A society will lose a lot of something in this field when the forest fire broke out. If a forest fire can be detected in advance, damage caused by the spread of forest fires can be prevented early. So, we studied how to detect forest fires using CCTV currently installed. In this paper, we present a deep learning-based model through efficient image data construction for monitoring forest fire smoke, which is unstructured data, based on the deep learning model YOLOv5. Through this study, we conducted a study to accurately detect forest fire smoke, one of the amorphous objects of various forms, in YOLOv5. In this paper, we introduce a method of self-learning by producing insufficient data on its own to increase accuracy for unstructured object recognition. The method presented in this paper constructs a dataset with a fixed labelling position for images containing objects that can be extracted from the original image, through the original image and a model that learned from it. In addition, by training the deep learning model, the performance(mAP) was improved, and the errors occurred by detecting objects other than the learning object were reduced, compared to the model in which only the original image was learned.

Many age-dependent neurodegenerative diseases are associated with the accumulation of abnormally folded proteins within neurons. One of the major proteolytic pathways in the cell is the autophagy pathway, which targets cytoplasmic contents and organelles to the lysosomes for bulk degradation under various physiological and stressful conditions. Although the importance of autophagy in cellular physiology is well appreciated, its precise roles in neurodegeneration remain largely unclear. Recent studies indicate that components of the endosomal sorting complex required for transport (ESCRT) are important in the autophagy pathway. Reduced activity of some ESCRT subunits leads to the accumulation of autophagosomes and failure to clear intracellular protein aggregates. Interestingly, rare mutations in CHMP2B, an ESCRT-III subunit, are associated with frontotemporal dementia linked to chromosome 3 (FTD3). Mutant CHMP2B proteins seem to disrupt the fusion of autophagosomes and lysosomes in cell culture models. These findings suggest a potential mechanism for the pathogenesis of FTD3 and possibly other neurodegenerative diseases as well.

The purpose of this research is to analyze how contemporary hairstyles are expressed based on the recurrence and non-recurrence of simulation. The results of this study can be summarized as follows : 1) Recurrence appeared as imitation which re-expresses the image of past hairstyles, change which borrows unordinary objects from previous hairstyles, and expansion which extends the volume in hairstyles. 2) For nonrecurrence, there were an absence of hairstyles which rid reality, a sub-culture as a disband of fixed perceptions, a combination with other genres, an ambiguity of hairstyles appearing as a fusion effect and a Kitsch phenomenon, an ambiguity of hairstyles where a totally different third image appears through dichotomy concepts combined.

A myofiber of skeletal muscle is composed of myofibrils, sarcolemma (plasma membrane), and constameres, which anchor the myofibrils to the sarcolemma. Achvillin is a recently identified F-actin binding muscle protein, co-isolates with dystrophin and caveolin-3 in low-density sarcolemma of striated muscle, and colocalizes with dystrophin at costameres, the specialized adhesion sites in muscle. Archvillin also binds to nebulin and localizes at myofibrillar Z-discs, the lateral boundaries of the sarcomere in muscle. However other roles of archvillin on the dynamics of myofibrillogenesis remain to be defined. The goal of this study is, by using siRNA-mediated gene silencing technique, to investigate the effect of archvillin on the dynamics of myofibrillogenesis in cell culture of a mouse skeletal myogenic cell line (C2C12), where presumptive myoblasts withdraw from the cell cycle, fuse, undergo de novo myofibrillogenesis, and differentiate into mature myotubes. The roles of archvillin in the assembly and maintenance of myofibril and during the progression of myofibrillogenesis induced in skeletal myoblast following gene silencing in the cell culture were investigated. Fluorescence microscopy demonstrated that the distribution of archvillin was changed along the course of myofibril assembly with nebulin, vinculin and F-actin and then located at Z-lines with nebulin. Fluorescence microscopy demonstrated that knockdown of mouse archvillin expression led to an impaired assembly of new myofibrillar clusters and delayed fusion and myofibrillogenesis although the mouse archvillin siRNA did not affect those expressions of archvillin binding proteins, such as nebulin and F-actin. This result is corresponded with that of RT-PCR and western blots. When the perturbed archvillin was rescued by co-transfection with GFP or Red tagged human archvillin construct, the inhibited cell fusion and myotube formation was recovered. By using siRNA technique, archvillin was found to be involved in early stage of myofibrillogenesis. Therefore, the current data suggest the idea that archvillin plays critical roles on cell fusion and dynamic myofibril assembly.

