시간제 디지털 임대 사무환경의 구성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Time-based Digital Rental Workplace)

  • This study aims at analyzing the characteristics and trends of future workplace in reference to the case for Digital Nomad Space (DNS). For this study, it has been investigated how to converge meanings of the digital environment and physical office space by which surveys to potential digital nomads were fulfilled. As a result, the types and the properties of future workplace in digital environment have been obtained. This study also includes general characteristics and design aspects of the time-based ubiquitous rental workplace followed by investigating future trends of the digital era. Thus, suggestions of spatial requirements of the digitalized office towards the practical level in the architectural interior design is proposed, and DNS has special features such as the cultural complex and ICT-based facilities with free accessibility to existing information and data over the air.

Determination of Toner Content by Diffuse Reflectance for Office Paper Recycling Studies

  • Waste office paper, photocopied or laser printed, has recently increased along with office automatization. In waste office paper, toner ink is used as the printing medium in place of conventional oil ink. Since toner ink cannot be saponificated by alkali and be decolored by bleaching, different from the case of oil ink, toner remains on regenerated paper as black specks. Although cascade recycling of waste office paper is compelled at present, the demand for low-grade paper is limited. From such circumstances, a new separation process for waste office paper is demanded to achieve parallel recycling. At the first stage of separation studies, the sharpness of separation is evaluated using small separators to obtain fundamental data. In a lab-scale separator, the sample amount of one feed is generally a few grams. However, the sample amount used for brightness, ERIC, and image analysis that are generally used to evaluate the efficiency of deinking are not small for lab-scale tests of these analyses. This paper describes an investigation of a sheet preparation method by a small amount of sample under 0.5g and compares the precision of toner content determination of spectroscopic analysis and image analysis from the viewpoint of separation evaluation. The easiness and convenience of the operation using only general-purpose equipments has also been set as a principle purpose. From the viewpoint of an analysis that yields high precision with a small amount of sample in short time, the method calculating the absorption coefficient from diffuse reflectance in the visible region is the most rational method in this study.

제주지역 공공업무시설의 장애물 없는 생활환경 실태조사 연구 (A Survey on the Barrier-Free Environment of Public Office Building in Jeju Area)

  • Purpose: Considering the proportion of the population such as the elderly, pregnant women, infants companion and constantly increasing foreign tourists, there is a high need for implementing an environment without barriers. In terms of policy and institutional aspects, Jeju Special Self-Governing Province is striving to create an environment without barriers and to promote the safety and convenience of Vulnerable Pedestrians. But it is not enough to create a viable barrier-free environment. Methods: Method of this research is to analyze the general population status and installed facilities status for the disabled in Jeju. And analysis of policy research needs and level of barrier-free. By applying the barrier-free environment certification standards should conduct an assessment of the level of the current public office buildings in Jeju. It presents the environmental improvement of public office buildings for barrier-free environment. Result: Barrier-free environment status of the five public office buildings research surveyed all buildings have shown low levels of installed facilities for the disabled. In particular, it was analyzed that represents a very low level in the intermediate facilities and other facilities. The development of a specific installation manual for the facilities for the disabled is required to improve public office buildings. And barrier-free criteria need to reflect on the implementation of regulations. Implications: Through continuous research to analyze the barrier-free level and problems of public office buildings, it will be made to improve the comprehensive and reasonable alternative.

사무용 수납가구의 디자인 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Design of Office Filing System Furniture)

