The purpose of this study is to develop house caddie uniforms design which reflects the CI and image of 'Golfzon County Sunwoon', a representative golf course in the Honam circle, to enhance a positive image of a golf course and improve house caddies' service quality and their working efficiency. Study methods were as follows. In literature review, the domestic golf industry, golf culture, and house caddie uniforms as one of golf course CI elements were investigated. In empirical study, the formativeness of domestic golf course CI and house caddie uniforms was analyzed. Then, house caddie uniforms were developed using CI which is the symbolic element of a golf course. A concept for uniforms design development was 'Golf & Culture Communication' to symbolically represent an image of IT-based total golf culture club. It was limited to female uniforms design for spring or autumn that is high in application. A symbol and a logo which are symbolic elements of a golf course were freely worn in the form of a brooch. Symbolism and practicality were reinforced using PB(v), R(v), YR(v), and Y(vp) colors only for a golf course. Functionality was improved by using UV protection materials and aesthetics was expressed by reflecting 2014-15 F/W trends.

A golf course provides comfortable leisure space, but construction of it demands eco-friendly design which minimizes the environmental spoil and harmonizes its surroundings. Therefore, it is highly recommended that appropriate understanding of existing golf course, accurate estimation of new golf course design and precise construction. In this study, data for golf course design were researched using LiDAR intensity. Consequently, a sectional registration data of a golf course was generated efficiently.

Much attention has been paid recently to environmental destruction by golf course constructions in Koera. An efficiency and up-to-date technology on the planning and design practices has been requested to minimize the environmental impacts. Computerized systems for golf course design in the point of physical conservation of environment were discussed here. Geograpic Information System were applied on the process of geograpical data input and analysis through the final outputs, Simulation works by the total database management make enable to pre-investigate of the design in view of an assessment of environment impacts. It is also possible to evaluate plans easily and propose the alternatives properly. Precise quantity caculation of en-gineering works by computer system should be guarantee scientific, economic, and environme-ntally sound golf course design.

Recently, there are rapid increases in golf population. People are enjoying play golf not only during the day but also at night as well. Although there are not many golf courses that offer night play, people inquire place where they can play night games due to their busy daily lives. To supply the demand in national golf courses night-lighting has been pushed ahead competitively, however there are few standards of lighting design in golf course. Because it is not clear that the standards of lighting in the world yet, this study aimed at presentation of standard of lighting design for planning golf course. Investigating the cases of golf course, this study suggested illumination standard of golf course to support comfortable visual-environment and measures to prevention glare for visitors.

Nowadays, there are increasing demands of golf courses and it is necessary to make more golf courses than the present. To do this, we need to improve the environmental problems with the regional inhabitants, and it is said that the first thing to be considered in developing any golf course in Korea is to preserve the environment. In this context, the purpose of this study is to set forth several design factors to lessen the negative impacts which are accompanied with the development of golf courses. 1. The present conditions of golf courses in Korea Many new golf courses have come into being, particularly since the late 1980s, and now, in the year of 1997, over one hundred of golf courses are doing their business, yet the number of golf course is still less than required. So far, over a half of them have been made in the vicinity of Seoul on account of various reasons, and this has adversely affected on our natural environment. This unreasonable development of golf courses has caused serious water pollution, landslides and the other problems. Also, the topography of Korea is not good for golf courses. Although the demands of golf courses are increasing, the suitable sites for them are very limited, and therefore it is sometimes unavoidable to make golf courses on steep hills. Golf has emerged as one of the key leisure activities in Korea. This study examines the characteristics of golf consumption typology. A total of 256 questionnaires were collected from membership and public golf courses in the Incheon and Gyeonggi district. This study explores user satisfaction with and service at the golf course. The results of this research show that there are primary factors in user satisfaction regarding course facility, scores and operational services. Detail responses regarding these golf courses prove that the whole of the golf course, satisfaction with the course layout, landscaping and user gratification with the golf facilities are influenced by contentment with the management of the golf course. Satisfaction with scores were correlated with user contentment with the golf course. Detailed factors regarding operational services cited such aspects as ease of reservations, staff and tee time, all factors related to the smooth arrangements and progress that are influenced by operational services. This research was more concerned with course design and facility operations than marketing operations, which can satisfy users through investment in variety and expansion of the course facilities. Satisfaction in these areas is correlated to revisits and recommendations to others. The types of membership and public golf courses face difficulty in development, operation, and facilities maintenance, among other features. This paper will help separate out each quality in order to formulate difference stratagems for marketing and operation tactics in the future.

