식습관 개선을 위한 온라인 코칭프로그램의 개발 및 효과성 검증 (The Effects of Online Coaching Program on Improving Eating Habit Behaviors)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 습관행동 변화과정 모형(탁진국, 권혜란, 김혜영 등, 2019)을 기반으로 하여, 식습관 개선 성공 요인(최경화, 김혜영, 한석빈, 탁진국, 2020)과 선행 연구에서 습관 개선에 효과를 나타낸 방법들을 토대로 식습관 개선을 위한 온라인 코칭 프로그램을 개발하여 실시하고, 그 효과를 검증하는 데 있다. 식습관 개선을 희망하며 수도권에 거주 중인 19세 이상 성인 중 전화인터뷰를 통해 선정된 20명을 실험 및 통제집단으로 나누어 일대일 코칭을 진행하였다. 최종분석에는 17명의 자료가 사용되었으며, 프로그램 사전과 사후에 체중, 식습관, 식이행동, 식이효능감, 자기조절, 삶의 만족을 측정하여 분석하였다. 온라인 코칭프로그램의 효과성을 검증하기 위하여 프로그램 실시 사전, 사후의 시점과 집단 간의 상호작용효과를 분석한 결과, 자기조절과 삶의 만족을 제외한 체중, 식습관, 식이행동, 식이효능감에서 시점과 집단 간에 유의미한 결과가 나타나 프로그램 효과가 검증되었다. 즉, 통제집단에 비하여 실험집단에서 체중, 식습관, 식이행동, 식이효능감에서 유의미한 변화가 있었다. 이상의 연구 결과를 중심으로 본 연구의 의의 및 실무적 시사점, 제한점, 그리고 후속 연구를 위한 제언 등에 관해 논의하였다.

인천 일부 지역 초등학교의 정상 아동과 비만 아동 간의 식습관 및 비만 관련 요인 비교 (Comparison of Food Habit and the Factors Associated with Obesity between Obese Children and Normal Children in Elementary School in Incheon)

  • This study was performed in order to investigate the difference of general environment, life style, dietary behavior and food habit between the obese children and normal children. The number of subject was 98 obese children, 347 normal children. General characteristic was not significantly different, however father's BMI of obese children was significantly (p<0.05) higher than that of normal children. There was significant difference between obese children and normal children in mother's office-closing hour (p<0.05). Normal children spent more time to play outdoor than obese children in their free time. Normal children slept over 8 hours, but obese children slept below 8 hours. Most of obese children (70.4%) ate too many times and most of obese children (72.4%) recognized their overweight. Parents of obese children considered that their children need to control their weight and correct their eating habits such as overeating. Obese children could not bear hunger and kept eating a meal until they feel full. Obese children preferred fried or broiled food. Therefore nutritional education is necessary to improve the food habits of obese children and to reduce the obesity rate of children.

대학생의 체격지수와 식습관의 관계에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Relationship between Body Mass Index and the Food Habits of College Students)

  • This study was undertaken to investigate the relationship between body mass index and the food habits of college students. For this purpose, 1030 students of Seoul National University were asked to fill out the questionnaires for the food habit and weight control. Actual weights were also measured, on the spot. The results obtained were as follows. 1. Average height and weight were 173.15 cm, 63.83 kg for male, and 160.52 cm, 52.73 kg for females. The prevalence of underweight, normal and overweight was 32.3, 61.7, 5.5%, respectively. 2. Food habit scores of obese females were lower than normal or underweight females. Male subjects did not show significantly different scores among three groups. 3. Female obese subjects have lower scores than the other groups on the balanced intake of five basic food groups and on the regular meal intakes. Male obese subjects have cholesterol-rich food and animal fat more frequently than normal and underweight males. Male underweight subjects have lower food habit scores on the balanced intake of five basic food groups. 4. Males want to gain weight slightly and females want to lose 4.65 kg weight. All females want to lose weights. Obese males and females want to lose 10 kg weights.

고혈압환자의 영양교육 효과에 관한 연구 (Effect of Nutrition Counseling in Hypertension Patients)

  • The purpose of this study was to measure the effects of counseling for hypertension patients. the subjects were 44 hypertension patients who visited the general, hospital, located in Daegu, to receive medical treatments. Among 44 hypertension patient, 22 patients received the nutrition counseling three times for 8 weeks and the rest of the patients didn't as a non-counseling group(control group). The lifestyle, food habit, nutrient intakes, anthropometric measurements, and body fat and blood pressure as a main index were analysed before and after the nutrition counseling. The result after the nutrition counseling are as follows: 1) Body mass index(BMI), systolic blood pressure(SBP) and diastolic blood pressure(DBP) were significantly decreased in women(p<0.05). 2) The food habit score and nutrition knowledge score were dramatically increased(p<0.001). 3) The calcium intake was significantly increased in women(p<0.01). And energy, carbohydrate and fat intakes were decreased both men and women but there were no significant differences. The calcium intake as an Index of nutrition quality(INQ) and nutrient adequacy ratio(NAR) were significantly increased 5) Fat and cholesterol intakes in a group whose blood pressure reduced were significantly decreased compared with a group that had the same or higher blood pressure. These results showed that a well-planned nutrition counseling program would reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease.

