We The 4th industrial revolution, the core characteristics of super-intelligence, hyper-connective, and ultrareality, has been actualized. New technologies such as artificial intelligence, big data, the Internet of Things, and high-tech video have begun to be applied to media and advertising. With the introduction of new technologies in the advertising field, innovative changes in advertising types, advertising effects, advertising methods, and advertising contents are expected. Accordingly, We intends to design a future advertising roadmap development by predicting how future advertising will change and develop through future technologies in the 4th industrial revolution era. To design the roadmap, this study analyzes changes in advertising technology, consumer, and media as changes in the advertising environment in the 4th industrial revolution era, and identifies the core changing trends, advertising factors in future advertising through the Delphi Survey on experts in advertising and future fields. We identifies how the future advertising technology, types, media, effects, and fields are developed by the changes of future advertising environments, including technology, consumers, and media in the 4th industrial revolution era. Hence it is expected to help the advertising industry and experts to prepare for future changes.

Objectives: Elevated temperatures during summer months have been reported since the early 20th century to be associated with increased daily mortality. However, future death impacts of high temperatures resulting from climate change could be variously estimated in consideration of the future changes in historical temperature-mortality relationships, mortality, and population. This study examined the future death burden of high temperatures resulting from climate change in Seoul over the period of 2001-2040. Methods: We calculated yearly death burden attributable to high temperatures stemming from climate change in Seoul from 2001-2040. These future death burdens from high temperature were computed by multiplying relative risk, temperature, mortality, and population at any future point. To incorporate adaptation, we assumed future changes in temperature-mortality relationships (i.e. threshold temperatures and slopes), which were estimated as short-term temperature effects using a Poisson regression model. Results: The results show that climate change will lead to a substantial increase in summer high temperature-related death burden in the future, even considering adaptation by the population group. The yearly death burden attributable to elevated temperatures ranged from approximately 0.7 deaths per 100,000 people in 2001-2010 to about 1.5 deaths per 100,000 people in Seoul in 2036-2040. Conclusions: This study suggests that adaptation strategies and communication regarding future health risks stemming from climate change are necessary for the public and for the political leadership of South Korea.

In the future, AI and the metaverse are becoming so powerful that their application areas and influences are swallowing up the world. The advertising field is no exception, and it is becoming more important to predict, analyze, and strategize these future changes. In order to study the future change of advertising according to the development of artificial intelligence and metaverse, literature research related to the development of artificial intelligence and metaverse technology and the resulting change in the advertising environment, in-depth interviews with future and advertising experts, and Delphi technique research method I want to study change. First, through this study, we would like to examine the opinions of experts through in-depth interviews on the development of artificial intelligence and metaverse technology and the changes in the advertising sector in the post-coronavirus era of civilizational transformation. In addition, the Delphi technique is used to determine how important the change is by future advertising technology area, future advertising media area, future advertising form area, future advertising effect area, future advertising application area, and future advertising process area, and at what point in the future it will change. In addition, we want to study how the future advertising form will change in detail. Also, based on this, we would like to propose a countermeasure for the advertising industry.

Objective: This study is to examine the associations between fathers' values and future expectations on children and their self-evaluated equivalence to their spouses in child rearing practices. Methods: The data were from 997 fathers with young children who participated in the Panel Study of Korean Children (2013). The associations between variables were analyzed with frequency, correlations and hierarchical analysis using SPSS 20 Program. Results: Fathers with emotional values on children or future expectations focused on their children's happiness and altruism are more willing to share child raring practices with their partners. In contrast, fathers with expectation focused on future financial success of their children are less willing to share parenting with their partners. Conclusion/Implications: Fathers' values and future expectations for their children are meaningful predictors of shared parenting in married couples with young children. However, the directions of associations differ based on which types of values and future exportations fathers have regarding their children.

The paper presents the future transportation policy based on the smart highway project in korea. The backgrounds and the principal findings in this study were obtained through domestic and overseas literature surveys. The domestic and overseas transportation policies were also compared and analyzed using various case studies. As a result, the future transportation policy in Korea was concluded within the limit conducted in this paper. Research results demonstrated that the future transportation policy should be reflected and accompanied by various social developments. The social benefits from the future transportation policy should also be distribute equally to social individuals, rather than small limited groups. That is, the recent global slogan of green growth is an example of a future transportation policy since it is for all social individuals, not for a limited small group.

