This paper introduces the parking guide service developed to address the inconvenience of parking in areas where demand for parking spaces is high, such as busy streets and tourist attractions. Due to difficulties in measuring and developing the actual parking lot while driving the car, we created a temporary parking lot and created Arduino RC Car to replace the actual car. Video processing based on Open CV allows users to identify the entire parking lot, parking space, and completed parking space, and track moving cars, and this information has been developed to enable users to see through the application. The application allows the user to book the desired parking space and introduce a way-finding algorithm to guide them through the optimal path to the selected parking compartment.

The detection of free spaces between obstacles in a scene is a prerequisite for navigation of a mobile robot. Especially for stereo vision-based navigation, the problem of correspondence between two images is well known to be of crucial importance. This paper describes multi-range approach of area-based stereo matching for grid mapping and visual navigation in uncertain environment. Camera calibration parameters are optimized by evolutionary algorithm for successful stereo matching. To obtain reliable disparity information from both images, stereo images are to be decomposed into three pairs of images with different resolution based on measurement of disparities. The advantage of multi-range approach is that we can get more reliable disparity in each defined range because disparities from high resolution image are used for farther object a while disparities from low resolution images are used for close objects. The reliable disparity map is combined through post-processing for rejecting incorrect disparity information from each disparity map. The real distance from a disparity image is converted into an occupancy grid representation of a mobile robot. We have investigated the possibility of multi-range approach for the detection of obstacles and visual mapping through various experiments.

Today, our indoor space requires a user-centered considering design that satisfies even human sensitivity. The word 'sensitivity' is being frequently used in the design market recently and this means that consumers are becoming more sensitive. For this reason, the characteristics of Toyo Ito's architecture, which are innocent due to its natural structure and materials, are suggested as a sensitive lighting stand design which can relieve users' stress from daily life and bring a psychological stability. As such, sensitivity lighting can create a lighting environment that considers consumers in various spaces along with the development of new scientific technologies and develop in a new direction of aesthetical beauty and eco-friendly area. In this study, a natural and sensitive lighting stand is suggested where a variety of digital art techniques of LED are applied based on formative characteristics of relationship, one of Toyo Ito's architectural concept factors. Such sensitivity lighting designs can not only realize a type-free design but also suggest a creation of the atmosphere which is close to nature.

To investigate the ultrastructural features of rat back skin tumor induced by 7, 12-Dimethylbenz[a]anthracene(DMBA), morphological changes during carcinogenesis were undertaken by the light and the electron microscopes. On the light microscopic levels, dysplasia was observed at the 6th week of treatment with 0.5% DMBA, hyperplasia at the 8th week, and carcinoma in sitv or invasive carcinoma at the 12th week. In addition to those characteristics, papillomatosis was observed at the 18th week. Under the electron microscopy, intercellular spaces were enlarged in the early phase. Nucleolar enlargement, the increase of free ribosomes, the condensation of tonofibrils, and the irregular arrangement of desmosomes appeared at the 6th week of application. Thereafter, the degradation of desmosomes and the discontinuity of basal lamina were characterized. And then, epidermal cell processes were protruded toward the connective tissue at the site of discontinuity of basal lamina at the 12th week. At the 14th to 18th week, DMBA-induced fibrosarcomas or papillomas were observed.

This paper is one of the types of 'sharing economy', a social economic model that borrows and shares things, spaces, and services from the development of the 4th Industrial Revolution. Through sharing of empty space and time in the city, I would like to suggest a way to reduce the closure of small business owners in order to create jobs, which is one of urban problems in the community. We also build a platform that utilizes the free time and space of buildings through space sharing, one of the types of sharing economy, and provides education programs for start-up education, promotion, marketing, and consulting by matching small business owners with building owners. Therefore, in this paper, by sharing the space and time, the landlord and the small business can share the profits of the small business by reducing the business owner's closure and the job creation plan. Coaching urban regeneration was proposed.

