In this study, the meteorology terms in the geography text books of North Korea which includes all of the meteorology educational contents in secondary school curriculum are compared with those in the earth science text books in South Korea. Forty science terms which are the same meaning but composed of different words are picked up to investigate the degree for 89 high school students in Chonnam province to perceive the meanings correctly. High school students' perceptions is on the average 30% higher in terminology of South Korea textbooks than in those of North Korea. But, students' perceptions on 9 North Korean terms is rather higher compared to South Korean terms. Twenty six (83.9%) terms which are difficult for high school students to perceive correct meanings are those lately composed of North Korean native words. Most of meteorology terms in South Korean textbooks are derived from the Chinese characters or imported from foreign language terms are easier for high school students to perceive correct meanings than those of North Korean terms derived from North Korean native language.

Nowadays the importance of information security has been increased because there are many benefits and threats like information leakage caused by rapid growth of information technology. It is important to apply technical solution, however enhancing security capability is more important to respond evolving security threats. Information security education is one of typical way to enhance security capability and there are various efforts at the dimension of nation, company and academic community. However it is required to analyze previous research until now and derive future research direction for long-term development plan. In this study, we analyzed a publication status about 177 papers related to information security, training and awareness from 4 foreign journals and 2 Korean journals. Additionally, we analyzed in detail about 70 papers related to information security education. As a result, the most part of study is about curriculum, and in the future, it is required to expand educational area as well as study about effectiveness measurement of information security education by experimental research.

The subject on presentation technique is the class which helps to develop the capability of sensual and creative acts to the students who major in interior design. It helps to understand plasticity and space through the theory of the light and the object, and to develop the capability which realizes one's idea to the actual and visual formations. It also enable the students to explain their designs to the customers by studying the technique which transfers 2D diagram to 3D presentation. Because of these objectives of the class, the departments which major in interior design in Korea consider the class on presentation technique as one of the mun subjects in basic curriculum. However, most of the textbooks related to the presentation technique published in Korea are in the lack of original characteristics for the field of domestic interior design since they refer to or employ the contents of architectural field by directly translating foreign articles. In addition, most of the classes on the presentation technique are taught not by professors but by lecturers so that the class objectives may be varied by their standards for the class. Therefore, it is not easy for each department to set up the one's own characteristics in the field of presentation technique. This study is to analyze the problems in the subjects of presentation technique by investigating the current situations for the subjects on presentation technique in domestic colleges and by surveying the personnels engaged in the field of domestic interior design. Also, the study has the objective to propose the development plan of educational program for the presentation technique in order to enable the student to effectively work in real business.

This study explores conceptions of learning management and examines the effects on study approach and critical thinking. Undergraduates majoring or minoring in management were gathered through convenient sampling and participated in the online survey. A total of 88 responses were analyzed. The results reveal that there is no significant gender or grade difference on conceptions of learning management. Conceptions of "test" and "seeing in a new way" are associated with deep study approach, whereas conceptions of 'test' is associated with surface study approach. Conceptions of "seeing in a new way" has a significant effect on critical thinking. The findings may inform redesign of instruction or curriculum especially focusing on improving high-quality thinking skills as the learning outcomes.

The importance of web accessibility becomes important due to a legal obligation to comply with web accessibility. However, there are few educational programs developed on web accessibility for vocational high schools in Korea. In this study, to explore the future possibilities of web accessibility curriculum the survey with information teachers of 97 vocational high schools was conducted along with review of the curriculums of the domestic and foreign web accessibility educational programs. The survey results indicate that (1) the information teachers have only basic conceptual understandings on web accessibility and (2) they have little intention on teaching web accessibility at their vocational high schools due to current educational conditions and the lack of web accessibility knowledge. The results of this study could be employed as references for the web and web accessibility educational courses at the vocational high schools.

