Determinism and compatibilism have thought that libertarianism contradicts the scientific view. This paper demonstrates that the hypothesis that free will exists does not cause any problems and contradictions, while maintaining pro-scientific view. Rather, determinism lacks scientific and demonstrative bases. At first, I reject dualistic self by assuming identity theory of the self and physical body & brain. Free will is a functional concept or property that can have multiple realization. Therefore we can recognize whether aliens or robots have free will through observation on their acts. 'Free will' is a functional kinds term like 'digestion'. As we know we have digestive function, we can know that we have free will even before knowing the necessity of its existence by understanding micro structure of human free will. The judgement that an individual has free will function depends on whether it has particular actions. Those actions are controlling and restraining actions in context, predicting future, making elaborate conditional sentences, etc. Real being of free will is the physical occupant of the function that makes those actions. Determinism is based on various kinds of misconceptions and misunderstandings. Determinists often confuse necessity of physical law and determinism. Another decisive misunderstanding is that free will postulates same conditions and different results from the same point of time. However, free will postulates that the two points of time are different. Because determinism is unnecessary redundant hypothesis influenced by religions, according to Ockham's Razor, determinism should be eliminated.

We formulate and study a predator-prey model with non-monotonic functional response type and weak Allee effects on the prey, which extends the system studied by Ruan and Xiao in [Global analysis in a predator-prey system with nonmonotonic functional response, SIAM J. Appl. Math. 61 (2001), no. 4, 1445-1472] but containing an extra term describing weak Allee effects on the prey. We obtain the global dynamics of the model by combining the global qualitative and bifurcation analysis. Our bifurcation analysis of the model indicates that it exhibits numerous kinds of bifurcation phenomena, including the saddle-node bifurcation, the supercritical and the subcritical Hopf bifurcations, and the homoclinic bifurcation, as the values of parameters vary. In the generic case, the model has the bifurcation of cusp type of codimension 2 (i.e., Bogdanov-Takens bifurcation).

We demonstrated a CNT synaptic transistor by integrating 6,6-phenyl-C61 butyric acid methyl ester(PCBM) molecules as charge storage molecules in a polyimide(PI) dielectric layer with carbon nanotubes(CNTs) for the transistor channel. Specifically, we fabricated and compared three different kinds of CNT-based synaptic transistors: a control device with $Al_2O_3/PI$, a single PCBM device with $Al_2O_3/PI:PCBM$(0.1 wt%), and a double PCBM device with $Al_2O_3/PI:PCBM$(0.1 wt%)/PI:PCBM(0.05 wt%). Statistically, essential device parameters such as Off and On currents, On/Off ratio, device yield, and long-term retention stability for the three kinds of transistor devices were extracted and compared. Notably, the double PCBM device exhibited the most excellent memory transistor behavior. Pulse response properties with postsynaptic dynamic current were also evaluated. Among all of the testing devices, double PCBM device consumed such low power for stand-by and its peak current ratio was so large that the postsynaptic current was also reliably and repeatedly generated. Postsynaptic hole currents through the CNT channel can be generated by electrons trapped in the PCBM molecules and last for a relatively short time(~ hundreds of msec). Under one certain testing configuration, the electrons trapped in the PCBM can also be preserved in a nonvolatile manner for a long-term period. Its integrated platform with extremely low stand-by power should pave a promising road toward next-generation neuromorphic systems, which would emulate the brain power of 20 W.

In order to develop the blends with good long-term thermal stability and tensile elongation, the blends of polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) and 7 kinds of elastomer were tested. PPS/elastomer (90/10, 80/20, 70/30) blend samples were prepared by compression molding after twin screw extrusion or punching after sheet extrusion. Rheological, mechanical property and morphology of the blends were analyzed by capillary rheometer, UTM, impact tester, and SEM. For long-term thermal stability tests, the mechanical properties were measured again after the samples were stored in a convection oven for a week. The tensile strengths were almost same regardless of kinds of elastomer and the tensile elongation was the maximum for the PPS/m-EVA blend. As the content of elastomer increased, the elongation increased but delamination occurred at 30 wt% of elastomer content. The tensile strength increased but the elongation decreased seriously after thermal aging. Many problems related with PPS processing could be solved by adding a small amount of the elastomers partially compatibile with PPS and it would be applicable to develop various PPS grades.

This is a report on a case of delayed reconstruction after partial mandibularectomy for Ameloblastoma involving symphysis and bodies of the mandible by using of two large pieces of corticocancellous bone blocks obtained from both iliac crests. The authors failed immediate reconstruction with two kinds of Alloplasts(metal, methylmethacrylate) at two times of trial due to known infection and suggestive poor histocompatibility of materials aginst the host who has been suffered from long-term and active pulmonary tuberculosis. However we could get success late reconstruction of this problem-occured and curved area with two pieces of large corticocancellous blocks by using of miniplate osteosynthesis and biphasic external pin fixation. From our experience we are obtained some results as follows : 1. Alloplastic graft materials seemed to be dangerous to maintain successfuly in patient who has a long-term debilitating disease as a active pulmonary tuberculosis. 2. Biphasic external skeletal pin fixation appliance gave many advantages such as maintain functional position of the remained bodies and condyles of the mandible after removal of failed alloplasts and during control of inflammation of this area, assist supportive roles to fix and maintain bone grafts during healing, allow mandibular movement during healing and so offer to conduct normal functional stimuli to bone grafts during osteogenesis etc. 3. Bony union was successful between not only normal bones and grafted bones but also grafted bone pieces even though we used two pieces of large blocks of corticocancellous bone for graft. 4. Miniplate osteosynthesis was not affect any adverse effects to bone grafts but offered good role of fixation and maintenance for bone grafts.

