신제품개발역량이 벤처기업의 국제화에 미치는 영향: 창업자 인적자본의 조절효과를 중심으로 (The Effect of New Product Development Capabilities on the Internationalization of Venture Firm: Moderation Role of Founder's Human Capitals)

  • Amid the growing importance and growth potential of venture firms worldwide, this study aimed to figure out the effect of new product development capabilities (NPDC) on the internationalization of Korean venture firms and the moderating impact of founders' human capital. NPDC is a core competency that can cope with the rapidly changing market environment and is required when entering multinational markets. Therefore, we subdivided founders' human capital into professional experience, startup experience, education level, and marketing capacity and examined each moderating effect on a venture firm's internationalization. As a result of empirical analysis of 1,362 Korean venture firms using the Tobit model, this study found that venture firms with excellent NPDC tend to achieve a higher level of internationalization. In addition, among the founder's human capitals, professional experience, education level, and marketing competency moderated the positive relationship between NPDC and internationalization. In contrast, the founder's startup experience was insignificant. The results of this empirical analysis explain the factors that trigger the internationalization performance of venture firms from the perspective of dynamic capabilities and suggest that the founder's human capital played an essential role in the internationalization.

한국적 요소를 활용만 아트마케팅 현황 고찰 (A Study of Art Marketing Using Korean Features)

  • In the 21st century called an age of culture and art beyond the information and technology, many companies are developing various art marketings. Cases of the art marketing especially utilizing Korean features among art marketings are being increased recently. It is creating new values as a characteristic based on the cultures value of Korea. This thesis examined cooperative product development focusing on collaborative trends between designers, artists and companies through research on product and art marketing using Korean features. Additionally, by studying features of culture promotional event including exhibition and contest sponsorship, advertisement and packaging and the meaning of futures art marketing were discussed. Though, to date, academic researches have not been thoroughgoing enough in this field, it is considered that cultural product commercializing cultural particularity can strengthen the national image with acknowledgement of the global value as the art marketing using Korean features can contribute to improve recognition and the national image. Based upon this study, the value of Korean features on which custom culture of Korea dwells will be able to give a help to the designer and artist for progressing collaboration with companies as well as the companies for introducing new cultural characteristic to marketing, in the future-proof point of view. Additionally, it will be able to help the government planning the policy for intensifying the national image as a reference.

The Effect of Internal Marketing on Employees' Service Immersion to Customers

  • Purpose: This study seeks to identify whether internal marketing factors have a statistically significant positive effect on the flow of services to customers of bank service employees. Specifically, the purpose of this study is to confirm the importance of internal marketing in the employees' services immersion to customers. In addition, the study seeks to identify whether employees' perceived organizational support recognition mediates between internal marketing factors and the employee's immersion in services to customers. Research design, data and methodology: This study distributed 100 questionnaires to employees working at banks to obtain data. Finally, the study conducted a statistical analysis on a questionnaire of 94 employees. For regression, factor analysis, and reliability analysis, the 24 version of the SPSS was used. For the mediation analysis, the SPSS macro developed by Hayes was used. Results: This study seeks to statistically verify which factors of internal marketing have a greater impact on employee immersion in services. Conclusions: Research verification has shown that all elements of internal marketing affect the employee's immersion in services to customers. It was also shown that the employee's recognition of organizational support mediated the relationship between factors of internal marketing and the employee's immersion in services to customers.

