What find the motive of new design from Korean traditional cultural inheritance and symbolize it visually is to create a new design of Korean style into the harmony of shape and aesthetics by harmonizing past design and modern one, to discover the value of the future, and to make a new traditional culture. This study is to find the motive of design from Korean traditional pattern and character of the twelve horary signs, to develop unique Korean style character by studying character to cause novel and refined sense and interest through the mix of traditional image and modern one, and to propose a plan to apply in various and practice the Korean style character to modern design. In addition, the purpose of this study is to discover the identity of Korean style from foreign culture by presenting identity and originality with our peculiar cultural elements as well as to develop the visual effect and character of traditional pattern, and to have national competitiveness with Korean style design from the world market of the future.

In order to solve problems of global warming, many policies and measures has been implemented in various countries. In January 2005, the European Union Emission Trading Scheme officially started. In order to take it into action, the EU ETS stated that all members must submit the national allocation plan including the national's total allowances, allowances for installations, reserve for new entrants, etc. In the process of this decision-making, it was also stated that problems related with early action should be solved by each member state at its option. This paper is a study on necessity of compensation for early action and its limitation of its practices. With a comparative study on dealing with early action in the key nations including Germany, the Netherlands and United Kingdom, we can get insights and strategies for effective processes of dealing with early action and the direction for harmonizing data collection and allocation rules.

For the development of integrated pest management system by harmonizing biological and chemical control, some experiments were carried out to select low toxic pesticides against natural enemies. Leaf dipping method, body dipping method, and diet treatment method were used for the toxicity evaluation against Microplites mediator adults. We tested 49 different pesticides (34 insecticides, 11 fungicides, 4 herbicides) at recommending concentration commonly used to control insect pests, disease and up-land weeds in chinese cabbage field. 16 insecticides, 11 fungicides, and 4 herbicides were shown to be low toxic to Microplites mediator adults in the treatment of body dipping.

In the 21st century, broadcasting, communication, and computer have been integrated due to the development of digital technology. Accordingly, to overcome the limit of respective communication media and to maintain them, their independent area shall not be classified. This study is to examine the future environment of digital TV broadcasting, to analyze customizing type service and interactive type TV technology, and to make asymmetric interactive digital TV publication broadcasting system, which is TV broadcasting in the next generation to treat visual image, sound, and various data all together by harmonizing broadcasting and communication like ISDB(Integrate Service Digital Broadcasting). In addition, to develop service on publication broadcasting with high quality, this study is to propose to develop relative devices for TV/PC reception to realize a new communication type TV publication broadcasting, by analyzing technology for producing, sending, transmitting, receiving, and saving to apply to customizing type interactive system and by examining its application.

What enabled Armany to grow into a world fashion designer is based on two factors : postmodernism of the new spirit of the times and the fashion industry of Italy, his mother country. That is, his capability to connect the spirit of the times with his works and use local advantage for his works led him to be a maestro of fashion circles. Founding on his outstanding ability, he established his own world of unique design, where his philosophy of design remained. This philosophy was a distinctive character from other designers. Since he was founded on this philosophy, his own features that other designers can't imitate are dissolved in his designs. Armany is very suggestive to our design circles which look for globalization of fashion. A fashion designer should look straight at the fact that the final aim of fashion is to satisfy customers who buy it. In addition, he should recognize that understanding customers' demands and developing products with his fashion style in accordance with them are the way to success and study new things continually by setting up the direction of the future based on the recognition. It is essential to cultivate sensitivity to create a new beauty from a basis just like Armany expresses modern women's image by harmonizing rationality and functionality, the existing male features, with female pliability adequately. As well, the analyses of design made by Armany are thought to be helpful in reestablishing fashion design education so that unique design styles may be maintained and future-oriented international fashion products may be produced.