In the wake of the fourth industrial revolution, the paradigm of human resources and education required by reality is changing. School buildings are also improving to accommodate changed education and with that move, school building reform policies have been established at home and abroad. The purpose of this study is to present the architectural planning characteristics of Future Schools related to space design. The research methods are as follows: First, the characteristics of Future School planning are compiled through prior research surveys in Korea. Second, the characteristics outlined earlier through advanced case analysis are examined of their application to architectural planning in order to establish the status of utilization factors, and the direction of planning is presented. This study names the school architecture as 'Future School' in reference to the use of the term in the preceding study. This study is meaningful in that it focuses on architectural planning characteristics in Future School planning and on actual application cases of theory.

The purpose of this study was to research the college students' life styles, housing satisfaction and future-housing environment preferences according to demographic variables. So the eventual purpose is to offer basic data of future-housing development. This study has a subject of 512 college students living in Jeonbuk province. In this statistical analysis, SPSS 11.5 for Windows program. The results of this research were as follows; The college students' life style showed higher in the self-confidence-directed and the home-directed types. And the college students' housing satisfaction showed higher in housing equipments. The life style and housing satisfaction were significant difference according to major, their parents' academic career, fathers' occupation, average incomes, type of house. The college students' future-housing preference showed higher in housing equipments and environment. And the significant difference according to gender, school year, major, mothers' occupation, and type of house in the college students' future-housing environment preference. College students' life style, housing satisfaction, and future-housing environment preference have a significant correlation one another. Housing satisfaction variables had positive correlations with life style and future-housing environment preference. Partially, negative correlation was showed between life style and future-housing environment preference. As a conclusion, college students' life style and housing satisfaction constituted important characteristics which could affect future-housing environment preference directly. These results should be provide fundamental information for the new generation's future-housing development.

This study focuses on the development of intelligent combat robot systems for future warfare. The research is structured as follows: First, the introduction presents the rationale for researching intelligent combat robots and their potential to become game changers in future warfare. Second, in the context of the intelligent robot paradigm, this study proposes the need for military organizations to innovate their combat concepts and weapon systems through the effective utilization of Artificial Intelligence, Cognitive, Biometric, and Mechanical technologies. This forms the theoretical background of the study. Third, the analysis of intelligent robot systems considers five examples: humanoid robots, jumping robots, wheeled and quadrupedal pack robots, and tank robots. Finally, the discussion and conclusion propose that intelligent combat robots should be selected as game changers in military organizations for future warfare, and suggest further research in this area.

This study proposes the future strategy of semiconductor companies corresponding to the growth of cloud computing. Cloud computing is the delivery of IT resources such as hardware and software as a service rather than a product, and it is expected to significantly change the IT market. By employing the scenario planning method, this study develops a total of eight scenario cases, and presents the three possible scenarios including the best market, the worst market, and the neutral market scenario. This study suggests the future strategy of semiconductor companies based on the best market scenario (increasing firms' IT expenditure, increasing the complexity and performance of devices, the frequent replacement of devices). The suggested future strategy of semiconductor includes that the semiconductor companies need to strengthen their price competitiveness, secure the next generation technologies, and develop the better capability for market prediction with the growth of cloud computing. This study will help semiconductor companies set up the strategy direction of technology development, and understand the connections between cloud computing and the memory semiconductor industry. This study has practical implications for semiconductor industry to prepare for the future of cloud computing.

This thesis is the result of the study about 'How we should develop the human resources program to gain human strength in the strategic environment of the future?' Once again, regional stability is interdependent with economic stability, political stability, and military stability of all the factors in the region. History shows that if a militarily capable regime lacks economic resources, then there is political pressure on the regime to use their military to acquire needed resources. The purpose of this study is to find the way that how to gain excellent human resources now and in the future. Military man power should be strong whenever. The Ministry of National Defense has "Reform Military Structure Plan". The focus of this Plan is Korean military strategy in the situation of the confrontation between South and North Korea and in the situation of the international relationship and the way of constructing the military strength for the future. To study these subjects, I reviewed the theories of "Acquisition Program of Human Strength" were developed and assessed the future strategic environment of the Korean Peninsula. From these studies, I suggest that The Ministry of National Defense should pursue preparing for the future military strategy and military structure. we should be skillful in supplementing the Human Strength. We should study about Military Revolution Plan and Human Strength structure for the future.
