도로변 완충녹지의 식재구조에 따른 초미세먼지(PM2.5)농도 저감효과 연구 - 서울 송파구 완충녹지를 대상으로 - (A Study on Decreasing Effects of Ultra-fine Particles (PM2.5) by Structures in a Roadside Buffer Green - A Buffer Green in Songpa-gu, Seoul -)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 도시계획시설로 조성되는 완충녹지가 $PM_{2.5}$(초미세먼지) 저감에 효과가 있는지를 규명하고, 도로변 완충녹지의 구조, 녹량(녹지용적), 식재유형에 따른 초미세먼지 변화량을 분석하여 초미세먼지 저감을 위한 완충녹지 조성 시 활용할 수 있는 요소들을 도출하는 것이었다. 연구대상지는 송파구를 선정하였고, 양재대로, 송파대로에 인접한 5개의 완충녹지에서 16개 조사구를 선정해 현장조사를 실시하였다. $PM_{2.5}$ 농도 측정결과, 조사구별 평균농도는 계절 상관없이 보도 $46.6{\mu}g/m^3$, 녹지 $45.5{\mu}g/m^3$, 주거지 $42.9{\mu}g/m^3$로 모두 도로($53.2{\mu}g/m^3$)보다 낮았으며, 주거지 농도 값이 가장 낮았다. 완충녹지의 농도 저감효과 확인을 위해 완충녹지의 녹량과 초미세먼지 상대비율간의 상관관계 분석결과, 교목과 관목 전체 녹량이 높은 그룹의 상대비율이 낮은 것으로 확인되어 완충녹지 녹량의 영향력을 증명했으며, 관목 부족형이 교목 부족형보다 농도상대비율이 더 높은 것으로 확인되어 관목의 영향이 더 큰 것으로 판단되었다. 교목과 관목의 식재구조에 따른 녹피율과 녹지용적계수가 복합적으로 $PM_{2.5}$ 농도 저감에 영향을 미치고 있었으며, 교목의 열수와 관목의 층위구조가 $PM_{2.5}$ 농도 저감에 중요한 영향요인으로 판단되었다. 특히, 초미세먼지 농도가 높은 겨울철 완충녹지의 $PM_{2.5}$ 농도저감 특성 분석결과, 관목의 녹피율이 중요한 요인이었다.

녹차.홍차가루 첨가가 빵의 저장 중 품질변화에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Green and Black Tea Powder on the Quality of Bread during Storage)

  • The study was conducted to investigate the effect of added green tea and black tea powder on the quality of bread during storage. Tea bread was prepared with 0.1% and 2% concentration of green tea (GT) and black tea(BT) powder. The crude fat contents of GT 2% group and BT 2% group were significantly higher than those of control group. GT l% group and BT l% group. The loaf weight of the control group was the lowest and its loaf volume was the highest. Especially, GT 2% group had the lowest loaf volume. The internal lightness value of control group was the highest. the redness value of BT 2% group and the yellowness value of GT 2% group were the highest. GT 2% group was significantly higher in hardness and gumminess and BT l% group was higher in cohesiveness and springiness. After 5 day storage, the retrogradation of GT 2% group was the highest and that of BT 2% group was the lowest among groups. After 5 day storage. pH. titratable acidity and total colony count of GT 2% group was the lowest and those of control group was the highest. The sensory score of control, GT l% and GT 2% group were evaluated higher than others. The shelf-life of tea breads were prolonged to 1~3 days by adding green tea powder and black tea powder as compared with the control group. but It must be considered the way to increase the quality of bread in loaf volume and retrogradation.

커피생두 분말 첨가 식빵의 품질 특성과 항산화 활성 (Quality Characteristics and Antioxidant Activity of Pan Bread with Green Coffee Bean Powder)

  • This study investigated the quality characteristics and antioxidant activities of breads prepared with 0, 3, 6, 9 and 12% green coffee bean powder. Fermentation rate of dough was reduced with increasing green coffee bean powder content. Volume, weight, and specific volume also decreased, whereas pH of breads increased with increasing content of green coffee bean powder. As powder concentration increased, 'L' value of breads decreased, whereas 'a' and 'b' values of breads increased. The hardness of breads increased upon addition of green coffee bean powder, whereas cohesiveness and springiness decreased. Chewiness was not significantly different among the groups. 2,2-Diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl radical scavenging activity was significantly elevated by addition of green coffee bean powder. In the sensory evaluation, color, flavor and texture were highest in the control group. The sample containing 3% green coffee bean powder had the highest taste score. Overall acceptability was highest in the control group but not significantly different from the control group in breads with 3% and 6% green coffee bean powder.

