This thesis tries to evaluate the economic benefit of space chartering in comparison with time chartering with respect to mega container ships. For this it reviews the method of obtaining ship's carrying capacity such as time chartering and space chartering. Based on this, it tries to make comparison between the time chartering and space chartering on economic base. Finally, it suggest the economic benefit of space chartering with direction for further study.

Crimes with explosives is one of the mass-destructive crimes that involves the most victims. It is heavily punished under the Korean laws. Mid-eastern area is one of the leading places that are home to improvised explosive device attacks, in the form of religious or political terrorism because of its convenience of use, production and disguise. Improvised bombs are permeating into domestic crimes in Korea as their tools. Use of explosive substances are strictly restricted in this country, but it is not impossible to find its information online and to create private explosives with a bit of interest. And they are being traded in the grey market. For this reason, this thesis offers the method of an efficient safety control of explosive substances, which can be used as raw materials for improvised explosive devices, in order to protect citizens' lives and properties and to promote national security down the road.

The purpose of this paper is to develop strategy for successful ecotourism in Sundarbans, Bangladesh, based on studying and explaining the ecotourism destinations success factors in already developed successful ecotourism mostly in developing countries. This thesis will analyze the economic potentiality of Sundarbans as an ecotourism spots of Bangladesh and its proper utilizations to enhance ecotourism as a profitable approach for economic growth of Bangladesh. The findings of the study are the current condition of Sundarbans and some applicable recommendations according to the needs.

The Eight Scenery, as a traditional landscape to today, gradually caught the concern of landscape scholars, as well became the mutual cultural wealth of South Korea, China and Japan even of the whole Asia. The Yanjing Eight Scenery firstly originated from the Jin dynasty is an important representation of Eight Scenery culture in Scenic Spots and Historical Sites of China. The transition process of Yanjing Eight Scenery is examined in this thesis, and the cause of such change is also analyzed. Moreover, the landscape content of Yanjing Eight Scenery is classified in detail, and the succession of the landscape architecture of the Yanjing Eight Scenery style under the traditional culture is analyzed from the aspects of rebuilding pavilion, landscape arrangement, building, and new landscape architecture rebuilt followed the religious, the plant landscape and the traditional culture based on the classification. Beijing regional culture has influenced Yanjing Eight Scenery by its classification, the landscape evaluation, and the analysis of the landscape feature, in addition, this paper searches for the model to research the Eight Scenery culture in each country of Asia.

The Light Emitting Diode(LED) lighting control system proposed in this thesis is made up of a sensor module, a microcontroller, Bluetooth wireless communication, LED Driver, and LED downlight. The sensor module, comprised of an infrared sensor, an illumination sensor, and a temperature sensor, was designed to one Printed Circuit board(PCB). The system is able to identify the environment information collected by the sensor, and make it possible to control lighting automatically and manually through sensors. In addition, depending on users' conditions, a color temperature can be controlled. CS-1000, a spectroradiometer, was employed to measure the changing values of a color temperature in 8 steps. According to a test, it was found that it was possible to change a color temperature from 3187K of Warm White LED to 5598K of Cool White LED. The Bluetooth based wireless communication technique makes it possible to control more lighting devices than other wireless communication techniques does.

There are currently various types of alternative schools which has diverse goals and traits in Korea. Education suited to educational principles can't be carried out, as long as mathematics education in alternative schools is same as one in the regular schools. In this thesis the problems of mathematics education which is conducted in alternative schools for maladjusted students will be examined in three aspects of teaching contents, teaching methods, and teaching environments. And we will study about mathematics education that use mathematical history as one way of mathematics education for the alternative school students.

The purpose of this study is to inquire into the necessity and problem of the study on beauty aesthetics, and the direction and method of its study theoretically by applying the concept of aesthetics to the beauty art as an attempt to build up aesthetic concepts of beauty art. As results of inquiry, the study on beauty aesthetics is essential for the adaptation to demands for the creativity of beauty art. As for problem of study on beauty aesthetics, it is necessary to conduct an aggregate study at various angles since the aesthetic value of beauty art (hairstyle) is realized by interaction of the social cultural value or practical value and pure artistic value, and the unique cosmetic beauty of any era or nation group individual is created on the basis of hair designers and individual spirit, emotion and taste, etc. and its perceptual aesthetic enjoyment is accomplished variously. As for the direction and method of study on beauty aesthetics, the quest with abstract speculative self-examination into the beauty having its subjective meaning must be accomplished. This thesis would like to contribute to the building up of beauty industry field as beauty arts based on the aesthetics by successive coming forward of personnel for beauty who combine the aesthetic abilities meeting the diversified requirements of modern society and by improving the recognition of persons recognizing the beauty industry field as a technical field only.

The removal of security vulnerabilities during the developmental stage is found to be much more effective and much more efficient than performing the application during the operational phase. The underlying security vulnerabilities in software have become the major cause of cyber security incidents. Thus, secure coding is drawing much attention for one of its abilities includes minimizing security vulnerabilities at the source code level. Removal of security vulnerabilities at the software's developmental stage is not only effective but can also be regarded as a fundamental solution. This thesis is a research about the methods of Mobile-Secure Coding Self Assessment in order to evaluate the security levels in accordance to the application of mobile secure coding of every individual, groups, and organizations.

Affordance is a kind of mental physiology, used by psychologist Donald A. Norman as a design idea, defined as "the property that something can directly and essentially provide something to a person or animal". This idea of returning to the essence and providing properties intuitively has a new guiding effect on product design. The purpose of this thesis is to take the theory of affordance as the basis of design concept, and redesign the shape of desktop lamps in small home appliances, so as to optimize the product shape. A product styling design method based on the concept of affordance is established through four major classifications of affordance, and a styling design scheme is completed using a tabletop luminaire in small home appliances as an example, and then a product styling design evaluation system is used to evaluate the new tabletop luminaire styling design scheme and the existing styling, and the evaluation results are analyzed. Finally, it is concluded that a new product styling design method based on affordance is constructed, and the feasibility and effectiveness of this method are verified, which provides ideas and theoretical basis for product styling design.
