Global sourcing strategy is the one that apparel firms adopt in order to improve efficiency. Souring statesgies are not limited to the decision of sourcing country or vertical integration of sewing process Sourcing strategies include all the ecision of marketing process from the acquisition of fabric to distribution of products. The present study aims to analyze the soucing strategies of Korea apparel industry in global perspectives by applying transaction cost approach and aims to provide the implications for the future. The results are as follows ; (1) sourcing strategies in the dimension of domestic versus offshore soucing are determined by the experience in foreign business and the degree of fashionability of the product. (2) Firms tend to increase affshore soucing as they accumulate the experience in foreign business because they can decrease transaction costs as the perceived risks decrease (3) Also firms tend to source their products in foreign countries when the products are more fashionable. Brand loyalty of the product is a additional factor that increases the proportion of domestic sourcing. (4) Degree of vertical integration of sourcing is determined by the fashionability brand loyalty and the experience in foreign business. That is firms decrease the transaction costs by avoiding the investment to short life fashion products. However firms increase the control over the high reputation product by in house production. As the apparel firms tend to more marketing oriented and the national boundaries of business envrionment becomes permeable more efficient global sourcing strategies should be stablished, Besides the production costs nonproduction costs should be equallly considered in order to analyze the total costs.

클라우드 컴퓨팅 활성화 정책에 따라 가상화 제품에 대한 보안 중요성이 증가하였으며, 보다 안전한 클라우드 환경을 운영하기 위해서는 가상화 제품에 대한 사이버 보안위협 분석 및 보안요구사항 개발이 필요하다. 본 논문은 가상화 제품에 대한 보안특징 및 사이버 보안위협 분석을 통해 보안기능 요구사항 개발을 위한 사전 연구 목적으로 수행되었다. 이를 위해, 미국 및 영국에서 가상화 제품의 보안성 평가를 위해 사용하고 있는 평가제도와 가상화 제품에 대한 보안위협, 보안목적 및 보안요구사항들을 비교했다. 또한, 가상화 제품의 보안특징과 관련된 핵심적인 보안기능 요구사항 개발을 위한 항목 및 절차를 제안하여 보다 안전한 가상화 제품 개발 및 보안 평가기준 마련에 기여하고자 한다.

This study aimed to examine the appearance of heated clothing in relation to fashion trends by analyzing constructive components of clothing using product images and actual products. A total of 91 images of domestic and foreign heated clothing products were collected, and a product analysis conducted with six parameters of item classification, namely, concept and image, silhouette, color, number of heating elements, and heating parts. In addition, an in-depth analysis was carried out with 11 products among them, while focusing on further detailed components of the design and heating system. As a result, the overall exterior design of domestic products has been changed from outdoor clothing to daily clothing reflecting the current design trend. Compared with domestic products, foreign products showed a diverse assortment and a greater number of heating regions per individual item of clothing. The current heating system commonly consists of a heating element, power source, controller board, and wires, although the existence and type of switches differed from product to product. To develop a more efficiently heated clothing to expand the market, the design, ease of use, safety, consumer preference, heating functionality, and durability should be considered. Along with design recommendations for future heated clothing, this study also provides a practical guide to the technical aspects of the design of the components of heated clothing.

This study analyzes the conditions of merchandises from the popular domestic and foreign. In this study, 845 merchandises of 18 popular singers in Korea and 705 merchandises of 20 popular foreign singers are selected. The results of this study are as follows. First, the highest order of merchandise categories among Korean singers are stationeries and toys, followed by fashion accessories, clothes and interior decoration products. For the foreign singers, the highest order of merchandise categories are clothes, followed by fashion accessories, stationeries and toys, and interior decoration products. Second, the most common characteristics of graphic images on the merchandises from Korean singers are characters and expressions of person and body followed by logos, symbols, and gestures of body. Among the foreign singers, the most common characteristics of graphic images are logos, symbols, and gestures of body followed by logos, symbols. Third, by comparing the price ranges between the Korean and foreign merchandises, it is found that foreign singers' merchandises have a more diverse price range than local ones. The highest ordered price ranges among Korean singers are less than 10,000 won, followed by 10,000~20,000 won and 20,000~30,000 won. Among the foreign singers, the highest ordered price ranges are 20,000~30,000 won, followed by 20,000~30,000 won, and 30,000~40,000 won, and less than 10,000 won.

본 연구의 배경 및 목적은 한국형 경기용 핸드사이클 국산화를 통해 국내 장애인의 스포츠 활성화에 기여하는 것이다. 현재 국내에서 생산하는 핸드사이클은 전무하며 모든 선수들이 외국에서 제작한 제품을 사용하고 있다. 외산제품의 경우 외국인 선수들의 체형에 맞게 제작이 되었기 때문에 국내 선수들이 사용할 경우 자신의 체형에 맞추기 위해 부품을 추가적으로 구성하여 사용하는 경우가 많다. 이는 비용적인 측면에서 부담을 가중할 뿐만 아니라 선수들의 경기력을 저하시키는 원인 중 하나이다. 이러한 문제점을 보완하기 위해 이전 연구에서 한국인 체형을 고려한 경기용 핸드사이클 개발을 진행하였고 개발된 시제품의 성능평가를 위해 외산제품과 비교 사용성평가를 실시하였다. 이렇게 제작된 경기용 핸드사이클 시제품의 정량적, 정성적 평가 결과를 분석하고 개선 사항을 도출하여 국내선수들의 체형을 고려하면서 경기력을 향상시킬 수 있는 한국형 경기용 핸드사이클 개발을 진행하였다. 본 연구는 1차 시제품에서 도출한 문제점을 토대로 크랭크와 공기흡입부 및 배출부, 뒷 축 흔들림 방지장치 등을 추가적으로 구성하였고 개발된 제품의 사용성을 평가하기 위해 현재 핸드사이클 국가대표 상비군 선수들이 사용하는 외산제품과 비교 사용성평가를 실시하였다. 사용성을 평가하기 위해 효과성, 효율성, 만족도 영역에서 결과를 측정하였고 효과성을 제외한 효율성, 만족도에서 연구를 통해 개발된 시제품이 외산제품보다 높은 것으로 평가되었다. 본 연구를 통해 외국산 핸드사이클의 수입을 재치할 수 있는 저가의 핸드사이클을 상용화하고 외국상품의 수입대체 효과와 수출로 인한 국제 경쟁력 증진에 기여할 것으로 여겨진다.