  • 정보화에 따라 수납량이 감소할 것이라는 예측과는 달리 수납량이 점차 증가하고 있는 최근의 사무환경 변화에 발 맞추어 국내 외 사무용 수납가구의 디자인 특성 및 중요성을 인식하고 사무환경 디자인에 맞는 가구의 조건을 정리하고, 현재 우리 나라에서 시판되고 있는 국내 외 사무용 수납가구의 디자인 특성영역을 분석하여 사무환경에 대응할 수납시스템개발에 필요한 기초자료를 제시하고자 한다. 분석대상은 사무용 수납가구 중 현재 일반화되어있는 lateral file 등 6가지 수납가구를 대상으로 국내 외 사무용 가구의 카다로그를 분석하였으며 사무용 수납가구의 디자인 특성으로는 수납가구의 크기, 형태, 색, 재료, 손잡이, 수납방법, 이동성, 융통성 등을 중심으로 분석하였다. 현재 시판되는 수납가구의 디자인 특성분석결과에 따른 미래의 수납가구의 조건들은 다음과 같다. -변화하는 사무환경에 맞춰 고정형보다는 이동이 가능한 가구와 함께 위치변동이 자유로운 수납가구의 개발이 필요하다. -수납가구의 크기는 서로 다른 제품과 혼합사용시 공간의 통일성 및 공간 사용의 융통성을 주는데 유리하므로 일정한 모듈의 규격화된 디자인이 필요하다. -무채색계열과 정해진 나무색상으로 이루어진 단순한 형태에서, 앞으로는 변화하는 사무환경과 수납가구의 디자인에 맞춰 다양한 색상의 개발이 요구된다. -수납가구의 손잡이는 기능적인 면 외에도 다양한 이미지 변화의 역할을 하고 있으므로 손잡이의 디자인 변화가 필요하다. -수납구분방법은 대부분이 선반과 서랍식으로 구분되었고 서랍식인 경우 기능이 정해진 내부구조를 가지고 있었으나, 서랍의 내부와 외부에서의 다양한 수납방법과 디자인이 필요하다.

사과의 나방류(아류)해충에 관하여 (Lepidopterous Insect Pests on Apple Tree)

  • 사과를 가해하는 나방류 해충은 그 종류가 많고, 피해도 크므로 경제적으로 중요한 위치를 차지하는 해충의 무리이다. 그러나 우려나라에서는 그들에 대한 종류 조사 및 생활사를 비롯한 생태조사가 1940년후로는 별로 이루어 진 바가 없는 실정이다. 피자들은 최근 몇 년간 실시된 작물해충 분포조사에서 얻었던 자료와 수원을 중심으로 1975-1976년 사과해충 특히 타방류에 대한 집중조사를 실시하였다. 본 조사를 통하여 그 피해가 직접 관찰되었던 나방류 해충으로 14종의 잎말이 나방류를 비롯하여 심식나방류 3종, 굴나방류 4종, 기타잎을 가해하는 나방류 28종 등 49종(흡아류제외)을 사과해충으로 재확인하고 그 우점종들을 밝힘과 동시에 그들의 생활사 개략을 기술하였다.

Analyzing Box-Office Hit Factors Using Big Data: Focusing on Korean Films for the Last 5 Years

  • Korea has the tenth largest film industry in the world; however, detailed analyses using the factors contributing to successful film commercialization have not been approached. Using big data, this paper analyzed both internal and external factors (including genre, release date, rating, and number of screenings) that contributed to the commercial success of Korea's top 10 ranking films in 2011-2015. The authors developed a WebCrawler to collect text data about each movie, implemented a Hadoop system for data storage, and classified the data using Map Reduce method. The results showed that the characteristic of "release date," followed closely by "rating" and "genre" were the most influential factors of success in the Korean film industry. The analysis in this study is considered groundwork for the development of software that can predict box-office performance.

VAV 및 VWV시스템 적용에 따른 업무용 건축물의 에너지저감에 관한 연구 (A Study of applying VAV and VWV System to reduce Energy Consumption of Office building)

  • Building Energy Efficiency Rating system was enforced in 2001 to enhance spreading high-energy performance and saving buildings. It was only for the new apartments, but expanded to new office buildings in 2010, and moreover, government offices require 1st grade of Building Energy Efficiency Rating system. Green Building Act, which is established to reduce the emissivity of carbon dioxide by reducing building energy consumption, will be enforced in 2013, and new apartments and office buildings will be subjected to it. Henceforward, it will extend to other types of buildings and will be phased in. In general, pumps and fans consume approximately half of the air-conditioning energy consumption, and about a quarter of the total building energy consumption when office buildings have total floor area of more than 10000 square meters. This study analyzed the energy demand when applying VAV(Variable Air Volume) and VWV(Variable Water Volume) System to reduce energy returns of the pumps and the fans by ECO2, which is a computer simulation program used for Building Energy Efficiency Rating system.

