In the present study, we propose the framework which directly links shell finite element to the surface geometric modeling. For the development of a robust shell element, partial mixed variational functional is provided. The NURBS is used to generate the general free form of parameterized shell surfaces. Employment of NURBS makes shell finite element handle the arbitrary geometry of the smooth shell surfaces. The proposed shell finite element model linked with NURBS surface representation provides efficiency for design and analysis and can be directly extended to surface shape optimization problems in future work.

Unless certain limitation is increasing the number of the job type will be inevitable in the future because of development of industry, adaptation on speedy life style, and leisure oriented nuclear family style. In this paper, a prospective model of supply and demand of work force has been developed basing on various categories of industries and patterns about employees to look over efficient supply and demand of work force suiting employment of work force policies. In this paper, after Analyzing job preference, we have noticed a more stable job system and the results showed significant improvements over the existing job system.

U.S. is constructing EPAA(European Phased Adaptive Approach) as a part of BMDS(Ballistic Missile System). The purpose of EPAA is to protect European NATO territory from Iranian ballistic missile threats. EPAA project consists of three phase, $1^{st}$ phase is completed as deploying transportable forces such as aegis BMD ships at the mediterranean, and $2^{nd}$ phase is on going. In this paper, the concept, characteristics, current status and future works of EPAA are surveyed and described.

The objectives of this study are to examine what are the important promotion activities and images when students choose the university. In order to this research, 277 students drawn from university in pusan area are utilized and 5 hypotheses are analyzed by t-test, anova and regression analysis. The principal findings of empirical study are as follows (1) the most important promotion activities are ranked as follows 1) advice from other peoples(family and teacher are ranked highly) 2) publicity 3) university brochure 4) guide magazine for university 5) university homepage etc. Against our expectation, TV (radio) ad. transit ad. newspaper ad. are ranked lowly among the factors. (2) this study reveals that the most important university images are possibility of good job employment and future growth, confidence, ability of research and lecture, specialization of major etc. but history and tradition, scale of uni. are ranked lowly among the factors. (3) this study reveals that seven universities those are analyzed have different images. In order to achieve the more effective promotion strategy, universities may strengthen their good images and make better their weak images. I have a conviction that the findings above can be applicable for university promotion strategy.

First, the purpose of this research is to review the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) regulations in Korea to resolve disputes which can arise in international e-commerce in the near future. Second, this research tries to look for alternative solutions to dispute resolutions according to these regulations. Third, this research pursues to enhance the effectiveness of business deals by providing efficient and satisfactory dispute resolution methods for e-commerce business. Furthermore, this study evaluates the definition of global e-commerce by comparing Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) with Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). Through analyzing the domestic ODR system and ADR system, this research could boost the employment of settlements in small-sized disputes through easy and convenient consumer access to both ODR and ADR procedures. The enhancement of the competitiveness of Korean companies in the global market is estimated to take place as a result. This research is estimated to provide benefits to our businesses both domestically and internationally by using ODR regulations and ADR methods. Moreover, this research is anticipated to verify usefulness in terms of consumer protection by advancing consumers' access to dispute solution authorities locally and abroad.

This study suggest strategies to expand pork exports to Hong Kong through understanding characteristics of its pork market based on results from analysis on surveys on consumers and marketers. The survey results indicate that Hong Kong's consumers consider freshness and sanitation/safety of pork as the most important factors in their purchase. The consumers are found to be very satisfied with Korean pork and have intension to purchase it in the future. The importers suggest that Korean pork should improve its price competitiveness and build up its brand images. Based on results of surveys, this study suggests four strategies, which are systematic disease controls, establishment of its brand image, effective quality and sanitation/safety management and government supports. And, as results from deriving economic effects of 2021 Korean pork export to Hongkong, the production inducement effect is 42.5 billion won and the employment inducement effect is 266 persons.

Thanks to China's economic development, the food service industry and franchise industry have combined to serve a huge market, and alterations continue to take place, such as the changing tastes of Chinese people and the changing food culture. Global franchise companies centered in the US are rapidly making inroads into the market, and Chinese local companies are also making efforts to expand their influence. In particular, in this situation where trends are gradually changing due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we look at the trends of franchise headquarters, franchisees, employment, and operating profits for the past 10 years using information published by the National Statistical Office of China. As we examine the information, possibilities push through. In addition, we will look at the cases of domestic companies that have entered China, the conditions and plans for their activities there, and what companies planning to enter China in the future need to prepare for.

The purpose of this study is to objectively grasp the effect of the engineering education innovation support project among the national engineering-related financial support projects by dividing the groups according to the participation of support projects from 2018 to 2020 and dividing the university performance. As a result of the research the engineering education innovation support project has been consistently producing excellent results of field-based engineering education such as field-oriented industrial-educational collaboration capstone design, technology commercialization, and development and operation of corporate-linked education. It was found that the results showed that the dropout rate of college were lowered. In the future, it needs to be prepared as a place for new and free trials, innovations, and opportunities so that the engineering education innovation support projects can become the mother of other business groups.

This research aims to explore the factors affecting engineering students' major persistence and career decision. To achieve this goal, the experiences and perceptions of engineering students and other stakeholders regarding the factors influencing engineering students' major persistence and career decision were analyzed through online focus group interviews (FGI). The analysis of the interviews resulted in the identification of seven categories, which include meeting with older alumni, team project experiences, and internship experiences as factors influencing major persistence. Additionally, engineering interest, engineering self-efficacy, employment rates, economic factors, and limitations in women engineers' career development were identified as factors affecting career decision. Based on these findings, it is expected that engineering education will develop plans that focus on supporting the major persistence and career development of engineering students, thereby contributing to the future direction of engineering education.