The study looked at the current status and satisfaction level of 224 students studying in beauty related departments at universities in Seoul, Chungcheong and Honam regions. As a result, China (77.7 percent) had the largest number of countries subject to the survey. 50.5 percent of the respondents chose to study abroad to learn the excellence of Korean beauty technology, and 40.3 percent said they would like to work in their own country after graduation. The higher the satisfaction level of education courses and working classes, the higher the use of practical equipment, the counseling rate with the academic advisor, and the higher the satisfaction level of university life was. As a result of this, for students we should develop a curriculum to improve their satisfaction in university life, support the mentor mentee program, and expand the scholarship support system.

This paper aims to find out the current state of early English education in the world(including Korea) and to suggest its more desirable direction, with special reference to TEFL in elementary schools of Korea. In fact English teaching in elementary schools of Korea has been put into practice as an extracurricular activity since 1982. But in 1995 the Ministry of Education proclaimed a policy to establish a TEFL program as the regular course in elementary schools of Korea since 1997. In this connection, the writer surveyed several kinds of theories about early English education to verify the necessity and validity of Korea's elementary school English education. The logical result from these theories is that younger children are better equipped to learn foreign languages with efficiency than older children or adults. However, as most studies are based on logical inferences rather than on direct observation or experimental evidence, we are not sure that those theories are right. In this view, the writer put stress on the preparation of educational environments to establish a more desirable direction of early English education in Korea, since Korea's elementary school English education will be practiced under EFL environment, not ESL environment. The writer also pointed out some problems of educational finances, the curriculum development process and its content, teaching materials(textbooks and tapes), English teachers, teaching methods, evaluation, educational facilities. This paper concludes that we have to try to solve these problems to succeed in a TEFL program in elementary schools of Korea and suggests several things for a more desirable direction of Korea's elementary school English education.

Soo-Yeoun Kim & Ji-Eun Kim 2016. A Study on ESP Skating English Education Based on Job Analysis. This study aims to provide skating ESP(English for Specific Purposes) education model for skating instructors in Korea. For this purpose, a total of twenty-seven professional skating instructors were surveyed according to a questionnaire, which asked about their English skills and perspective of the importance of English study and English skating class. The main results are as follows: most skating instructors' confidence in their English is low; majority of them answered that English study is needed for skating instructors; a majority of them want English teaching that focused on speaking and teaching activities. After that, skating instructors' jobs were analyzed using the DACUM(Developing A Curriculum Method). A DACUM committee extracted the duties and tasks which require English education and conducted a survey that targeted skating instructors. When interpreting the study on ESP Skating English Education based on job analysis, it was evident that the English language would be essential for enabling effective communication with judges during national sports competitions, information exchange with foreign skaters, and for technical skating instructions. Recent domestic university has emerged need to convergence education. Health related department College students must deal with a lot of exams. The test anxiety can cause physiological and psychological problems. To solve this problem, it is necessary examine the relationship between test anxiety and self-esteem. This study Health related department College students conducted questionnaire survey of 301 students. In general the overall average is 2.98 according to the characteristics of self-esteem and gender, boys, if older, the older the more self-esteem was higher. Test anxiety of the general characteristics showed little higher this year. Test anxiety is higher self-esteem was low. The effect o the general characteristics and test anxiety self-esteem, in the case of boys, seniors, if I choose this self-esteem was higher, the higher the anxiety test were analyzed by low self-esteem. Therefore, need to a systematic curriculum approach and academic environment.

This study is a process of studying an alternative educational model and a preceding analysis process of the study where a teaching method considering the expertise of animation is applied with a perspective of effectively increasing the animation drawing ability. The animation field which is the image contents is a visual art that delivers the story through the movement of the subject, and when looking only at the education related to the drawing, the items required for expertise should be clarified and the development of a systematic curriculum and teaching method is required. Therefore in this study, it aims to review the necessity of education model development by analyzing the educational contents and domestic and foreign curriculums that corresponds to the categorization of motion drawing considered with expertise of animation. As a result, it will be used as a basis for planning the educational model of a subject in the category of motion drawing. This process corresponds to the analysis phase of ADDIE educational model development and in the future, as an attempt for integrated studies, will lead to a study of developing and applying the educational model based on the functions of brain and creative mechanism.
