuryo effected on many field of Japnese culture during that ages. At the same time, Kasugadaisha and Danjanjinja of Shinto religion was built by Fujiwara Family. Both of them was Buddhist temple before. Throughout like these historical background, the facts what the religious services and the sacrificial offerings for Prince Shodoku, Wakamiyasai of Kasugas' and Kakitsusai of Danjanjinja must be influenced from Korean Peningula. So the dietary culture of the religious rites and traditional customs between two countries could be thought the relation with a narrow stream strait. But among them, in the size, color and shape, the cooking method and technique in the usage of rice powder and sugar, it is tops in value. The noteworthy points of the thought were as follows: 1. high-filling style of the sacrificial offerings what is mixed and harmonized with Buddhism, Confucious, Sharmanism, Toaism and Korean traditioal customs. 2. eating together of god and human. 3. the fusion of gods and Buddha.

The purpose of this study is, to renew understanding the aesthetic value of a ruff collar and to expand the border of creation in designing as the source of inspiration being applied to an retro style by inquiring various ruff collars re-illuminated in the present-day fashion trend. The ruff collar investigated through the above historical contemplation became the source of inspirations in the current retro trend and was variously modified in modern fashion. In the 1980s, we can find a dignified and feminine image in graceful and exquisite suits or dresses. Especially, the spanish round ruff of the 2st period appeared on works by a lot of designers. From the application by designers like John Galliano in the latter half of the 80s, we can be well aware that the meaning of decoration was newly altered. In the 1990s, the ruff collar was shown in various fashion style, but it was what was reborn as a factor of modern fashion through a liberal compromise and harmony. Various style was shown from exaggeratedly swelling one to smaller one, which were more diversely applied than that of the 80s. A Medici collar and a Queen Elizabeth collar were also displayed being fitted to a modern sense by Vivienne Westwood and Louis F raud. A ruff in the 2000s was settled as a factor of modern fashion, exposing on works of designers more often than in the 1980s and 90s. The spanish round ruff appeared on garments, while a Medici collar and a Queen Elizabeth collar went out of sight. A new form of the ruff was regenerated by extreme magnification and simplification, and several designers like Issey Miyake and Alexander Mcqueen brought forward a new way in materials and technical skills. According to this research, a ruff collar developed as a fashion factor which characterizes a certain period of time, reflecting the aesthetical sense of Renaissance and turning into various and distinct forms. Afterwards, it exerted influence on modern fashion. This is offering the source of inspiration to contemporary designers.

상호운용성과 협력은 디지털 도서관에 있어서 필수요소가 되고 있다. 이의 대표적인 사례인 유럽 도서관(TEL)은 유럽 34개 국가 도서관의 통합 서비스를 목적으로 개발된 범 유럽 도서관 서비스로서, 이를 구축하기 위한 프로젝트의 이름이기도 하다. TEL은 각각의 국가 도서관이 가지는 장서의 방대함, 소장본의 문화유산적 가치, 국가기관으로서의 신뢰성, 디지털화를 통한 부가가치 창출에 우선권을 가짐으로써 유럽 각국의 문화적 이질성을 공유할 수 있는 기반을 마련하였다. 기술적인 면에서 유럽 도서관은 이질적인 장서 및 도서관 간의 상호운용성을 보장하는 발전된 방안을 개척하였다. 이 연구는 유럽 도서관 실현을 위해 진행되었던 출판사와의 관계, 메타데이터, 검색, 운영현황을 고찰함으로써 국가 도서관 간 통합 서비스 구축의 사례를 제시하고자 한다.

In the late decade of 1930, under the Japanese Imperialism, the Korean abstract art which was formed with affection by Japan and Europe. They say the early Korean abstract art is colonized, from a point that it derives from exterior impact. And they say also it is colonized not to be related to the representation of their own life world. On the other hand, the early Korean abstract art in 1930s is told as the prehistory of 'Korean Modernism in Art', which flourished in 1970s followed 'Informal Art Movement' in the late 1950s. Because the status of abstract art in 1930s was not more than a germ of 'Korean Modernism in Art', while they understand until 1950s as a period dominated by representational art based on Chosun Exhibition or Korean National Exhibition, the period until 1970s as a period ruled by abstract art which was accepted as 'Korean Modernism in Art', and the period after 1980s as a period by Min-jung Art and Post-Modernism Art. However, the historical value of Korean Abstract Art in 1930s cannot be passed over, if not trying to understand the development of 'Korean Modernism in Art' especially focusing on not their own history but the impact of Western and Japanese art. In the late colonial period, the Korean early abstract art was the strongest utterance of the time paradoxically, even if not related much to optical representation of the Korean subjectivity. Therefore the existing viewpoints about the early Korean abstract art should be changed.

