GeoXAI를 활용한 도시 투수/불투수면과 도시수목 생육 관계 분석 (Analysis of the Relationship between Urban Permeable/Impermeable Surfaces and Urban Tree Growth Using GeoXAI)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 도시지역의 투수면적 및 불투수면적이 수목의 생장에 영향을 미치는지 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위해 동일한 시기에 식재한 나무 6종의 생장 차이를 알아보기 위해 Sentinel-2를 이용하여 제작한 Normalised Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI)와 환경부의 세분류 토지피복지도를 이용하여 투수면적과 불투수면적이 수목 생장에 미치는 영향을 분석했다. 이를 위해 Geospatial eXplainable Artificial Intelligence (GeoXAI) 개념을 적용했다. 분석결과 소나무는 10 m 범위, 느티나무, 메타세콰이어, 은행나무는 20 m 범위, 양버즘나무는 30 m 범위, 왕벚나무는 40 m 범위에 포함된 토지피복들의 면적을 고려했을때 모델의 설명력이 가장 우수한 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 투수 면적이 넓을수록 수목의 생장이 활발하다는 양의 상관관계를 나타내었으며, 주변에 인공지반과 같이 불투수 면적이 넓을 경우 수목의 생장과 음의 상관관계를 보였다. 이는 수목의 생장에 있어 주변의 투수 및 불투수 면적이 수목의 생장에 영향을 미침을 알 수 있었으며, 수종에 따라 영향을 미치는 범위 또한 다르다는 것을 알 수 있었다.

  • Purpose: Growth and change are the most important things in planning of hospital architecture. It is especially necessary for countless changes taken place since the hospital opens to be adapted to the planning of hospital architecture phase. The space depth in the hospital serves a very crucial role in accepting these changes. The purpose of this study is to provide basic data necessary to space depth planning to prepare for change through analyzing space depth's change in hospital architecture chronologically. Methods:: The method of this study is analyzing space depth's change in cases of 19 hospitals in total, from the 1980's, which is the quantitative growth period, until recently. Especially this study is analyzing Max & Min space depth focusing change of medical environment. Based on this, this study suggests an form of space depth and optimum range of space depth response to growth and change of hospital architecture. Results: The conclusions of this study are as follows. Considering these conclusion, double linear system is most appropriate for space depth for hospital architecture planning focused on system. Optimal range of space depth is at least 21.6m or more in case of clinic room and from 27 meter to 37meter in case of examination & treatment room. Implications: Space of Depth is a key element determining system for hospital architecture planning focused on system. The results of this paper can be data for planning system of hospital architecture which copes with the change.

결정 성장 조절제를 이용한 침상형 $\alpha$산화철의 제조 (Preparation of Needle-like $\alpha$-Iron Oxide Using a Crystal Growth Controller.)

  • 결정 성장 조절체를 이용하여 수용액 중에서 직접 $\alpha$산화철을 제조하였으며, 염기도에 따른 생성물의 입자 특성과 반응기구, $\alpha$산화철의 생성 과정과 침상형 입자의 생성 반응 기구를 고찰하였다. pH 9.0이하에서는 hexagonalgudxo, pH 10.75-11.75범위에서는 ellipsoidal 또는 rectangular 형태의 $\alpha$-${Fe}_{2}{O}_{3}$입자로 각각 생성되었으며, pH12.50이상에서는 acicular 형태의 $\alpha$-FeOOH입자가 생성되었다. pH 10.75-11.75범위에서 제조된 생성물의 염기도는 결정 성장 조절제의 해리에 의해 생성된 수산기 이온(OH-) 때문에 반응물의 염기도에 대비해 약간 증가하는 현상을 나타내었다. 결정 성장 조절제로 사용한 구연상은 제이철 수산화물에 구연산 음이온(R-COO-) 형태로 흡착되어 생성물인 $\alpha$산화철의 입자 형태를 침상 형태로 유도하였다.

저신장 소아를 위한 성장호르몬 치료 (Short Stature and Growth Hormone Therapy)

  • Normal growth and development is of prime concern during childhood. The treatment of children with growth hormone deficiency has been revolutionized by growth hormone therapy. An improved height outcome with a final height within the target height range has been achieved. However, close follow-up with regular clinical and laboratory monitoring is essential for achieving the desirable height outcome. The theoretical unlimited supply of growth hormone has led to its wide spread use in a variety of disorders other than a growth hormone deficiency. Initially used in children with Turner syndrome, growth hormone is now used to treat chronic renal failure, an idiopathic short stature and intrauterine growth restrictions in addition to a wide array of newly emerging indications. This review summarizes the basics for a proper growth assessment, the differentiation of normal and abnormal growth causes of a short stature, and the indications for growth hormone treatment.

  • 본 연구에서는 반응기의 유입 확대부의 형상이 반응기 내의 유동 및 증착특성에 미치는 영향을 연구하기 위하여 수평형 MOCVD 반응기에서 TMGa와 $AsH_3$로부터의 GaAs 증착에 관한 수치적 연구를 수행하였다. 두 개의 기하학적인자(확대각, 확대부 형상)가 증착률, 증착률 균일도. 유속 균일도, 압력강하에 미치는 영향을 연구하였다 웨이퍼 위에서의 증착률 균일도, 평균증착률, 유속 균일도를 고려한 결과, 직선형 확대부의 최적 확대각은 $50^{\circ}$$55^{\circ}$이며 포물선형 확대부의경우, $40^{\circ}$$45^{\circ}$이다. 또한 확대부의 확대각의 변화는 평균증착률 보다 증착률의 균일도에 큰 영향을 미치고 있음을 알 수 있으며 직선확대부보다 포물선형의 확대부에서 더 민감하게 나타남을 알 수 있었다.