First Bipropellant Propulsion System for Spacecraft in Korea

  • In the framework of COMS(Communication, Ocean and Meteorological Satellite) programme, the first bipropellant propulsion system for GEO satellite has been developed successfully. So far Korea has its own experience of development of a monopropellant propulsion system for LEO satellites, i.e., KOMPSAT's. Other types of propulsion systems for a satellite, such as cold gas and electric propulsion etc., are being developed somewhere in Korea, however they are not commercialised yet, apart from those two systems aforementioned. This paper mainly focused on the design of the Chemical Propulsion System(CPS) for the COMS, joint scientific and communications satellite. It includes descriptions of the general system design and a summary of the supporting analysis performed to verify suitability for space flight. Essentially it provides an overview and guide to the various engineering rationale generated in support of the COMS CPS design activities. The manufacture and subsequent testing of COMS CPS are briefly discussed. Feasibility of COMS CPS to an interplanetary mission is proposed as well.

Laboratory Environment Monitoring: Implementation Experience and Field Study in a Tertiary General Hospital

  • Objectives: To successfully introduce an Internet of Things (IoT) system in the hospital environment, this study aimed to identify issues that should be considered while implementing an IoT based on a user demand survey and practical experiences in implementing IoT environment monitoring systems. Methods: In a field test, two types of IoT monitoring systems (on-premises and cloud) were used in Department of Laboratory Medicine and tested for approximately 10 months from June 16, 2016 to April 30, 2017. Information was collected regarding the issues that arose during the implementation process. Results: A total of five issues were identified: sensing and measuring, transmission method, power supply, sensor module shape, and accessibility. Conclusions: It is expected that, with sufficient consideration of the various issues derived from this study, IoT monitoring systems can be applied to other areas, such as device interconnection, remote patient monitoring, and equipment/environmental monitoring.

근대기 전라북도 지방관아의 쇠퇴에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Decline of Provincial Government Office of Jeollabuk-do in Modern Era)

  • 본 연구는 전라북도 군현단위의 지방관아를 중심으로, 근대기에 진행된 관아시설의 쇠퇴에 관한 연구이다. 다각적인 관련 자료를 토대로, 본 연구는 관아시설의 쇠퇴 요인과 양상을 파악하는 한편 쇠퇴의 핵심요인으로서 훼철과 전용에 관한 특징적 사실을 보다 구체적으로 살펴보았다. 나아가 이러한 쇠퇴 요인들이 발생한 구체적인 시점을 살펴봄으로써 시기별 쇠퇴 양상의 일면을 파악하였다. 이에 따른 연구 결과는 다음과 같이 요약 정리될 수 있다. 관아시설의 쇠퇴 요인은 훼철(毁撤), 폐지(廢止), 전용(轉用), 재해(災害)의 4가지로 구분된다. 훼철은 관아시설의 철거를 가리키며, 폐지는 관아시설의 쇠락과 운영의 중지를 의미한다. 전용은 공공기능을 충족하기 위한 시설로의 전환을, 그리고 재해는 태풍이나 화재에 의한 피해를 가리킨다. 이 중 훼철과 전용이 지방관아의 쇠퇴에 가장 큰 영향을 미쳤다. 관아시설의 멸실에 가장 직접적 요인이었던 훼철에는 기능적 측면에서 중요한 목적이 있었다. 행정과 통치에 필요한 공공시설의 신축(新築)이 바로 그것이다. 기존의 관아시설이 전용되기도 하였지만, 그 이면에는 공공시설의 신축을 위해 관아시설이 훼철된 여러 사례가 확인된다. 한편 관아시설의 전용은 교육, 행정, 금융, 치안시설로 구분되는데, 객사와 동헌은 각각 교육과 행정시설로, 부속시설은 금융과 치안시설로 활용되는 것이 일반적이었다. 특히 일부 관아시설은 주택이나 병원과 같은 특징적 시설로도 이용되었다. 전용과정에서는 관아시설의 내 외부에 걸쳐 많은 변형이 발생하였는데, 이로 인해 관아시설은 전통적인 양식을 잃어가며 점차 쇠락하였다. 관아시설의 쇠퇴는 시기적으로 1900년대부터 이미 시작되었으며, 1930년대에 이르러서는 관아시설의 대부분이 본연의 모습과 기능을 잃게 되었다.
