After more 60 years' legislative practice of water resources protection, the Chinese government has initially established a legislative system of water resources protection, based on Water Law. From the development course of water resources protection legislation, the paper mainly analyzes the legal framework, main content & management system of water resources protection, and pointed out the improved direction of water resources conservation legislation in China in the future.

Since the development of 9.7% efficient long-term stable solid state perovskite solar cell in 2012, intensive study on perovskite solar cell has been performed. As a result, power conversion efficiency (PCE) has reached 20.1%. In-dept study on perovskite light absorber enabled understanding of origin of superb photovoltaic performance of perovskite solar cell. In this article, historical evolutions of perovskite solar cell along with key physical properties enabling high PCE are presented. Several important results for development of high efficiency perovskite solar cell are introduced. Finally, in-present research issues and future direction for solving these issues are discussed.

본 연구는 일반적인 현상으로서의 표준정책을 과학기술 연구를 수행하는 과학자들의 입장에서 이해하고, 과학자들의 인식 및 행태 속에 투영 된 표준정책을 질적으로 탐구한다. (1) 융합 R&D 부문에서 표준정책의 방향성과 (2) 그러한 표준화 방향성을 위해 정부의 역할과 융합 R&D 연구자들의 역할을 탐색하였다. 15명의 융합 R&D 과학자들과의 인터뷰 분석 결과, 융합 R&D에서의 표준화는 분명 일반 R&D에서의 그것과는 차이가 있었고, 융합 R&D현장에서의 표준화 고민이 복합적이고 다양하다는 점을 엿볼 수 있었다. 융합 R&D와 표준의 관계에서 융합기술결과에 대한 낮은 예측가능성으로 인해, 기술의 경쟁력 및 객관성을 확보하기 위하여 R&D를 일정기간 수행한 다음, 기술의 표준화 업무가 진행되는 것이 일반적인 융합 R&D와 표준의 관계로 해석해 볼 수 있었다. 우리나라의 국가표준정책이 취해야 할 정책 방향성은 "민간(시장) 주도의 표준 리드"로 압축된다. 정부는 공공부문에 대한 것은 정부 주도의 표준화를 진행하고 민간 부문에 대한 것은 최대한 민간 자율에 맡겨 자연스럽게 글로벌 표준을 선도하도록 환경을 조성해 주는 것이 필요하다. 이렇듯, 국가표준정책에서 정부의 역할은 "조력자"의 역할로 요약된다.

본 연구는 2000년대 이후 발표된 연구를 통해 창의적 글쓰기 교육의 현황을 파악하고 향후 방향을 논하였다. 창의적 경쟁력을 가진 인재를 양성하자는 정부의 교육 구호에 발맞추어, 모든 학문의 기초로서 창의적 글쓰기는 2000년대에 들어서면서 교양대학의 교과 과정에 도입되기 시작하여, 2015년 이후에는 모든 대학에서 운영하는 교과가 되었다. 이 기간 동안 창의적 글쓰기 교육과 연관한 많은 논문이 발표되었지만, 여전히 인지과학에서 다루는 '창의성'을 고양하는 창의적 글쓰기가 과연 독립적인 학문 체계를 구성할 수 있는지에 대한 논의는 조금 더 심도 있게 전개될 필요가 있어 보인다. 창의적 글쓰기 교육의 쟁점에는 전문적인 교원의 부족과 운영 및 평가의 시스템 부재가 있다. 또한 창의적 글쓰기 교육 범주에 관한 명확한 정의가 필요하고, 선행연구에서 제시된 콘텐츠에 관한 교육적 효과가 충분히 검증되어야 한다. 따라서 본 논문은 이 같은 논의를 위한 기초자료로써 국내 대학의 창의적 글쓰기 교육에 관해 발표된 선행 연구를 시기와 콘텐츠 사례에 따라 분류하여 개괄한 후, 창의적 글쓰기 교육의 운영과 연구에 대한 방향성을 제시하였다.

