Focused crawling은 검색시스템의 구축을 위한 웹 문서 수집단계에서, 미리 정의된 토픽 집합들과 관련성을 가지는 웹 문서를 수집하기 위하여 제안되었다. 이러한 focused crawling 연구에서 보다 효과적인 웹 문서 수집을 위해 주어진 토픽에 대한 양질의 배경지식을 제공할 수 있도록 온톨로지가 활발히 활용되어왔다. 그러나 기존의 온톨로지 기반 focused crawling 연구는 토픽과 웹 문서 간의 관련성 측정을 위하여, 주어진 토픽과 관련있는 온톨로지 내 각 개념들에 직관에 의존한 가중치를 부여하여 활용하였다. 하지만 이러한 직관에 의존한 가중치부여 기법은 안정된 수집결과를 도출할 수 있는 최적화된 가중치 값을 얻기가 힘든 한계가 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 이러한 개념에 대한 가중치가 학습에 의하여 자동으로 결정되도록, 인공신경망을 적용한 온톨로지 기반 focused crawling 기법을 제안한다. 웹 상에서 제안된 시스템의 성능을 실험한 결과 기존의 온톨로지 기반 수집 기법에 비하여 보다 향상된 결과를 보임을 알 수 있었다.

In this paper, a comfort evaluation system based on a product-focused process design (PFPD) has been proposed for high comforts interior seat covers. Correlations between comforts properties and physical/thermal properties of interior seat covers were examined by combining traditional regression analysis and data mining techniques. A skin sensorial comfort of leather samples was evaluated by only human tactile sensation. The adjectives of leather car seat covers are 'Soft', 'Sticky' and 'Elastic'. Thermo-physiological comfort properties of leather samples were evaluated by only human tactile sensation. The adjectives of leather car seat covers are 'Coolness to the touch' and 'Thermal and humid'. Skin sensorial comforts of cloth samples were evaluated by only human tactile sensation. The adjectives of cloth car seat covers are 'Soft', 'Smooth', 'Voluminous' and 'Elastic'. Thermo-physiological comforts of cloth samples were evaluated by only human tactile sensation. The adjectives of cloth car seat covers are 'Coolness to the touch' and 'Thermal and humid'.

This study explored effects of social support and stress coping strategies on teachers' job stress in corporate-sponsored child care centers. Participants were 191 child care teachers from 19 corporate-sponsored child care centers. Data was analyzed using Pearson's productive correlation and hierarchical multiple regression tests. Important findings were as follows: First, the overload of task was the dominant factor in causing job stress. Secondly, social support correlated negatively with child care teachers' job stress. Thirdly, child care teachers' problem-focused coping strategy was also found to be related to their job stress. Finally, the effect of social support on child care teachers' job stress was partially mediated by their problem-focused coping strategy.

The human ecology research has focused continuously on household life and its relationships with environments. Today the household life has changed very rapidly. The human ecology takes such challenges which its academic research should focus on not only the household life but also the social environments. And the growing interest on wellbeing society persuade the professionals of human ecology to introduce the wellbeing concepts and perspectives. Therefore this study tried to reveal the effectiveness of applying wellbeing perspectives to household life and the practical orientation. The implication of this study : through the perspectives of wellbeing the human ecology could reinforce its academic status in may related fields.

Postmodernism, a cultural movement which occurred in the mid-20th century, avoided functional form, one of the features of modernism, and pursued post-rational and post-centric pluralistic thought which puts human emotions in importance. Postmodernism set a high value on emotional instincts of humans and focused on creation of empathy. It includes scepticism of rationalism and indicates the significance of emotional and psychological instincts of humans, or 'emotions'. Along with the big change in that time, more dynamic and unprecedented indoor spaces had appeared. Nigel Coates, who had taken various kinds of artistic activity from the early 1980s to the late 1990s, had tried to make a new approach of objet-focused emotional spaces. Such an approach made in the time when science and technology had rapidly developed and social structure had changed was considerably fresh, liberal, and futuristic. He interpreted spaces by escaping from realistic intentions and communicating with drawings, and designed object-focused emotional spaces by actively employing objets on the basis of ideas. He tried to make emotional sharing between the public and spaces through objet, and showed unique spaces in his own way by reinterpreting the meanings of spaces and stimulating human emotion. This study was intended to look into his artworks to show his way of approaching objets, and to find an application plan and the future possibility of the plan.

