초고층 벽식 건축물의 수직부재 축소량 계측 및 보정 (A Study on The Compensation Method of Vertical Members of Tall Building)

  • The construction of high-rise buildings is increased. The Vertical Member of tall buildings is inherently shortened and it causes several seriously problems such as tilting of slab, crack within partition wall, deformation of curtain wall. This also affects structural stability by inducing unexpected stress to the structural members such as outrigger. In this study, the column shortening according to revised field information and to compare the analysis results the actual field measurement. Pusan The $\#$, a 51-story apartment building which is currently under construction was chosen for the case study.

뮌헨 올림픽마을의 외부공간계획 특징에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Characteristics of Planning Factors to the Outdoor Space of the Olympic Village Munchen)

  • The purpose of this study is to find the characteristics of planning factors to the outdoor space of the olympic village munchen. The result of the research are follows; 1) The horizontal gardens of the low buildings and hanging gardens on the terraces of the high-rise buildings are intended as a continuation of the concept of the modelled landscape. 2) By virtue of the choice of the type of building and the way in which the buildings are staggered, the residents have an unimpaired view of the green spaces and recreation areas. 3) Leisure value is further enhanced by the proximity of the residential arms to the footpath running north to south. 4) The terraces allow the residents to enjoy more sun and sky, so that the view into the distance is the rule. 5) To improve orientation, the pedestrian paths to the residential wings are also situated directly over the underground vehicle-access roads.

  • 1960년대 후반부터 시작된 경제개발계획과 주택정책으로 좁은 국토면적에 많은 주택을 보급하기 위하여 다세대 주택인 고층 아파트가 많이 신축되고 있으며, 고층 건물의 규모 및 그 수가 기하급수적으로 증가함에 따라 인근 건축물과 근접하여 시공하는 경우가 많아지고 있다. 구조물의 신축.증축 및 지하철 공사나 통신선로 등의 지하공간의 활용에 따라 타 공법보다 공사의 진행속도가 빠른 발파작업이 크게 증가하고 있으며, 도심지에서 인근 고층 구조물 및 건축물에 발파작업으로 인한 진동 및 폭음 등의 민원을 일으키는 직접적인 공해가 발생되고 있다. 본 연구지역은 부산 명장동의 "B초등학교 교지정지 및 교사 신축공사" 현장으로서 인근 고층아파트 103동, 104동 및 105동의 1층, 6층, 11층 및 16층에 계측기를 설치하여 발파작업으로 인한 진동 및 폭음이 층별로 미치는 영향을 검토하고자 하였다.검토하고자 하였다.

미국 CDI사의 건축물 발파해체 기법 (On the explosive demolition technology of construction building CDI, USA)

  • Explosives demolition mothod is allowed for more efficient time-saving and safer demolitioni operations as compared to conventional / mechanical demolition methods. CDI has to minimize the effects of noise, dust and various demolition hazards to the public areas, and residences that are located adjacent to the project site. CDI's explosives demolition work on the Nam san Foreigner's Apartment Complex and chosun trading Co's factory are backed by over 45 years of explosives experience in the demolition of over 6,000 structures worldwide, many of these structures are similar to the Nam san Foreigner's Apt. and Chosun trading's factory in construction and proximity to sensitive adjacent exposures. Recoginized worldwide as the founder of the leader in explosives demolitioni technology, CDI always will applied "State-of-the-Art" explosives techniques to safely and successfully achieve the desired demolition results on these project. CDI has never injured, much less caused any fatality, to either a worker on one of our sites or to a third party during the implosion of high-rise structure.

