Both the enterically transmitted forms of viral hepatitis, hepatitis A and E are self-limited and do not cause chroni chepatitis. Chronic hepatitis occurs in patients with hepatitis B and C as well as in patients with chronic hepatitis D superimposed on chronic hepatitis B. Chronic hepatitis such as hepatitis B or C is important in terms of insurance underwriting and claims. General review of hepatitis B and C was performed in this article.

Cryogenic systems is requirement for the operation of HTS power cables. In general, HTS power cables require temperature below 77K, a temperature that can be achieved from the liquid nitrogen or sub-cooled LN2. HTS power cable is needed for sufficient refrigeration to overcome its low temperature heat loading. This loading typically comes in two forms : (1) heat leaks from the surroundings and (2) internal heat generation. This paper is a explanation for the cooling test of 10m HTS power cable.

Inter-relationship between the Hammett equation and the linear enthalpy-entropy effect has been discussed by deriving a new set of equations; ${\Delta}{\Delata}H^{\neq}=a{\sigma}+b{\Delta}{\Delta}S^{\neq}$ and ${\Delta}{\Delta}F^{\neq}=a{sigma}+(b-T){\Delta}{\Delta}S^{\neq}$ where a = -1.36p. Theoretical analysis show that the Hammett, Leffler and Brown equations are special limited forms of these general equations. A necessary and sufficient test of substituent effect can thus be provided by the plot of $({\Delta}{\Delta}H^{\neq}-a{\sigma)$ versus ${\Delta}{\Delta}S^{\neq}$.

There are various which organize architectural forms. The concept of Collage is one of the ways to understand various situation in the Contemporary Architecture and the needed to be underrtood to solve problems in architecture, painting, sculpture etc. Formal characteristic of collage aesthetics proposed by the Cubism appeared to a creative element for a new form in the trends of architecture. Results of this study are as follows. In the Housing Architecture, the Collage is transposed to the subjective form than the general form, and is used as a method to solve problems such as a perception in interior and exterior spaces and urban contexts.

Various forms of hardware alternatives exist for the implementation of fuzzy logic controllers. In this paper, we describe a systematic framework for realizing fuzzy heuristics on programmable-logic-devices. Our approach is suitable for the automated development of fuzzy logic controllers.

This paper presents a model for determining the optimal number of minimal repairs before replacement. The basic concept parallels the periodic replacement model with minimal repair at failure introduced by Barlow and Hunter, only difference being the replacement signalled by the number of previous minimal repairs performed on the unit. In the case of Weibull distribution, which is widely used as a general failure distribution, the optimal solution could be obtained numerically and seems more cost effective compared to the Barlow and Hunter's Policy II.

In this study, graphic environment for system monitoring is designed that can efficiently manage monitoring data. And also system informations are inplemented to database for reliability and a utility management software is developed to monitor systems on graphic environment and RDBMS (Relational DataBase Management System). Specially, system status informations are presented in the forms of animation, graph, value, icon, and voice message. Status data and general basic informations of system can be all the times updated and indexly reported on database.

In Korea, even though many aspects of medical care system for the elderly have been considered. Until now, most people have realized that the conceptualization range of geriatric hospital is the same as recuperation hospital. However the recent geriatric hospital includes a short term treatment like general hospitals, together with that it has a tendency to increase the propotion of rehabilitationby the Introduction of the concept of active rehabilitation treatment for returning to society. Unlike the general hospitals, geriatric hospital has got different characteristics in a managing and patient. However this is not a concrete standard of faacilities by the law of health welfare and medical. So these kinds of research will have to keep continuing. What I want to say In this study is that the prominence of information, which is based on the existing data analysis, is what forms my latest projects that engage with a wider repertoire of strategies and approaches toward architectural problem.

The paper presents the formulation of 3-nodal line semi-analytical Mindlin-Reissner finite strip in the buckling analysis of thin-walled members, which are subjected to arbitrary loads. The finite strip is simply supported in two opposite edges. The general loading and in-plane rotation techniques are used to develop this finite strip. The linear stiffness matrix and the geometric stiffness matrix of the finite strip are given in explicit forms. To validate the proposed model and study its performance, numerical examples of some thin-walled sections have been performed and the results obtained have been compared with finite element models and the published ones.

The potential energy surfaces of ammonia molecule adsorptions on the symmetrically chlorinated Si(100)-$2{\times}1$ surface were explored with SIMOMM:MP2/6-31G(d). It was found that the initial nucleophilic attack by ammonia nitrogen to the surface Si forms a $S_N2$ type transition state, which eventually leads to an HCl molecular desorption. The second ammonia molecule adsorption requires much less reaction barrier, which can be rationalized by the surface cooperative effect. In general, it was shown that the surface Si-Cl bonds can be easily subjected to the substitution reactions by ammonia molecules yielding symmetric surface Si-$NH_2$ bonds, which can be a good initial template for subsequent surface chemical modifications. The ammonia adsorptions are in general more facile than the corresponding water adsorption, since ammonia is better nucleophile.
