고강도용 콘크리트의 온도상승 억제를 위한 고로슬래그 미분말의 효과 (The Effect of Ground Granulated Blast-Furnace Slag on the Control of Temperature Rising in High Strength Concrete)

  • 콘크리트가 고강도를 확보하기 위해서는 일반적으로 큰 단위시멘트량 및 낮은 물-시멘트비를 유지해야 하므로 콘크리트 타설후 내부온도 상승은 필연적이며, 구조물의 위치와 온도응력차에 의하여 콘크리트 구조물에 균열이 발생하게 된다. 그러므로 고강도용 콘크리트의온도상승 억제대책의 한 방안으로 고로슬래그미분말 3종류와 혼합률 4단계로 변화시킨 콘크리트를 제조하여 온도상승량과 최고온도 도달시간 및 강도를 측정하였으며, 고로슬래그미분말을 5단계로 혼합한 페이스트의 수화발열량 및 수화속도를 측정한 값에 대하여 고찰하였다. 본 연구결과 고로슬래그미분말의 분말도 6,000$\textrm{cm}^2$/g, 혼합률 50% 정도인 고강도용 콘크리트가 온도상승 억제효과 뿐만 아니라 조기재령에서의 강도도 비교적 잘 만족하였다.

  • Fly ash can be used as cement replacement material and can also produce the durable concrete. According to the results, the compressive strength of concrete containing fly ash is slightly lower than that of normal concrete at early ages, however, the long-term compressive strength is significantly higher beyond 90 days, and it increases the durability of concrete as well.

  • This study is to investigate properties of high strength.high flowing concrete using blast-furnace slag in temperature conditions of 5, 10, 15 and $20^{\circ}C$. The result of this study can be summarized as follows. 1) The use of blast-furnace slag leads to decrease of air content and increase of fluidity in the fresh concrete. 2) The early compressive strength of high strength.high flowing concrete containing blast-furnace slag is lower than the case with portland cement only. 3) The compressive strength development of incorporating in the concrete is poor at low temperature below about $15^{\circ}C$.

  • Sodium silicate - the usual portland cement which accomplishes a cement pouring reconsideration main stream and sodium silicate(No.3) after reacting sodium silicate(No.3) with the reaction sodium silicate where oxidation natrium which is included does not react with the cement receiving stiffening water it will burn together on underwater and to become the durability lacks pouring it is recognized. From the hazard which improves an advantage it used the additive which relates in congealing and stiffening of the portland cement and sodium tripolyphosphate(STPP) addition hour initial material age(72 hours at once) which does to be revealed the at high-in-tensity is discovered while accomplishing. The effect of additives on the reactions of sodium silicate solution and cement suspesion was investigated by various physical and chemical tests, such as Si-NMR, XRD, SEM uniaxial compression test. The additives were STPP(sodium tripolyphosphate), EDTA, SUGAR. The compressive strength of sodium silicate(No.3) - cement grout with additives was about $1.5{\sim}10$ times higher than that without additive in early age(72 hours).

  • This study is basic experiment for estimating influence of strength by curing temperature of concrete's heat of hydration and estimate relationship of compressive strength development by initial curing temperature factor, and then asume temperature factor which influence compressive strength development and for showing basic document of quality control. According to the result of cement mortar by the curing temperature factor high-curing temperature shows high strength on 3 day compare with low curing-temperature, shows higher strength than the piece of high curing temperature.

  • Fast-setting cement is usually used for emergency repair construction of roads, bridges, buildings and so on. In this study, we tried to develop fast-setting ultra early strength mortar for prepacked concrete and evaluated the properties of fresh and hardened concrete with it. The flowability of the mortar was high enough to be easily poured into coarse aggregates. It showed high early strength development which can make it possible to use newly constructed structures within $3\~4$ hours regardless of curing conditions such as curing temperature and curing environment. And it also showed good resistance to drying shrinkage and chemical attack.

  • Generally, it is indicated that concrete using fly ash as a part of cement content has lower early strength, and faster carbonation velocity. To improve these problems and provide useful information for high volume fly ash concrete, the properties of concrete - those include slump, bleeding, setting time, compressive strength and carbonation depth etc. - which contained large amount of fly ash as a part of fine aggregate were investigated experimentally. According to test results, it was found that the compressive strength of the concrete increased in early age as well as in long term age with the increase of the fly ash content. And the carbonation depth of concrete using fly ash as a part of fine aggregate was lower than that of plain concrete(FA 0kg/ $\textrm{m}^3$).

  • Recently, tunnels being constructed in korea with the increased construction of highways, high-speed railways and hydro structure. shotcrete and spray is one of the major processes in that construction. So general Shotcrete and spray has many problems on strength property, environmental pollution and human body noxiousness as the use of accelerater. However, In this paper using HES-LMS(High Early Strength Latex Modified Spray) without accelerater can solve problems which are mentioned above. problems that the hish early cement has can be solved by modifying material with latex. Therefore HES-LMS mortar is Classify by High performance and High ability. Analysis according to the variables such as W/C, Latex content and sand content is conducted. Studied about mechanical characteristic of material such as each parameter characteristic, and rebound characteristic is completed.
