Purpose: Recent trends have shown that the usage of big data analysis is becoming the core of identifying promising future technologies and emerging technologies. Accordingly, applying these trends by analyzing defense related data in such sources as journals, articles, and news will provide crucial clues in predicting and identifying core future technologies that can be used to develop creative and unprecedented future weapon systems that could change the warfare. Methods: To identify technology fields that are closely related to the 4th industrial revolution and recent technology development trends, environmental analysis, text mining, and military applicability survey have been included in the process. After the identification of core technologies that are militarily applicable, future weapon systems based on these technologies as well as their operation concepts are suggested. Results: Through the study, 73 important trends, from which 11 mega trends are derived, are identified. These mega trends can be expressed by 13 promising technology fields. From these technology fields, 248 promising future technologies are identified. Afterwards, further assessment is performed, which leads to the selection of 63 core technologies from the pool. These are named as "future defense technologies" which then become the bases for 40 future weapons systems that the military can use. Conclusion: Predicting future technologies using text mining analysis have been attempted by various organizations across the globe, especially in the fields related to the 4th industrial revolution. However, the application of it in the field of defense industry is unprecedented. Therefore, this study is meaningful in that it not only enables the military personnel to see promising future technologies that can be utilized for future weapon system development, but helps one to predict the future defense technologies using the method introduced in the paper.

A multi-channel network(MCN) is an organization that works with video platforms, such as YouTube, to offer assistance to channel owners in areas such as "products, programming, funding, cross-promotion, partner management, digital rights management, monetization/sales, and/or audience development" in exchange for a percentage of the ad revenue from the channel. This paper examines the market trends, business trends, and future evolution of an MCN. It also examines the status of the MCN industry in the media industry and the strategic direction for future industry development.

The purpose of the paper is to review current trends and future issues of automotive ergonomics. The current trends include 1) universal design considering for regional differences, elderly drivers, female drivers, 2) quantification of driver's discomfort 3) trade-off between design trends and comfort, 4) digital ergonomic evaluation with digital human models 5) optimization of driver's interface. The future issues of automotive ergonomics cover 1) intelligent driver assistance system 2) Fun-to-drive and 3) differentiation from other vehicles based on ergonomics.

본 연구는 U-City 논문의 연구동향을 파악하여 미래도시나 U-City 연구의 향후 과제를 도출하고 발전방향을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 1990년대 중반부터 2010년까지의 국내 외 U-City 및 미래도시 관련 논문을 대상으로 메타키워드를 추출하고, 시계열적 키워드 분석을 통해 국내 외 논문의 연구경향을 비교분석 하였다. 연구 결과 국내 논문과 해외 논문 모두 기술에 관련된 연구가 많았지만 국내에서는 기술과 방법론, 서비스, 계획 및 관리 분야가 초기부터 지속적으로 연구된 반면 해외 논문은 기술 및 방법론에 대한 연구가 선행된 후 모델을 통해 도시에 적용하는 연구가 이어지는 경향을 파악할 수 있었다. 또한 국내에서는 도시재생이나 도시의 공간적 스케일을 고려한 다양한 주제별 연구가 부족한 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 향후에는 U-City가 도시에 적용될 수 있는 다양한 주제의 연구가 필요하다.

본 연구에서는 인문사회기반 융합연구의 관점에서 미래유망기술을 분석하여 메가트렌드, 트렌드, 이슈로 정리하여 미래 환경에 대한 예측과 인간의 삶과 밀접하게 관련이 있을 것으로 예상되는 기술에 대한 탐색을 수행하고 궁극적으로 이를 통해 다양한 사회문제를 해결할 수 있는 융합연구 의제를 예측하고자 하였다. 우선 다양한 미래 유망기술에 대해 언급한 문헌을 조사하고 이를 분석하여 핵심 키워드를 분석하였고 가장 빈번하게 사용되는 핵심키워드를 정리하여 트렌드를 유추하였다. 이어서 유추된 트렌드를 계층화하여 정리하고 핵심트렌드와 파생트렌드로 분류하여 이를 바탕으로 융합연구 의제(어젠다)를 도출하였다. 이렇게 도출된 해당 의제의 필요성, 혁신성, 융합성, 실현가능성, 미래지향성, 수용가능성을 설문조사를 통하여 조사하였다. 분석결과 융합연구를 수행하는 연구자들은 가까운 미래에 실현가능한 기술로 일상생활과 밀접한 사회문제를 다루는 의제들에 높은 관심을 보이는 것으로 나타났고 반면 먼 미래에 실현가능한 기술이나 테러 혹은 국제적 분쟁과 같은 의제에 대해서는 다소 낮은 관심을 보이는 것으로 나타났다.

