In this article, the task of evaluating the official documents that were created and issued by the Joseon Governor General office during the Japanese occupation period, with new perspectives based upon the Macro-Appraisal approaches developed by the Canadian scholars and personnel, will be attempted. Recently, the Canadian people and the authorities have been showing a tendency of evaluating the meaning and importance of a particular document with perspectives considering the historical situation and background conditions that gave birth to that document to be a more important factor, even than considering the quality and condition of that very document. Such approach requires the archivists to determine whether they should preserve a certain document or not based upon the meaning, functions and status of the entity that produced the document or the meaning of the documentation practice itself, rather than the actual document. With regard to the task of evaluating the official documents created and issued by the Joseon Governor General office and involved the city plans devised by the office back then, this author established total of 4 primary tasks that would prove crucial in the process of determining whether or not a particular theme, or event, or an ideology should be selected and documents involving those themes, events and ideologies should be preserved as important sources of information regarding the Korean history of the Japanese occupation period. Those four tasks are as follow: First, the archivists should study the current and past trends of historical researches. The archivists, who are usually not in the position of having comprehensive access to historical details, must consult the historians' studies and also the trends mirrored in such studies, in their efforts of selecting important historical events and themes. Second, the archivists should determine the level of importance of the officials who worked inside the Joseon Governor General office as they were the entities that produced the very documents. It is only natural to assume that the level of importance of a particular document must have been determined by the level of importance(in terms of official functions) of the official who authorized the document and ordered it to be released. Third, the archivists should be made well aware of the inner structure and official functions of the Joseon Governor General office, so that they can have more appropriate analyses. Fourth, in order to collect historically important documents that involved the Koreans(the Joseon people), the archivists should analyze not only the functions of the Joseon Governor General office in general but also certain areas of the Office's business in which the Japanese officials and the Koreans would have interacted with each other. The act of analyzing the documents only based upon their respective levels of apparent importance might lead the archivists to miss certain documents that reflected the Koreans' situation or were related to the general interest of the Korean people. This kind of evaluation should provide data that are required in appraising how well the Joseon Governor General office's function of devising city plans were documented back then, and how well they are preserved today, utilizing a comparative study involving the Joseon Governor General office's own evaluations of its documentations and the current status of documents that are in custody of the National Archive. The task would also end up proposing a specialized strategy of collecting data and documents that is direly needed in establishing a well-designed comprehensive archives. We should establish a plan regarding certain documents that were documented by the Joseon Governor General office but do not remain today, and devise a task model for the job of primary collecting that would take place in the future.
The characteristics of the records management systems of the Japanese colonial government can be summarized as follows. First, the Government General adopted a "decentralized retention" of public records. The Government General did not establish its own archives for central preservation of permanent public records. Colonial agencies established its own records office and the records office managed the records its agency created. Secret records and police records were exception. They were retained by the Secretary Office of the General Affairs Division and Police Division of the Chosun Government General respectively. Second, filing systems and retention periods of the public records followed the hierarchic structure of organization. In the headquarter of the government, records were filed by a "bureau-division-activity-file" classification system and a retention period of a file was given automatically by each unit the file belonged. A closed and cut-off file was retained and arranged according to its creating unit, creating year, and retention period. The filing system was easy to use once the filing system was established well, but to make it work effectively changes in activities and organizations should be on a reflected regular basis. It had an advantageous effect that permanent records could be preserved in a unified way throughout the organization. However, it is very critical to determine the permanent records in a professional way. Selection of the permanent records should be done professionally and in a historical perspective. Otherwise, the records retained as permanent records were not the records having an enduring value. And that was not done by the colonial government. Third, classification and scheduling of records were carried out by a creating division, rather than by the Records Office, mostly from the 1920s. Compilation of the records was also done by the creating agency. It implies that the records management lacked the professionalism. In conclusion, the records management system of the Chosun Government General wes nither modern nor user oriented. It managed the records for solely administrative purpose, i.e. effective colonial rule. The legacy of the colonial records system still exists in the public records system in Korean government. One should criticize the lack of will and efforts to modernize the public records system since the establishment of the Korean government while should reflect the historical origins of the records system in Korea.

