본 연구는 화물수송을 둘러싼 사회적 경제적 환경변화 속에서 철도물류의 활성화가 시대적 과제가 되고 있는 시점에서 철도로의 모달시프트가 기대되는 철도컨테이너수송에 주목하여 화주, 복합운송업체, 운영자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시, 철도의 이용현황, 이용확대를 위한 개선사항, 환경문제에 대한 대응상황을 분석함으로써 철도물류서비스의 생산성 향상을 위한 개선방안, 나아가 국가정책과의 공동보조를 통한 철도화물수송으로의 모달시프트 가능성에 대하여 검토하였다.

본 연구는 철로 복합화물 운송 시 환적 작업으로 인해 발생하는 소요 시간과 비용을 줄이고 운송속도 향상이 가능한 피기백시스템의 도입 타당성을 분석하는 것을 목표로 한다. 이를 위해 국내외 문헌검토를 통해 타당성 분석방법론을 검토한다. 타당성 분석 값을 정량적으로 도출하기 위해 교통 데이터베이스를 적용하여 운송거리가 200KM이상인 주요 화물 운송 O-D 노선에 화물 운송 시뮬레이션 모델과 운송 수단별 화물 수요 예측 모델을 개발하였다. 2025년 주요 화물 운송 O-D 노선에 피기백시스템이 도입된다는 전제로 분석기간을 15년으로 설정하여 경제적 타당성을 분석한 결과 NPV 값이 양수이고 B/C값이 1.18로 도출되어 피기백시스템이 경제성이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 제안된 연구 방법은 철도운송의 경쟁력을 향상할 수 있는 교통 정책 수립에 유의미한 자료가 될 수 있다.

우리나라 철도운영회사인 한국철도공사의 물류부문 영업계수는 2010년 190.7로서 2009년의 197.4에 비해서 소폭 개선되기는 하였으나 여전히 수익에 비해서 비용이 매우 높은 구조이다. 물류 효율화를 위한 활동들을 도출하고 그 효과를 정량적으로 파악할 수 있기 위해서는 각종 통계자료로부터 추출할 수 있는 다양한 지표의 분석이 매우 중요하다. 철도물류에 있어 가장 기본이 되는 것은 화차이며, 본 연구에서는 화차의 효율성을 판단할 수 있는 여러 가지 지표를 분석함으로써 향후 화차와 관련된 철도물류의 효율화를 위한 활동들을 평가하는 데에 활용할 수 있도록 하였다. 화차의 효율성을 파악할 수 있는 지표로서 량당 수송횟수, 량당 수송거리, 량당 수송수입을 제시하였으며, 화차의 효율성을 평가할 때 본 연구에서 제시한 각 지표의 특성 분석자료를 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

Road transport occupies the largest share in domestic and international transport. It is of key importance for the development of the economy, forasmuch as it provides the livelihood of the population, the development of the national economy, the possibility of establishing foreign economic relations. The purpose of the research is as follows: analysis of the current state of functioning of the road transport sector in Eastern Europe and identification of key problems and trends in its development. Research methods: Methods of grouping, comparison and generalization, correlation analisys have been used to identify the dynamics of the main indicators of road transport in Eastern Europe. The method of correlation-regression analysis has been applied to determine the impact of increasing the length of roads on the turnover of the road freight transport and the number of employed population in this area. Results. It has been found that the increase in the employed population by 96% and increase in revenues from transportation and storage of goods, postal and courier services (turnover of the road freight transport - in the original language) in the field of road transport by 82% is explained by the change in transport infrastructure capacity by increasing length of highways. According to the correlation analysis, it has been revealed that there is a high direct dependence between the length of roads and increased revenues from transportation and storage of goods in the field of road transport, as well as between the length of roads and increasing employment in this area.

In 1991, Korean government decided to establish the Inland Container Depot for activating transportation of rail freight container and encourage the effectiveness of intermodal transport system. Therefore, the Ui-Wang ICD has been built in Kyonggi province and began to operate in 1993. However, Despite of original purpose of the Inland Container Depot, rail freight volume at public CY(Container Yard) in Ui-Wang ICD has been recorded very low. This paper deals with the promotion strategy for rail transport in Ui-Wang ICD. The relationship of conflicts between the rail-oriented transporters and road-oriented transporters in Ui-Wang ICD have been found through the TOC thinking process and some solutions are suggested. Some undesirable effects in operation of Ui-Wang ICD are listed and current reality tree(CRT) has been established and future reality tree(FRT) which includes some injections to active the rail transport in ICD has been recommended based on CRT. In order to make good solutions the situation in Busan-jin station ICD known as similar to Ui-Wang ICD has been analyzed.

본 연구는 지역적 범위에 따른 화물자동차의 공차통행 발생요인을 검토함으로써, 기존 화물수요모형의 한계를 제시하고자 하였다. 지역간 및 대도시 화물자동차의 공차통행 발생요인을 검토하기 위하여 화물자동차 속성, 출발지 및 도착지 특성, 그리고 운송품목의 유형을 고려한 서열로짓모형을 추정하였으며, 이를 통하여 화물자동차의 공차통행 발생에 영향을 미치는 다양한 요인들을 정량적으로 검토하였다. 분석결과 지역간 화물자동차의 공차통행 발생요인과 대도시 화물자동차의 공차통행 발생요인은 서로 상이한 것으로 나타났다.

This study empirically analyzed air transport trade patterns using data for 30 years between Korea and its trading partners in order to identify specific factors that determine the size of Korea's air transport trade. Independent variables were GDP per capita, capital distance between countries, country area data and number of airports. In addition, it reflected whether it is a landlocked country and whether it has joined the OECD, APEC and ASEAN+3. According to the results of the analysis, it was found that the air cargo trade pattern in Korea is proportional to GDP per capita, and the scale increases as the distance is closer. In addition, the national area and the airport capital acted as a factor in increasing air transport trade. However, whether a country is a landlocked country did not show significant results in terms of trade, exports, and imports. The OECD, APEC, and ASEAN+3 variables were found to generally increase air transport trade.

This paper describes the result of carbody and vibration test for freight car. The purpose of the test is to evaluate an safety which carbody structure shall be considered fully sufficient rigidity so as to load a freight car under maximum load and operating condition on line track. The test carbody is constructed by RS korea co., LTD. in accordance with KNR specfication. The test cases of the carbody is tested the vertical load and compressive load to verify the strength and stillness. The vibration test is tested for analysis and evaluation of vibration, to allow for the fact that mechanical vibration in railway vehicles have specific characteristics.
