본 연구의 목적은 매년 증가하고 있는 수입 식품의 안전한 관리를 위한 방안으로서 식품의 수입, 보관, 배송의 전 과정을 통합적으로 관리할 수 있는 신선물류클러스터 구축 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위해 신선물류클러스터를 인천송도경제자유구역에 구축함으로써 기대되는 경제적 효과를 분석하고 향후 신선물류클러스터 구축을 위한 관련 주체의 역할과 함께 정책적인 지원방안을 모색하였다. 본 연구에서는 신선물류시스템을 정의하고 분석하여 보다 구체적인 신선물류클러스터의 구축방안을 제시하였으며, 또한 신선물류클러스터 구축의 경제적 효과를 부가가치와 물류비 절감효과로 분석하였다. 이와 같은 신선물류클러스터를 인천송도경제자유구역에 구축하기 위한 방안으로 국내 관련 법률을 검토하고 일관성 있는 정책 방향을 제시하였다. 그러나 본 논문은 신선물류라는 조금은 생소한 분야의 연구로서 선행연구의 검토, 관련데이터 수집 등에 있어 다소 부족한 부분이 있다. 하지만 향후 본 연구를 토대로 다양한 신선물류와 신선물류클러스터에 대한 연구가 수행되기를 희망한다.

This study tries to find out the resonable improvement method of the export logistics system for fresh agriculture products. Export logistics system improvement of fresh agriculture products rationalized the export network covering the export and import of fresh agriculture products from producers to end customers and realized cost reduction and profit maximization. We are also operating our very own comprehensive logistics system that maximizes customer satisfaction. Supporting the entire logistics process starting from the collection, unloading, sorting, packaging, customs clearing, and information up to comprehensive logistics services, the export logistics system of fresh agriculture products realized a comprehensive transport system that uses 12 feet cool container. We have successfully reduced logistics costs through efficient operation in the export logistics system of fresh agriculture products.

Purpose: During the pandemic, a large number of orders forced online retailers of fresh produce to quickly change their emergency logistics capabilities to meet the needs of ordinary consumers during the pandemic. Our research aims to help online retailers establish an emergency physical distribution framework for fresh produce during disasters to meet consumer needs. Research design and methodology: 160 effective responses were collected from the online response team in Wuhan, China, and exploratory factor analysis was used to determine the emergency logistics capability framework. Twelve experts were invited online to collect their scoring opinions and use the entropy method to determine the importance of emergency logistics capabilities. Results: Our results have identified a total of 17 emergency logistics factors for online retailers, and we found that Transportation route planning and reconstruction capabilities, Emergency plan planning ability, and Supply chain real-time information sharing capability are the most important in the overall framework. Conclusions: This research completely established the physical distribution framework of fresh agricultural products online retailer in emergency situations. It enriches academic resources in the field of emergency distribution and provides a scientific basis for corporate managers to improve their physical distribution capabilities in emergency situations.

본 연구는 최근 성장 중인 온라인 신선식품 분야에서 서비스를 제공 중인 주요 기업들의 현황을 파악하고, 경쟁력과 문제점을 실제 이용자에 대한 설문을 통해 분석하여 향후 사업방향을 제시하고자 했다. 현재 온라인으로 신선식품을 판매 중인 기업들의 현황과 시장상황을 살펴보기 위해 신선식품을 판매하고 있는 온라인 쇼핑몰을 대상으로 하여 BCG매트릭스 분석을 실시하였다. 또한 IPA분석을 활용하여 실제 구매자가 인식하는 신선물류에 대한 만족도와 중요도를 측정하여 연구결과를 도출했다. 먼저 BCG매트릭스를 적용한 결과, 쿠팡을 제외한 나머지 기업들은 새로운 성장방안이 필요하다는 점을 알 수 있었다. 한편 IPA분석 결과에서 나타난 비우선순위와 과잉영역에 소모되는 비용을 최소화 시키고, 유지 강화영역과 중점투자영역에 대해 투자함으로 신선물류시장에서 경쟁력을 확보해야한다는 시사점을 제시했다. 본 연구는 온라인 신선식품 주요 기업들을 대상으로 하여 보편적인 개선방안을 제시하였으나 향후 연구에서는 각각의 기업들을 대상으로 분석 표본을 확대 및 세분화하여 표본에 따른 경쟁력 제고방안 연구가 필요하다고 사료된다.

코로나19 발생으로 건강한 삶에 대한 소비자들의 생활패턴이 향상되면서 유통과정에서 신선식품의 품질관리에 대한 요구가 갈수록 높아지고 있다. 따라서 분 연구의 목적은 신선식품의 E-서비스품질이 고객만족과 재구매의도에 미치는 영향을 검증하여 E-서비스제공하는 기업에게 경영전략 의사결정에 연구자료를 제시한다. 연구방법은 E-서비스로 신선식품을 구매한 경험이 있는 소비자를 대상으로 설문조사하는 방법을 사용하였고, 실증분석을 위한 통계처리 방법은 소프트웨어 SPSS 23.0을 활용하였다. 연구 결과는 E-서비스 품질이 좋을수록 고객만족에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는것을 보이고 있고, E-서비스 품질과 재구매의도의 영향 관계에서 고객만족도는 매개 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 신선식품에 대한 E-서비스가 제공 하는 고객 만족도와 재구매의도를 높이기 위해서는 신선식품의 신선도에 중점을 두고 안정한 물류서비스를 제공하며 간편하고 편리한 사이트를 이용할 수 있는 전반적인 시스템을 구축해야한다는 시사점을 제시한다.

