Home-based OD Matrix Production and Analysis Using Mobile Phone Data (이동통신 자료를 활용한 가정기반 OD 구축 및 분석)

  • Based on time dependent location data of mobile phone users, users' ODs were produced after tracing their travel route and inducing their origins and destinations. System considered average signalizing frequency, which means that the longer the travel length is the more frequent the signal is. This is a home-based OD and is limited to the Seoul Metropolitan area. The OD matrix from the mobile phone data which was aggregated to the cell and transformed to the 'Dong' area, was compared to the KTDB OD. The results can be analyzed and it was determined that they are highly correlated because individual coefficients are 0.98 and 0.85, the former between the OD of this study and the KTDB Si/Gun/Gu unit area OD and the latter between the OD of this study and the Dong unit area KTDB OD.

  • For stationary 1kW-class fuel cell systems to be used widely, it is essential to achieve dramatic improvements in system durability as well as cost reduction. In order to address this engineering challenge, it is important to develop innovative technologies associated with BOP components. According to this background, in 2009, the Korean Government and "Korea Institute of Energy Technology Evaluation and Planning(KETEP)" launched into the strategic development project of BOP technology for practical applications and commercializations of stationary fuel cell systems, named "Technology Development on Cost Reduction of BOP Components for 1kW Stationary Fuel Cell Systems to Promote Green-Home Dissemination Project". The objectives of this project are to develop fundamental technologies to meet these requirements, and to improve the performance and functionality of BOP components with reasonable price. The project consortium consists of Korea's leading fuel cell system manufacturers, BOP component manufacturers which technologically specialized, and several research institutions. This paper is to provide a summary of the project, as well as the achievements made through the 1st period of the project(2009~2010). Several prototypes of BOPs - Cathode air blowers, burner air blowers, preferential oxidation air blowers, fuel blowers, cooling water pumps, reformer water pumps, heat recovery pumps, mass flow meters, valves and power conditioning systems - had been developed through this project in 2010. As results of this project, it is expected that a technological breakthrough of these BOP components will result in a substantial system cost reduction.

An Analysis of the Elderly Care and Management in Hospital-Based Home Care Agencies (노인대상 의료기관 가정간호사업의 운영실태)

  • Purpose: To analyze the home care services provided to the elderly aged 65 and older by a hospital-based home care agencies and to investigate the effects of long-term care insurance for the elderly. Method: The subjects were the home care service recipients aged 65 and older in 172 hospital-based, home care agencies registered in Health Insurance Review & Assessment Service in January, 2007. The data were collected using a questionnaire from March 16 to April 15, 2007. The questionnaire return rate was 43.8%. Result: The hospital-based home care agencies were able to visit 66.5% of the national administrative districts. Of the home care service recipients, over 50% were 65 years old and older. About 43% of the agencies reported that over 50% of their patients would be subject to the long-term care insurance. They expressed concern that home care services would be withdrawn once the insurance system is initiated. Conclusion: This study suggests that hospital-based home care agencies need to manage home care services with long-term care insurance. It also recommends developing guidelines for the use of services and referrals.

  • The purpose of this study is to generate implications for the Green Building Certification System(GBCS) for detached houses, by comparing LEED for homes. Detached houses were added to the GBCS and took an effect this year. They are evaluated by the GBCS under special conditions, because they are designed by small architectural offices with limited budget. In this respect, this paper points out the problems of the GBCS for these detached houses and highlights some areas to be improved. As the first step, the definition of sustainable building and the design method of green building were investigated. By doing so, this study acknowledges the potential analysis methods in making valid comparisons with LEED for homes. Secondly, this study makes a comparative analysis of the GBCS for detached houses and the GBCS for apartment houses, LEED for New Construction(NC) and LEED for houses. Lastly, it identifies the problems and suggests better ways to improve the GBCS for detached houses through integrated analysis of the GBCS and LEED.

  • In this paper, we proposed Interference suppression method of between AMI system and EV charging system. IEC12139-1 and HomePlug GreenPhy are using 2-30Mhz frequency band in power line communication. Both method while using the same frequency band, interference occurs in the system of each other. In this paper, we experiment a way to suppress the interference through the channel separation using a Walsh code.

  • 본 논문은 홈 네트워크 상에서 디바이스들에 대한 자동 IP 구성 관리 기술에 관한 것으로, 홈 네트워크 내의 다양한 디바이스들이 새로 설치 되거나 교체 되었을 때, 홈 네트워크 시스템의 특성에 맞게 시스템을 자동적으로 구성하고 이를 관리하기 위한 것이다. 디바이스는 IP 관리서버와 통신하여 구성 관리 정보를 교환하고, 제공된 구성 관리 정보를 통해 디바이스 구성 관리를 수행한다. 본 논문에서는 홈 네트워크 상에 새로운 디바이스가 설치되거나 교체 되었을 때 자동으로 홈 네트워크에 연결될 수 있도록 편의성을 제공하며, 잘못된 IP 설정으로 인한 문제를 해결하는 방법을 제시한다.

  • 주거공간 내 조명환경은 인간의 심리적, 생리적 기능에 많은 영향을 주는 요소임에도 불구하고 현재의 조명환경은 사용자의 상황과 공간 특성을 고려하지 않은 단일화된 형태로 제공하고 있다. 또한 인간의 심리에 영향을 미치는 조명의 요소로는 빛의 색온도, 조도, 색상, 눈부심, 균제도 등이 있으나 대다수의 조명은 밝은 조도에만 초점을 맞추어 사람의 눈부심을 자극하는 조명이 대부분을 차지하고 있다. 따라서 사용자에게 좀 더 편안하고 쾌적한 조명환경을 제공하기 위해서는 사용자의 행동, 심리적 상황 등에 따라 조명의 색온도, 조도 그리고 색상이 고려된 상황조명 서비스가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 사용자의 재실여부와 행위 등의 상황을 인지하고 이에 따라 조명의 On/Off, 색온도, 조도, 색상의 조명환경을 제공하는 상황인지 기반의 LED 조명 제어시스템을 제안한다.

  • This paper evaluate use on facilities of green tourism by participator's questionnaire and urban inhabitants' questionnaire. As the result of study, it shows follows; 1) To make town look more traditionally we should rebuild the buildings and the styles of roof with our own traditional rural system. And, we also change the block and brick style fence into soil or rock one instead to look rural path. The agricultural land and watercourse should be left naturally to be looked non-polluted environment. 2) The outdoor toilet, washing stand and distribute should be maintained and managed clearly every time. Residents' own housing also should be maintained to promote the home-stay lodging. 3) To improve the satisfaction of people's need of agricultural product, the special market building or place that could be packed and sold the product at the same time should be built or made. And, it should be located in the harmonious spot with the natural scenery and good parking lot.

  • The objective of this study is developing urban farm management system based on USN for remote monitoring and control. This system makes it easy to manage urban farm and make the database of collected information for to build the best environment for growing crops. For this, we build a green house and installed several types of sensors and camera through which the remote sensing information collected. In addition, building a web page for user convenience and information in real time to enable control. We confirmed experimentally all functions related to stability for a long period of time through field tests such as collection and transfer of information, environmental control in green house. It will be convenient for farmers to grow crops by providing the time and space constraints and a lot of flexibility. In addition, factory, office, home like environment, including facilities for it will be possible to extend.
