The purpose of this study was to approach to the internal meanings included in the Happening and the culture of hippies, by analysing the basic mental conditions in the process of the Happening. And this study was composed of the concept and the development of Happening, the characteristics of the hippies that related in the midst of the happening's background, and the formativeness between these factors and hippies'fashion. Since the happening a genre of fine arts expression attended the New School for social research in New York in 1954, Allan Kaprow direct-influenced by John Cage used the word 'Hapening'first, practicing '18 Happenings in 6 parts'at the Rueben gallery in 1959. Kaprow's 18 Happenings was one of the earliest opportunities for a wider public to attend the live events that several artists had performed more privately for various friends. Despite the very different sensibilities and structures of artist's works, artists were all thrown together by the press under the general heading of 'Happening', following Kaprow's 18 Happenings. Being considered as the root of the Happening 'Expression of Sound'of John Cage was the discovery of the exisiting thing- the Happening. Most artists were to be deeply influenced by Cage's theories and attitudes-that is, his sympathy for Zen Buddihism and oriental philosophy-and by reports of the Black Mountain events. These events would directly reflect contemporary painting and stemmed from the Futurists, Dadaists and Surrealists. And Happening's development background was based on the culture of hippies. Swinging London had been under the sway of psychedelic drugs and utopian visions of 'hippie'wave sweeping in from Califonia. This wave, which affected solid middle-class youth first and formost, began in Haight Ashbury in San Francisco. Without dwelling on the hippie movement here, it is worth nothing that it resulted from the convergence of several undercurrents : consciousness-expending drugs, the anti-Vietnam war developments, the impact of English pop groups on American music and the rise of protest songs, and finally the beatnik tradition of non-conformism. Hippie culture and its pursuit of love, peace and psychedelia was the antitheses of 1960s main street fashion. The media gave everyone with long hair the label of 'hippie', but it was always a very loose collage of attitudes and styles. The rejection of sexual taboos was conveyed by the hippie's refusal to wear. Although the bold exposure of body raised controversies because it went against the existing moral values, it has a significant implications. Psychedelics brought mind-expansion and the possibillity that modern technology (light show, synthesized electronic sounds), new fabrics or colors, and LSD could be utilized to provide an escape route from the dreariness of modern life. During the 1960s, traditional costumes, many of which had never been seen outside their native regions, became sought after and adopted in the West, initially by the young, who wanted to demonstrate their solidarity with cultures uncontaminated by mass industry. The most ardent proponents of such folk costumes were the hippies. Hippies dress was sometimes decribed as 'anti-fashion', produced by a patchwork of ragged cast-offs and flamboyant accessories, of outmoded Western dress and time-honored ethnic garments all combined, modified and permutated into variety of personal statements. 'Flower Power'became a reality. From the results of this study, we can see the expanding trend of the influence and the concept of the sew art genre 'Happening'in the formativeness as well as the fine arts field.

본 연구는 정치수업에서 학습자들의 몰입도와 흥미를 향상시키기 위한 도구로써 영화라는 콘텐츠를 활용하고자 하였다. 영화는 인간 사이에 오고 가는 정보를 전파하기에 가장 일반적이고 강력한 영향력을 가진 수단 중 하나이면서, 대중들에게 가장 쉽게 노출되어 있기 때문에 학습의 보조수단으로써 그 접근성이 용이하다. 특히 시각적 이미지화의 인식은 사고의 인식보다 쉽고 빠르게 진행된다는 과학적 근거에서 볼 때, 영화를 통해서 정치현상을 이해하는 것은 활자의 정치현상보다 높은 이해도와 몰입도를 가져와 그 효과는 배가 될 수 있다. 무엇보다도 영화는 이데올로기화 되어 사람의 마음속에 침투시킴으로써 공론화되기도 하며, 역사적 사건이 영화 속에서 재현되기도 한다. 마찬가지로 정치도 당대의 지배 신념이나 사상의 역할을 바탕으로 하여 다양한 인간행위의 집단을 정당화하기 위한 여론을 형성하기도 하며, 이에 따라 오늘날의 정치현상들도 새롭게 등장하는 것이 아니라 과거의 역사적 경험들이 재현화 된다는 것을 보여주기도 한다. 이를 바탕으로 현대의 한국정치사에서 논의되는 주제들을 영화라는 콘텐츠와 연결하여 논의하고자 한다.