In modern society, digital lifestyles are spreading to minimize contact with people and to receive contactless information. The spread trend has established an unmanned distribution system in which transactions through contactless technologies such as kiosks and chatbots are activated in face-to-face transactions with sellers and consumers. In order to streamline logistics supply worldwide, digital new deal based joint logistics hubs, unmanned courier storage platforms, and fresh logistics based last mile services have been developed into unmanned logistics systems, focusing on the intelligent logistics system automation process. Unmanned courier storage system installed in urban areas and home to daily logistics where volume is concentrated are provided with fresh logistics services through cold chain and receiving freights in contactless environments. Development is also underway to minimize safety accidents caused by courier services, such as managing various information based on the integrated control system. This paper defines the concept of integrated operation for the development of a platform for contactless unmanned courier storage device developed into next-generation logistics system. In addition, we intend to develop systems engineering-based output for deriving safety requirements and specifications by identifying risk sources that may occur in the operational scenario. Therefore, the goal is to establish a foundation for safety and reliability between interfaces of logistics systems to be installed in apartment and subway station environments that want to provide unmanned logistics services to various consumers.

Purpose: With the emergence of high technology in China, online shopping distribution of fresh agricultural products have been developing rapidly. This study built a model to investigate how perceived quality of products and logistic services, perceived risk, and perceived cost affect intention to buy fresh agricultural products in an Internet environment. Especially, in the purchasing process, attitude may work as an important mediator. Research design, data and methodology: To achieve the objectives of this study, Chinese respondents were asked to fill in a questionnaire through the China online survey website. With 520 available data, regression analysis was used to test the hypotheses. Results: Results indicate that perceived quality of fresh agriculture products and perceived logistics service quality have a significant positive impact on attitude and purchase intention. Results also reveal that perceived risk and perceived cost affect attitude and purchase intention negatively. Finally, results imply that attitude has a positive effect on purchase intention, which is the unique mediator in the online shopping process. Conclusions: This study suggests that managers in the online shopping distributions of fresh agricultural products should improve the quality of products and logistics services along with the reduction of the perceived risk and cost to compete in the China market.

Informatization and digital transformation across industries are big trends in the world. However, although a few food groups are investing in informatization on a pilot basis, informatization is still delayed in related industries, such as distribution, logistics, etc. Therefore, consumers often are not able to have easy access to detailed information about products. In this paper, to improve these problems, we propose a fresh food logistics solution that adopts Proof of Nonce (PoN) consensus algorithm with Internet of Thing (IoT) technology. The recently developed PoN algorithm dramatically reduces a time for generating a block and is suitable for a platform that collects and services real-time information. We expect to improve their trust in the platform by preventing forgery/falsification of information recorded in real time through this paper.

유통시장의 변화에 따라 농·수·축산물의 보관과 유통 그리고 가공식품 및 신선식품의 보관과 운송에 대한 이슈가 급부상하고 있으며, 이에 따라 콜드체인이 물류 서비스의 한축으로 자연스럽게 주목을 받고 있다. 본 연구는 최근 들어 활기를 띠고 있는 냉동냉장 식품 등 콜드체인 유통과 관련하여 관심을 끌고 있는 수도권 지역 콜드체인 클러스터 구축에 대한 입지 경쟁력 평가를 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 전문가의 지식을 효율적으로 추출하여 계량화할 수 있는 CFPR(Consistent Fuzzy Preference Relations) 분석기법을 활용하여 수도권 콜드체인 클러스터 후보지에 대한 경쟁력을 평가하였다. 연구 결과, 입지 경쟁력은 인천신항 배후부지, 경기 남부권(용인), 경기 서부권(김포 물류단지), 평택오성물류단지 순으로 우수한 것으로 나타났다. 특히 본 연구는 냉동·냉장 물류창고 운영 전문가의 지식을 추출하여, 수도권 콜드체인 클러스터 후보지에 대한 세부적인 경쟁력 평가를 실시하고, 최적의 클러스터 후보지를 제시하였다는 점에서 기존 연구들과 차별성을 가진다. 향후 연구에서는 설문 대상을 신선식품 물류센터의 소유권을 확보하기 위한 구매 및 구축 결정권을 가진 기업경영자, 대기업군, 공공기업 군 등으로 구분하여 조사할 필요가 있다.

중국 길림성은 농산물이 풍부하며, 농산물을 이용한 부제품이 많이 생산되고 있다. 농산물의 유통은 원활한 콜드체인 물류의 지원이 필수적이지만 중국 길림성의 콜드체인 물류는 비교적 낙후되어 농산물의 낭비되는 원인이 되고 있으며 농가소득 향상에 도움이 되지 못하고 있다. 본 연구는 중국 길림성의 신선 농산물의 콜드체인 물류 발전에 영향을 미치는 요인을 도출하고, 계층구조분석기법(AHP)을 이용하여 도출된 요인들이 농산물 콜드체인에 미치는 영향에 대하여 분석하였다. 계층구조분석기법(AHP)을 이용하여 제약요인의 가중치를 분석한 결과 농산물 콜드체인 물류 원가, 정보기술응용 및 시장기반 콜드체인 물류가 길림성 농산물 콜드체인 물류 발전에 영향을 미치는 3대 주요 요인으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 중국 길림성 농산물 콜드 체인 물류 발전방향을 제시하는데 의의가 있다.