주얼리 브랜드의 메타버스 마케팅 사례 연구 (A Case Study on Metaverse Marketing of Jewelry Brand)

  • 본 연구는 주얼리 브랜드를 중심으로 메타버스를 활용한 마케팅에 관한 사례를 분석하고, 메타버스 마케팅의 새로운 방향성을 모색함에 목적이 있다. 메타버스 로드맵 2.0에 대한 IT 기술적 유형과 변화를 조명하고 이를 마케팅 전략에 융합하여 분석하였다. 이러한 마케팅 전략을 바탕으로 주얼리 브랜드의 메타버스 마케팅 사례를 비교 연구하여 시사점을 도출하였다. 그 결과 성공적인 메타버스 마케팅은 가상화 공간에서 개인화된 경험을 제공하고, 고객 여정에 대한 분석이 수반되어야 한다는 점을 글로벌 브랜드의 사례에서 확인할 수 있었다. 향후 연구 방향으로, 마케팅의 투자자본수익률(ROI)에 대한 심도 있는 보완 연구를 통해 궁극적으로 주얼리 브랜드의 경쟁력을 높이는 데 기여하고자 한다.

전통 패션상품의 시장기회분석을 통한 브랜드 마케팅 전략 제안 (Suggestions for Brand Marketing Strategies through Market Opportunity Analysis of Traditional Fashion Products)

  • The purpose of this study was to explore global consumer behavior with fashion products, Korean fashion products, and Korean traditional fashion products (i.e., Han-Bok). Clothing selection criteria for fashion products and Korean fashion products were included as major constructs far the comparison among global consumers based on their nationality. Other consumer behavior variables were shopping place, buying frequency, purchase experience/plan, preferred brand, purchase items, information source, purchasing usage, and the product evaluation of Hanbok. A convenience sample of 236 global consumers was selected for this study. A questionnaire was pilot tested, and the revised questionnaire was used for the interview survey. Descriptive statistics and ANOVA were used for data analysis. Various nationality were existed such as Europe, North America, Japan, China, South East Asia. The results indicated that the most important criteria for fashion buying were design, fit, and size in order. Fit, size, and color item from buying criteria were significantly different among global consumers by nationality. Country of origin was found as less important factor among global consumers. Department store was most favorable shopping place, and once a month is the most mentioned category in buying frequency. Preferred brands were Levi's, Polo, Gucci, and Prada, etc. Secondly, regarding the evaluation of Korean fashion products, textile quality was highly evaluated. Significant difference except design/style category were existed among global consumers by nationality. Thirdly, regarding the evaluation of Hanbok, the product evaluation of Hanbok highly represented as special event clothing, unique image, beautiful details and oriental beauty in order. Significant difference in good quality of textiles, oriental beauty, coordination with good colors and fabrics, beautiful details and unique style and design were existed among global consumers by nationality. Managerial implications were discussed.

전자무역 마케팅의 변화와 발전 방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Transition and Improvement Plan of e-Trade Marketing)

  • e-Trade 3.0 era which means the expansion of seamless e-Trade process into global business has been come. e-Trade is in the evolution stage with the reflection of time changes and IT development. Furthermore e-Trade marketing method of SMEs has been generalized. However, SMEs have not utilized e-Trade marketing very actively even if it has much benefits in exploring overseas marketing. In this regard this paper has cautiously suggested the strategic using plan of e-Marketplace and SNS along with policy improvement in order to promote extensive diffusion of e-Trade marketing. First of all, a comprehensive evaluation system has to be developed for the assessment of overseas marketing program and provide organized guideline including SMEs support system. Also e-Marketplace operation company is necessary to invent management system for supervising and detecting risk factors of participating firms and business model to share information which each e-Marketplace possesses through mutual connection. Finally, the effective supports such as short-term education and acting operation of initial account to use SNS strategically are needed and continuous contents development to adopt SNS is absolute.

  • 국내시장과는 환경과 여건이 판이한 해외시장을 표적시장(target market)으로 하는 국제마케팅은 시장자체의 형태가 천차만별일 뿐만 아니라 그 시장을 형성하는 상황, 시장구조 등이 전혀 다르며 다이나믹하게 급변하고 있다. 이러한 시장을 유지, 확대, 개척한다는 것은 효율적인 교역촉진의 수행 없이는 매우 어렵다. 보다 진보적이고 마케팅 정보를 토대로 하여 보다 세분화되고 구체화된 마케팅믹스 전략을 수행하는 것이 궁극적 목표이다.