본 연구는 고객(Golfer)의 입장에서 골프장 만족도와 골프장 운영의 다양한 변수들을 분석하여 상호관계성을 밝히고자 하였으며, 분석된 골퍼들의 다양한 기대감과 욕구를 골프장 설계과정과 운영에 반영하고자 실시되었다. 조사를 위해, 국내의 골프장 119개소를 조사하였으며, 총 309부의 설문이 수집 분석되었다. 연구 결과를 요약해 보면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 이용자 만족도에 영향을 미치는 운영서비스 요인변수는 "골프장 이미지", '직원 서비스' 그리고 '이용요금'이 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 이용자 만족도에 영향을 미치는 코스 설계 및 관리 요인변수는 "코스관리 상태", '티잉 그라운드 특성" 그리고 "코스 내 조경"이 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 이상의 두 부분에서 나타난 결과를 토대로 "운영서비스" 변수와 "코스 설계 및 관리" 변수에 대한 부분을 통합하여 설명하기 위하여 선형회귀분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 통합모형의 설명력은 36.5%로 나타났으며, 모형의 적합성 검정에서도 적합한 것으로 나타났다. 이용자 만족도에 영향을 미치는 통합 모형의 회귀분석 결과, "코스관리 상태"가 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 다음으로 "코스 내 조경", "티잉 그라운드 특성", "직원 서비스" 순으로 나타났다. 계수 값을 보면 "코스관리상태"가 21.8%의 영향력을 미치며, "코스 내 조경"은 20%, "티잉 그라운드의 특성"은 17.7%, "직원서비스"는 15.5%로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 운영서비스 부분이 강조되어 연구되어온 선행연구와는 다른 결과로 해석된다.

본 연구는 수도권 회원제 골프장 81 개소를 대상으로 1964년부터 2011년까지 조성된 한국 골프장 및 골프 코스 구성 요소의 시계열적 변화에 영향을 미치는 환경 요인 분석을 통해 한국 골프 변천사에 대한 기초자료 제시를 목적으로 수행하였다. 연구 방법으로는 문헌고찰을 통해 골프장 조성 및 골프 코스 구성 요소의 정량적 변화에 관련된 환경 요인들을 분석하고, 회귀분석 등 통계분석을 통한 골프 코스 구성 요소의 시계열적 변화를 도출한 뒤 두 분석 결과를 상호 비교 고찰하는 방법을 사용하였다 본 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 골프 코스 변화와 관련된 환경 요인은 '제도 및 정책', '경제 성장과 국민소득', '골프장 이용객 ', '골프 용구', '해외 골프대회 유치와 국내 토너먼트 대회 개최' 등 5 개 요소인 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 골프장의 입지 유형은 평지형에서 산지형으로 변화여 갔고, 규모는 시간이 갈수록 증가하는 경향을 보였으며 이러한 변화는 골프 제도 및 정책, 경제 성장 등의 요인에 의해 주로 영향을 받은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 홀의 면적, 길이, 개수의 변화 등의 골프 코스 구성 요소는 ' 제도 및 정책', '골프 인구의 증가', '골퍼들의 기량 향상', 국내외 골프대회 개최에 따른 '골프 경기의 난이도 증가', '해외 골프 코스 디자이너들의 국내 디자인 참여 기회 증대' 등 다양한 요인에 의해 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 골프 용구의 발달과 골퍼들의 비거리의 증가는 벙커 수와 면적의 증가, 홀의 길이 등에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 연못(pond) 등 수공간의 면적 증가 추세는 친환경에 관련된 골프 제도, 골프 대회 등의 증가에 따른 심미성 제고 등과 함께 디자인 트렌트의 요인에 의해 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 향후 과제로는 골프 코스 디자인의 변화 추세에 대한 정성적 연구가 있어야 할 것으로 사료되었다.

최근 많은 수의 골프장 건설로 인하여 국토의 상당면적이 원지형의 변화 또는 파괴되고 있으며 주변 생태계가 급속한 변이를 겪고 있다. 골프코스 건설을 위해서는 정밀하고 효율적인 설계를 요하지만 기존의 통상적 설계방식으로는 사업의 방대성으로 인한 설계자료의 처리에 한계를 가지고 있었다. 특히 공사 후의 경관 변화에 대한 예측이나 환경영향 저감대책에 대하여 적절한 대안을 제시할 적절한 수단이 없었다. 따라서 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 지형정보시스템(GIS)을 골프코스 설계에 적용하여 건설에 따른 물리적 영향을 최소화시킬 수 있는 친환경적인 골프코스 설계 기법개발에 대하여 연구하였다. 연구된 내용은 지형정보시스템을 기초자료입력 단계에서부터 최종 성과물 단계까지 적용시켜 전 설계과정을 전산화하며, 부수적으로 골프 경기의 기능적 효과 증대 토지이용의 적정성, 코스유지 관리의 용이성 등을 사전 검토할 수 있는 친환경적 전산설계기법을 개발 연구하였다.

The purpose of this thesis is to search for appropriate design elements to manage ponds on golf courses. This paper showed that a variable, width, and volume have significant influence on satisfaction(Sig 0.001). This research investgated golf courses in Kyung-ki province. In short, we measured the physical design elements of ponds to bring out major factors which could determine satisfaction of golf courses for golfcourse manager(greenkeeper). The results between satisfaction and physical variable came out as follows; 1, Golfcourse managers(Green keepers) responded to questions that they were satisfied in only 29.9% of the ponds. We found that they considered management very highly. we could evaluated the value of necessity and importance are high, that is importance to manage ponds 2. Some physical design elements(volume, width) increased dependent variable(satisfaction) and others(length, area, circumference, index of shape) decreased dependent variable(satisfaction) 3. Volume has an influence on dependent variable more than depth on index of shape. 4 If the result of \`index of shape\` decreased, the result of \`management satisfaction\` would be high, and when volume is 8500ton∼17000ton, depth is 27m∼3.1m, \`management satisfaction\` would be high. The research findings can be used for planning and designing of golfcourses for designers, and by management for greenkeepers, and will provide pertinent design elements far design of golfcourses. We suggest that the interrelation between ponds and strategic play must be examined in future research.
