The study aims to build a model for evaluating the effectiveness of activities and the effectiveness of financial investments in high-tech industries in Kazakhstan. The development of high-tech industries plays an important role in the economic growth of a country. In this regard, it is relevant to study the effectiveness of financing the most important industry in Kazakhstan. The development of the high-tech sector ensures the efficient functioning of the national innovation system. High-tech enterprises are one of the competitive sectors that allow us to develop and implement leading-edge innovations with the goal of their subsequent commercialization domestically and abroad. The author defines the multicriteria of efficiency in a knowledge-based economy associated with achieving an economic effect with multivariate correlation of results with costs. A multivariate dynamic model, an integral indicator of performance, an integral indicator of cost-effectiveness is proposed. The assessment of the effectiveness of financial costs and performance indicators in all regions of Kazakhstan have the positive dynamics of indicators, as well as a high economic effect. The results of the study can be applied in regional management to adequately assess the effectiveness of high-tech organizations and the effectiveness of financial investments, contribution to ensuring the economic security of the region.

This paper proposes 5 phase step motor drive system has high performance dynamics with micro step control has current controller. In this paper, analog current controller has been developed to minimize system size and cost. The validity of the proposed technique is verified through experimental results of position control robot.

High-tech industry has been the principal economic source for Taiwan in recent years. The characteristics of high-tech industries in Taiwan are changeable product markets, short product life cycles and high company attrition rate. In the globalization trend, the high-tech industry has gradually increased corporate competitiveness and reached the goal of sustainable operations through knowledge management, knowledge sharing and new product research and development. Firms have aggressively strengthened and integrated their internal and external resources and enhanced knowledge sharing to increase industry operational performance. Effectively strengthening the knowledge management operation and performance evaluation of knowledge sharing in Taiwan's high-tech industry has become a critical issue. In the selection of knowledge sharing Key Performance Indicators (KPI), this research divided the knowledge sharing indicators into representative strategic indicators such as organizational knowledge learning, organizational knowledge resources, organizational information capacity and organizational knowledge performance through screening using Factor Analysis. The characteristics of the constructs were interdependent. This research calculated and adjusted the correlation among the key performance knowledge sharing indicators using ANP and determined the relative weight of knowledge sharing.

밀레니얼 하이 테크 미디어의 개인화된 특성은 기존의 정형화된 크리에이티브 문법을 깨트리고 있다. 파괴적인 하이 테크 미디어의 정보 형태는 소비자의 성향이나 특성에 따라 상이하게 수용된다. 이 연구의 목적은 하이테크 미디어의 효율적인 크리에이티브 전략 수립을 위한 가이드라인을 탐색해 보는데 있다. 소비자의 심리적 성향에서 소비자 혁신성은 하이 테크 미디어의 크리에이티브를 평가하는데 핵심적인 요인이다. 소비자의 혁신성과 하이 테크 미디어의 크리에이티브 유형에 대한 설득 커뮤니케이션 효과를 알아 본 결과는 다음과 같다. 구체적(추상적) 크리에이티브 유형은 혁신성이 낮은 소비자보다 혁신성이 높은 소비자에게 광고에 대한 태도, 브랜드 태도, 구매의도 그리고 구전의도에서 높게 나타났다.

This paper presents a servo design method for high track-density hard disk drives, in which the plant time delay, mainly due to the processor computation time, is taken into account. The key idea behind the proposed design method is to incorporate the delay model into the output equation of the state-space representation for the plant model; thereby, the delay is accounted for by a standard state observer in a natural manner, with simplified state equations as compared to those for conventional methods. The results from practical application confirm that the proposed method is quite effective in realizing a high-bandwidth servo system in hard disk drives.

Recent entrepreneurship researches emphasize the importance of entrepreneurial behaviors, entrepreurs activities. This study focused entrepreneurial behaviors, especially entrepreneurial networking for using external resources which are critical to success. This study examines the relationship between characteristics of entrepreneurial networking and performance using data from 55 new high-tech ventures in Korea. We tested hypotheses that the characteristics of entrepreneurial networking are related to the performance of new high-tech ventures using regression analysis and t-test. Major findings of this study are as follows: (1) entrepreneurial networking are related to the performance of new high-tech ventures, (2) significant differences are found in the characteristics of entrepreneurial networking between high and low-performance firms, (3) some factors are related to the entrepreneurial networking. Finally, some managerial and policy implications are presented and future research directions are suggested.

A new floating power supply for the current measurement system of a high voltage power line is developed. It is confirmed that, the current measurement system can stably transfer the signal of the power line current about 50 - 300 A by using the proposed power supply. The excellent characteristics are obtained by the steady-state and transient experiments of the proposed circuit. $\textbullet$ The right figure shows the external view of the trial measurement system for 6.6 kV. In order to see the inside, 120 degrees of the insulator is cut. The toroidal coil for the power supply and the Rogowskii coil for the current sensor are both divided into two and fixed on the power line as...$\textbullet$ The proposed circuit can supply +5V and -5V voltages without using a solar cell and/or a battery.

Purpose - This objective of this study is to analyze the factors that impact Chinese consumers' purchasing intent for high-tech products. The study examines smart phones'features, Chinese personal consumer characteristics, and social influence. Research design, data, and methodology - The study employed survey data based on 200 questionnaires in principal Chinese cites between October and December 2011. SPSS 17.0 was employed to analyze the data used to test the hypotheses the analysis results confirmed some hypotheses proposed. Results - Hypothesis 1, Hypothesis 4, and Hypothesis 7 proposing that utilization, social image, and attractiveness, respectively, of smart phone elements influence the Chinese consumers' purchasing intent are supported. Conclusions - This study found the factors that impact purchasing intent for high-tech products among Chinese consumers, with some factors like social image, attractiveness, and utilization playing critical roles; however, hypotheses proposing factors such as ease of use, pleasantness, personal innovativeness, and compatibility were rejected. In future, more research focusing on the elements of smart phones is required.

Rice blast caused by the filamentous fungus Magnaporthe oryzae, is arguably the most devastating rice disease worldwide. Development of a high-throughput and reliable field blast resistance evaluation system is essential for resistant germplasm screening, resistance genes identification and resistant varieties breeding. However, the occurrence of rice blast in paddy field is easily affected by various factors, particularly lack of sufficient inoculum, which always leads to the non-uniform occurrence and reduced disease severity. Here, we described a procedure for adequately inducing the occurrence of rice seedling blast in paddy field, which involves pretreatment of diseased straw, initiation of seedling blast for the first batch of spreader population, inducing the occurrence of the second batch of spreader population and test materials. This procedure enables uniform and consistent infection, which facilitates efficient and accurate assessment of seedling blast resistance for diverse rice materials.