The study background is that Mo-Jung happens as the produce of the agricultural society but it is not easy to find it beside Ho-nam area. Because of this, it results construction has. The study progress is to understand the happening time, and regional cause the Mo-Jung construction has. The study progress is to understand the happening time of Mo-Jung, constructional meaning, and the meaning of Mo-Jung with the investigation method of literature consideration of the village society, data of the existing study, survey investigation, interview, and question through the process of analyzing the characteristics of differentiation of the village and Dure organization. 1. Mo-Jung construction has the meaning of vernacular construction reflecting the meaning of village community intensively as an element comprising the village, and the territory of Mo-Jung space is revealed as the male space. 2. The economic wealth of the village community and the image reflecting the community sense are stood out. 3. It is the reason why Mo-Jung construction is limited to Ho-nam area and is explained as the life style difference each village community has, the regional characteristic difference Dae-dong play of Yong.Ho-nam areas have, etc. so to speak. 4. Recently, safety accidents in construction sites are increasing. Accordingly, in this study, development of 'Big-Data Analysis Modeling' can collect articles from last 10 years which came from the Internet News and draw the cause of accidents that happening per season. In order to apply this study, Web Crawling Modeling that can collect 98% of desired information from the internet by using 'Xml', 'tm', "Rcurl' from the library of R, a statistical analysis program has been developed, and Datamining Model, which can draw useful information by using 'Principal Component Analysis' on the result of Work Frequency of 'Textmining.' Through Web Crawling Modeling, 7,384 out of 7,534 Internet News articles that have been posted from the past 10 years regarding "safety Accidents in construction sites", and recognized the characteristics of safety accidents that happening per season. The result showed that accidents caused by abnormal temperature and localized heavy rain, occurred frequently in spring and winter, and accidents caused by violation of safety regulations and breakdown of structures occurred frequently in spring and fall. Plus, the fact that accidents happening from collision of heavy equipment happens constantly every season was acknowledgeable. The result, which has been obtained from "Big-Data Analysis Modeling" corresponds with prior studies. Thus, the study is reliable and able to be applied to not only construction sites but also in the overall industry.

The Serial murder is a serious social phenomenon that gives a shock to community and society, because of it's habituate and scheme. We could identify a happening of serial killing crime at Western society, especially in U. S, but hardly to find many cases in Korea except some of cases. We can easily prospect the happening of serial killing crime at Korea in the future, at least it exists that home and social disorganization cause by divorcing and hasty economic development. There will be a reserve criminal who have distorted personality effected by undesirable surrounding, therefore he may become a serial murder. This study examines criminal psychological analysis of On Bo Hwan's serial murder case in 1994 at Korea, according to criminal records and press report and his statement and confession. This paper also show his domestic background and growing atmosphere and human relation between his parents.

In case of using three-phase induction motor in three-phase power system, if he deficiency happens in phase among three-phase, the motor will drive in an open phase state. As to the motor, the continuing operation is possible then, but the phenomenon that the power supply stops happening by the result of the overload electricity order on the healthy phase of two phases with a damage and activating the circuit breaker. Consequently, in order to overcome this problem in treatise accordingly. I propose an uninterruptible power supply which is able to prevent that the over current on the health phase through the restoration that in case happening open phase on the power line when driving the motor. Also, it is possible to supply power consecutively without interruption of electric power and we proved the performance and reliability through an experiment.

