The direction of recent education literature points to the importance of creativity and creative practices, which also plays an important role in character education and has been recognized as being invaluable for the educational goals of the 21st century. As such, the goal of mathematics educators and researchers has also been on emphasizing the importance of building character and promoting creative practices. In this research, we study the pedagogical measures that can be easily implemented in classrooms to foster creative mathematical thinking and practices in students. In particular, the mathematical topic of interest is three-dimensional geometry, and especially polygons, and processes in which mathematical knowledge and creative practices play out in classrooms. For example, we explore how these creative lessons can be organized as the target internalization lessons, concepts definition lessons, regularity and relationship lessons, question posing lessons, and narrative story lessons. All of these lessons share three commonalities: 1) they require specific planning and execution challenges in order to achieve creative tasks, 2) they take advantage of open-ended problems, and 3) they are activity-oriented. Through this study, we hope to further our understanding on successful creative mathematical educational practices in the field of mathematics education, and help establish model lessons and materials for teachers and educators to use towards such goals.

Usability is defined by the effectiveness efficiency and satisfaction with which specified users can achieve a specified goal in the particular environment. This paper is not only to provide a framework for specifying the usability attributes of a product and establishing a comprehensive set of usability criteria, but also to asses usability metrics of the software. The Evaluation Tool for Software Usability are developed based on the properties of the a user interface using ISO standard and general usability principles with product-oriented view. It means that product has attributes contributing to determine the usability. This paper also suggests the way to weight the relative importance of the individual usability item depending on the software categories.

The purpose of this study is to analyse the factor of the Variables that contributed to the depression of middle-aged women. The subjects were 751 Middle-aged women whose age was from 41 to 60. The instruments used in the study were the assessment of depression, the assessment of climacteric symptoms, the assessment of marital satisfaction, the assessment of marital stability, the assessment of ego identity and the questionnaire of demographic variables. The data were analysed by using descriptive statistics, ANOVA, Duncan, pearson correlation, hierarchical multiple regression. The findings were as follows; (1) According to the job, the level of education, the state of marriage, the subjective level of health, the subjective level of economy, household income, present problem, the level of family-of-original relationship, the age of last child, religion and spouse's occupation there were differences of depression; (2) In the result of the analysis of relationships of depression, the depression was correlated with Climacteric Symptoms positively and with Marital Satisfaction, Marital Stability, and Ego Identity negatively; (3) Predictors of depression of the Middle-aged women ordered climacteric physical, climacteric psychological, marital satisfaction, marital stability, identity moratorium, goal oriented, identity diffusion, initiative. Based on these results, the recommendations for the future research in this area were discussed.

Environmental pollution by Using of a fossil fuel, a reckless and growth-oriented development since the Industrial Revolution has caused global change of environment. An issue largest among this is a climate change. A global mean temperature since 19th century has climbed up $0.4{\sim}0.8^{\circ}C$. After The Kyoto Protocol regarding a greenhouse gas reduction goal took effect, be situations that decrease of greenhouse gas was acutely required. Interest of utilization of the new & renewable energy is increasing every day. This study shows that at first divided a country to nine range by natural geography, and second executed Meteorological data analysis of recent 30 years considering level of significance by nine range. The results of this study are that in heating load calculation of building, periodic temperature data management is required because facility capacity and cost are affected greatly by outdoor temperature, and temperature by climate range needs consideration of pertinent area. Lastly, ground temperature was assumed of the weather in region, the ground and soil.

Buildings are responsible for approximately 50% of current carbon dioxide emissions. Energy planning at a town and city scale needs a strategic approach, supported by strong planning policies. The purpose of this study was to investigate the urban scale grid-connected photovoltaic(PV) system for urban residential and commercial sector applications. The integration of PV technology into roof of houses is an approach that is being championed in Germany, Japan and United states etc. In the Korea, PV roofing systems already are given the large number of houses which are projected to be built by 2012. However unlike germany and Japan, urban scale grid-connected PV system is not yet installed. The solar city which is installed building-integrated photovoltaic system is available to use of renewable energy sources such as solar to meet demand, instead of fossil fuels, with the goal of realizing an ecologically oriented energy supply.

