With the enormous growth of the Internet, an increasing number of people in corporations use the Internet for communicating with the outside world, for gathering information, and for doing business. Internet technology may have its greatest impact not on general culture, but rather on corporations. It has already begun to revolutionize the way that companies operate and do business. When Internet technology is applied and used inside a corporation, and open only to its employees, it is referred to as an Intranet. The same technologies that underlie corporate Intranets form the basis of the larger Internet. The benefit of Intranet is 1) low construction cost 2) easy system management 3) friendly user interface 4) OS and H/W independent, etc. This paper provides the concept of Internet and Intranet, compares client/server and Intranet environment, and propose case study of implementation from client/server to Intranet environment.

최근 건설 프로젝트의 효율적인 관리를 위해 현장에서 각 사업주체(발주, 설계, 감리, 시공, 협력업체)간 원활한 의사소통, 협업, 정보공유 및 교환을 위하여 사업관리시스템인 PMIS(Project Management Information System)를 많이 사용하고 있다. 그러나 이러한 개별 프로젝트단위로의 시스템 개발은 회사 전체 프로젝트관리 효율성 및 통합화에 저해요인으로 지적되고 있다. 이는 프로젝트단위로 개발되는 사업관리시스템의 특성상 전사차원의 시스템개발 및 보급을 위한 Master Plan인 ISP(Information Strategy Plan) 즉 정보화 전략의 수립의 부재에 기인한다고 볼 수 있다. 본 논문은 실제 대형 건설회사인 국내 D건설사의 PMIS구축을 위한 정보화전략계획(ISP) 수립방법 및 절차의 사례를 소개하고 전사 PMIS구조, 전사업무프로세스 개선과 시스템 구축방법 및 성공요소 등을 제시한 논문이다. 이 연구 논문을 통해 향후 건설회사의 사업관리 시스템 구축 시 효율적인 PMIS개발과 최적화시스템을 구축에 도움이 되고 정보화 전략계획 수립에 활용 할 수 있기를 기대한다.

Innovation and entrepreneurship education is becoming an important development opportunity for colleges and universities to realize curve overtaking. Affected by the physical and mental development characteristics, female college students in innovative undertaking showed different growth characteristics. In order to further promote female college students' innovative undertaking, we should combine the characteristics of female design with innovation entrepreneurship education path. As one of the three women's colleges, the general innovation and entrepreneurship course system of Shandong Women's University provides a wide education of innovation and entrepreneurship consciousness and thinking for all students. The undergraduate major of business Administration (entrepreneurial management) provides the whole system education of entrepreneurship, and through "system guarantee, professional construction, course system, competition assistance and project cultivation", female students' entrepreneurial consciousness is cultivated and their entrepreneurial ability is improved.

At this point of time that it is required to improve educational environment and the function of educational facilities as well as interests on educational facility business is increasing, it is actual situation that unsystematic maintenance of educational facility is not being able to cope with the change caused by introducing the 7^th curriculum. Also, in spite of enormous career in maintenance work, the function is not properly performed because of unsystematic management. In case of educational facility manager, he parallels performing general administrative work and facilities maintenance work not as a maintenance expert but as a member of administration office. So there are difficulties in performing maintenance work, and systematic maintenance work cannot be expected because of lacking maintenance manual. Therefore, in this research, I would like to investigate and analyze the status of educational facilities and to elicit the point of issue as a basic research to save maintenance expenses and to make pleasant educational environment.

ISO 9001 is being used by architectural design and engineering firms in order to strengthen the capability of business activities through the implementation of advanced ISO 9000. However, there have been significant problems in stable settlement of ISO 9000 in design and engineering company, which seem to be caused by lack of proper and comprehension. For the purpose this research was conducted by a cluster analysis of 646 audit reports out of representative 15 companies that have been audited from 1997 to 2003. The analysis showed that the most problems were generated in the areas of "Design and Development", "Production and Service Provision", and "General requirements" of ISO 9000. This research also shows that the corrective actions for disposition of nonconformities should be implemented to achive ISO 9000 standards.