Background: Ginsenosides have been widely used clinically for many years and were regarded as very safe. However, a few researches on the toxicities of these kinds of agents showed that some ginsenosides may have side-effect on the rats or dogs. So it is extremely necessary to further clarify the potential toxicity of ginsenosides. This study was carried out to investigate long-term toxicity and genotoxicity of 25-methoxydammarane-3, 12, 20-triol ($25-OCH_3-PPD$), a new derivative of ginsenoside, in beagle dogs. Methods: Twenty-four beagle dogs were divided randomly into four treatment groups and repeatedly orally administered with $25-OCH_3-PPD$ capsule at 60, 120, and 240 mg/kg/day for 91 consecutive days. Ames, micronucleus, and chromosomal aberration tests were established to analyze the possible genotoxicity of $25-OCH_3-PPD$. Results: There was no $25-OCH_3-PPD$einduced systemic toxicity in beagle dogs at any doses. The level of $25-OCH_3-PPD$ at which no adverse effects were observed was found to be 240 mg/kg/day. The result of Ames test showed that there was no significant increase in the number of revertant colonies of $25-OCH_3-PPD$ administrated groups compared to the vehicle control group. There were also no significant differences between $25-OCH_3-PPD$ administrated groups at all dose levels and negative group in the micronucleus test and chromosomal aberration assay. Conclusion: The highest dose level of $25-OCH_3-PPD$ at which no adverse effects were observed was found to be 240 mg/kg per day, and it is not a genotoxic agent either in somatic cells or germs cells. $25-OCH_3-PPD$ is an extremely safe candidate compound for antitumor treatment.

The relationship between perceived social support and adaptation to maternal role for first-time mothers was investigated in this descriptive correlational study. A nonprobable sample of 90 first-time mothers were selected, who had uncomplicated perinatal experiences and delivered healthy and term newborns as well. The data was collected during a home interview at 4-6weeks postpartum. The outcome of adaptations was defined as the level of sensitivity in parent-infant interactions and of the self confidence in infant care. The perception of social support in the primiparous was assessed by the NSSQ during the postpartum. The results obtained from this study are summarized as follows : 1. The mean score of the perceived total functional support was $116.6{\pm}37.5$ points (affective : 38.1 affirmative : 39.3, aid : 39.3), and the score of the total network support was $45.2{\pm}13.9$ points (size : 4.9, duration :19.8 frequency : 20.4). These scores tended to be slightly low. 2. The mean score of the self confidence on the infant care activity as the subjective aspect of the maternal role adaptation (MRA) was 56.5 points (86.9%), whereas that of the sensitivity of the mother-infant interaction of the MRA was 78.9 points (63.2%). 3. The subjective aspect of the MRA has showed a positive relation ship with the aid dimension of the functional support. And the objective aspect of the MRA also showed a positive relationship with the total functional support and the total network support. However the correlating degrees were slightly low. In conclusion, the primiparous mothers perceived that they had received a small amount of social support during the postpartum period, suggesting the need of various kinds of social support to promote the MRA for the primiparous.

This article is researched to analyze what kinds of projects were conducted by the special grant, the balanced development special account(BSDA), and the municipal projects in the case of Sangjucity and Seochengun, in the introduction time of the bock grants of BSDA and the municipal development plan in 2010. Furthermore this study presents the problems and the direction of improvement. For the territorial integration of a regional development in long-term, I suggest that the spacial grant and BSDA are necessary to be integrated because of ambiguous difference. And also the block grants of current 24 projects in 7 groups should be reclassified as the concept and the functional feature of pluralistic rural development.

In this study, we collected the emotion vocabulary novel related to the LED system light emotion and the existing terms through previous research, targeting professionals and KJ method, we selected emotion term of 35 kinds. Targeting this east Foreigner, we compared the emotion evaluation by changing the lighting elements in accordance office, meeting room, lounge, the OA room different behavior patterns. The results, showing the difference between the results of emotion existing research generally derived factors three axes "future, functionality" See, "stability", "activity". As a result of the comparison of the emotion of the East and the West, the Oriental, functional aspects of the LED system light of space office, meeting room, lounge is drawn most, On the other hand, Westerners, come up, stable surface shows the difference in accidentally. Based on these results, the future, and tries to utilized to evaluate the emotion reaction of the illumination elements each Test-Bed actual.
