The purpose of this study is to survey and analyze the operating state and characteristics of domestic and foreign green care, prioritize the facilities and programs for green care introduction through expert survey of importance, and thereby to provide a basic material for introducing green care in facilities in Rural Development Project districts, including domestic rural experience facilities. Domestic and foreign literature was analyzed in order to classify the necessary facilities programs, of green care, and the analysis results were modified and supplemented through Expert Delphi Survey. Based on the results, AHP based importance survey was conducted. In terms of the facilities and programs for green care introduction, necessary facilities (H/W) were categorized into four types (accommodation facility, resting facility, experience facility, therapy facility) and S/W programs into three types (learning experience type, therapy type, and care type). To verify the reliability of the AHP based importance survey, Consistency Index (C.I.) was analyzed. As a result, the C.I. value of nine respondents ranged from 0.000 to 0.083 so that the survey was found to have high consistency. The importance of S/W programs was 0.627, and that of H/W facilities was 0.373. For green care introduction, programs were found to be more important. Regarding the categories of necessary facilities, therapy facility had the highest value, or 0.348; experience facility 0.253; accommodation facility 0.211; resting facility 0.188. Therefore, therapy facility and experience facility were found to be important. In case of S/W programs, therapy type had the highest value, or 0.499, and learning experience type (0.255) and care type (0.246) were similarly important. Generally, the categories that had high importance values tended to show a remarkable difference in importance of their sub categories. In particular, facilities or therapy programs using natural ecology and forests were found to be highly important. In conclusion, it is required to actively review the introduction of active programs using resources, such as existing experience facilities and accommodation facilities and villages forests, and programs making the body and soul comfortable, such as natural ecology experience, Green Shower, and horticulture activity.
The purpose of this study was to identify the perception of residents on green home and their green residential life. For this study, a questionnaire survey was conducted and the items consisted of whether green home was perceived and how well green residential life was maintained in 6 types of environments. A total 118 responses of residents living in apartments of Seoul Metropolitan Area were used for data analysis. Using statistical program SPSS Win 18.0, frequency analysis, t-test, One-way ANOVA, and factor analysis was employed. The major findings were as follows: 1) slightly more than half of the respondents were aware of green home, and the vast majority were in favor of the green home policy; 2) most of the respondents carried out guidelines of green residential life, and in particular, green living on air environment was well done, followed by consumption, waste, energy, traffic and water; 3) the six kinds of environments were subcategorized by using factor analysis, and 3 to 5 factors were included in each category of environment. Also, it was found that age, educational level, employment status of respondents, housing tenure and duration were related to the degree of green residential life. In midst of global movement toward sustainability, environmentally friendly living is not optional but mandatory, so it's important to change each individual's value on the relation between people and environment and to facilitate more environmentally conscious behaviors.
This study was carried out to prepare green tea by traditional roasting process, Kujeungkupo, and to determine its sensory characteristics. The carotenoid content in green tea was increased by roasting and reached 1,317 mg/100 g by Kujeungkupo. Of all carotenoids, the contents of lutein and $\beta$-carotene were 1,170 mg/100 g and 111.1 mg/100 g, respectively. The total cathechin content in green tea was 14.57 g/100 g after 9th roasting. The more the number of roasting the little contents of cathechin in green teas. Of all cathechin, epigallocathechingallate was the highest(6.80g/100 g) followed by epicathechingallte and epicathechin. total cholrophyll content was 141 mg/100 g of green tea. The free sugar content in Kujeungkupo green tea wet 2.18 g/100 g, of which sucrose comprised 46% (1.01 g/100 g). The color value ($\Delta$E) of Kujeungkupo green tea was 16.25. In sensory evaluation, sweet taste was the highest in green tea roasted 3 times and the flavor was best in that roasted 5 times. The sweet and astringent tastes of green tea had negative relationships with a and b values. The content of cathechin in green tea had a negative relationship with sweet taste and a positive relationship with astringent taste.
The purpose of this study is to develope an available outdoor insulation construction for the green roof system in Korea. On its own economical and structural problems of constructional risk, the typical outdoor insulation construction on the korean spot does not function efficiently with the green roof. Therefore, this study consists of four main contents as follows: 1. The objectives of the study are established by analysing the problems of the typical in- and outdoor roof insulation system in korea. 2. The foreign outdoor insulation systems for the green roof are clarified to find out an acceptable prototype for Korea. 3. According to loadtest, the prototype, which has a waterproof on the thermal insulation, is tested to demonstrate the structural safety. 4. The U-value test of the prototype on KS F 2277 brings the thermal performance of the green roof system, which can influence the thickness of the insulation.
This study analyzed the measured value came out by the field test to verify the surface temperature reduction of the flat roof due to green roof, and confirmed the influence of the green roof based on it, and assessed the possibility of saving structures' energy and reducing $CO_2$ emission of structures. For the actual measurement, the differences of the average atmospheric temperature of the green roof and non-green roof flat roof were $8.67^{\circ}C$ and $0.787^{\circ}C$, and the average floor temperature gaps were $11^{\circ}C$ and $2.008^{\circ}C$ in October and November respectively. It was expected that if it's measured on around summer solstice that the temperature gets higher, the deviation of the surface temperature should be bigger, and it was confirmed that the green roof eventually raises insulating effect of structures and will influence on cooling and heating effects such as energy saving and insulating.