측두하악장애환자의 구강습관에 따른 치아감정연령의 비교 (Comparison of Dental Ages Estimated according to Oral Habit for the Patients with Temporomandibular Disorders)

  • 본 연구에서는 치아교모도에 의한 연령감정법을 이용하여 측두하악장애환자의 치아연령을 일반 정상인과 비교하고, 측두 하악장애환자의 구강습관이 치아교모에 미치는 영향을 조사하고자 하였다. 단국대학교 치과병원 구강내과에 측두하악장애를 주소로 내원한 환자 65명을 실험군으로 하고, 측두하악장애증상이 없는 정상인 22명을 대조군으로 하였다. 문진 및 설문조사를 통해 대상자의 구강습관을 조사하였으며, 임상 및 방사선검사후 치아교모도를 조사하여 치아연령을 산출하였다. 실험군과 대조군의 치아교모도의 차이 및 각각의 구강습관이 치아교모에 미치는 정도를 분석하기 위해 t-test 및 one-way ANOVA, multiple comparison t-test를 이용하였다. 연구 결과 대조군에 비해 실험군의 치아교모도가 유의성 있게 증가했으며, 조사된 구강습관중 이갈이, 이악물기, 식사습관(단단하고 질긴 음식)순으로 치아교모도에 영향을 주었다. 따라서, 측두하악장애환자의 연령감정시 증가된 치아교모도에 의해 나타날 수 있는 실제 연령과의 차이를 고려해야 한다. 특히, 20-30대의 연령감정시에 측두하악장애환자의 경우 약 3.5세, 이중 특히 이갈이의 습관이 있는 경우에는 약 5.3세의 감정연령의 증가가 있을 수 있음을 감안해야 한다. 또한, 측두하악장애환자는 일반 정상인보다 치아 교모가 심한 경향이 있고 이는 치아와 턱관절에 더 많은 하중이 가해지고 있음을 의미하므로 측두하악장애환자의 치료시에는 반드시 이러한 요인을 제거하는 치료술식을 병행해야 할 것으로 사료된다.

과거행동이 스마트폰 애플리케이션 불법복제 의도에 미치는 영향 (The Impact of Past Behavior on Intention to Smartphone Application Piracy)

  • 모바일 기기의 급속한 확장은 모바일 애플리케이션 프로그램(앱) 시장의 폭발적인 성장을 가져왔다. 하지만 PC 소프트웨어, 동영상, 음원, 등 다른 디지털 컨텐츠와 마찬가지로 모바일 앱의 불법적인 유통이 보편적으로 이루어지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 모바일 앱 불법복제 행동 유발요인을 이해하기 위해서 행위의도에 미치는 요인에 대하여 분석하였다. 본 연구에서는 선행연구 분석을 바탕으로 계획된 행동이론 모형에 목적론적 요인과 과거행동 및 습관 요인을 추가하여 연구모형을 제시하고 수도권 대학생을 대상으로 실증하였다. 주관적 규범을 제외한 태도와 지각된 행동통제력은 행동의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 과거 PC 소프트웨어 불법복제 경험은 스마트폰 앱 불법복제에 대한 태도, 지각된 행동통제력과 습관에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으며 습관은 행동의도의 중요한 예측변수로 나타났다. 지각된 이익은 태도에 영향을 미쳤으나 법적, 기술적 위험의 영향력은 유의하지 않은 것으로 확인되었다.

