The paper is concerned about the discovery of new physics of the old oriental philosophy of the yin-Yang '||'&'||' five elements. the physical properties of Five Elements are defined, similarly as in thermodynamics, as five different characteristic state in a cyclic system of nature or a human body. Wood is defined as "warm and soft", Fire as "hot and dispersive", Earth as "agglomerating and sticky", Metal as "tensile and crystallizing", and Water as "cool and slippery" state, respectively. Based on the physics of Five Elements and Qi channel theory, five different constitution classification s are made according to the shape of human face, such as long, inverse triangle, circle, square, and triangle geometry, respectively.Since the constitution implies the relative size or strength of 5 major organs, this theory can be applies successfully to the prediction of the susceptibility to specific diseases as well as the analyses of personal character such as emotion and sensibility. The specific character is analyzed with four different aspects; that is, the first and second are caused by the positive and negative side of the strongest organ, the third character by determined the weakest organ, and finally the fourth by the abnormal psychology due to serious illness.bnormal psychology due to serious illness.

Bacillus subtilis 8 is highly efficient at degrading feather keratin. We observed integrated feather degradation over the course of 48 h in basic culture medium while studying the entire process with scanning electron microscopy. Large amounts of ammonia, sulfite, and $\text\tiny{L}$-cysteic acid were detected in the fermented liquid. In addition, four enzymes (gamma-glutamyltranspeptidase, peptidase T, serine protease, and cystathionine gamma-synthase) were identified that play an important role in this degradation pathway, all of which were verified with molecular cloning and prokaryotic expression. To the best of our knowledge, this report is the first to demonstrate that cystathionine gamma-synthase secreted by B. subtilis 8 is involved in the decomposition of feather keratin. This study provides new data characterizing the molecular mechanism of feather degradation by bacteria, as well as potential guidance for future industrial utilization of waste keratin.

Objectives : We analyzed the descriptions of Doek(德)·Qi(氣)·Saeng(生)·Jeong(精)·Sin(神)·Hon(魂)·Baek(魄)·Sim(心)·Ui(意)·Ji(志)·Sa(思)·Ji(智)·Ryeo(慮)·Ji(智) which are the concepts mentioned in the beginning of the ≪Lingshu·Benshen≫. Methods : We reinterpreted this verse in ≪Lingshu·Benshen≫ from the viewpoint of evolution and development of mental function and considered it in relation to the knowledge of modern psychology and brain science. Results & Conclusions : The reproductive essence of the parents are combined, primitive essence (元精) is created and simultaneously primitive spirit is born. Primitive spirit first differentiates into Hon and Baek. Hon and Baek are instinctive mental functions. Up to this point, because the process is completed before birth, primitive spirit, Hon, and Baek are innate spirit. Ui, Ji, Sa, Ryeo and Ji are the rational thinking abilities as mental functions that develop actively after birth. This is called conscious spirit and acquired spirit. Analyzing the contents of , it can be said that the mental function is divided into four layers of primitive spirit-Baek-Hon-conscious spirit.

Objective : "Huatuoxuanmenneizhaotu" is a Huatuo's about 5~6 century works are estimated to be voted for. Scored the first Anatomical Pictures. Expand your knowledge on the anatomy of the later set the foundation. This books is part of two volumes, which is largely divided into six parts. We have concern on the content and features. Method : Through "Huatuoxuanmenneizhaotu" text translation, we will try to categorize two ways : classifying 1) The first volume of Chapter 1, Pictures 2) The second volume divided into four parts, Chapter 2, Viscera Disease and Chapter 3, Viscera metastasize and Chapter 4, Viscera and Bowel each for metastasize, explained. Result : In consideration against Disease symptom classification, Medicine classification, processing of medicinals examine. Viscera Disease symptom each wind pattern(風證), qi pattern(氣證), heat pattern(熱證), cold pattern(冷證), deficiency pattern(虛證) was classified as. Same method were explained as Viscera into Viscera, as Viscera into Bowel. Viscera Disease also not mentioned in the Bowel Disease symptoms were found to be viewed. Conclusion : These results explain "HuatuoXuanmenNeizhaotu" were really diverse and various.

A series of Brazilian tests under diameter compression for disc specimens was carried out to investigate the strength and failure behavior by using acoustic emission (AE) and photography monitoring technique. On the basis of experimental results, load-displacement curves, AE counts, real-time crack evolution process, failure modes and strength property of granite specimens containing two pre-existing holes were analyzed in detail. Two typical types of load-displacement curves are identified, i.e., sudden instability (type I) and progressive failure (type II). In accordance with the two types of load-displacement curves, the AE events also have different responses. The present experiments on disc specimens containing two pre-existing holes under Brazilian test reveal four distinct failure modes, including diametrical splitting failure mode (mode I), one crack coalescence failure mode (mode II), two crack coalescences failure mode (mode III) and no crack coalescence failure mode (mode IV). Compared with intact granite specimen, the disc specimen containing two holes fails with lower strength, which is closely related to the bridge angle. The failure strength of pre-holed specimen first decreases and then increases with the bridge angle. Finally, a preliminary interpretation was proposed to explain the strength evolution law of granite specimen containing two holes based on the microscopic observation of fracture plane.