In order to present a predictive drift model, Jeju National University's training ship was tested for about 11 hours and 40 minutes, and 81 samples that selected one of the entire samples at ten-minute intervals were subjected to regression analysis after verifying outliers and influence points. In the outlier and influence point analysis, although there is a part where the wind direction exceeds 1 in the DFBETAS (difference in Betas) value, the CV (cumulative variable) value is 6%, close to 1. Therefore, it was judged that there would be no problem in conducting multiple regression analyses on samples. The standard regression coefficient showed how much current and wind affect the dependent variable. It showed that current speed and direction were the most important variables for drift speed and direction, with values of 47.1% and 58.1%, respectively. The analysis showed that the statistical values indicated the fit of the model at the significance level of 0.05 for multiple regression analysis. The multiple correlation coefficients indicating the degree of influence on the dependent variable were 83.2% and 89.0%, respectively. The determination of coefficients were 69.3% and 79.3%, and the adjusted determination of coefficients were 67.6% and 78.3%, respectively. In this study, a more quantitative prediction model will be presented because it is performed after identifying outliers and influence points of sample data before multiple regression analysis. Therefore, many studies will be active in the future by combining them.

도시는 일상생활을 영위하는 단순한 공간이 아니다. 도시는 문화적 기억과 흔적을 고스란히 드러내는 공간이다. 이 연구는 발터 벤야민의 "파사주프로젝트"를 살펴보고, 벤야민의 도시읽기와 기록방법에 대해 고찰하였다. 이와 더불어 도시아카이브의 사례조사와 분석을 바탕으로 현재 이루어지고 있는 도시아카이브에 적용시키는 방법을 연구하고, 도시를 담는 미래의 아카이브 방향을 제시하고자 한다.

The concept of the design thinking can be effective in engineering design process especially in developing the appropriate technology product. In this paper we analyze the student's design activities during the 'Creative and Integrated Design Academy for the other 90%' to solve the problems in the developing countries from the perspective of the design thinking. Based on this analysis we propose the direction of the creative and integrated design activities to solve the appropriate technology products and also the direction of the future engineering design process.

In this paper, we consider two kinds of derivatives for the shape operator of a real hypersurface in a $K{\ddot{a}}hler$ manifold which are named the Lie derivative and the covariant derivative with respect to the k-th generalized Tanaka-Webster connection ${\hat{\nabla}}^{(k)}$. The purpose of this paper is to study Hopf hypersurfaces in complex Grassmannians of rank two, whose Lie derivative of the shape operator coincides with the covariant derivative of it with respect to ${\hat{\nabla}}^{(k)}$ either in direction of any vector field or in direction of Reeb vector field.

The aims of this study are to provide future prospects of the Korean ornamental fish industry and to seek for its development direction based on analysis of its problems and its domestic and foreign situations and circumstances. The ornamental fish market has continuously grown due to increase of domestic and international demand. In this respect, the Korean ornamental fish industry has also high potential. However, the industry still has several problems such as artisanal industrial structure, a lack of investment related with R&D, poor information on the domestic and international ornamental fish industry, underdeveloped regulations and policies, low public awareness and less effort to expand the market, and a lack of regulatory and policy support. Therefore, overcoming these problems above, the Korean government has to carry out following things : establishment of institutional and industrial foundation, intensive R&D investment, exploitation of domestic and foreign markets, and systematic information gathering for ornamental fish industry.

In this study, we investigate the changes and realities of the content production process focusing on Image generation AI revolutions such as Stable Diffusion, Midjourney, and DELL-E, and examine the current status of related department operations at universities and Find out the status of the current curriculum. Through this, we suggest the need to produce AI-adaptive content talent through re-establishing the capabilities of content-related departments in art universities and quickly introducing curriculum. This is because it can be input into the efficient AI content development system currently being applied in industrial fields, and it is necessary to cultivate talent who can perform managerial and technical roles using various AI systems in the future. In conclusion, we will prepare cornerstone research to establish the university's status as a source of talent that can lead the content industry beyond the AI content production era, and focus on convergence capabilities and experience with the goal of producing convergence talent to cultivate AI adaptive content talent, suggests the direction of curriculum application for value creation.