본 연구는 강원도 DMZ 지오파크의 지오사이트를 발굴하기 위하여, 구곡문화의 하나인 곡운구곡의 경관적인 요소를 지형학적인 관점에서 재평가하는 것이다. 곡운기와 곡운구곡가에 반영된 경관에 대한 인식은 지형적인 요소를 잘 반영하고 있는 것으로 평가된다. 곡운구곡에서 가장 보편적인 지형경관 요소는 여울과 소, 폭포와 기반암 하상이었고, 3곡과 4곡의 화강암 기반암에 발달한 포트홀은 경관적인 아름다움을 강화시켜주는 역할을 하고 있다. 1곡과 2곡, 2곡과 3곡 사이는 다른 곳에 비해 매우 멀고, 이 사이에는 아름다운 경관이 여러 곳에서 관찰되는데 비해, 7곡에서 9곡까지는 뚜렷한 지형경관 요소가 없었다. 도산 정약용이 제시했던'설벽와', '망단기', '벽의만'의 위치를 고증한 후, 새롭게 곡운구곡을 설정하는 것도 좋을 것이다. 곡운구곡은 지형경관적 요소가 우수하고 훼손된 곳이 거의 없기 때문에 지오사이트로 적절한 곳으로 판단된다.

기억은 과거보다 미래를 위한 정신적 활동이고, 기억을 복원 재생해야 할 책임은 현대를 살아가는 지식인에 있다. 이러한 맥락에서 도서관이 사회와 동행하려면 기억을 복원하고 사회적 역할과 기능을 분석하여 지역발전에 어떻게 기여하는지를 논증해야 한다. 본 연구는 공공도서관 지역발전 기여 사례를 배경정보와 문헌 사례 연구, 현장조사, 담당자 인터뷰를 통하여 개항도시 부산 인천 공공도서관의 지역경제 발전, 지역문화 재생 및 진작, 지역공동체 형성 등을 중심으로 지역발전 기여에 대하여 논증하였다. 그럼에도 경제적, 문화적, 지역공동체 형성의 측면에서 지역발전 기여도는 완전체가 될 수 없다. 도서관 자체의 역사지리 및 건축예술 측면, 지역주민의 인식 및 이용가치 측면을 반영하는 후속연구가 필요하다.

Ocean warming can have significant negative impacts on population genetic diversity, local endemism and geographical distribution of a wide range of marine organisms. Thus, the identification of conservation units with high risk of extinction becomes an imperative task to assess, monitor, and manage marine biodiversity for policy-makers. Here, we surveyed population structure and genetic variation of the red seaweed Gracilaria vermiculophylla along the coast of China using genome-based amplified fragment length polymorphism (AFLP) scanning. Regardless of analysis methods used, AFLP consistently revealed a south to north genetic isolation. Populations at the southern coast of China showed unique genetic variation and much greater allelic richness, heterozygosity, and average genetic diversity than the northern. In particular, we identified a geographical barrier that may hinder genetic exchange between the two lineages. Consequently, the characterized genetic lineage at the southern coast of China likely resulted from the interplay of post-glacial persistence of ancestral diversity, geographical isolation and local adaptation. In particular, the southern populations are indispensable components to explore evolutionary genetics and historical biogeography of G. vermiculophylla in the northwestern Pacific, and the unique diversity also has important conservation value in terms of projected climate warming.

국회기록은 민주주의의 역사적 증거로써 큰 가치를 가지고 있어 공공기록 중 가장 활용가치가 높은 기록 중 하나로 볼 수 있다. 때문에 업무상의 참고자료 혹은 증빙자료로 활용될 뿐만 아니라 학술 목적으로도 이용되고 있다. 학술 정보 이용자는 우리 사회의 지적 능력을 향상시키고 간접적 혁신을 이끌 수 있으며 이들에게 맞춤형 서비스를 제공 한다면 기록관리기관의 지속적인 열람과 이용률을 증가시킬 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 국회기록을 담당하고 있는 국회기록보존소의 학술 정보 서비스 활성화 방안을 제안하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위하여 문헌연구와 미국과 영국의 입법 아카이브센터 사례조사, 국회기록보존소 서비스 담당 실무자 2명과 국회기록을 학술 목적으로 이용해 본 이용자 8명을 대상으로 인터뷰를 수행하였다. 분석 결과를 바탕으로 온라인 원문 구축 확대와 국회기록보존소 홍보를 통한 국회기록보존소 인식 개선과 국회사무처와 협력체계 구축, 주제별 국회기록 제공, 국회기록 수집 및 분석 지원을 통한 온라인 서비스 강화, 개인화 서비스와 연구가이드를 통한 맞춤형 이용자 서비스를 제안하였다.