IR Activities and Relationship Marketing

  • 본 연구의 목적은 IR 활동과 주주에 대한 관계마케팅간의 관련성을 연구하는 것이다. 본 연구에 사용된 연구모형은 IR과 관계마케팅의 관련분야의 과거연구와 다양한 전문가들과의 인터뷰를 통하여 축적된 자료들을 토대로 하여 구축되었다. 이러한 연구모형은 또한 과거연구와 전문가들과의 인터뷰를 통하여 얻어진 연구가설들을 기반으로 하였다. LISREL 분석기법을 이용하여 자료분석이 시도되었다. 자료분석 결과에 의하면 IR활동들이 투자자의 신뢰와 관계결속에 결정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 발견되었다. 따라서 IR활동들은 회사의 관계마케팅과 성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다는 결론을 도출하였다. 이러한 결론을 바탕으로 IR활동과 관계마케팅의 관련성을 경영에 응용할 수 있는 다양한 마케팅전략이 제시되었다.

디바이스 유형을 고려한 온라인 멀티 채널 마케팅 효과 (The Effect of Online Multiple Channel Marketing by Device Type)

  • 다양한 디바이스 유형과 마케팅 커뮤니케이션의 등장으로 온라인 환경에서 고객들의 탐색 및 구매 행동은 더욱 세분화 되었다. 하지만 기존 연구들은 고객 구매여정에서의 마케팅 채널 효과를 분석하는 과정에서 디바이스 종류에 따라 드러나는 UI(User Interface)와 UX(User Experience) 특성을 반영하지 못하였다. 본 연구는 글로벌 쇼핑몰의 대규모 클릭스트림 데이터를 활용하여 다양한 디바이스를 사용하는 고객들의 유입 채널 효과를 분석하였다. 온라인 쇼핑을 활성화 시키는 디바이스 유형을 구별하고, 디바이스 유형에 따라 방문을 증진시키는 유입 채널 간의 차이를 비교하였다. 고객의 과거 쇼핑 누적 경험과 유입 채널 전환 행태를 통해 방문과 구매액 미치는 직접효과 간접효과를 판별하였다. 그 결과 동일한 고객이더라도 디바이스 선택에 따라 활용하는 마케팅 채널이 달라지는 것을 발견할 수 있었다. 온라인 소매업체는 이러한 결과를 통해 디바이스 유형을 고려하여 멀티 마케팅 채널 환경에서의 고객 의사결정과정을 더욱 잘 이해하고 최적의 전략을 세울 수 있을 것이다. 본 연구는 실제 글로벌 빅 데이터를 분석하여 얻어진 유의미한 결과를 기반으로 경영학적 시사점을 도출하고, 계량 경제 모델을 활용하여 의미 있는 이론적립에 학문적으로 기여한다. 실제 온라인 쇼핑 마케팅 담당자들이 시도할 수 있는 전략적 통찰력을 제시한다는 점에서 실용적으로 활용할 가치가 있다.

Global Fashion Brand Non-Fungible Token (NFT) Application Case Study

  • Covid-19 is rapidly changing the global society. In particular, as the online connected world has become more important in recent years, new communication methods such as VR, AR, and metaverse have emerged as global trends. As social interest in technologies such as metaverse, blockchain, and NFT continues to grow, this study aims to understand the concept of NFT, which is being illuminated as a global trend keyword, and to examine the current status of the global fashion industry. As a result of examining NFT application cases of fashion brands that have grown rapidly since Covid-19, the use of NFT in the global fashion industry can be largely classified into three categories - Collection and Investment Type, Game Type NFT, Marketing and Event Type NFT. Based on this, We expect that this study will be used as basic data to actively utilize NFT, which is still in its infancy, to prepare a plan to revitalize the domestic fashion industry.