  • 최근 주택을 선택함에 있어 주거환경에 대한 관심이 고조되고 있으며 이 가운데 강 또는 산 등 특정 대상으로의 조망과 개방감 여부가 주택가격을 결정짓는 중요한 요인으로 작용하고 있다. 실제로 기존 재고 주택시장의 아파트에 이러한 경관가치가 프리미엄의 형태로 주택가격에 내재되어 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 신규 주택을 공급할 경우 특정 대상으로의 조망이나 개방감 여부를 판단할 수 있는 수단이 필요한 상황이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 3차원 시뮬레이션 프로그램(3D Studio Max)를 이용하여 개방감을 측정하는 방법을 모색하고자 하였다. 연구 결과 3차원 시뮬레이션 프로그램을 이용하여 개방감의 유무와 정도를 파악하는데 유용한 수단으로 이용될 수 있으며 이외의 다양한 목적으로도 활용될 수 있음을 제시하였다.

건축배관시스템 내에서의 수격현상에 관한 실험적 연구 (A Study on Water Hammer Phenomena in Piping Systems of Buildings)

  • An experimental study was conducted on water hammer phenomena generated by quick valve operations in piping systems of buildings. Transient water hammer pressure waves were measured for three different types of valves, i. e. a ball valve, a solenoid valve, and on one-touch valve. The effects of flow rate and valve closing time on the maximum water hammer pressure were investigated. Based on the experimental results, general design recommendations were provided to prevent water hammer phenomena in piping systems of high-rise apartment buildings.

  • To cope with the serious housing shortage arising from rapid urbanization and industrialization, residential communities were constructed to meet the growing demand for housing. However, mass construction of these residential communities unavoidably resulted in uniformity standardization. In particular, for high rise apartment blocs using the ground floor as the center of the lower levels housings has raised problem of sunshine, airing, privacy. The research which it sees as the house low evaluation it is coming to become it plans a public facilities on lower levels of the building which keeps the quality which the ground connection and human scale back separates as, to solve the problem point of the lower levels house and the resident collective life which is smooth becomes accomplished.

  • These days the buildings are getting higher, bigger, and in a deep. According to that, it was the Large-Scale casuality by smoke from Daeyeongak Hotel fire in 1971 to Uijeongbu apartment fire in 2015, and the law of smoke control has consistently changed. but the analysis for improving the law isn't working. Therefore on this study, it conducts the analysis of historical comparative about smoke control and it will present the basic data for improving the law of smoke control and in-depth analysis.

  • 전 세계적으로 수많은 고층 건축물이 건설되고 있다. 건축물의 높이가 높아질수록 비상시 필요로 하는 유효 피난길이와 총 피난시간은 점점 길어진다. 일반적으로 건축물에서의 피난은 지상층의 안전한 공간으로 대피하는 것을 의미하는데 고층 또는 초고층 건축물의 대규모 수직적 공간에서는 하향식 피난뿐만 아니라 상향식 피난도 고려되어야 한다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 고층 아파트 1개소를 선정하여 수직적 이동방향에 따른 실물 피난실험을 실시하여 피난특성을 관찰하였다. 본 실험에서 피난자 개개인의 특성을 파악하기 위해 피난자들이 지상층에 도착하자마자 설문조사를 실시하여 피난행동간 개인 고유의 행동데이터를 수집하였고 이를 PASW 18을 활용하여 통계적 해석을 실시하였다.

국내 가죽소파에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Leather Sofa Industry in Korea)

  • The sofa industry, which is now one of the major furniture industries in Korea, has developed since 1970s as the apartment building boom and the rise of living standards triggered its demand. Among others, durable and high-quality leather sofa had been most favored and excelled other sofas since mid-1980s along with the growth of national economy before IMF control tightened money market in late 1990s. Leather sofa is still favored and its industry has great possibilities to increase as people tend to seek higher and more personalized living conditions with the stabilization of economy. However, there are several problems in the sofa industry due to the current economic difficult conditions, i.e.; 1. It is hard to cut down the cost of raw material as the supply mostly depend on import. 2. It is hard to keep product quality due to technical difficulties. 3. There are still illegal duplicates of foreign or domestic competitors'design. The aim of this study is to examine the reality of the leather sofa industry in Korea and to suggest new vision for its progress.
