Today, the fashion industries, which are appearing in the world, can satisfy their economic needs, as well as provide and distribute their products in order to introduce sustainable methods and avoid becoming a bad influence on future generations. Recently, SPA brands have contributed to the sustainable development of society with different kinds of products, such as organic, recycled and environmental products. For this research, among different SPA brands, we chose H&M as the most representative one. Using Russian and Korean consumers as examples, we analyzed how sustainable activities affect a consumer's ethical consciousness, brand loyalty and purchase intention. The results of this study show that firstly, all sustainable activities have positive effects on the ethical consciousness of Russian and, in particular, Korean consumers. Secondly, ethical consciousness has a positive effect on brand loyalty, which, in turn, has a positive effect on purchase intention. Consequently, by adding to the existing sustainable and cultural activities, we can propose new perspectives for future research on sustainability. Due to the effect on a consumer's ethical consciousness, future research might consider ethical consciousness as the main factor. By focusing on H&M as a representative of SPA brands with Russian and Korean consumers as target audiences, we can advise global SPA brands on the direction of their sustainable activities and exporting of their products to foreign markets.

Internet of Things (IoT) is considered to be the next wave of Information Technology transformation after the Internet has changed the process of doing business. Since the domain of IoT ranging from the sensor technology to service to the users is wide, the structure of the research domain is not delineated clearly. To do that we suggest to use the Technology Stack Model proposed by Porter et al.(2014) to measure the maturity level of IoT in organizations. Based on the Stack Model, for the general understandings of IoT, we do keyword analyses on the academic papers whose major research issue is IoT. It is found that the current status of IoT application from the perspectives of cloud and big data analytics is not active, meaning that the real value of IoT has not been realized. We also examine the cases which deal with the part of cloud process which is crucial for value accrual. Based on these findings, we suggest the future direction of IoT research. We also propose that IT is to value chain what IoT is to the Stack Model to derive value in organizations.

As port competitiveness is becoming more important in the global market environment RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) Is also becoming a crucial enabler In implement efficient visible, secure and productive ports. However there Is a lack of practical validated RFID technology acceptance cases in the port logistics industry until now, even though various related projects have been undertaken. In this study, we applied 13.56MHz passive RFID readers, tags, and their applications into existing bar-code based gate systems to improve the port logistics process, and we analyzed results of a pilot test in economic and non-economic perspectives. The main purpose of this study is to develop the RFID based automatic gate passing system in container terminals, and is to validate its economic and non-economic feasibility. In order to accomplish the purpose of this study, first, we examined previous researches on RFID technology acceptance in the port logistics industry, second, we Identified and analyzed the business process of existing gate systems in container terminals, third, we build RFID gate systems with 13.56Mhz tags, readers, and its middle-ware, finally we tested the system and its performance. The results were successful and showed the feasibility of the system in real container terminal gates. Economic and non-economic contribution was confirmed. Although the system has technological limitations with short range passive type, we clearly identified its potential capability and its economic validity in the field, which are the implications of this study.

The extant study on virtual store loyalty has not been comprehensive and has focused on identifying limited variables such as design, product value, contents, communication, security, that have influence on virtual store loyalty. Their limited perspectives have frequently yielded empirical studies with fragmented results and contributed to the research with low explanation. This paper thus examines the effects of virtual store image, satisfaction and trust on loyalty. The study results confirm that virtual store image have significant effects on satisfaction, trust, and loyalty. Also, satisfaction and trust directly influence vitrual store loyalty. This study contributes to the understanding of the role of virtual store providers in online shopping situation.

Background: Ecologists have achieved much progress in the study of mechanisms that maintain species coexistence and diversity. In this paper, we reviewed a wide range of past research related to these topics, focusing on five theoretical bodies: (1) coexistence by niche differentiation, (2) coexistence without niche differentiation, (3) coexistence along environmental stress gradients, (4) coexistence under non-equilibrium versus equilibrium conditions, and (5) modern perspectives. Results: From the review, we identified that there are few models that can be generally and confidently applicable to different ecological systems. This problem arises mainly because most theories have not been substantiated by enough empirical research based on field data to test various coexistence hypotheses at different spatial scales. We also found that little is still known about the mechanisms of species coexistence under harsh environmental conditions. This is because most previous models treat disturbance as a key factor shaping community structure, but they do not explicitly deal with stressful systems with non-lethal conditions. We evaluated the mainstream ideas of niche differentiation and stochasticity for the coexistence of plant species across salt marsh creeks in southwestern Denmark. The results showed that diversity indices, such as Shannon-Wiener diversity, richness, and evenness, decreased with increasing surface elevation and increased with increasing niche overlap and niche breadth. The two niche parameters linearly decreased with increasing elevation. These findings imply a substantial influence of an equalizing mechanism that reduces differences in relative fitness among species in the highly stressful environments of the marsh. We propose that species evenness increases under very harsh conditions if the associated stress is not lethal. Finally, we present a conceptual model of patterns related to the level of environmental stress and niche characteristics along a microhabitat gradient (i.e., surface elevation). Conclusions: The ecology of stressful systems with non-lethal conditions will be increasingly important as ongoing global-scale climate change extends the period of chronic stresses that are not necessarily fatal to inhabiting plants. We recommend that more ecologists continue this line of research.