There is a limit manufacturing precast products for the construction industry using conventional cement concrete and precast iron due to many reasons. Therefore, precast product technologies using polymer concrete are widely developed across the world because using polymer concrete can be over come this limitation. This study reviewed and analyzed the trends of development and practical usages of ploymer concrete precast products in foreign countries based on selected literatures. It was observed that polymer concrete precast products have been widely used as utility structures wall and slab members. decoration products, traffic products, hydraulic structures and industry equipments.

Because of the radical changes in the domestic and foreign economic circumstances Koreaa fisheries is confronted with difficulties. Along the end of the UR marine products of other nations are rushing into Korea. Also migration of labor to other industries and rise of wage level in Korean fisheries deteriorate managerial conditions. But in Korea which has little natural resourses fisheries is still more important. That is \circled1 creating job opportunites \circled2 increase of income \circled3 supply of foodstuffs and animal protein \circled4 acquisition of foreign currency \circled5 enlargement of domestic market for industrial products \circled6 development of other interrelated industries \circled7 rational use of domestic resourses \circled8 diversification of population and production activites \circled9 contribution to balanced growth of national economy by the developing regional economy. These roles of fisheries in national economy mentioned above are to be excuted forward. In spite of the radical change in the economic circumstances at the end of the UR fisheries if crucial in Korea as a industry. For this our fisheries is to be made to compete with foreign fisheries. Through the cheap price and high quality our fisheries must be came to compete with foreign fisheries and meet the people's needs for marine products. For this it is necessary to maintain high productivity and competitive power. Now with the exception of a portion of the deep - sea fishing, our fisheries is generally paltry, Especially inshore fishery which is the main stock in our fisheries is very paltry and so productivity and competetive power are very low. So to develop our fisheries which has s comparative disadvantage active polices that follows below are to be promoted on a large scale. \circled1 improvement of structure \circled2 augmentation of productivity in fishing ground by making fisheries resourses \circled3 enlargement of finantial and monetary assistance \circled4 effective administration of fisheries cooperative union \circled5 activation of R&D etc These polices which need to be scientific and comprehensive are very valuable. Especially without making fishieries resources we cannot expect economy of scale, promotion of productivity and development of fisheries. And we do also endeavour to gather the results of the study and investigation about fisheries domestic and foreign and do ceaselessly put these to practical use systimatically.

Recently, there have been reports of severe symptoms of wear in bearings due to foreign substances mixed in lubricants. Therefore, studying the effects of foreign substances (such as combustion products and metallic debris) on the wear characteristics of journal bearings and proposing appropriate management standards for lubricant cleanliness have become necessary. Studies on the effect of particle size and concentration of foreign substances on surface damage have actively progressed in the recent times. These studies indicate the possibility of foreign substances causing direct wear of bearing surfaces. However, experiments conducted until now involve only basic tests such as the Pin-on-Disk test instead of those involving real bearing systems. This study experimentally examines the damage to the surface of a journal bearing due to foreign substances (combustion products and alumina) mixed with the lubricant, as well as the effect of the type and size of particles on its wear characteristics. The study uses an experimental journal bearing similar to a real bearing system for conducting the lubrication test. Hydrodynamic Lubrication (HL) numerical analysis, experiment results, and film parameters are used for calculating the operating conditions required for achieving the desired film thickness, and the results of the analysis are modified for considering the surface roughness. The run-time of the experiment is 10 min including the stabilization process. The experiment results show that alumina particles larger than the minimum film thickness cause significant surface damage.

In this study, I wanted to propose the design direction of the furniture and products in bathroom space so that the elderly's life is well supported to meet such aging societies that are getting older. Therefore, I have drawn the elders' needs by investigating their characteristics through literature research and used such needs as a frame of analysis to analyze the bathroom furniture and products made in Korea and foreign countries. The analysis results indicate:First, the elders need entertainment, health care, environment-friendly, convenience, good accessibility, chair-based bath and space separation; second, both Korean-made and foreign-made bathroom products are difficult to be controlled, invisible of font, hard to sustain the elders' bodies, inconvenient to be used and etc; and third, the design to solve such problems should be with intuitive user interface, easy control, better accessibility, the elders' moving patterns and living habits considered, health care, pro-environmental product. This study puts emphasis on the reflection of socio-cultural characteristics in designing bathroom furniture & items for aging society and requires more bathroom products with various designs in the foreseeable future.
