포장이란 사람이 아이를 안전하게 감싸다라는 의미를 가진 '포'자와 겉을 아름답게 꾸민다는 의미의 '장'자가 합쳐져 만들어진 단어로 포장은 보호성, 편리성, 심미성 3가지의 목적과 기능을 가져야 한다. 세계 포장 시장은 약 1,030조원 규모이며, 국내 포장재 시장은 플라스틱 연포장(비닐포장), 용기, 지류, 금속 등 44조 2000억 원 규모로 매년 3% 이상 성장 중이다. 식품 포장은 이 중 55%를 차지하고 있으며, 과거 주로 일본 포장 전문 회사의 노하우를 채택하였지만 최근에는 한식에 맞는 포장법에 대한 연구와 개발이 활발해지고 있다. 또한 1인 가족, 핵가족, 맞벌이,노령화 등 한국 사회의 가구 형태 변화로 개별 포장의 필요성에 따라 식품 분야 포장 산업의 성장세가 급증하고 있다. 한편 식품 산업은 부가가치 창출이 최우선되는 4차 산업혁명의 가장 핵심적인 산업이 될 것이라는 통계가 나오고 있으므로 성장 가능성이 높다고 전망되고 있다. 현재는 새로운 푸드테크, 소재 개발, 소재 도입이 중요한 시기로 여겨지고 있다. 따라서 본 기고에서는 글로벌 시장에서 새롭게 떠오르고 있는 식품 포장재 기술의 발전 방향과 시장 성장단계 및 동향을 제시하고자 한다.

In recent years consumers have become used to products geared toward a more convenient lifestyle, thus, the demand for salted-cabbage, for use in preparing Kimchi is increasing. This study aims to investigate purchasing factors, the satisfaction and demands of salted-cabbage, and to ascertain a marketing strategy for expanding the use of salted cabbage in food-service departments of schools. Self-administered questionnaires were collected from 131 buying agents who manage food materials for schools, and statistical data analysis was completed using the SPSS V.14.0 program. 46.9% of the participating respondents were from elementary schools, 27.7% from middle schools, and 25.4% were from high schools.. Most of the subjects (67.9%) recognized the salted cabbage retailed for foodservice, but 62.3% of these had not purchased them, due to both their lack of trust in the sanitation and raw material handling of the food product, and the high price. Respondents considered different factors when deciding whether or not to purchase: the origin (local or imported) of the cabbage, hygiene, and taste, as well as characteristics such as the cabbage weight, package weight, and package materials. The score of post-behavior intentions as well as overall satisfaction was rather high. Also, they perceived the need of strategic promotion for enlarging the market portion of salted-cabbage. These results will done the guidelines for diversifying the salted-cabbage market and for creating an added value of agricultural products in rural areas.

The main aim of the article is to solve the problem of automating price monitoring using marketing forecasting methods and Excel functionality under martial law. The study used the method of algorithms, trend analysis, correlation and regression analysis, ANOVA, extrapolation, index method, etc. The importance of monitoring consumer price developments in market pricing at the macro and micro levels is proved. The introduction of a Dummy variable to account for the influence of martial law in market pricing is proposed, both in linear multiple regression modelling and in forecasting the components of the Consumer Price Index. Experimentally, the high reliability of forecasting based on a five-factor linear regression model with a Dummy variable was proved in comparison with a linear trend equation and a four-factor linear regression model. Pessimistic, realistic and optimistic scenarios were developed for forecasting the Consumer Price Index for the situation of the end of the Russian-Ukrainian war until the end of 2023 and separately until the end of 2024.

The basic principle of the product manufacturing technology using the 3D printing technique materializes the material including the high molecular substance or plastic and metallic dust, and etc. the product into the laminate additive manufacturing according to the design diagram gradually. It is applied to the various industrial field including the field of food division, field of home appliances, field of medicine, field of mechanical department and construction, etc.. The global development case of 3D printing technique is the next. This study described global technology and market trends. Afterward, 3D printing technique manages the important role when it exceeds the product manufacturing view just and is grafted with the various technology including the biotechnology, nanotechnology, and etc. and it improves the quality of the human life.

This study analyzed the structure of imported fisheries, focusing especially on the following factors of live fisheries import : First of all, it is confirmed that the import of live fisheries expands when domestic production decreases. To put it concretely, the structure of domestic live fish supply is based upon the production of aquaculture, the shift from export to domestic use, and imported live fisheries. These all coexist, expand, and grow together. Secondly, the structure of the consumer's market - the background of expanding and growing live fisheries-is currently diversifying with quality and quantity from a local area consumer system based upon regional markets, to a wider ranged system based upon the food industry and retailing market. The existence of the consumer markets is premised upon a stable supply structure, in terms of material and price. Thirdly, in terms of trade policy, control of imports instantly reduces import goods. But it is reasonable to say that there is not any logical effectiveness of denying the stable growth of low market capital under the background of strong consummer expansion. Fourthly, the attitude of the import related managener organization is directly related to the degree to which it is connected to live fish import. It is demanded that such a managing organization possess suitable facilities, specializaed knowledge, and management skill of live fisheries. So it is predicted that newly introducing the importing of live fisheries is not simple. It indirectly shows that the capital which relates to live fisheries are connected with the importing og live fish fisheries.