The brine leakage is a tough problem in artificial freezing engineering. This paper takes the common soft clay in Wujiang District as the study object, and calcium chloride solutions with six salinity levels were considered. The 'classic' cooling curve method was employed to measure the freezing point of specimens after freeze-thaw. Results indicate that four characteristic stages can be observed including supercooling, abrupt transition, equilibrium and continual freezing, strongly dependent on the variation of unfrozen water content. Two characteristic points were found from the cooling curves, i.e., freezing point and initial crystallization temperature. A critical value for the former exists at which the increment lowers. The higher the saline content approximately linearly, lower the freezing point. In the initial five cycles, the freezing point increases and then stabilizes. Besides, the degree of supercooling was calculated and its correlations with water, salt and freeze-thaw cycles were noted. Finally, an empirical equation was proposed for the relationship of freezing point and three main factors, i.e., water content, saline content and freeze-thaw cycles. Comparison of calculated and measured data proves that it is reliable and may provide guidance for the design and numerical analysis in frozen soil engineering.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to explore the experiences of Tai Chi in women with osteoarthritis. Methods: Data were collected by face-to-face interview from 14 participants. Theoretical sampling was performed until the concepts were saturated. The main question was "How do you describe your experience of Tai Chi?" Data were analyzed using a grounded theory methodology. All interviews were audio taped and transcribed verbatim. Results: The Phenomenon is 'QI flowing'. The core category was identified with 'inspiring one's life with strength'. This series of processes was categorized into four stages: 'Challenging Tai chi', 'Doing one's best', 'Deplenishing (the word used in English and Tai chi is emptying one's mind) one's mind', 'Taking a Positive view of life'. Conclusion: The finding of this study will offer profound understanding about the reported tai chi's experience. Additional research should be done as to the role of Tai chi as a nursing intervention strategy for osteoarthritis patients.

The distributions of (or constraints for) amplitude and phase around C-points, including Lemon, Mon-Star and Star, are studied. A Cartesian coordinate system with origin at the C-point is established. Four curves, where the azimuthal angles of polarization ellipses are 0°, 45°, 90°, and 135° respectively, are used to determine the distributions. Discussions of these constraints illustrate why Mon-Star is rarer than Lemon or Star in experiments. The transformation relationships between these three polarization singularities (PSs) are also discussed. We construct suitable functions for amplitude and phase according to their constraints, and simulate several PSs of particular shapes. With the development of modulation techniques for amplitude and phase, it is clear that this work is helpful for generating arbitrarily shaped C-points in experiments.

Objectives: The purpose of this study is to investigate the composition, origins, and utilization of Jiuwei Zhenxin Granules for anxiety disorders in Chinese medicine. Methods: Studies found in six databases were chosen, and major indicators were analyzed. Results: Jiuwei Zhenxin Granules are modified from Pyeonbojinsimdan on Taepyeonghyeminhwajegukbang. In Jiuwei Zhenxin Granule studies, there were significant effects in nine outcomes in twenty-four studies of primary anxiety disorders and seventeen outcomes were similar in effect to that in the control. Three outcomes in ten studies of secondary anxiety disorders showed significant effects, and five outcomes were similar in effect to that in the control. Conclusions: Jiuwei Zhenxin Granules is a prescription that focuses on harmony of vital energy (qi) and blood, and stability of mind. The significance of the constitution of Jiuwei Zhenxin Granules is similar to that of domestic anxiety disorder studies, so it seems to be applicable to anxiety disorders. With regard to domestic use of Jiuwei Zhenxin Granules, more research is needed on the dosage according to the formulation.

With the change of the times, the hotel industry of modern city also becomes diversified. Especially the appearance of boutique hotels gives customers a new understanding of hotels. Boutique hotels are different from ordinary hotels which only provide accommodation. It provides customers with different experiences and innovation space of life style. Therefore, the appearance of boutique hotels could be considered as the mature performance of hotel industry. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to discuss the design features of guest rooms of boutique hotels. The methodologies of this research are to investigate the concept and characteristics of boutique hotels, to grasp the direction of the guest room design and to come to the conclusion using the method of case study. The scope of this research is based on the hotel design characteristics mentioned in preliminary studies of Korea and China (after 2010). The guest room design characteristics of boutique hotels are classified. The scope of the selected examples is the 20 boutique hotels opened in recent 5 years (newly opened or re-opened) since 2010, in which there are 2 Korean cases and 18 foreign cases. Chapter 4 classifies the guest room design characteristics of boutique hotels into four characteristics of hybrid, experiential, regional and environmental by literature review.
