In the tribological performance of materials, a textured surface reduces the friction coefficient and wear. This study investigates the effects of a pattern of 300 µm dimples in a hexagonal array on the tribological characteristics. Previous studies investigated 200 µm dimples by using a similar material and method. There are three frictional conditions based on the Stribeck curve: boundary friction, mixed friction, and fluid friction. In this experiment, we investigated the frictional characteristics by conducting frictional tests at sliding speeds ranging from 9.6 rpm to 143.3 rpm and a normal load ranging from 13.6 N to 92 N. We used a photolithography method to create dimples for surface texturing. We used five specimens with different dimple densities 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, and 30% in this study. The dimple density on the surface area is one of the important factors affecting the friction characteristics. The duty number graph indicates a fully developed fluid friction regime. Fluid friction occurs at a velocity of 28.7-143.3 rpm. We observed the best performance at a dimple density of 10% and a dimple diameter of 300 µm in the hexagonal array, the lowest friction coefficient at 0.0037 with 9.6 rpm 9.6N load, and the maximum friction coefficient at 0.0267 with 143.3 rpm 92N load.
The purpose of this study is to analyze cyber security risk modeling of critical infrastructure, draw out limitations and improvement measures. This paper analyzed cyber security risk modeling of national critical infrastructure like as electricity sector, nuclear power plant, SCADA. This paper analyzed the 26 precedent research cases of risk modeling in electricity sector, nuclear power plant, SCADA. Among growth disorders, 'Short Stature' can be improved through rapid diagnosis and treatment, and for that, it is important to detect early'Short Stature'. It is recommended to measure the height steadily for early detection of 'Short Stature' and checking the kid's growth process, but existing height measurement methods have problems such as time and space limitations, cost occurrence, and difficulty in keeping records. So in this paper, we proposed an 'Development of Kid Height Measurement Application based on Image using computer vision' method using smart phones, a medium that is highly accessible to people. In images taken through a smartphone camera, the kid's height is measured using algorithms from OpenCV, a computer vision library, and the measured heights were printed on the screen through 'a comparison graph with the standard height by gender and age' and 'list by date', made possible to check the kid's growth process. It is expected to measure height anytime, anywhere without time and space limitations and costs through this proposed method, and it is expected to help early detection of 'Short Stature' and other disorder through steady height measurement and confirmation of growth process.

In modern society, various video devices such as CCTV and black boxes are used for convenience. However, noise is frequently generated in the process of transmitting and receiving video images and video signals photographed at night. If such noise is not eliminated, the problem that the image is difficult to identify is generated. Accordingly, noise elimination of images in the image information is an indispensable step. Salt and Pepper noises are typical impulse noises among image noises. Previous research has been carried out as a method for eliminating noise, and CWMF, MMF and A-TMF are typical methods. In common, such a filter exhibits excellent performance in a low-density noise area, but a disadvantage is that noise elimination performance in a high-density noise area is somewhat insufficient. Accordingly, the proposed algorithm uses the inflection point of the histogram graph to separate areas and remove singular points, and proposes a weighting filter utilizing histogram distribution. PSNR was used for objective judgment.

In this paper, when a refractive index grating and a gain grating were simultaneously present in a DFB laser having a wavelength of 1.55 ㎛, a dielectric film coating was applied so that reflection did not occur on the right mirror surface, so that 𝜌r=0. In case of 𝛿L>0, the characteristics of the oscillation frequency and oscillation gain were analyzed. When the grating phase of the left mirror surface continues to decrease from 𝜋, the graph lines of each mode gradually shift to the left. In case of 𝜅L=10, the threshold gain of the oscillation mode is the lowest. In this case, the mode selectivity is relatively low. From 𝜅L=0.5 to 𝜅L=6, the mode selectivity and the frequency stability are excellent. In the case of DFB lasers with an anti-reflection coated mirror, the threshold gain of the oscillation mode increases but the mode selectivity is about twice as excellent, compared with DFB lasers of having two cleaved facets.