This study is firstly aiming at diagnosing the present problems of evaluating the performance, especially in the field of disaster and safety management, of LGA (Local Government Authorities) in Korea. The study also deals with developing alternatives to solve a series of barrier factors revealed during the evaluation process using System Dynamics. This paper therefore presents literature review including the official documents published by the government and the performance evaluation studies of LGA. Moreover the authors analyze the current practice of the CELG (Combined Evaluation of Local Governments) as performance management, address and map a series of barrier factors in the CELG process to elaborate the CLDs (Causal-Loop Diagrams) and find solutions using system thinking with the CLDs. According to the analysis results, the core barrier factors to overcome is lack of proactive indicators/indices in the current practice of the CLEG. The authors therefore recommend to develop more proactive indicators that leads to avoid difficulties in measuring the LGA output, as well as to lessen the burden in competition for rankings and goal of the displaced.

The purpose of this study were to examine the time use of college students, and then to investigate the relationship between the satisfaction of the time use and the self identity. The subjects were 249 students in college. It was analyzed by using frequency, mean, ANOVA, Duncan's multiple range analysis. The results were as follows: 1. College students were used to employ many obligate time including studying. Their peak time was 10 a.m., 6 p.m. or 10 p.m., and their slump time was from 7 a.m. to 9, or from noon to 2 p.m.. They enjoyed on weekend, and then tired on Monday. 2. College students were satisfied with the future time use than the present. In survey of self-identity inventory, they lacked confidence in their future, but they oriented their goal and were familiar with the social network. 3. The more college students satisfied time use, the more the level of self-identity was high. This, it was suggested the program of time management for college students.

This paper suggests the evaluation method of success factors of CRM implementation using AHP technique, and presents why firms implement CRM, how it could be successfully implemented, and what is the most important factor. For the purpose, this study applies the method to department stores' industry. AHP structure consists of three steps to determine CRM's key success factors. First of all, strengthening loyalty of customers, improvement of service quality, upgrade of intelligence system and advancement of management process are selected as superordinate object (i.e. CRM-implementation goal). The next project factor, technology/data factor and organizational factor were decided as success factor of CRM-implementation. Subordinate criteria of project factor consist of 11 criteria. The experimental results of this study show that department stores think advancement of management process and improvement of service quality as most important purposes for CRM implementation. The results also indicate that among the subordinate success factors, accuracy of customer information, conversion to customer-oriented business model, practical use of experienced consultant, and establishing IT infrastructure for CRM are evaluated as most important success factors for CRM implementation.

To build up the military strength based on information oriented armed forces, the Korean ministry of national defense (MND) promotes the defense CALS (Continuous Acquisition and Life cycle Support) initiative for the reductions of acquisition times, improvements of system qualities, and reductions of costs. These defense CALS activities are the major component of the underlying mid and long term defense digitization program and the ultimate goal of program is to bring a quick victory by providing real-time battlefield intelligence and the economical operations of the military. The concept of defense CALS is to automate the acquisition and disposition of defense systems throughout their life cycle. For implementing defense CALS, the technology for exchange and sharing CALS standard data that is created once and used many times should be considered. In order to develop an efficient CALS information exchange and sharing system, it is required to integrate distributed and heterogeneous data sources and provide systematic search tools for those data. In this study, we developed a content based search engine technology which is essential for the construction of integrated data environments. The developed technology provides the environment of sharing the CALS standard data such as SGML(Standard Generalized Markup Language) and STEP(Standard for The Exchange of Product model data). Utilizing this technology, users can find and access distributed and heterogeneous data sources without knowing its actual location.

A serious game is to design for not amusement but special aim. It can be defined of the game which have various useful aspects. It is a different game which exists important the proper function through interactive action compared to general games. English education games have a goal which is the English Study in addition to amusement. It's important one which is to have an immersiveness to be accomplished studying through games for users. In this paper, an effective analysis and design method of serious game using UML, that is Objected Oriented Analysis and Design Method, and Storyboard to develop a serious game "Guessing correctly english words over playing joyfully" is presented.