교통량별 가로변 토양특성 및 타이어 마모 입자(TWPs) 분석 (Analysis of Roadside Soil Characteristics and Tire Wear Particles(TWPs) According to Traffic Volume)

  • Tire wear particles(TWPs), regarded as a microplastic, is generated in significant quantities each year and exist in various spaces and have a negative impact on the surrounding environment. Particularly, roadside environments fall within the direct influence of TWPs, necessitating proactive investigation for contamination management and response. Therefore, this study aimed to investigate the soil acidity and electrical conductivity(EC) and TWPs in the roadside soil of six sites based on traffic volume. The analysis revealed that the soil in all sites exhibited subacidity, and there were no significant differences in EC. Microscopic and FT-IR analysis revealed the presence of microscopic particles in soil samples that exhibited common visual characteristics of TWPs. In the road with the highest traffic volume, 48,300 TWPs were detected per unit area. Furthermore, a proportional relationship between traffic volume and TWPs particles was established. However, influences other than traffic volume on TWPs particle count within the soil were observed. Therefore, for the management of TWPs contaminated roadside soil, a proactive response is necessary in areas with high traffic volumes. However, in order to effectively address the factors contributing to the generation and dispersion of TWPs, further research is required with a multidimensional approach.

Comparing Two Approaches of Analyzing Mixed Finite Volume Methods

  • Given the anisotropic Poisson equation $-{\nabla}{\cdot}{\mathcal{K}}{\nabla}p=f$, one can convert it into a system of two first order PDEs: the Darcy law for the flux $u=-{\mathcal{K}{\nabla}p$ and conservation of mass ${\nabla}{\cdot}u=f$. A very natural mixed finite volume method for this system is to seek the pressure in the nonconforming P1 space and the Darcy velocity in the lowest order Raviart-Thomas space. The equations for these variables are obtained by integrating the two first order systems over the triangular volumes. In this paper we show that such a method is really a standard finite element method with local recovery of the flux in disguise. As a consequence, we compare two approaches in analyzing finite volume methods (FVM) and shed light on the proper way of analyzing non co-volume type of FVM. Numerical results for Dirichlet and Neumann problems are included.

도시 공원녹지의 총량 산정을 위한 지표 비교 및 적용 - 서울시 구로구를 사례로 - (Comparison and Application Quantitative Indices for Analyzing Total Green Space in an Urban Area - Guro-gu in Seoul -)

  • 본 연구에서는 서울시 구로구를 대상으로 공원녹지 총량 산정을 위한 지표를 비교하였다. 지표는 도시계획상, 평면적, 입체적 공원녹지 총량으로 구분하였다. 도시계획상 공원녹지 총량의 지표로써 구로구의 1인당 공원면적은 $2.34m^2$로 공원녹지의 부족을 선명하게 표현할 수 있었다. 그러나 1인당 공원면적 지표는 도시관리계획에 의해 지정된 공원면적만을 대상으로 하여 실제 녹지인 미지정된 산림, 하천 등과 시가화지역 내 녹지가 포함되지 못하는 단점을 지니고 있었다. 평면적 공원녹지 총량의 지표로써 구로구의 1인당 녹피면적은 $18.85m^2$로 실제 녹지를 최대한 반영하였다. 1인당 녹피면적은 시가화지역 내 녹지면적 확대에 초점을 맞추는 지표로써 실질적인 도시녹화의 지표로써 활용이 용이하였다. 그러나 공원녹지 총량개념이 아직까지 면적단위로만 파악되는 한계를 지니고 있었다. 입체적 공원녹지 총량의 지표로써 구로구의 1인당 생육수목주수는 4.1주이었고, 1인당 녹지용적은 $35.8m^2$었다. 이 지표는 고밀도로 개발된 도시환경 개선을 위해 수목량 증진 등의 질적인 향상계획에 반영할 수 있었다.

  • 본 논문은 10개 교차로를 연동제어를 할 수 있는 새로운 교통체제 개념을 제안한다. 예를 들어서 오늘 야구경기가 8시경에 열린다고 하면 야구경기가 시작하기 전 1 시간 혹은 1시간 혹은 1시간 30분전에 교통량이 증가할 것이다. 이럴 때에는 아무리 우수한 전자 신호등 시스템도 최적녹색시간을 예측할 수 없다. 그러므로, 본 논문에서는 평균 승용차 대기시간을 최소화하고 평균 주행속도를 향상하기 위해서 퍼지규칙 및 신경망을 이용한다. 모의실험결과 제안된 연동 녹색시간이 연동 녹색 시간을 고려하지 않은 전자신호등보다 평균 승용차 대기시간을 줄일 수 있음을 입증했다.