The most of patients and protectors point that the Home Visting Physical Therapy is necessary and compulsive. A Public Health Center and a Welfare Center have to help a home visiter for treatment cure to ask for professional medical services in general hospital. On getting a name lists of patients a treatment of doctors, they must remark the conditions of the patients to keep the mutual relation general hospital. A home visiting physical therapists in the welfare center and public health center need to discuss a main doctors in a same center for revaluation of patients. The system in a general hospital consists of the medical department and the administration with the doctor of hospital as the central figure. A department of home visiting physical therapy has a physical therapy team closely connected with various medical office in hospital. The system in a public health center is composed of the health executive office, health direction medicine office, and the community health office. Department of home visiting physical therapy belongs to community health office. Home visiting physical therapy in a welfare center belongs to home visiting service office. The qualifications of a physical therapist is intended for people who have received clinic experience of three years and regular education. The theory (352 hours) and practice (248 hours) total to 600 hours. They can develop professional skills through these education courses. The frequency of home visiting is proper third a week after talking with a medical attendant about the state of patient. The care time is proper from 30 to 60 minutes.
Objectives: The purpose of the study is to investigate the effect of social network service(SNS) information on intention to dental office use. Methods: A self-reported questionnaire was completed by 410 users of social network service between twenty and thirty years old in Seoul and Gyeonggido after receiving informed consent from July 1 to August 3, 2015. The questionnaire consisted of general profiles of the subjects(6 items), use of dental office(3 items), use of SNS(3 items), use of dental SNS(4 items), use of general SNS(6 items), application of dental SNS(6 items), and intention to dental office use(2 items). Except 8 incomplete answers, 402 data were analyzed using SPSS 18.0 program. Results: The first choice of dental office was recommendation by the acquaintances. There were close correlations between the use of SNS information and the use of general SNS information according to sex(p=0.016) and the frequency of SNS(p=0.012). The use of SNS for dental information showed a meaningful correlation with sex(p=0.003). The intention to use was influenced by sex(p=0.016) and the use of SNS for dental information(p<0.001). Conclusions: The important factor of visit intention to dental service was recommendation by the acquaintances through SNS. The appropriate advertisement of visit intention is very important to improve dental health care.

For a general office building having a center core, the distinction between the outer wall and the compartment should be clear, and it should be set at a stack effect pressure distribution acting on the respective compartment by a relative area ratio of the respective leak compartment. In the case of office buildings with an independent core for core there, some blocks of shares and exterior pressure distribution in buildings and office buildings typically have different characteristics. Therefore, if the stack effect reduction measures, designed on the basis of a general office building are applied to a stand-alone building, the core of the building should reflect the unique pressure distribution characteristics. This study, performed as part of the object corresponding to the flat plan of the building in the diversification trend, analyzed the stack effect that actually occurs in an office building having the properties intended for stand-core construction, and thus on the basis of and tested by the method of using a conventional stack effect reduction measures. Reviewed in the study, an independent cored office building that does not have the air flow path through the specific space with respect to the center core type office building has a feature, and the variation in characteristics of the pressure distribution inside the building according to this air flow path stack effect was reduced by a variety of measures that should be applied to determine the application.
The purpose of this study is to examinethe present illumination conditions in office environment and to suggest an efficient illumination plan in office planning process. Illumination conditions in work environment were surveyed in 6 offices to investigate whether the present illumination conditions were appropriate to the work type. The results of this study are as follows: Most of the general Illuminance level in the area of work were all at an adequate level, except one. The average Illuminance level in the all meeting rooms were met for the standard. Illuminance in the all reception area were extremely over the standard, The illuminations of this area were rather designed according to the image of the company than the standard. As for the illumination method in the area of general work, four offices used a general lighting by a direct lighting type, while two offices used a general lighting and a task lighting at the same time. This survey suggested that first, each company should consider illumination plan in the building planning process, second, illumination plan considering the type of places is needed, and third, illumination environment may be differentiated according to the work type. In conclusion, efficient illumination environment should be considered in office building planning process, especially In terms of illumination materials and methods.

SFF(solid freeform fabrication) is another name of RP(rapid prototyping). The SFFS for office type wishes to develop system that can produce small object such as hand phone, cup, accessory etc. with high speed, and also intend suitable system in office environment by compact design, and buy easily by inexpensive price. As can manufacture high speed in existent SFF process technology, representative process that have competitive power in price is 3DP (three dimensional printing) technology. The 3DP technology is way to have general two dimensional printing technology and prints to three dimension, is technology that make three-dimensional solid freeform that want binder doing jetting selectively on powder through printer head. We designed and manufactured SFFS for office based on 3DP process technology design and manufactured, and composed head system so that use 3 printer heads at the same time to improve the fabrication speed of system. We used printer head of INCJET company and cartridge used HP45 series model who can buy easily in general city. And we directly fabricated three dimensional solid freeform using developed SFFS for office type.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the general characteristics, working condition, discrimination experience and job engagement of office workers and to examine the effect of discrimination experience on job engagement. This study was the secondary analysis of date from the fifth Korean Working Conditions Survey and the subjects included 6,718 office workers. Collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, x2-test, t-test, and complex samples general linear model(CSGLM). As a result, job engagement was high when they never experienced discrimination. Based on the results of this study, in order to improve job engagement of office workers, manage to prevent discrimination in the workplace should be included.
It is obviously true that the aspects of interior designs in current use have been combined with changing trends and developed and handed down throughout centuries. An examination of respective characteristics of spaces where Korean presidents have lived during their terms of office could get a useful clue by which both traces of Korean modernism and senses of modeling can be perceived. However, there are not enough literatures that can be verified. Therefore, it would be especially meaningful to find out and analyze documents unearthed. The purpose of this study is to consider the expressiveness of interior designs of presidential residence and office which have been combined with changing trends and developed, while classifying respective cases during presidential tenure by periods of Joseon Government general, U. S military administration, the first Republic, the second Republic, the third and the fourth Republic, the fifth Republic, and the sixth Republic, examining relevant literatures, photos, drawings and making on-the-spot survey. The study is also intended to get a better understanding of the aspects and the features of interior designs shown in presidential residences and offices that are not so much made known due to uneasy access to archives and to document the resources buried in oblivion and to consider the historical meanings.