In order for stable demand-supply and regularity of distribution, "The regulations for management of demand-supply and distribution of medicinal herbs" were established on 1995. Therefore, the medicinal herbs of good quality have been controled to be distributed in the market. However, to be wide of the purpose, the standardized sound distribution system was caused due to the governmental control on demand-supply to protect domestic farmers who produce the material for medicinal herbs, which results in the over distribution of non-standardized or illegally imported medicinal herbs. In addition, because of the distribution of faulty or poor medicinal herbs, there are chances of affecting bad effects on public health. The standardized medicinal herbs cover 514 different kinds in total, of which 69 products are specified to be standardized in the oriental medicine product companies. Also, in order to protect farmers who produce the materials for medicinal herbs, the amount of imported materials are regulated in normal times. The 14 different materials for medicinal herbs, which are allowed to be imported to a certain amount only when the shortage of goods or sudden rise of prices is to happen, are frequently introduced into domestic market as food not as medical usage, and the origin of those illegally changes to home cropped one for the distribution in the market. In addition, the system of distribution are to be disordered and the condition for the distribution of medicinal herbs of good quality can not be made since they illegally changes the usage of the materials for medicinal herbs from their original one and can not be regulated by the domestic laws.

본 연구는 최근 소비가 크게 증가하고 있는 가정간편식의 원료에 대한 모니터링을 수행하였다. 다양한 유형의 가정간편식 제품을 구입하여 112개 원료의 DNA 바코드를 분석하였다. 원재료의 종을 동정하기 위하여 DNA 바코드 증폭에 주로 이용되는 미토콘드리아의 16S ribosomal RNA 유전자 부위를 증폭하는 프라이머 세트를 이용하였다. PCR 산물은 정제하여 염기서열을 분석한 후, 이를 이용하여 미국국립보건원에서 제공하는 BLAST search를 수행하였다. GenBank에 등록되어 있는 종의 염기서열과 유사도(Identity)와 매치 점수(Match score)를 비교하여 원료의 종을 판별하였다. 112개의 원료에서 24개의 종(Species)과 3개의 속(Genus)를 동정하였다. 3개의 속은 Identity의 기준이 되는 98% 이내에 해당하는 종이 다수 존재하여 속 수준에서 판별하였다. 판별 결과를 「식품의 기준 및 규격(제2019-57호)」 중 '(별표 1) 사용할 수 있는 원료 목록'에서 제시하는 사용 가능한 원료와 비교하여 국명 및 섭취 가능 여부를 판단하였으며, 등재되어 있지 않은 6개 종은 국제적으로 공인된 기구에서 어획량에 대한 정보를 확인하고, 식용 근거, 학명·이명 등을 확인하여 식용 가능 여부를 판단하였다.

This study aims to analyze the differences of ginseng product consumers and segment Korean fresh ginseng and red ginseng root markets based on attributes for the purchase. As a result of analyzing survey data, the red ginseng root consumers had different aspects from fresh ginseng consumers. According to the result of cluster analysis, the fresh ginseng consumers were subdivided into three segments (safety-oriented consumption cluster, label centered consumption cluster, and high involvement consumption cluster), while the red ginseng root consumers were subdivided into four segments (convenience-oriented consumption cluster, high involvement consumption cluster, raw material's safety-oriented cluster, and raw material's information importance cluster). ANOVA and Crosstab were conducted to investigate characteristics of each cluster.

Objectives : This study was designed to evaluate the pesticide residue of herb medicine through high density ozone water cleaning system. Materials and Methods : We purchased ginseng(Panax ginseng) on market and sprayed pesticides (Diazinon) on ginseng. We analyzed pesticide residue according to washing methods(untreated, ozone water cleaning, ultrasonic cleaning, Water cleaning). As a result of each washing methods, in ozone water cleaning method pesticide residue was much less remained than in Ultrasonic Cleaning method and water cleaning method. Conclusions : High density ozone water cleaning is the best method for removing pesticides of herbal medicine.

The effects of aqueous extracts from Korean commercial teas on excessive free radicals were examined utilizing spin trapping, 1, 1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) radical and lipid peroxidation. A potent scavenging effect of green tea and oriental senna tea was dound using sipin trapping. The most effective teasagainst the DPPH radical was green tea, followed inorder by pine leak tea, Chinese gutta percha tea and orietnal senna tea. Similar to the effects of DPPH radical , green tea, pine leaf tea, Chinese gutta percha tea and oriential senna tea had an inhibitory effect on lipid peroxidation. These findings predict that Korean tea is a promising material for scavenging free radicals, and for curing diseases related to free-radical reactions.