In this study, trends in ICT education were investigated by analyzing the frequency of appearance of keywords related to machine learning and using conversion of iteration correction(CONCOR) techniques. A total of 304 papers from 2018 to the present published in registered sites were searched on Google Scalar using "ICT education" as the keyword, and 60 papers pertaining to ICT education were selected based on a systematic literature review. Subsequently, keywords were extracted based on the title and summary of the paper. For word frequency and indicator data, 49 keywords with high appearance frequency were extracted by analyzing frequency, via the term frequency-inverse document frequency technique in natural language processing, and words with simultaneous appearance frequency. The relationship degree was verified by analyzing the connection structure and centrality of the connection degree between words, and a cluster composed of words with similarity was derived via CONCOR analysis. First, "education," "research," "result," "utilization," and "analysis" were analyzed as main keywords. Second, by analyzing an N-GRAM network graph with "education" as the keyword, "curriculum" and "utilization" were shown to exhibit the highest correlation level. Third, by conducting a cluster analysis with "education" as the keyword, five groups were formed: "curriculum," "programming," "student," "improvement," and "information." These results indicate that practical research necessary for ICT education can be conducted by analyzing ICT education trends and identifying trends.
Recently, the importance of elemental technologies constituting smart factories is increasing due to the 4th Industrial Revolution, and simulation is widely used as a tool to learn these technologies. In particular, PID control is an automatic control technique used in various fields, and most of them analyze mathematical models in certain situations or research on application development with built-in controllers. In actual educational environment requires PID simulator training as well as PID control principles. In this paper, we propose a model that enables education and practice of various PID controls through 3D simulation. The proposed model implemented virtual balls and Fan and implemented PID control by configuring a system so that the force can be lifted by the air pressure generated in the Fan. At this time, the height of the ball was expressed in a graph according to each gain value of the PID controller and then compared with the actual system, and through this, satisfactory results sufficiently applicable to the actual class were confirmed. Through the proposed model, it is expected that the rapidly increasing elemental technology of smart factories can be used in various ways in a remote classroom environment.
This study analyzed a variety of different kinds of usage patterns of four-digit personal identification numbers(PINs) based on the data collected from students attending at A-university in 2011. According to the analysis, the 4 digit PINs '1234' was being used most frequently which is similar to the findings of the study by the Daniel Amitay research. In addition, almost 50 percent of the students were using the four-digit PINs closely related to their personal information, and more than 10 percent of them were using it only by the reason of easiness to remember or convenience to use. Number '0' was the most frequently used, and girl students used it more than boys did. According to the result of analysis of four-digit PINs, it was found that number '1' was the most frequently used in the first and the third position. It was also found that number '2' and number '4' were the most frequently used in the second and the forth position respectively. Among students who had used number 3 in third position, around 63.6 percent of those students were using number 4 in the forth position in their PINs which showed highest frequency from analysis of double-digits connected together in each position. The analysis of PINs were represented by the polygonal (type) graph with that X-axis showed from first to forth position and Y-axis showed number had been used at each position. Among many polygonal graphs, the form showed an N-type which was called in type 1 took the first place by 35 percent.
We consider the problem of scheduling tasks of a precedence constrained task graph, where each task has its execution time and deadline, onto a set of identical processors in a way that simultaneously minimizes the number of processors required and the total tardiness of tasks. Most existing approaches tend to focus on the minimization of the total tardiness of tasks. In another methods, solutions to this problem are usually computed by combining the two objectives into a simple criterion to be optimized. In this paper, the minimization is carried out using a multiobjective genetic algorithm (GA) that independently considers both criteria by using a vector-valued cost function. We present various GA components that are well suited to the problem of task scheduling, such as a non-trivial encoding strategy. a domination-based selection operator, and a heuristic crossover operator We also provide three local improvement heuristics that facilitate the fast convergence of GA's. The experimental results showed that when compared to five methods used previously, such as list-scheduling algorithms and a specific genetic algorithm, the Performance of our algorithm was comparable or better for 178 out of 180 randomly generated task graphs.