2020년경 출현할 미래 이동통신(Future IMT(International Mobile Telecommunications), 5G)은 미래의 초연결 IT 인프라 구축을 위해 "언제 어디서나 제약 없이 개인별 기가급(Gbps)의 고품질 미디어 서비스"를 제공할 수 있어야 하고, 미래의 지식창조시대에 대비하여 지식정보 인프라로서의 역할을 지향함으로써 4G와의 차별화를 시도해야 할 것으로 보인다. 본고에서는 향후 모바일의 환경 변화, 최근 부각되고 있는 새로운 도전 이슈 및 모바일 기술의 발전 방향 등을 소개한다.

The advent of microprocessor controls and robotics is rapidly changing the face of manufacturing throughout the world. Large and small companies alike are adopting these new methods to improve the efficiency of their operations. Factory Automation, which is in reality by robots, is playing more important role in economic competition and growth. Its core technology, i.e. robotics, is advanced in accordance with the remarkable progress of the computer technology and micro-electronics. Roughly speaking, its future might determine the fate of a national economy. In this paper, the future trends of such robotics and factory automation are described from a point of view of industrial application.

Purpose - One of the biggest problems in the e-learning distribution process is the lack of quality content and learners' discredit in e-learning content. In order to respond to the various demands of the corporate education field appropriately, it is necessary to search for directions of new e-learning models that are out of traditional e-learning contents. The purpose of this study is to identify recent trend issues related to corporate e-learning and to suggest directions for development. Research design, data, and methodology - Based on the literature review, trend issues that should be considered important in corporate e-learning were derived. Online survey was conducted to evaluate the importance-feasibility of each issue to 13 experts on e-learning and corporate education. The contents of the questionnaire are as follows: 1) recognition of importance and feasibility of trend issues to be considered important in the future corporate education field; 2) factors to be considered in developing future e-learning contents. Results - Six trends derived from a comprehensive literature review. The most important e-learning trends for corporate education field were 'mobile learning', 'micro learning', 'blended learning', 'social learning', 'adaptive learning', 'engaged learning'. As a result of evaluating the importance and feasibility of each issue, experts point out that 'mobile learning' and 'micro learning' should be actively considered for introduction and utilization at present. In addition, 'social learning' and 'blended learning' need to be actively considered in the near future. On the other hand, experts recognized that 'adaptive learning' and 'engaged learning' need to be prepared from a long-term perspective. Conclusions - There are two main reasons for this result. First, in corporate e-learning, it is important to 1) be able to update on time, 2) the connection with the workplace is important. Second, it requires realistic verification of the expected performance of the learning model. To be considered part of the future are as follows: First, the value and effectiveness of the new e-learning type should be studied. Seconds, e-learning contents should be developed through adopting SAM or Agile methodology. Through this process, we would be able to enhance the quality in e-learning content.

In this study, we recognize that the interest about construction safety and disaster increases, and check the status of current research about construction safety. And we obtain the direction of future researches and implications for development. For this study, we analyzed the published researches in the last 11 years about construction safety, and addressed annual trends and research topics for a lot of construction safety research. And the future prospects of construction safety research were analyzed with the latest news articles.

The purpose of this study is to investigate research trends in the knitwear fashion field and suggest future directions for fashion businesses and research. Research trends in the knitwear fashion field were investigated. A total of 134 articles on knitwear fashion field among 4027 published in five journals - Journal of the Korean Society of Knit Design, Journal of the Korean Society of Costume Culture, Journal of the Korean Society of Clothing and Textiles, Journal of the Korean Society of Fashion & Costume, and Journal of the Korean Society of Costume - from 2001 to 2010 were analyzed. Most (32.84%) of articles related to knitwear fashion were published in Journal of the Korean Society of Knit Design. The knitwear fashion field was divided into fashion design, clothing construction, textile science, fashion marketing, and history of costume. The majority (43.28%) were on the research topic of fashion design, followed by textile science, clothing construction, fashion marketing, history of costume. From 2001 to 2010, the number of papers relating to knitwear fashion increased from year to year. The further development of the knitwear fashion field can be expected in the future.