The study investigated the recognition and preference of foreigner to Korean foods in different nationality. Questionnaires consisted of two languages- Chinese and English were given to 180 residing foreigners in Insa-dong and COEX mall areas and interview methods were used. A total of 157 questionnaires were analyzed for statistical analysis. The statistical analysis was completed using SPSS Win(ver 11.0) for descriptive analysis, ${\chi}^2-test$, ANOVA and Tukey's test. Main results of this study were as follows: First, the factors foreigners considered when they chose food of other countries were; 1.new taste, 2.curiosity, 3.foreign culture, 4.foreign tradition. People from European and Asian countries were inclined to 'New taste' first, while people from American and Oceanian countries were inclined to "curiosity". Second, most of respondents have tried Bulgogi and Galbi before and many of them also have tried Kimchi, Kimbop, and Bibimbop as common Korean foods. Third, the preference was different according to their origins. Asian people liked diverse cuisines including Bulgogi, Galbi, Kimchi, Dubu Doenjan chige, and Samgaetang, while European and Oceanian people liked Bulgogi, Galbi, and Bibimbop. The preference for Kimchi was considerably high among Asian people, however, low among American and Oceanian people(p<0.05). Fourth, Deviation was little on the taste, color, and table settings of Korean foods; most of the respondents was satisfied on those factors. European and Oceanian people who were familiar with table setting according to time were satisfied at table setting of Korean foods, which focused on space, rather than time. Fifth, most of the respondents, especially Asian people, remarked that Korean foods were spicy. The opinion on the taste of Korean foods was variable according to their nations. Currently many of culinary companies from Korea were leading their active business in foreign countries such as China and United States. Their domain was not limited to traditional Korean foods, but expanding to various fields such as fast foods, bakery goods, and fusion snacks.

요즘 시대의 화두는 바로 혁신과 융합이다. 혁신을 통해 융합이 탄생하고 융합을 통해 혁신이 이루어지니 융합이 곧 혁신이라고도 볼 수 있다. 대중문화에서 융합이라는 개념으로 쓰이는 크로스오버와 콜라보레이션(*크로스오버로 통칭)은 서로 다른 장르나 분야 간의 결합, 통합을 의미하며 최근 영화나 음악 등 다양한 분야에서 사용되고 있다. 크로스오버의 활용은 타 분야와의 경계를 허물고 자유롭고 다양한 시도를 통해 새로운 작품을 창조해 내는 데 도움을 준다. 이에 본 연구에서는 대중문화의 융합, 즉 크로스오버를 한국의 공포영화 장르와 연계하여 분석해본다. 현재 한국 공포영화는 90년대에서 2000년대 초반까지 인기를 끌다가 현재는 연속된 흥행 부진으로 인해 소수의 작품만이 나오는 실정이다. 하지만 본 연구 결과 한국 공포영화에서도 이미 크로스오버 시도는 시작되었고 몇몇 흥행한 작품들에서 크로스오버의 흔적이 강하게 발견되었다. 본 연구에서는 거기에서 더 나아가 <어벤저스> 같은 캐릭터 콜라보레이션까지 적용해서 한국 공포영화의 새로운 방향성까지 제시해본다.

A concept of 'digital' is changing a living pattern of moderners, with having influence on the whole life of modern society. The purpose of this study is arrange the frame of conformity to the 'fashion as culture' by considering the social and cultural phenomena being shown in relation to digital, which is a concept being watched most for the 21st century and by trying to analyze a tendency of digital culture being shown in the modernly fashion design based on this. The digital culture, which is a concept of generalizing the phenomena of interactional changes in the sub-structure being derived by digital technology, is being shown as a tendency of fusionization and globalization, and due to this, the culture of digital nomads is being formed. On the other hand, a tendency of amenity caused by the reaction against the coldly digital technology, is forming one axis of digital culture. As the culture, which experiences the process of a change by digital technology, is reflected even on the fashion, the fusion of technology and the human body, brought about the appearance and the development of the artificial body, by allowing the wearable computer to be introduced to fashion and by being connected directly to the body. This means the expansion of range for fashion. The destruction of a border between space and space, is making an opportunity of forming another ego inside the cyber space, with bringing about the mixed loading between the cyber space and the real space. As the border between the cyber space and the real space is being collapsed, the space of newly self-realization is being created. The collapse of gender is being shown as the pursuit of gender, which is a nomadic concept of not giving priority to anywhere of male gender and female gender. The tendency of sensitive design introduced the sports look as the largely fashion trend. Fascinated with Zen thoughts is leading to a response to the swiftly and coldly social conditions caused by machine. The digital culture by digital technology and the fashion tendency being shown by its influence, meet the needs of self-realization and self-expansion for a human being, and satisfy the needs for the expression of self-identity for a human being, and enable the search for introspection about inner existence inside the self.

