A map is a connected topological graph $\Gamma$ cellularly embedded in a surface. For any connected graph $\Gamma$, by introducing the concertion of semi-arc automorphism group Aut$\_$$\frac{1}{2}$/$\Gamma$ and classifying all embedding of $\Gamma$ undo. the action of this group, the numbers r$\^$O/ ($\Gamma$) and r$\^$N/($\Gamma$) of rooted maps on orientable and non-orientable surfaces with underlying graph $\Gamma$ are found. Many closed formulas without sum ∑ for the number of rooted maps on surfaces (orientable or non-orientable) with given underlying graphs, such as, complete graph K$\_$n/, complete bipartite graph K$\_$m, n/ bouquets B$\_$n/, dipole Dp$\_$n/ and generalized dipole (equation omitted) are refound in this paper.

Peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor (PPAR) is nuclear hormone receptors that can be activated by a variety of compounds. Two PPAR gamma isoforms are expressed at the protein level in mouse, gamma 1 and gamma 2. And PPAR gamma is intimately associated with cell differentiation and proliferation[1]. So aim of this study, investigated where express PPAR gamma in mouse gastric cancer tissues, including human gastric cancer cell lines and expression pattern of PPAR gamma. (omitted)

A Korean VLBI Network key science program, the Interferometric Monitoring of Gamma-ray Bright AGNs (iMOGABA) program continues to reveal the nature of the gamma-ray flares in active galactic nuclei (AGNs). Here in this presentation, we would like to introduce an interesting story about four gamma-ray bright AGNs - BL Lac, 1633+382, 3C 84, and M87 - based on the recent results of the iMGOABA. The results will include a) a sad story of an 'orphan' gamma-ray flare from BL Lac, b) a position offset of 40 pc for a gamma-ray flaring site from the radio regions in 1633+382, c) a position alignment of a gamma-ray flaring site with a central engine region in 3C 84, and d) a flat millimeter spectrum of a core in M87 revealed by the iMOGABA.

Solidification condition for preparing transparent ${\gamma}$-6Bi2O3.GeO2 polycrystals by unidirectional solidification of melt, were investigaetd and the properties of the polycrystals prepared were measured. The ${\gamma}$-6Bi2O3.GeO2 polycrystals showing transparency like a single crystal were obtained by the unidirectional solidification of ${\gamma}$-6Bi2O3.GeO2 melt at a solidification rate of 0.5mm/h under a thermal gradient of 12$0^{\circ}C$/cm. The transparent polycrystals obtained showed the same photoconduction and optical activity as the ${\gamma}$-6Bi2O3.GeO2 single crystals grown by Czochralski method. But the electro-optic effect of polycrystals was heterogeneous because the colummar ${\gamma}$-6Bi2O3.GeO2 crystals were not oriented to the particular crystallographic direction.

In this paper we introduce and give some characterizations of (m, n)-regular le-${\Gamma}$-semigroup in terms of (m, n)-ideal elements and (m, n)-quasi-ideal elements. Also, we give some characterizations of subidempotent (m, n)-ideal elements in terms of $r_{\alpha}$- and $l_{\alpha}$- closed elements.

This study was carried out to investigate the supplementary effects of ${\gamma}$-oryzanol extracted from rice bran on lipid metabolism in diabetic mice. We supplied 2 kinds of experimental diets (CO without and GO with 0.2％ ${\gamma}$-oryzanol) to diabetic mice for 8 weeks. Diet intake, body weight, organ weight, contents of serum and hepatic lipid profiles, and fecal lipid levels were measured. Though there was no significant difference in diet intake, body weight change and organ weight between experimental groups, the concentration of serum total cholesterol and hepatic total lipid, total cholesterol and HMG-CoA reductase activity was significantly lower in GO group treated with 0.2％ ${\gamma}$-oryzanol of diet than CO group after supplementary period of experimental diets. And total lipid, triglyceride, total cholesterol, and bile acid levels excreted to feces were significantly higher in GO group than CO group. These results suggest that ${\gamma}$-oryzanol decrease the serum and hepatic lipid levels by lowing HMG-CoA reductase activity or increasing the contents of fecal lipid in diabetic KK mice.

The activated immune systems with lipopolysaccharide(LPS) were evaluates by ${\gamma}$- globulin levels in domestic cats. Especially, cats were in a stress condition, which was unfamiliar environmental change. Effect of continuous unfamiliar environmental stressor was a diminution of production of serum total globulin auld ${\gamma}$- globulin on feline infectious peritonitis(FIP) vaccination. The ${\gamma}$-globulin production on FIP vaccination more increased in LPS treated 77ups than non-LPS treated group. Also. the ${\gamma}$-globulin production on FIP vaccination was maintained in LPS treated group under stress condition. These results imply that that the ${\gamma}$-globulin can be produced under a stress condition by mitogen like as LPS.

Prebiotics improve the growth or activities of specific microbial genera and species in the gut microbiota in order to confer health benefits to the host. In this study, we investigated the effect of poly-gamma-glutamate (${\gamma}-PGA$) as a prebiotic on the gut microbiota of mice and the organ distributions of ${\gamma}-PGA$ in mice. Pyrosequencing analysis for 16S rRNA genes of bacteria indicated that oral administration of ${\gamma}-PGA$ increased the abundance of Lactobacillales while reducing the abundance of Clostridiales in murine guts. It is suggested that oral administration of ${\gamma}-PGA$ can be helpful for modulating the gut microbiota as a prebiotic.

Lipopolysaccharide (LPS) is responsible for the tissue injury that occurs following the invasion of multicelluar organisms by Gram-negative microbes. The effect of LPS on IFN-$\gamma$-induced chemokine Mig gene expression in mouse peritoneal macrophages was investigated. Very little Mig mRNA was detectable upon exposure to LPS without IFN-$\gamma$. Although LPS alone is only minimally effective, LPS plus IFN-$\gamma$ synergized to produce a high level of Mig mRNA in the peritoneal macrophages. This synergy was not dependent on a new protein synthesis, and was not controlled at the level of the gene transcription. Futhermore, LPS did not increase IFN-$\gamma$-induced Mig mRNA stability. Accordingly, it is suggested the LPS may synergize the expression of IFN-$\gamma$-induced Mig mRNA through a process that depends on a pretranscriptional level or concurrent Mig mRNA translation.

Certain weak type endpoint estimates are established for maximal commutators generated by $Calder\acute{o}n-Zygmund$ operators and $Osc_{exp}L^{\gamma}({\mu})$ functions for ${\gamma}{\ge}1$ under the condition that the underlying measure only satisfies some growth condition, where the kernels of $Calder\acute{o}n-Zygmund$ operators only satisfy the standard size condition and some $H\ddot{o}rmander$ type regularity condition, and $Osc_{exp}L^{\gamma}({\mu})$ are the spaces of Orlicz type satisfying that $Osc_{exp}L^{\gamma}({\mu})$ = RBMO(${\mu}$) if ${\gamma}$ = 1 and $Osc_{exp}L^{\gamma}({\mu}){\subset}RBMO({\mu})$ if ${\gamma}$ > 1.
