고도에 따른 한라산 구상나무와 주목의 외생균근균 다양성 비교 (Ectomycorrhizal Fungal Diversity on Abies korea and Taxus cuspidata at Two Altitudes in Mt. Halla)

  • 한라산 상부와 하부에 서식하는 구상나무와 주목의 뿌리에서 각각 외생균근균의 군집 구조를 분석하였다. 형태적 특징과 분자적 분석을 통해 구상나무에서는 하부에서 6속 8종, 상부에서 7속 10종의 외생균근균을 확인하였다. 주목에서는 하부에서 4속 8종, 상부에서 6속 10종의 외생균근균을 확인하였다. 외생균근균의 종 다양성 지수, 종 균등도, 종 수는 숙주식물과 관계없이 상부에서 높게 나타난 반면, 균투 수는 하부에서 높게 나타났다. 하부와 상부에서 구상나무와 주목 뿌리의 외생균근균 군집 간의 유사도를 분석한 결과, 고도에 관계없이 구상나무의 뿌리에서 발견된 외생균근균 군집 간의 유사도가 주목 뿌리의 외생균근균 군집 간 유사도나 구상나무 뿌리의 외생균근균 군집과 주목의 뿌리 외생균근균 군집 간의 유사도에 비해 더 높게 나타났다. 이는 구상나무가 주목과는 다른 특이한 외생균근균 군집 구조를 이루고 있으며, 기온 상승으로 멸종 위기에 처한 구상나무의 보전과 자생지 관리에 도움을 줄 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

  • In order to detect poisonous or physiologically active constituents in the higher fungi growing in Korea, thirtyeight species and three varieties were collected in Kyung Ki Province and subjected to systematic extraction with two kinds of organic solvents. The extracts wre examined for alkaloid by adding alkaloid reagents. Of these, seven species and one variety gave positive confirmatory tests.

  • Some 420 species of higher fungi were collected from the Mt. Paekdu, Songwha river and their adjacent areas from 28th July 12th of August, 1991 and identified to 2 subdivisions, 4 classes, 2 subclasses, 12 orders, 51 families, 141 genera and 336 species. The dominant species were Clitocybe gibba, C. clavipes, Cystoderma amianthnum, Hygrocybe flavescens, H. miniata, Russula cyanoxantha, R. emetica, Lactarius lignyotus, L. torminosus and Phellinus igniarus.

  • Many higher fungi were collected at Mt.Jiri, Mt.Moak, Mt.Sunun, Mt.Obong, Mt. Yonsuk, and Samrey-up from 1995 to 1997. They were identified and according to the results. Genus Myxomphalia and species of Lentinellus ursinus, Marasmius torquescens, Omphalina griseopallida, Myxomphalia Maura, Amanita perpasta, Pasthyrella bipellis, Conocybe aurea and Agrocybe farinacea were newly to Korea.

  • Many higher fungi were collected at Mt.Manrae, Mt.Kirin, Mt.Nam, Mt.Unjang, Mt.Yonsuk, Mt.Minjuji from May, 2000 to June, 2001 and they were identified. As the result, Marasmius buxi, M. epiphylloides, M. hudsoni, Mycena erubescens, Agaricus bisporus var. bisporus, Panellus ringens, Lactarius aquiflus, Leccinum quericinum were newly discovered in Korea.   • Many higher fungi were collected at Pyonsan penisula Mt.Odae, Korean Highway Cororation Arboretum, Mt.Moak, Yaksan island from 1996 to 1998. They were identified and according to the results, Hygrocybe coccineocrenata, Collybia neofusipes, Marasmius wettsteinii, Amanita esculenta, Lepiota fuscipes, Leucocoprinus subglobisporus, Cystoderma japonicum and Coprinus narcoticus are newly to Korea. 운행 중 대중교통차량 내 부유진균 농도 분석 (Concentration of Airborne Fungi in Public Transportation during Operation)

  • Objectives: The objective of this study was to evaluate the concentrations of airborne fungi in public transportation from autumnl 2016 to summer 2017. Methods: This study measured the concentrations of airborne fungi on six subway lines and intercity buses in Seoul. Results: The concentration of fungi in the air in public transportation was found to be lower than the standard (500 CFU/㎥) for vulnerable group facilities among public use facities. In summer, the concentration of airborne fungi was relatively higher than in autumn. The concentrations of airborne fungi in subway (252.0 CFU/㎥) and train (45.1 CFU/㎥) were high tendency during non-rush hours in summer, while intercity bus was hightendency during rush hours in summer (111.9 CFU/㎥). The major types of airborne fungi in public transportation were Cladosporium, Penicillium, and Aspergillus. Conclusions: The harmful airborne fungus were detected though they did not exceed the standard in all public transportation. As a result, further studies on the analysis of the distribution of airborne fungi by ventilation and the characterization of indoor environments are needed to propose effective management of airborne fungi in public transportation.