This study was conducted to test whether the transgenic cattle pass the transgene to their progeny through germ cells, and whether the transgene is expressed in the mammary gland of ransgenic cows. Two male ransgenic calves were born from IVF-derived embryos injected with bovine $\beta-casein/human$ lactoferrin fusion gene and then grew up to be reproducible. Semen was collected from a transgenic bull after 18 mon of age and then frozen. Bovine oocytes matured in vitro were fertilized with spermatozoa of the transgenic bull and cultured in $50\;{\mu}L$ drops of CRlaa medium supplemented with 3 mg/mL BSA. After 48 h of culture, cleaved embryos were determined for the presence of transgenes by DNA polymerase chain reaction (PCR). Proportion of transgene positives among bovine embryos fertilized with sperm of the transgenic bull was $20.9\%$ (28/134). One of transgenic bulls did not produce transgenic sperm. Out of 34 calves produced from recipient heifers inseminated with semen of the other bull, 3 $(8.8\%)$ were transgenic animals (2 females and 1 male). Thus, one transgenic bull showed a low transmission frequency below Mendelian levels in both the IVF-derived embryos and his progeny. It was demonstrated by Southern blot that copy numbers of the transgene in the transgenic progeny enhanced about 1.8 times as compared to those of the founder bull The results demonstrate that the transgenic bull carrying human lactoferrin gene could pass his transgene to the progeny through germ cells, although he is a germ-line mosaic.

Increased internet use under a ubiquitous environment may be called as a great human information space revolution followed by Industrial Revolution. This revolution is exerting its significant influence over all the industry as a whole with speed faster than that of any other times. Along with this trend, if furniture design field that leads living culture should fail to jump on this main stream without noticing it, it may be reduced to a unpopular field some day without any sign of recovery. Under this background, this study is intended to recognize a goal aiming at understanding our rapidly changing living environment and leading our way positively. Currently, our surrounding living environment is immersed in computers here and there and Mark Weiser once defined a system that moves in advance before an action as ubiquitous computing and in this respect, I am going to observe a detailed transformation process of space. First nature of the space may be defined as atoms, a physical space equivalent to a spatial element and Bits space that is untouchable is usually called as 2nd space and a combination of atoms and Bits is an intelligent space - 3rd space - that can be intelligible without touching it and finally, this space is called as a ubiquitous space. This spatial transformation is developed by several changes of living environment and we may call it as living trend or interior design trend. Transformation in terms of social perspective, space structural perspective and digital technique perspective may be enumerated. These transformations were surveyed based on its contents being implemented at a future housing exhibition hosted by 5 construction companies along with fusion of information furniture and furniture depending on each housing space. In conclusion, it could be realized that most of the companies were decorating future space by implementing ubiquitous environment as a success factor of future housing market. It may be meaningful to note once again that under an interior environment, a fusion of furniture and information furniture is required considering interior trend elements.

오늘날 '컨버전스'와 '소통'은 모든 분야에서 키워드가 되고 있다. 예술가와 공학자는 새로운 기술에 기반을 둔 협업을 통해 그 동안의 상호단절에서 벗어나 점차 소통하고 있다. 컨버전스 시대에 예술 영역의 인터넷 아트와 기술 영역의 내비게이션과 아이폰에서 오감융합기술의 활용이 돋보인다. 소메라와 미뇨노의 인터넷 아트 $\ll$Riding the Net$\gg$, $\ll$The Living Room$\gg$, $\ll$The Living Web$\gg$은 음성인식을 통한 시각이미지와 촉각을 통한 시 공간 표현을 인터넷과 오감융합기술을 통해 구현하고 있다. 그리고 산업기술에서 내비게이션과 아이폰은 음성인식을 통한 오감융합기술을 적용하여 감성영역을 확장하여 인터넷 아트와 비슷한 기술을 선보인다. 이 연구에서 살펴본 바와 같이, 예술과 기술의 융합적 발전은 디지털 아트와 문화기술 산업의 새로운 지평을 열 것으로 보인다.