As the elderly population increases, concerns for the elderly's welfare become greater both quantitatively and qualitatively. In order to give a chance for the elderly to live in familiar dwelling and regional context to which they are accustomed, and to participate in their society actively, it is of great importance that suitable living spaces must be provided for the elderly. The practical ways of providing people with good living environment and its easy maintenance for healthy and valuable lives were discussed in this paper. This research is designed to propose pertinent policies related to social issues concerning the elderly. 137 seniors over 60 living in Gwanaju city were sampled and surveyed. The scope of planning for the elderly's lifestyle and welfare is divided into two parts, one is planning of space for the realization of stable and spacious dwellings and another is urban environment planning capable of supporting healthy and affluent lifestyles. Also, the realization of stable housing, the construction of urban structure for a healthy life, and the provision of barrier-free living conditions are investigated. For increasing the degree of stabilization and improvement for the elderly's life, self-governing bodies should grasp the demands of living condition and spatial requirements by taking the lifestyles of the elderly into account in urban or regional levels. Then, a master plan including development, improvement, execution, and maintenance of proper housing facilities and urban environments should be made for the best results.

We propose effective motion and observation models for the position of a WiFi-equipped smartphone user in large indoor environments. Three component motion models provide better proposal distribution of the pedestrian's motion. Our Gaussian interpolation-based observation model can generate likelihoods at locations for which no calibration data is available. These models being incorporated into the particle filter framework, our WiFi fingerprint-based localization algorithm can track the position of a smartphone user accurately in large indoor environments. Experiments carried with an Android smartphone in a multi-story building illustrate the performance of our WiFi localization algorithm.

The elements of a medium for gathering the able bodied and the disable bodied children are examined within the scope of this study. Starting from the importance of play for the children, the characteristics and the properties of middle childhood are chosen as domain. This study showed that though most of the playground sites were accessible to Physically disabled Children, and were safety. For Physically disabled Children, the opportunities to play in a play area depend largely on the accessibility of the facilities, this study also explored the play experience of children with disability. The play spaces and the playgrounds including the equipment are examined. The results of study suggest there be creatived planning items in terms of accessibility and domain, which, in detail, are summarized in following six points; Accessibility, Barrier-free, convenience, movement, safety, domain. A guideline on the design of an accessible & safety playground for Physically disabled Children should be made.

In modern society industrial structure is being altered in complex and various way owing to rapid technical development and economic development, and concerns and recognition for surrounding environment is being moth heightened. For this reason, modern people requite the environment which can be applied in more pleasant and convenient way, and in order to satisfy such requirements, importance of the interior design mote vividly stands out, and concerns or the society for the design is being more Heightened these days. Especially, as for the design of the office space, the study transforming the office, which is the rendezvous of the information, into the business environment with more comfortable and sensitivity, being free rrom the design concentrated on the business efficiency and economic feasibility, has been actively proceeded. As it is the reality that various and new types of the business spaces have appeared, new office landscape design is requited as the device to solve the matter related to the society change. It is purposed to propose the office space which is comfortable together with flowing sensitivity by applying the color plan that unconsciously controls the human sense through remodeling of mid size of the office space.

The purpose of this study is to propose the environmental planning guidelines of elementary school settings for a crime safety. The research methodologies To achieve the goal, the literature review analysis and the survey were used as main research methodologies. The survey is organized as follows. First, elementary education facilities were divided into 20 spaces based on the major space. Second, after analyzing the domestic and foreign CPTED Guidelines, elements of environmental planning were classified to fit in the space. Based on this, the expert survey was conducted. The results of this study are as follows; First, it is necessary to consider specific places such as 'toilets', 'parking lot', 'in-between space', 'main access road', 'sub-access road' and 'harmful facilities around school' for safer school environment. Second, it is significant to plan 'equipment facilities' and 'outdoor space in the school setting' with priority for elementary education environment. Third, environmental planning elements for safer elementary schools can be classified into 9 factors(types) including 'natural surveillance planning', 'territoriality reinforcement planning', 'mechanical surveillance planning', 'access control planning' and 'neighborhood reinforcement planning'. Forth, regarding 'indoor space', crime-free elementary school environment can be build through 'natural surveillance planning' and 'territoriality reinforcement planning'. Finally, regarding 'outdoor space', the crime can be prevented through 'natural surveillance planning' and 'access control planning'.