체험적 안전교육이 일개 도서지역 중학생의 안전행동과 기본생활습관에 미치는 효과 (The Effects of Safety Behavior and Standard Life Habit on Experiencial Safety Education for one Island Middle School Students)

  • Purpose:This thesis was performed to evaluate the effect of the experience safety education on the safety behavior and standard of habit to the middle school students of one islands. Methods:The participants of this study included 43, located in the adjoining region in S county. While one of the class, composed of 19 students was designated as an experimental group, and the other class, composed of 24 students, was compared as a control group. Used program in this study was safety education program, 'Safe School, Safe Life' which was developed by Korea Occupational Safety & Health Agency. This program has emphasis on the virtual case rather than lecture style education. Results:The findings in this research were as follows. Indoor safety behavior was significant difference between the two groups. On the other hand, the effect on outdoor safety behavior was not difference. In playground case, active strength was needed without continuous attention. The effect of the experience safety behavior education was not shown in the area of traffic rules, pedestrian safety, and vehicle safety. But home safety behavior was effective. Education program on the manners of standard life habit gives positive results. But in the area of rules, this program was not effective, since students had tendency to emphasize the rigid scale rather than manners. Conclusion:These findings in the study give us the necessity of experience safety education program to prepare various situations of everyday life and to reinforce safety behavior and improve standard life habit.

  • 전치부 개교는 중심교합시 수직선상에서 상하악 전치간에 교합이 되지 않는 상태이며, 부정교합의 특성과 원인이 치료계획에 중요한 역할을 한다. 혼합치열기에 전치부 개교의 치료 목적은 악습관을 조절하고 입 주위 근육의 비정상적인 기능을 제거하며, 악정형 장치를 통해 하악의 수직성장을 수평성장으로 전환하는 것이며, 치료 후의 안정성을 위해 계속적인 관찰이 필요하다. 본 증례에서는 혀 내밀기 습관이 동반된 전치부 개교 환아의 치료를 위해 습관을 차단하는 tongue crib과 그 밖에 다양한 가철성 및 고정성 장치를 사용하여 양호한 결과를 얻었기에 보고하는 바이다.

역류성 식도질환 환자의 생활습관 및 식습관 조사연구 (Survey of Life and Dietary Styles on Patients with Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease)

  • Objective: It was surveyed how to help patients get better treatment for their disease by making complements based on the survey outcomes when the pharmacists guide how to administer medicine. Methods: A total of 142 gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) patients answered the self-answering questions consist of 15 items about their general characteristic, lifestyle and dietary style. The frequency of survey materials was analyzed to find out specific figures of surveyed patient's general characteristic, lifestyle and eating habits. Results: Based on the outcomes on analysis there was no difference between female and male patients. The characteristic based on the age group, as ones grow older, the number of GERD patients also increased. In case on the characteristic in lifestyle, many patients had improper habit to treat GERD. The items were smoking habits, stress control habit, sleeping postures and the way in wearing outfits. In case of postures after having a meal, they had right lifestyle. Patients had improper habit in eating food. They enjoyed pungent food and drinks which can hinder the treatment. In case of the time of having meal, eating habit of meat and vegetables and eating food less than an hour before go to bed, this research showed that they have the right lifestyle. Conclusion: This research indicate that pharmacists give guidance GERD patients to stop smoking that is causative of GERD and guide patients have mental stability, and patients avoid pungent food and drinks such as coffee, soda, chocolates and mint candies.

다이어트프로그램 S-28에 대한 영양교육의 효과 (Effects of Nutrition Education on Diet Control Program S-28)

  • This study was carried out to investigate effects of nutrition education on diet program S-28 for a per-iod of 5 months. The participants in this diet program were 40 Chungkang college female students with over 30% body fat. During the first 2 weeks they were provided 800kcal a day and 1,200kcal a day for the lat 2 weeks. Since then weight maintenance program was continued. Exercise and nutrition e여-cation program for nutrition knowledge attitude and food habit were conducted during the entire test period, Results during the test period were as follows : 1) Weight loww was statistically significant from 69.5$\pm$4.9kg at the beginning to65.6$\pm$3.0kg(P<0.01) in 3 months to 63.2$\pm$3.5kg(P<0.01) in the 5th month. 2) Obesity rate was significantly decreased from 23.9$\pm$12.1% to 21.3$\pm$9.2%(P<0.05) in 3 mon-ths to 19.7$\pm$8.5% in the 5th month. 3) BMI was significantly declined from 27.3$\pm$1.5kg/m2 to 26.1$\pm$1. 2kg/m2(P<0.01) in 3 months to 25.7$\pm$0.9kg/m2(P<0.05) in 3 months to 28.2$\pm$1.8%(p<0.05) in the 5th month. 5) The mean scores of food habit were 33.4$\pm$4.5 at the beginning 35.2$\pm$3.7 in 3 mon-손 37.4$\pm$4.0 in the 5th month and each of nutrition attitude was 53.8$\pm$5.3, 58.0$\pm$6.2. There-fore these data showed that effects of nutrition education on diet program S-28 were feflected remark-ably not only in the antropmetric measurements but also in the mean scores of food habit and nu-trition attitude.
