  • Seoul Metropolitan City, the world's top 10 cities and Metro City, has traditional urban manufacturing industries such as printing, sewing, and mechanical metals. These manufacturing industries have developed in the form of mutual assistance by forming small business clusters according to detailed industries and processes. Due to the nature of the cluster, logistics between companies for each process in the cluster are being carried out quickly, but it is difficult for relatively small small business owners to prepare order processing services for consumers of finished products. Therefore, it is urgent to introduce an integrated order fulfillment service platform for collective business owners for smooth order and delivery processing. In this paper, we collect and analyze the existing Fulfillment Service data of small business owners in the printing industry among traditional urban industries, and design an artificial intelligence Fulfillment Service Platform system applying CRNN, k-NN, and ID3 Decision Tree algorithm. Through this study, it is expected to greatly contribute to the increase in sales and capacity of small business owners by enabling the use of individual orders and customized delivery services that can be used by any small business owner in the cluster.

  • This study proposes a collaboration system framework on the web service in a supply chain to implement an efficient virtual supply chain and improve an ability to fulfill received orders over a supply chain. The system based on the framework proposed in this paper plays an important role for automatic order negotiation and placing/receiving an order noticed in web service by the main system. Furthermore, it can evaluate the fulfillment of received orders over a supply chain by using the transaction results from hierarchically related vendors and establish efficient manufacturing plans. In a word, this system is the automated system for creating manufacturing plans, placing and receiving orders. A little more important main function of this system is that it has a dynamic evaluation capability about fulfillment with received orders over a supply chain, and improves the evaluation method of fulfillment ability with received orders with related to direct dealing vendors, which is a main problem in existing system. As a result, this system is able to reduce the work load of the sales and purchasing materials, production control division, to manage accurate inventory promptly, to maintain the optimal inventory level by analyzing the information of fulfillment ability with received orders, and to enhance the level of service for customers.

  • The objective of this study is to extract affecting factors on game satisfaction of a mobile game through the two mediated variables, self-fulfillment and flow. To apply mobile environment changed into the research model of a mobile game, we classify independent factors into three types such as system characteristics, cognitive characteristics, and individual characteristics. The previous studies for using mobile game have been based on intrinsic motivation, such as flow, as a mediated factor. However, the flow variable has some limitations in explaining user satisfaction aspects of mobile game, and the self-fulfillment variable is popularly used as an important mediated factor in the field of sports science. Because users of mobile game often attain their goals as sports event, we utilize self-fulfillment as well as flow as mediated variables. We developed a research model that includes independent factors, mediated variables of self-fulfillment and flow, and a dependent variable of game satisfaction. The data were collected from 438 users of mobile game and were used for analysis. Based on the survey results, we found the followings: (1) Immediate connectivity, enjoyment, relationship, early adopter tendency, and competitiveness affect self-fulfillment, and self-fulfillment affects the flow. (2) Enjoyment and competitiveness affect self-fulfillment, flow, and game satisfaction simultaneously.

  • Seoul Special City, one of the world's top 10 cities and Metro City, has traditional urban manufacturing industries such as printing, sewing, and mechanical metals. Small business owners in these manufacturing clusters have developed in the form of mutual assistance. Due to the nature of the agglomeration site, each process is handled by an individual company. It is difficult for relatively small business owners to prepare order processing services that provide real-time logistics movement information between processes. This paper collects and analyzes existing logistics data for smooth order and delivery of small business owners in package manufacturing and special printing fields We design an artificial intelligence Fulfillment Service Platform system with CRNN, k-NN, and ID3 Decision Tree Algorithm. • The number of domestic e-commerce transactions has been breaking its own record by an annual average growth rate of over 20% based on volume for the past 5 years. Due to the rapid increase in e-commerce market, retail companies that have difficulty meeting consumers in person are in fierce competition to take the lead in the last mile service, which is the only point of contact with customers. Especially in the delivery area, where competition is most intense, the role of the fulfillment center is very important for service differentiation. It must be capable of fast product preparation ordered by consumers in accordance with the delivery service level. This study focuses on the order picking system for rapid order processing in the fulfillment center as an alternative for companies to gain competitive advantage in the e-commerce market. A mixed integer programming model was developed and implemented to optimize the stock replenishment in order picking facilities. The effectiveness was scientifically and objectively verified by simulation using the actual operation process and data.

  • On-Demand services have emerged as one of the core business strategies for delivering new experiential values by providing customized services in different user-needs nowadays. Based on the Stimulus-Organism-Response (S-O-R) framework, this paper focuses on the factors of environmental stimulation and emotional states of the demand-side that induce continuous intention of use from the On-Demand services. The study defines 'Informativeness', 'Fulfillment', 'Trust', and 'Convenience' as the properties of the On-Demand services and considers 'Playfulness', 'Customer Return on Investment (CROI)', and 'Service Excellence' as the aspects of the experiential values. The research shows that 'Fulfillment', 'Trust' and 'Convenience' affected the experiential value in 'Kakao Taxi (On-Demand transportation service)' while 'Informativeness', 'Fulfillment', 'Trust of platform', and 'Convenience' are represented as the related factors to the experiential value in 'Baedal Minjok (On-Demand food delivery service)'. The experiential value factors, 'CROI' and 'Service Excellence', are shown directly related to the continuous intention of use in both services. A partial mediation relationship is, furthermore, observed between the aspects of 'CROI' and 'Service Excellence' in Kakao Taxi and its 'Convenience' and 'Continuous intention of use.' In Baedal Minjok, a partial mediation relationship is found between the 'CROI' with its aspects of 'Trust of the platform', 'Convenience', and 'Continuous intention of use' as well. The results of this study may contribute a comprehensive understanding of the purpose of On-Demand services and its needs from the demand-side thus can be helpful for the supply-side.

  • This paper is to investigate how each cases(recurrent cases) is to be classified and what each parties should prepare to solve their cases by civil law system and so on. We could find the increased volume (or quantity) of transportation by air recently and have to worry about the sky-rocketed cases of unfulfilled navigation management(aviation service) proportionately inevitably. So we knew that some cases of disputes are solved by unreasonable demand, unilateral concession or irrational decision without any logical or legal criterion, because both sides(passenger and carrier) do not recognize the situation correctly and have any preparation for the legal settlement. Therefore we should prepare the classification work and comprehend about the legal effect(fulfillment retardation of duty, fulfillment impossibility of duty and imperfect fulfillment in our civil law system) of each cases. We can grasp the legal relationship with a carrier and a passengers by the legal analysis more efficiently and save (or help) energy and time of concerned parties.
