글로벌 SCM에서의 위험관리 프레임웤에 관한 연구

  • 기업의 경영활동이 글로벌화되면서 이를 둘러싼 경영환경도 급변하게 되어 기업이 처한 위험(Risk)의 유형과 빈도가 더욱 증가하게 되었다. 특히 인터넷 환경하의 정보시스템은 기업 경영의 효율성을 증가시킨 반면 이에 따른 위험(Risk)의 발생 정도와 그 파급 효과를 더욱 증가시키고 있다. 위험(Risk)을 인식하고 이를 분석하고 평가하여 관리하는 능력이 뛰어난 기업은 위험(Risk)에 따른 피해의 확산을 조기에 차단 하고 오히려 이를 기회로 이용할 수도 있다. 기존 연구는 위험관리(Risk Management)를 주로 재무관리 또는 보험관리 분야에서 다루어왔다. 일반적으로 자금의 조달이나 투자업무에 있어서 불확실성을 제거하고 분산 투자를 실행하고 미래의 불확실한 상황에 대비하여 보험을 준비하는 등의 내용들이 기존의 위험관리(Risk management)와 관련된 것이었다. 본 연구에서는 위험관리를 정보시스템 분야에 적용하여 정보시스템의 위험관리에 관한 인식을 고취하고, 나아가 보다 체계적인 Global SCM의 구축하여 글로벌 경쟁환경하에서 기업의 경쟁우위를 제고하고자 한다. 특히 기업위험관리(Enterprise Risk Management)관점에서 Global SCM의 위험관리체계의 프레임웍(Framework)을 제시하고자 한다.

  • The rapid expansion of regionalism has resulted in the creation of blocs of the global economy, so that those countries not belonging to one or more blocs can be discriminated. The purpose of this paper is to examine the competition policy theoretically, international background with issues, and discussion trend of global enterprise. By doing them, this paper suggests the responsive plan, future prospects, and policy directions for the competition policy by distribution service. There is not a statistically significant relationship between international diversification strategy and firm performance. However, we observed some tendency that the larger the firm size, the higher the firm performance, assuming the degree of international diversification or multinationality to be constant. However, the export productivity increase after 1~2 years, and there exits a clear evidence that the innovation investment increases a firm's export competitiveness as time goes on.

  • The modem world has brought a wave of changes, not the least of which is globalization or what is often referred to as the "borderless society." In recent times, changes in the global business environment, such as trade deregulation and advances in technology, are challenging us to find new ways of thinking about and coping with these new forces. The field of global logistics has encountered a host of paradigm shifts as well. Therefore, it is critical that managers involved in international logistics take into account perceptional swift or at least understand the value of fully utilizing information. The appropriate management of human resources is a key factor in dealing with not only new information technology, but also shifts in the business environment. In particular, it will be important for Korea's logistics managers at international logistics companies to continually work to develop themselves, as they must carry out a critical role in global supply chain management. If they fail to take heed of the demand's of the new environment, the competitiveness of Korean enterprises in international logistics will suffer severely.

SPA 브랜드의 마케팅 성공요인 탐색 -근거이론을 중심으로- (Exploratory Study on the Success Factors of SPA Brands from Marketing Perspectives -Based on Grounded Theory-)

  • The fashion industry has been rearranged by Global SPA brands (like ZARA and H&M), which are powerful retailers that integrate the value chain ranging from manufacturing to sales. SPA brands can offer good quality of clothing at a reasonable price by cutting the margin between the supply chain. They are also called fast fashions since they make expedited efforts to respond to market trends and consumers. Despite the slow growth of the fashion industry in Korea, as global SPA brands rapidly expand market share, traditional fashion companies have launched several SPA brands such as MIXXO and SPAO (E-LAND), 8SECONDS (CHEIL INDUSTRIES). The few academic studies on this subject are focused on the analysis of secondary data such as news and books. The current research is qualitative and empirical attempts to explore the success factor of SPA brands with analysis of 1:1 in-depth interviews with experts who have worked for global SPAs such as Uniqlo, H&M, and ZARA, based on the grounded theory. The main phenomenon was shown to be that global SPA brands were popular since they offer a variety of products with a large assortment at reasonable and cheap prices in a large scale and multifunctional retail store. Most of them displayed main phenomena that can be realized due to the purchasing cycle of clothing that is shorter with consumers' regarding clothing as consumables. Global SPA brands had three types of marketing strategy: sellable product, sales strategy according to consumer response, and multifunctional stores. Each global SPA brand developed marketing strategies based on core competency and national conditions. The three success factors shorten the consumer decision making process of clothing. This study concludes with implications for practitioners of SPA brands born in Korea.

  • At present, the world is witnessing a rapid change in all the fields of human civilization business interests and goals of all the sectors are changing very fast. Global changes are taking place quickly in all fields - manufacturing, service, agriculture, and external sectors. There are plenty of hurdles in the emerging technologies in agriculture in the modern days. While adopting such technologies as transparency and trust issues among stakeholders, there arises a pressurized necessity on food suppliers because it has to create sustainable systems not only addressing demand-supply disparities but also ensuring food authenticity. Recent studies have attempted to explore the potential of technologies like blockchain and practices for smart and sustainable agriculture. Besides, this well-researched work investigates how a scientific cum technological blockchain architecture addresses supply chain challenges in Precision Agriculture to take up challenges related to transparency traceability, and security. A robust registration phase, efficient authentication mechanisms, and optimized data management strategies are the key components of the proposed architecture. Through secured key exchange mechanisms and encryption techniques, client's identities are verified with inevitable complexity. The confluence of IoT and blockchain technologies that set up modern farms amplify control within supply chain networks. The practical manifestation of the researchers' novel blockchain architecture that has been executed on the Hyperledger network, exposes a clear validation using corroboration of concept. Through exhaustive experimental analyses that encompass, transaction confirmation time and scalability metrics, the proposed architecture not only demonstrates efficiency but also underscores its usability to meet the demands of contemporary Precision Agriculture systems. However, the scholarly paper based upon a comprehensive overview resolves a solution as a fruitful and impactful contribution to blockchain applications in agriculture supply chains.