Objectives: Malaria has been a major global health problem in recent times with increasing mortality. Current treatment methods include parasiticidal drugs and vaccinations. However, resistance among malarial parasites to the existing drugs has emerged as a significant area of concern in anti-malarial drug design. Researchers are now desperately looking for new targets to develop anti-malarials drug which is more target specific. Malarial parasites harbor a plastid-like organelle known as the 'apicoplast', which is thought to provide an exciting new outlook for the development of drugs to be used against the parasite. This review elaborates on the current state of development of novel compounds targeted againstemerging malaria parasites. Methods: The apicoplast, originates by an endosymbiotic process, contains a range of metabolic pathways and housekeeping processes that differ from the host body and thereby presents ideal strategies for anti-malarial drug therapy. Drugs are designed by targeting the unique mechanism of the apicoplasts genetic machinery. Several anabolic and catabolic processes, like fatty acid, isopenetyl diphosphate and heme synthess in this organelle, have also been targeted by drugs. Results: Apicoplasts offer exciting opportunities for the development of malarial treatment specific drugs have been found to act by disrupting this organelle's function, which wouldimpede the survival of the parasite. Conclusion: Recent advanced drugs, their modes of action, and their advantages in the treatment of malaria by using apicoplasts as a target are discussed in this review which thought to be very useful in desigining anti-malarial drugs. Targetting the genetic machinery of apicoplast shows a great advantange regarding anti-malarial drug design. Critical knowledge of these new drugs would give a healthier understanding for deciphering the mechanism of action of anti-malarial drugs when targeting apicoplasts to overcome drug resistance.

This research has examined in depth professional books, advance research, related statistics, and internet data to present security environment changes and countermeasures that may arise due to changes in the domestic hospitality industry. The Hospitality industry characteristics and the trend of change at home and abroad were analyzed. Based on the analysis results, the global hospitality industry has minimized the negative impact of the gambling industry held by casinos through Integrated Resorts, and confirmed that the individual characteristics of various hospitality industries, such as Hotels, MICE, Performances and Shopping, have been developed in such a way that they can exert positive synergy. It has confirmed that South Korea is also trying to revitalize its sluggish economic growth by setting up strategies for industrializing the Integrated Resort and developing the Integrated Resort industry. Based on this, the security environment changes that could occur in individual Integrated Resort companies and the region were expected from five perspectives, and three levels of government/industry/personal response measures were proposed for effective response to changes in the security environment.

The 'Grand Challenge' in the global level raises fundamental questions on the role of private firm as a profit maximizer. From the new perspective, firms are recognized as a social entity with social and environmental responsibility. Particularly, the importance of transition-orineted firms, which pursue an objective of socio-technological system transition, have increased. These environmental changes request a new understanding on the identification of firms and the evolution of sustainable business model from the technological innovation perspectives. This paper aims on the new understanding on the motivation of firms who participated on the sustainable system transition and the proposal of 'transition-oriented firms' concept. Based on literature survey, this paper reviews the role of firms in the process of socio-technological system transition, the cases of transition-oriented firm, the types of sustainable business models and their strategies.

Recent lifeline with Internet and smart-phone is a new ICT-based revolution that has transformed the structure of economics and business activities in digital economy. This paper deals with some economic perspectives on the conceptual concerns on transaction costs and its applications to energy and environments, and glocalization strategies of e-business. First, we consider substantial differences between offline and online channel transactions and categorize three different aspects of transaction costs in the purchasing process in both channels. Second, we examine the impacts of e-business that affect sustainable environments and provide some considerations on energy savings, product-process design, and logistics. Finally, we present some opportunities and challenges posted by global e-business and outline the economics of networking in achieving enhanced performance and competitive advantage through glocalization strategies of e-business.

The creation of new economic paradigm shift in creative economy age have influence on the characteristics of social networks and space, it leads to the formation of new relationship in space depending on social network service development. In this paper, it gives a name to 'social network resource' the power affecting these features and to find the meaning of spatial changes in the economic geography perspectives. 'Social network resource' shows the characteristics of openness, sharing, participation and cooperation, with features of encompassing all the features of local and global characteristics in space. This features are related the meaning of 'trans-locality' and can be found in the case of 'WikiSeoul.com (http:/www.wikiseoul.com)', Seoul's social knowledge sharing web platform. In particular, physical resources, human resources, information resources, and the characteristics of the relationship as a resource features was found and these features appear in space is projected to the space of social relations, it reflects the characteristics of qualitative space regarding social network resource.
