고주파 트랜스포머의 권선배열에 기법 따른 손실해석 (Power Loss Analysis according to Winding Array Method of High Frequency Transformer)

  • This paper analyzed the power loss characteristics according to winding thickness and winding method of high frequency transformer. Power loss was analyzed by PExprt using FEM tool. The ferrite core model for analysis be used the EE10 type of TDK cop.. Transformer model objected flyback transformer type applied to flyback converter/inverter. Therefore, analysis results of loss were obtained from inner parameters of DC, AC resistance, leakage inductance, copper loss, core loss, and temperature etc.

  • In this paper, the energy flow analysis(EFA) of the body-in-white door of a real automotive was performed using the energy flow finite element method(EFFEM) to effectively predict the vibrational responses of built-up structures in the medium to high frequency range. To increase the validity of EFA results, the structural hysteresis damping loss factor was measured by the experiment using the concept of statistical energy analysis(SEA). As the excitation frequency increases, the predicted results simulated with EFFEM generally agree with the experimental results.

  • 본 논문은 병렬 공진 커패시터를 분리 설치한 전류형 고주파 인버터를 대상으로 하여 그 운전 특성에 대해 논하고 있다. 회로 해석은 정규화 파라메타를 도입하여 범용성 있게 기술하고 있으며, 회로의 특성평가도 행하였다. 또한, MOSFET를 스위칭 소자로 사용여 실험을 행한 결과, 이론적 해석과 잘 일치하고 있어, 연구 대상 회로의 이론적 해석의 정당성을 입증하고 있다. 향후, 제안회로는 유도 가열용 고주파 전원 등으로 활용되리라 기대된다.

  • This paper describes characteristic analysis of VVVf type high-frequency considering dead time. Static power conversion are now used in a great variety of application including induction heating, high-frequency generation, DC/DC power converter, etc. In the circuit analysis, an offer circuit was compared with safety operating region and steady state characteristics considering dead time.

  • 본 연구는 산업과 사회 전반에 걸쳐서 많은 영향을 미칠 사물인터넷에 관한 국내 논문들을 수집하고 분석하여 사물인터넷 분야의 동향을 살펴보고자 한다. 본 연구를 위한 조사 기간은 2015년에서 2019년까지로 하였으며 네이버의 학술정보를 이용하여 사물인터넷에 관한 국내 논문들을 수집하였다. 기간별로 수집된 국내 논문으로부터 빈도가 높은 키워드들을 추출하였으며 빈도가 높은 키워드 중에서 중심적인 키워드를 파악하기 위해서 중심성 분석을 하였다. 키워드 빈도에서는 2015년부터 2017년까지는 '센서', '보안' 그리고 2017년부터는 '차', '지능'이 빈도가 높은 상위 키워드로 나타났다. 키워드 중심성에서는 2015년부터 2016년까지 '보안', '센서' 그리고 2017년부터는 '지능', '차', '산업혁명'이 중심성이 높은 키워드로 나타났다.

Current-fed Push-Pull type high frequency resonant inverter for wax-sealing

  • This paper describes a double-ended current fed push-pull type high frequency resonant inverter used as the power supply for wax-sealing. The proposed inverter can realize ZVS operation by using resonant capacitor to ZVS capacitor and has some merits not only reduction of switch current distribution but also extension of load range compare to the conventional single-ended current fed push-pull type high frequency resonant inverter. This analysis of proposed circuit uses normalized parameter ad characteristic estimation which is needed in each step before design is generally described according to normalized frequency($\mu$), normalized resistance(λ) and parameters. It is also presented as an example of method of the circuit design based on estimation analysis values from theoretical analysis. The theoretical analysis is proved through experiment and this circuit shows that it can be used practically as the power supply system for wax-sealing and DC-DC converter.

  • Purpose : Nowadays excrement-related disease that repeats constipation and diarrhea is on the increase due to the change of dietary and lack of exercise, etc. We analyzed Bangyakhappyeon in order to find out the materia medica which is used for the excrement patterns. Methods : The database used in present thesisis consist of disease pattern, nature of medicinals and materia medica from Bangyakhappyeon was constructed. We analyzed the nature of medicinals of excrement patterns(or symptom) by frequency analysis and network analysis, and also searched main materia medica of excrement patterns(or symptom) by frequency analysis and rule mining. Results : We analyzed the nature of medicinals of excrement patterns(or symptom) in Bangyakhappyeon. And we researched the high frequency materia medica, high specificity materia medica and high frequent paired-drugs as main materia medica of excrement patterns(or symptom). Conclusion : This study found the information about frequency relationship between excrement patterns(or symptoms) and materia medica.

공진형 인버터를 이용한 2단 유도가열 시스템의 주파수제어에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Frequency Control on the Induction Heating System Using Two Step Resonant Inverter)

  • 제안한 유도가열 시스템은 증류탑 장치에 사용되는 특수충진체에 의한 열교환기술과 IH(Induction-Heating) 전자유도가열용의 특수한 고주파 전력회로 기술을 응용한 차세대 가열방식이다. 특히 일체의 연소과정이 없다는 점에서 작업환경의 개선이 가능하며 본 기술은 IGBT대응의 고주파 인버터를 사용하여 상용교류로부터 수[kHz]의 고주파교류(HFAC)를 발생시킬 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 1.5[kW]급 하프-브릿지 공진형 인버터 시스템과 공진부하의 동작해석, 특성분석 및 본 시스템을 이용한 2단 가열 과열증기 발생장치의 개발과 시스템의 응용에 대해 논하였다.

  • Power Flow Analysis(PFA) is used as the promising tools for the vibration and noise predictions of complex structures in medium-to-high frequency ranges. When the noise and vibration of a complex structure are analyzed, Power Flow finite Element Method combining PFA with FEM is efficient in vibration analysis, and Power Flow Boundary element Method combining PFA with BEM is usful in noise analysis. PFFEM software, PFADS has been developed for the vibration analysis of coupled system structures. Also, NASPFA, the noise analysis software based on PFBEM, has been developed. Through the several upgrades, the current version PFADS R3 and NASPFA R2 are used for the vibration and noise analysis of system structures in medium-to-high frequency ranges. In this paper, the structure and function of each software are explained, and the vibration and noise levels of vehicle structures predicted by each software are shown.

제진 평판 진동에 대한 파워흐름해석 (Power Flow Analysis of Vibration of a Plate Covered with a Damping Sheet)

  • In this paper, the power flow analysis(PFA) has been used to analyze the vibration of a plate covered with a damping sheet. Experiments have been performed to measure the loss factor and frequency response functions of the plate covered with the damping sheet. The data for the loss factor has been used as the input data to predict the vibration of the coupled plates with PFA. The comparison between the experimental results and the predicted PFA results for the frequency response functions has been performed. It showed that PFA can be effectively used to predict structural vibration of a plate covered with a damping sheet in medium-to-high frequency range.