This study has been carried out to verify curative effect of lavender and lawn, a green space composition factor. Thus, the physiological index value of blood pressure, heart rate and salivary amylase were measured with object of 16 women in their 20~30s for stress relaxation effect at lavender garden and lawn square, and impression assessment upon SD method as for psychological value was performed in this study. And a survey was conducted on necessity and reason of urban green space with object of 345 men and women urban workers. As a result of variance analysis between groups and multi test of Turkey upon object place, the blood pressure was lowered the same at lavender garden and lawn square, and especially, high blood pressure was greatly lowered to 30 mmHG at lavender garden. On the other hand, low blood pressure group showed the tendency of a little increasing at the same places. And for the pulse, there was difference between high blood pressure group and normal group at the same places. To conclude, at lavender garden and lawn square the blood pressure was made to be lowered when it's high, and when it's low, the effect of returning to sound status, the function of increasing, was verified. In case of impression assessment upon SD method, the lawn square was assessed as resting place and lavender garden diversional place. And over 90% of urban workers responded to the green space's necessity and curative effect, diversion and resting place were adopted for the reason in high-ranking items. As above the green space pattern that urban workers require and curative effect of lavender garden and lawn square were verified. Therefore, the functional green space plan is required, which curative effect, diversion and resting place are considered, for the future green space plan design.
Purpose - Along with the growing awareness of environmental sustainability, international green entrepreneurship is expected to realize international sustainable development (ISD) by introducing ecological innovation results, using fewer resources consumption, and reducing negative environmental impacts. Building upon contingency theory and social network theory, this paper attempts to explore the role of home country-based networks (technology ties and business ties) as contingent factors that might impact the effectiveness of entrepreneurial orientation (EO) in promoting ISD among green ventures. Design/methodology - Original data were collected from 127 green ventures in China based on the random sampling technique. These green ventures mainly focus on the lower use of energy or materials, lower CO2 emissions, and higher ecological benefits located in the Fujian province, which highlights green economic growth and economic cooperation with international markets. Moderated hierarchical linear regression analysis was conducted to test our hypotheses concerning the main relationship between EO (innovativeness, proactiveness, and risk-taking) and ISD as well as the moderating effects of home country-based networks (technology ties and business ties) on the main relationship. Findings - Empirical results indicate that: first, both innovativeness and proactiveness positively affect ISD; second, both technology ties and business ties at home might significantly strengthen the positive relationship between innovativeness (or proactiveness) and ISD. However, this study did not find significant moderating effects of technology ties or business ties at home on the relationship between risk-taking and ISD. Originality/value - Since previous literature often gives more focus on the host country context of social networks, this study shifts to a home country-based network context. Therefore, our research might enrich the international green entrepreneurship literature by empirically investigating the contingent value of home country-based networks in the relationship between EO and ISD in the context of an emerging economy such as China.

Due to the enhancing environmental concerns worldwide with the need of increasing demand for sustainability of building design, maintenance and operation, key stakeholders including the government and developers in many countries strike for the benefits in implementing the green design and building concepts in constructing, infrastructure as well as the buildings. Different countries have their standards or certifications for green buildings while the adoption rate of BEAM-Plus in HK is relatively less compared with other developed countries such as Europe, USA and Japan. Therefore, in the present research, BEAM-Plus, the beginning assessment method of green standard implemented in HK, will be mainly discussed. Current situation of BEAM-Plus implementation in HK will be reviewed and then adopt a systematic approach via literature review and research paper, questionnaire with Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method to depict the opportunities and challenges from the perspective of government and developers regarding implementing BEAM-Plus in HK and thus investigate the implementation gaps. It is found that for both the macro level of opportunity and challenge, the most important criterion is political, in which the weighting value are 0.3114 and 0.2321 respectively. It is obvious that government plays a critical and significant role in affecting the development of BEAM plus. Technological difficulty is also an important factor that challenging and hindering the implementation of BEAM plus, the weighting value is 0.2194 under challenge hierarchy. More experts and professionals should be imported to Hong Kong to enhance the technique is building green buildings. At the end of this paper, solutions and actions will also be suggested and concluded in alleviating the challenges. Findings from this research can guide developers to consider adopting green elements, government and Green Building Council in HK to review green buildings' policy.
Green Marketing, a response to the serious environment problems of the 21st century, is an important point for trends in both art and fashion. It is a strategy for reminding consumers of the threatening environment problems and to recognize that everyone must take responsibility for these problems. Green marketing is a concept that is the point at issue and social reform movement. The purpose of this study was to find examples of Green Marketing in fashion and classify them into four groups. The results of this study were as follows. First, the terms related to green marketing as related to fashion can be categorized into four areas: 1. Eco-friendly product marketing: product merchandising that usually uses organic materials and green manufacturing processes. 2. Green-communication marketing: PR strategies that use green slogans through deep impression advertising or special promotional events relating reducing, reusing and recycling, etc., with the brand's name. 3. Green environmental-marketing: marketing strategies that is an enlightenment campaign for environmental preservation and sustainable fashion design such as reusing, recycling, and reducing. 4. Cause-related marketing: marketing plans that return profits to society and that take an active part in the causes of the community. It was expected that these types of green marketing strategies would yield positive effects in enhancing brand value and consumer confidence as well as increasing profits.
Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport(MOLIT) has increased reduction rate from 18.1% to 32.7% in Building sector compared to BAU of the national greenhouse gas emission according to the 2030 Greenhouse Gas Reduction Road map Amendment. For this purpose, MOLIT has been activating the green remodeling projects for existing buildings. Considering that 15 year old buildings after completion are 74% (5.25 million buildings) among about 7 million existing building stocks in Korea, reduction of building energy consumption by green remodeling is urgently needed, However, it is a major difficulty of activation for green remodeling projects because there are few case studies on Before and After building energy consumption of actual green remodeling projects. Considering that building energy performance and value increase after green remodeling through previous researches, additional studies of the energy consumption assessment on actual green remodeling projects are essential. Therefore, this study aims to propose results on Before and After building energy consumption of actual green remodeling projects.