  • Based on the rapid development of information technology (IT) including networks, manufacturing environment faces more customer engagement, global collaboration, greater emphasis on agility, increasing reach and connectivity through world-wide web, and micro transaction tracking and intelligence to name a few. The new ideas of manufacturing concept, eManufacturing is discussed in view of IT. In specific, a framework to identify. An Improved Genetic Approach to Optimal Supplier Selection and Order Allocation with Customer Flexibility for Multi-Product Manufacturing

  • As the global market becomes more competitive, manufacturing industries face relentless pressure caused by a growing tendency of greater varieties of products, shorter manufacturing cycles and more sophisticated customer requirements. Efficient and effective supplier selection and order allocation decisions are, therefore, important decisions for a manufacturer to ensure stable material flows in a highly competitive supply chain, in particular, when customers are willing to accept products with less desirable product attributes (e.g., color, delivery date) for economic reasons. This paper attempts to solve optimally the challenging problem of supplier selection and order allocation, taking into consideration the customer flexibility for a manufacturer producing multi-products to satisfy the customers' demands in a multi period planning horizon. A new mixed integer programming model is developed to describe the behavior of the supply chain. The objective is to maximize the manufacturer's total profit subject to various operating constraints of the supply chain. Due to the complexity and non-deterministic polynomial-time (NP)-hard nature of the problem, an improved genetic approach is proposed to solve the problem optimally. This approach differs from a canonical genetic algorithm in three aspects: a new selection method to reduce the chance of premature convergence and two problem-specific repair heuristics to guarantee feasibility of the solutions. The results of applying the proposed approach to solve a set of randomly generated test problems clearly demonstrate its excellent performance. When compared with applying the canonical genetic algorithm to locate optimal solutions, the average improvement in the solution quality amounts to as high as ten percent.

  • 최근 기업들은 끊임없는 경쟁우위 확보와 지속적인 성장을 위하여 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅과 유비쿼터스 네트워크 기술의 접목을 통해 전체 공급망의 통합을 추구하는 u-SCM이 대두되고 있다. 반면에 현재 RFID 도입 관련 공급망에서 개별 제품의 가시성과 추적성을 제공하기 위해서 국내외적으로 추진되었던 실시간 추적 서비스는 특정 산업을 중심으로 추진되었으며, 아직 표준적인 추적서비스 아키텍처가 정해지지 못한 상태이다. 본 논문에서는 RFID 기반으로 전체 공급망에서 효율적이고 완전한 제품 관리를 위해서 전 세계 표준 아키텍처로 자리 잡아가고 있는 EPCglobal 네트워크를 기반으로 한 제품 추적 서비스 모델을 제안하고자 한다.

  • 최근 들어 기업의 외부 환경은 글로벌 경쟁, 원가 절감과 이윤 확보에 대한 압박 및 신기술의 급격한 발전 등에 의해 매우 급속하게 변화하고 있다. 특히, 고객 요구 사항의 빈번한 변화는 제조 기업에게 심각한 도전이 되고 있다. 이러한 도전에 대응하기 위해서는, 고객 서비스 향상과 운영 효율성 제고를 위해 여러 관리 기능 중에서 생산계획 기능이 우선적으로 정립되어야 한다. 생산계획은 전체 공급망 관리 중에서 생산 프로세스에서의 단기적 의사결정을 다루며, 그 역할은 고객 주문과 제한된 자원 사이에서 균형을 찾는 것이다. 본 논문의 목적은 공급망 관리 관점에서 생산계획의 기능성과 시스템 아키텍처를 분석하고, 이를 기반으로 생산계획 솔루션들 간의 비교를 가능케 하기 위한 분류 프레임워크를 제시하는 것이다.

  • 최근들어 RFID 기반의 SCM에 대한 연구는 많이 진행되고 있다. 그러나 공급망상에서 이동중인 물류정보의 오류를 동기화하고, 장치기반 인프라의 상태정보를 모니터링하여 활성화해주는 연구와 기술은 아직 미흡하다. 또한 이를 응용하여 통합관제해주는 지능형 SCM 시스템을 개발한 경우는 없었다. "물류정보동기화 기반의 Smart SCM 모델"은 실시간으로 각 물류 거점에 설치된 RFID 인프라 장치 및 물류 프로세스 동기화 현황을 하나의 통합된 뷰를 통하여 모니터링하고, 예외상황 발생시에 다양한 의사결정 지원정보 제공을 통해 즉각적인 상황 조치가 가능한 지능형 공급망 통합관제 서비스 모델이다. 본 연구 모델은 물류국제 표준, RFID관련 국제 표준 규격, EPCIS 표준, SSI 미들웨어 플랫폼을 준용하여 표준화 하므로써 관련 기술 국내 표준 규격을 제시하고자 하였다.