머랭을 이용하여 제조한 녹차증편의 품질특성 (Quality Characteristics of Green Tea Jeungpyun Made with Meringue)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to simplify the traditional manufacturing method of Jeungpyun by developing a new process for Jeungpyun preparation using meringue and to also investigate the quality characteristics of Jeungpyun made with green tea powder. Methods: The Jeungpyun was manufactured as 4 sample preparations (Jeungpyun: J; Jeungpyun+0.5% green tea: J+0.5% GT; Jeungpyun+1% green tea: J+1% GT; and Jeungpyun+1.5% green tea: J+1.5% GT) through mixing rice flour, meringue, green tea powder (0-1.5%), dry yeast, water, and milk, steaming for 4 min at $180^{\circ}C$ and 3 min at $220^{\circ}C$, and then standing for 1 hr at room temperature. The quality characteristics of Jeungpyun were evaluated based on physicochemical properties, total mold, texture analysis, and sensory evaluation. Results: The pH of Jeungpyun batter was significantly lower in J+1.0% GT and J+1.5% GT than J. The specific gravity, weight, volume, and specific volume of J+0.5% GT and J+1% GT was not significantly different, as compared to J. In color, L value decreased and a and b value increased based on the increase of green tea powder. The antifungal activity was the highest in J+1.5% GT, followed by J+1.0% GT, J+0.5% GT, and J, in order. Samples with added green tea powder showed decreased hardness, as compared with J; its effect was significant in J+1.0% GT and J+1.5% GT after storage for 1 day. In sensory evaluation, the color of Jeungpyun was darkened by the addition of green tea powder. The egg smell and hardness significantly decreased by addition of green tea powder. Based on quantitative description analyses, overall acceptability was the highest in J+1% GT. Conclusion: Therefore, 1% green tea powder was the optimal amount for preparing Jeungpyun with meringue. For simplification of the traditional manufacturing method, Jeungpyun could be produced with meringue and green tea powder, which has potent physiological activities.

도시녹지환경의 분석.평가지표설정에 관한 개념적 연구 (A Conceptional Study on Establishment of Indicators for Analysis and Evaluation in the Environment of Urban Green Spaces)

  • This research was conducted to suggest some directions for desirable urban green space planning through 1) establishing a new classification system by examining the existing concept, problems and characteristics of green space and 2) defining the essence of green space environment and finding some analytical and evaluative methods through a clear establishment of functions, indicators of green space. An analytical technique of green space, in which the coexistent relationship of human and other organisms was emphasized, was tried in order to realize urban green space planning. Based on the relevancy between green space and human being, green space was classified into green space for existence green space for utility, green space for both of existence and utility. The ratio of green covered, the ratio of greenery within the frame of vision, and the ratio of green volume in green space for existence was used as analytic and evaluative indicators.

용적률 변화에 따른 공동주택 단지내 녹지구조 변화특성 (The Change of the Structure of Green Space by the Change of the Floor Area Ratio in Apartment Complex)

  • 본 연구는 공동주택단지 용적률변화에 따른 녹지면적 및 녹지구조의 변화파악을 목적으로 수행하였다. 대상지는 용적률 100%이하, 용적률 250%이하, 용적률 250%이상의 세 유형으로 구분하여 각 유형별로 2개소씩 선정하였다. 1970~1980년에 조성한 용적률 99%인 화곡제2주공아파트와 용적률 73%인 개포주공아파트는 녹지면적 비율 40.23~44.23%, 녹지 폭 3~ 15m 녹지 량 1.06~1.71㎥/$m^2$, 교목층 식재밀도 0.04~0.06주/$m^2$ 관목층 식재밀도 0.06 ~0.20주/$m^2$이었다. 1990년대에 조성한 용적률 226%인 등촌주공아파트와 용적률 240%인 개화 아파트는 녹지면적비율 24 16~26.16%, 녹지폭3~7m, 녹지량 0.84~l.54㎥/$m^2$, 교목층 식재밀도 0.18~0.31주/$m^2$, 관목층 식재밀도0.15~0.35주/$m^2$이었다. 1990년대말에 조성한 용적률 269%인 한보구암아파트와 용적률 376%인 동아3차아파트는 녹지면적비율 23.47~25.53%, 녹지폭 2~6m, 녹지량1.06~2.12㎥/$m^2$, 교목층 식재밀도 0.25주/$m^2$, 관목층 식재밀도 0.22~0.37주/$m^2$이었다. 용적률변화에 따른 녹지구조 분석결과 녹지면적은 용적률이 높을수록 넓었으나, 녹지량과 식재밀도는 용적률의 변화와 상관없이 전체적으로 낮은 상태이었고 식재구조는 외래종위주의 단층구조이었다.