Streptomyces albus와 Streptomyces globosus의 몇가지 생장생리적 특성에 관하여 (Some Physiological Properties in Relation to the Growth of the Antibiotics Producing Streptomyces spp.)

  • In previous paper, it was reported that antibiotic substance such as tetracycline and streptomycin were produced by S'. albus subsp. and S'. globosus. And increase of mycelial growth of two strains, antibiotic production, and changes of pH range are extended to approximately 110-130 hrs in fermenting medium, there-after they decreased with culture period exception of pH range. Two Streptomyces spp. required commonly 4-5% starch as carbon sources and 1.5-2.0% soybean meal as nitrogen sources. However, 0.005-0.01M potassium phosphate dibasic, calcium carbonate (6mg/ml in S.albus subsp. and 2mg/ml in S. globosus), 0.01-0.03M, magnesium sulgate and 0.01M ferric chloride showed as optimal concentration for the growth of 2 strains. Mineral compoments such as zinc, manganese, cobalt, sodium and copper at the level of 10/sup -4/ -10/sup -6/M were observed. Especially, zinc ion showed toxicity to the growth of 2 strains at 0.005M. In relation with pH, there is a little difference in mycelial growth with cultural initial pH.

균열닫힘현상을 고려한 피로균열전파식 (Fatigue Crack Growth Rate Equation by Crack Closure)

  • We propose the crack growth rate equation which will model fatigue crack growth rate behavior such that constant stress amplitude fatigue crack growth behavior can be predicted. Constant stress amplitude fatigue tests are conducted for four materials under three stress ratios of R=0.2, R=0.4 and R=0.6. Materials which have different mechanical properties i.e. stainless steel, low carbon steel, medium carbon steel and aluminum alloy are used. Through constant stress amplitude fatigue test by using unloading elastic compliance method, it is confirmed that crack closure is a close relationship with fatigue crack propagation. We describe simply fatigue crack propagation behavior as a function of the effective stress intensity factor range ($\Delta$ $K_{eff}$=U .$\Delta$K) for all three regions (threshold region, stable region). The fatigue crack growth rate equation is given by da / dN=A($\Delta$ $K_{eff}$­$\Delta$ $K_{o}$ )$^{m}$ / ($\Delta$ $K_{eff}$­$\Delta$K) Where, A and m are material constants, and $\Delta$ $K_{o}$ is stress intensity factor range at low $\Delta$K region. $K_{cf}$ is critical fatigue stress intensity factor.actor.

Effects of Controlled Compensatory Growth on Mammary Gland Development and Lactation in Rats

  • The objective of this study was to examine the effect of compensatory growth nutritional regimen on mammary gland growth and lactation. One hundred twenty-two Sprague Dawley female rats (35 days of age) were randomly assigned to either a control or a stair-step compensatory nutrition (SSCN) feeding regimen or an alternating 2-2-3-3-week schedule beginning with 40% energy restriction for 2 weeks followed by re-alimentation (control diet) for 2 weeks. Pup weight gain and milk yield were improved 8% and 8 to 15%, respectively, by the SSCN regimen. The gene expression of $\beta$-casein was 2.3-fold greater in the SSCN group than in the control group during early lactation, but they were greater at all stages of the second lactation. The gene expression of insulin-like growth factor-I was 40% lower in the SSCN group than in the control group during early lactation of the second lactation, but during late lactation it was 80% greater than in the control group. The concentration of serum corticosterone tended to be higher in the SSCN group during the late stage of the first lactation. These results suggest that the stair-step compensatory nutrition regimen improves lactation performance and persistency by modulation of cell differentiation and apoptotic cell death.

  • The silicon carbide particles reinforced aluminium 6061($SiCp/A\ell$) composites are generally known have wild range of applications from automobiles to airospaces. But, by the results of existing study for $SiCp/A\ell$ composites, there are reports that the fatigue life of $SiCp/A\ell$ composites has improved than $A\ell$matrixes and has not improved then $A\ell$ matrixes. Consequently, in order to perform the reliable life prediction for $SiCp/A\ell$, the properties of probability distribution of fatigue crack initiation life & fracture life, crack growth length in constant number of cycles, crack growth rate in constant stress intensity factor range and m & C value in Paris's fatigue crack growth law and the estimation of statistical parameters have been evaluated by the statistics method.

  • 현대인들은 건강관리를 위한 식사할 때 건강에 유익한 음식을 많이 섭취하려고 한다. 그중에서도 식용 균류 버섯은 맛과 영양이 풍부히 함유된 식재료이다. 버섯 재배 시에 환경 온도는 버섯의 성장에 영향을 미치는 중요한 요소이다. 특정 온도 범위 안에 버섯의 생장 상태를 양호하며 적절한 온도범위 벗어나면 버섯의 생장 품질 저하되고 심지어 생장을 중지한다. 본 논문에서는 각 온도 조건에서 버섯의 균사 나오는 상황, 균사 생장 상황, 자실체의 생장 등 상황을 관찰하고 분석하면서 더 효율적인 정확한 버섯 인공 재배 관리를 위해 기술 참조를 제공한다.