범죄가 발생하면 항상 피해자와 가해자가 존재한다. 가해자인 범죄자는 사건의 초기 수사단계에서는 피의자로서, 기소가 된 후에는 피고인으로서의 지위를 가지고 헌법 및 형사소송법상 보장된 많은 권리를 행사할 수 있다. 그러나 피해자나 그 가족은 범죄의 실질적 피해 당사자임에도 불구하고 이들에게 부여된 권리는 피의자나 피고인에 비하여 너무 초라한 형편이다. 이러한 상황을 극복하고자 하는 노력으로 최근 한국의 형사사법에서도 ‘범죄 피해자의 보호와 지원’이 중요한 명제로 취급되고 있으며, 경찰${\cdot}$검찰${\cdot}$법원 등 유관기관에서도 피해자보호를 위한 개선방안들을 마련하여 발표하고 있다. 한국의 피해자보호와 관련한 법률은 만족스럽지는 못하지만, 피해자보호와 관련한 기본법으로 평가할 수 있는 ${\lceil}$범죄피해자보호법${\rceil}$ 이 제정${\cdot}$시행되면서 피해자보호에 관한 기본적 틀이 마련되었다. 그러나 이러한 피해자보호와 관련한 법률들을 실질적으로 집행${\cdot}$실행하기 위한 인적${\cdot}$물적 요건들이 충분히 구비되지 못해 사문화될 위험성이 존재하고 있다. 이를 방지하기 위해서 피해자보호와 관련한 법률들이 더욱 더 실효성을 담보할 수 있는 방향으로 개정되어야 한다.

We present a statistical analysis of Korean phonological variations using automatic generation of phonetic transcription. We have constructed the automatic generation system of Korean pronunciation variants by applying rules modeling obligatory and optional phonemic changes and allophonic changes. These rules are derived from knowledge-based morphophonological analysis and government standard pronunciation rules. This system is optimized for continuous speech recognition by generating phonetic transcriptions for training and constructing a pronunciation dictionary for recognition. In this paper, we describe Korean phonological variations by analyzing the statistics of phonemic change rule applications for the 60,000 sentences in the Samsung PBS(Phonetic Balanced Sentence) Speech DB. Our results show that the most frequently happening obligatory phonemic variations are in the order of liaison, tensification, aspirationalization, and nasalization of obstruent, and that the most frequently happening optional phonemic variations are in the order of initial consonant h-deletion, insertion of final consonant with the same place of articulation as the next consonants, and deletion of final consonant with the same place of articulation as the next consonants. These statistics can be used for improving the performance of speech recognition systems.

Korean industry has achieved dramatic growth in a short time through continuous technical innovations. However, safety consciousness and management have not kept pace with industry growth. The characteristics of industrial accidents in socio-technical systems have become so complicated that it has been challenging for safety professionals to implement effective preventive measures because it is difficult to determine what is happening in the complex workplace. Thus far, they have focused on technical improvements and the requirements of OSH regulations to avoid legal responsibility. Accordingly, this study has used the systemic analysis method to explain the emergence of something unexpected in complex and multi-layered business structures, which is usually related to the variabilities of humans and organizations. This study chose a shipyard where a few fatal accidents had occurred because the shipbuilding industry includes numerous variabilities, including obtaining orders, manpower supply, procurement, etc. Systemic analysis progressed using FRAM based on two accident cases related to the truss platform used in LNG vessels. The outcome shows that each function within the system has its variabilities and has become coupled or dependent on other functions, increasing the possibility of accidents. This analysis method can provide OSH professionals with practical techniques for explaining what is happening in a complex socio-technical system and how to take proper measures.

Our government has been continuously making an effort to improve safety management and prevent accidents in small-to-medium sized enterprises, but the accidents are still happening. Since there hasn't been a study on the actual state of safety management for the munitions manufacturing industry so far, this paper aims to investigate and analyze the actual state of the munitions manufacturing companies in Kyung-In area and it also shows the countermeasures of improvement.
