  • Contemporary, architecture calls for a wide range of surface textures and treatments. A surface compatible with the architecture's design may vary from a glass-smooth finish to one requiring special sculptured ornamentation. These surfaces require many different types of form sheathing and lining. The purpose of study development new design form and made elaborateness shape. Easy to used in field that architecture finish material not used expect effective reduce of working hours, personnel expenses, architecture finish material, cost. though this study, we have figured out the best mix proportion for durability and glossability of glossing exposure concrete.

  • The transcription characteristics in the molding of aspheric glass lenses for camera phone modules have been investigated experimentally. The surface topographies of both the form and the roughness were compared between the mold and the molded lens. The molded lens showed a transcription ratio of 93.4%, which is obtained bycomparing the form accuracy (PV) values of the mold and the molded lens. The transcription of the roughness topography was ascertained by bearing ratio analysis.

  • In this paper, an efficient and simple refined theory is presented for buckling analysis of functionally graded plates. The theory, which has strong similarity with classical plate theory in many aspects, accounts for a quadratic variation of the transverse shear strains across the thickness and satisfies the zero traction boundary conditions on the top and bottom surfaces of the plate without using shear correction factors. The mechanical properties of functionally graded material are assumed to vary according to a power law distribution of the volume fraction of the constituents. Governing equations are derived from the principle of minimum total potential energy. The closed-form solutions of rectangular plates are obtained. Comparison studies are performed to verify the validity of present results. The effects of loading conditions and variations of power of functionally graded material, modulus ratio, aspect ratio, and thickness ratio on the critical buckling load of functionally graded plates are investigated and discussed.

  • A semi-infinite interfacial crack propagated with constant velocity in two bonded anisotropic strip under out-of-plane clamped displacements is analyzed. The asymptotic stress and displacement fields near the crack tip are obtained, where the results get more general expressions applicable not only to isotropic/orthotropic materials but also to the extent of the anisotropic material having one plane of elastic symmetry for the interfacial crack. The dynamic stress intensity factor is obtained as a closed form, which is decreased as the velocity of crack propagation increases. The critical velocity where the stress intensity factor comes to zero is obtained, which agrees with the lower value between the critical values of parallel crack merged in the material 1 and 2 adjacent to the interface. The dynamic energy release rate is also obtained as a form related to the stress intensity factor.

  • Due to high esthetic demands from patients, we are driven to fabricate natural-looking(form and color) restorations. In the past decade, the glass-ceramic in dentistry has been used as a material with variable crystals that affects the appearance, characteristics, and mechanical properties of metal-free fixed restoration. The conventional IPS Empress glass-ceramic is a heat-pressed, leucite reinforced material using the "lost wax" principle. This glass-ceramic has been successfully used for esthetic restorations such as all-ceramic crowns, inlays/onlays, and veneers for about 15 years. This article presents that the form and surface texture of clinical crown are duplicated by IPS-Empress system using "lost-wax technique".

  • To control the electrical properties of a SiC heating element, we sintered $SiC-ZrB_2$composites by using the spark plasma sintering method. The addition of $ZrB_2$ particles with lower electrical conductivity to the SiC matrices with comparatively higher electrical resistivity lowers the electrical resistivities of the composite material. The $ZrB_2$ particles aggregate to form large particles and 3-1, 3-2, and 3-3 networks, i.e., conduction paths. In our study, about $1-{\mu}m$-sized $ZrB_2$ powders start to form the conduction path at about 10 vol.% of addition, namely the threshold volume. The Joule heating experiment shows that 20 vol.% $ZrB_2$-added SiC heating element has outstanding heating efficiency.

  • Abstract Head-mounted displays(HMD) are being developed and marketed in growing numbers for a variety of applications. Though most commonly associated with entertainment applications other applications are also being developed. The field vision on the display screens is expanded by the optical system producing an imaginary screen that appears to be positioned several meters in front of the viewer. In this study, the mold core for the prism lens of HMD was processed by fly-cutting method, and the form accuracy of the mold core was measured.

  • We have designed high performance prism light-guide plate (LGP) in 17 inch TFT-LCD. In test result to embody high brightness BLU in case of LGP of base and upper surface with 17 inch, thickness 8 mm adding prism construct, it is superior brightness improvement than previous that of printing form about some 20% and in this course to embody actual material it succeeded prism LGP production by 17 inch injection form process.

  • In this paper, generation form of displacement current was compared and measured with air-water interfacing induce monolayers which 8A5H with azobenzene and arac.acid mixed. Light response of two monolayers which chain length are different was compared and measured though they are the same isomer. The experimental results are as following; In the displacement current form of mixed monolayers and 8A5H, mixed monolayers which chain length is longer than that of 8A5H caused the displacement current about 40[fA] mole. This is the reason chain length of hydrophobicity in mixed monolayers is longer than that of 8A5H In the case of light stimulus mixed monolayers reacted less than 8A5H about 9[fA]. This is the reason molecule dynamic behaviour in cia and trans was net activated due to its very long chain length.

  • In this study, the stator form-winding sample coils based on silicone resin and polyimide were made for fault prediction and reliability estimation on the C-Class(200$\^{C}$ ) insulation system of traction motors. The complex accelerative degradation was periodically performed during 10 cycles, which was composed of thermal stress, fast rising surge voltage, vibration, water immersion and overvoltage applying. After aging of 10 cycles, the condition diagnosis test such as insulation resistance '||'&'||' polarization index, capacitance '||'&'||' dielectric loss and partial discharge properties were investigated in the temperature range of 20 ∼ 160$\^{C}$. Relationship among condition diagnosis tests was analyzed to find a dominative degradation factor and an insulation state at end-life point.