This work investigated three-dimensional (3D) focused microwave thermotherapy (FMT) at 925 MHz for a human tissue mimicking phantom using the time reversal (TR) principle for musculoskeletal disorders. We verified the proposed TR algorithm by evaluating the possibility of 3D beam focusing through simulations and experiments. The simulation, along with the electromagnetic and thermal analyses of the human tissue mimicking phantom model, was conducted by employing the Sim4Life commercial tool. Experimental validation was conducted on the developed FMT system using a fabricated human tissue mimicking phantom. A truncated threshold method was proposed to reduce the unwanted hot spots in a normal tissue region, wherein a beam was appropriately focused on a target position. The validation results of the simulation and experiments obtained by utilizing the proposed TR algorithm were shown to be acceptable. Effective beam focusing at the desired position of the phantom could be achieved.

In this paper the demand and supply of labor are forecasted over the next 10 years for customized nurturing human resource focused on Manufacturing Industry in Chung-Nam Province. Despite that the industrial structure is rapidly changing, industrial labors are nurturing on the basis of past industrial structure. This research is conducted for reducing mismatched labors throughout forecasting human resources until 2020. As a practical approach, the BLS Methodology is partially utilized. And the previous researches and official statistics data are reviewed. In conclusion, this study presents that more human resources on Manufacturing Industry than other Industries will be needed in Chung-Nam province. In details, it shows that there will be required more Industrial labors for strategic industries for examples, Audio and Video related industry, and Car related industry which is propelling by overall local government. In additions, policy implications are developed by analyzing current status and forecasting the labor demand and supply in the Chung-Nam Manufacturing sector.

Human resource for the new and renewable energy technology is an important factor in the respect of the sustainable growth and energy security. In this paper, we focused on measuring the economic effect of human resource development on new and renewable energy development programs. The human capital accumulation model developed by Mincer (1974) was modified in terms of the rate of the researchers' investment in human capital. As a result of a empirical case study, the value of human capital was estimated by 102 million Korean won per year worth 18% of the project labor cost. In case of the assumption of 100% participation of researchers, the level of human capital accumulation increased to 914 million Korean won per year. These results imply that the new and renewable energy development programs has been successful, on the concept of learning by doing, in terms of providing the researchers with opportunities to accumulate human capital.

The purpose of this study was to investigate effects of nutrition education program and pamphlet for the lower grades elementary students focused on individual daily needed food exchange units using Food Exchange System. Program consisted of four lessons (40 min/lesson), "5 major nutrients & function", "6 food group and sources", "daily needed food exchange units for normal body weight", and "smart snack choice and exercise". Pamphlet as activity book was developed for the program. The subjects were 3rd grade elementary students (educated group, 31 vs. non-educated group, 31). Educated group were lessoned as group and/or individual. We examined the differences in nutrition knowledge, dietary attitudes, dietary intakes and satisfaction of the program and pamphlet. In educated group, there were positive improvements on nutrition knowledge score "function and foods of 5 nutrients" and on dietary attitudes "type of breakfast and snacks". In the evaluation of dietary intakes according to KDRI, there were positive improvements on intakes level of riboflavin, vit. C, folate, Ca, P, Fe and Zn in educated group. In satisfaction with the program and pamphlet, contents, font size, visual, figure, difficulty and program curriculum were over 2.90/3.0. It showed that the developed nutrition education program and pamphlet focused on individual daily needed food exchange units using Food Exchange System improved nutrition knowledge, dietary attitudes and nutrients intake level in the lower grades elementary students.

본 연구는 장애인거주시설 종사자가 인권수행과정에서 겪게 되는 추상적인 어려움을 다차원척도법을 활용하여 명확화하고 개념화해보고자 하는 것이다. 부산지역 장애인거주시설 종사자를 대상으로 서술문 리스트를 수집하고, 인덱스카드(index card)를 분류토록 하였다. 분석결과 6개의 군집명이 도출되었고, 종사자들은 시설 내에서는 거주인과의 의사소통 갈등, 서비스 제공자의 의도가 고려되지 않고 종사자의 겉으로 드러나는 단순 행위나 거주인의 주관적인 인권상황인식에 근거한 거주인과 종사자와의 갈등이 종사자의 인권 수행의 어려움으로 인식되고 있었다. 시설 외부적으로는 인권에 대한 관심이 증가하면서 장애인거주시설에 요구하는 인권관리 실무와 현장실무 간의 괴리로 인한 어려움, 외부 인권조사나 점검에 대한 경직성이나 종사자를 배려하지 않는 측면에서의 인권조사와 점검진행이 어려움으로 작용하고 있었다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 장애인거주시설 종사자의 인권수행 어려움을 완화하기 위한 몇 가지 실천적 함의를 제시하였다.