Each roles of school community members as principals, assistant principals, head teachers, teachers, parents of pupils, and persons of regional society by questionnaire method. The opinions of 805 subjects of school members in Pusan city by stratified random sampling are analyzed. The results of analysis are as follows : The major roles of principals in school community are considered as (1) converging various schools members' opinions and reflecting them to school management (2) setting manifest educational goals of school and projecting visions of school development in the future (3) managing efficient, rational school. The major roles of assistant principals in school community are defined as (1) mediating and co-ordinating relation between principal and teachers (2) combing and harmonizing school members (3) dividing and co-ordinating school members' roles. The major roles of head teachers are defined as (1) driving departmental services and acting teaches' professional competency (2) mediating relation between school managers and teachers (3) converging teachers' opinions, delivering and reflecting them to the school managers. The major roles of teachers are defined as (1) supporting pupils' growth (2) completing teaching-learning activities (3) devoting pupul discipline. The major roles of pupils in school community are (1) believing schooling and teachers (2) self-initiative, positive learning activities (3) comprehending, caring, co-operating others. major roles of parents of pupils in school community are (1) believing schooling and teachers (2) The participating schooling (3) supporting schooling. The major roles of persons of regional community in school community are defined as (1) concerning and believing schooling (2) supporting and co-operating schooling (3) comprehending and loving schooling.

With the increasing needs for the integrated use of topographic and cadastral data in order to build an efficient geo-spatial information system. it is urgently necessary to research into its solution. The intention of this study is to detect error types of data and to propose adjustment methods for solving the problems caused by integrating topographic and cadastral data. For this purpose a primary integrated data model is created to link attribute data(land management system) and graphic data within cadastral information in the first step. In next, a secondary integrated data model based on the improved method is formed to coincide the graphic data of cadastral map with that of topographic map. At the first, because a numerous error types md sources caused by separate management of graphic and attribute data are easily checked, it is possible to suggest an improved method to correct these errors using the primary integrated data model. In addition, the accuracy in position and area with coordinate transformation method based on multi-block adjustment is more efficient than rubber-sheeting method. As a result, the secondary integrated data model could be built by harmonizing cadastral map with topographic map using the improved solution.

In this case report, gingival recession of the mandibular anterior teeth was treated with a laterally closed tunnel technique. Two patients had altered the inclination of mandibular anterior tooth during past orthodontic treatment and had periodontal thin biotype. The recipient site was formed by tunneling method, and the connective tissue graft obtained from the palatal side was placed in the tunnel, and the margins of flap were gathered at the center of the root and sutured. Despite the thin periodontal biotype, the root coverage was successfully obtained, keratinized gingiva was increased, and aesthetics were achieved by harmonizing with surrounding tissues in terms of shape and color.

Interior Coordination is the activity of making characteristic living space by planning and harmonizing various interior elements. In modern society, the taste and needs of the residents are getting varied and segmented, and the role of interior coordination is getting more important because that reflects cultural codes and trends and satisfies residents' needs. This study aims to investigate awareness and needs about interior coordination targeting apartment residents, and to provide fundamental data that could attribute to the planning of unique and diverse residential spaces. Methods of study include the literature research and the empirical study. Elements of interior coordination were extracted through the literature review, and the questionnaire was developed using these elements. And then a survey was carried out targeting apartment residents of Busan. The result shows that most of the residents were much interested in interior coordination, and they recognized it's importance. They wanted to plan and select the elements by themselves, but were passive in actual execution because of the difficulties in execution methods and economical conditions. There were certain differences between the styles of their own houses and the preferred styles, but they did not try actively to reconcile the differences. Therefore, various methods of interior coordination should be developed and proposed which are easy and effective for actual execution, and various media should be provided by which residents could easily get informations on design elements. Also, the concept and method of interior coordination should be considered from the very first stage of residential planning, and the replacement and modification of interior coordination could be easily done according to the change of life cycle and life styles.

This paper is aimed at surveying the method that supports logical and theoretical back grounds of the public service incorporation, to compare and analyze the existing systems of knowledge and to find out any problems which may cause while incorporating "Mud Management Industry Official in Boryeong City Hall(MMIO)", ultimately coming out with systematical answers to them. The major findings of this study can be summarized as follows. First, the goods MMIO produces and supplies belong to public service. Second, it is desirable for a MMIO to take the form of public enterprise or public utility, harmonizing entrepreneurship with publicness and locality. Third, the most desirable system of management for the incorporated MMIO seems to be indirect one. Fourth, This study also presents the ways of complementing or overcoming every problem caused when we choose, as the management control system.