The textile industry has benefited from nanotechnology in various fields of application as the use of nanomaterials, and nanotechnology is multiplying. Nanoparticles can increase the performance of textiles by up to 100 times when used in finishing, coating, and dyeing techniques, providing them with capabilities they did not previously possess. Nanotechnology is used in the textile chemical industry to produce sports mats with stain resistance, flame resistance, wrinkle resistance, moisture management, antimicrobial quality, and UV protection. The incorporation of nanomaterials into fabrics can have a significant effect on their properties, including shrinkage, strength, electrical conductivity, and flammability. Various inventions and innovations may result from nano-processed textiles in the future, thus leading to the advancement of science. This article presents the construction of sports engineering structures with high resistance to improve the quality of sports training. The mechanical properties of sports mats are improved with the help of nanotechnology. Strength, elasticity, and tear resistance are among these properties. This method enables the production of elastic, durable, and tear-resistant sports mats.

In terms of deregulation requests from business, incidents at construction sites are rapidly increasing after reducing the regular safety training hours. Especially, to prevent incidents through safety trainings for construction site workers, who have lots of hazardous tasks than general manufacturing, is not only to protect property of both the companies and the country but also to increase their profits. That is why there are loud voices regarding that the safety training is a core mandatory to prevent industrial incidents. But, most companies, as soon as the deregulation for safety training is implemented, mitigated conducting safety trainings to prevent incidents. With this, the incidents are currently to be increased and caught in a vicious circle of many incidents at the smaller companies because of their absentmindedness regarding safety training due to their poorness as subcontractors of major companies, comparing to major companies. This study explains that the difference between managers and workers are existing about safety awareness and knowledge. And, we confirmed that the educational factor led by deficiency of safety awareness and knowledge was the major factor.

This paper presents a linear programming based algorithm for pattern classification. Pattern classification is being considered to be critical in the area of artificial intelligence and business applications. Previous methods employing linear programming have been aimed at two-group discrimination with one or more linear discriminant functions. Therefore, there are some limitations in applying available linear programming formulations directly to general multi-class classification problems. The algorithm proposed in this manuscript is based on quadratic or polynomial discriminant functions, which allow more flexibility in covering the class regions in the N-dimensional space. The proposed algorithm is compared with other competitive methods of pattern classification in experimental results and is shown to be competitive enough for a general purpose classifier.

소규모 IT 서비스 기업은 대기업에 비하여 상대적으로 한정된 자원과 인력으로 기업 활동을 수행하고 있으며, 실제 가치를 창출하는 방법에 따라 다양하게 분류될 수 있다. 그러나 현재까지의 정보보호에 관한 연구는 기업규모 및 비즈니스 특성을 고려하지 않은 일반적인 정보보호 대책수립 과정을 진행하여 왔다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 보안대책 수립에 기초가 되는 핵심 정보자산식별 과정을 소규모라는 기업규모와 IT 서비스라는 비즈니스 특성을 고려하여 추출 분류하였다. 세부적으로 정성적 관찰 작업을 통하여 비즈니스 서비스 시나리오 설계에 따른 핵심 정보자산을 식별하고, 통계적 방법을 통하여 식별된 핵심 정보자산에 대한 검증작업을 수행하였다. 향후 본 연구는 소규모 IT 서비스 기업을 위한 특화된 정보보호 대책 개발과정에서 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 예상된다.

인적자원에 대한 교육훈련과 정보화를 통한 기업 운영효율성에 대한 중요성이 부각됨에 따라 본 연구에서는 교육훈련 및 정보화와 같은 무형적 자원에 대한 지출이 학습과 성장 관점의 발전을 이끌어 내고 내부경영프로세스를 개선시켜 최종적으로 건설기업의 실질적인 경영성과 향상으로 이어지는 지에 대하여 재무제표 회계자료를 이용하여 실증분석 하였다. 분석 결과, 우리나라 건설기업의 경우 종업원 교육훈련과 운영시스템 정보화에 대한 투자는 실질적인 매출액 증가로 이어져 경영성과 향상에 기여하고 있음을 확인하였다. 또한 이러한 긍정적인 효과는 영업이익의 증가에도 일정부분 기여하고 있으며, 관련 비용 지출 시점과 건설업 세부 업종에 따라 그 효과가 다소 차이가 있다는 것도 함께 검증하였다. 본 연구는 교육훈련과 정보화에 대한 투자는 실질적인 재무적 성과 개선에 기여한다는 사실을 구체적으로 입증하였다는 점에서 의의를 가진다.
