This aim in this study is to investigate the meaning of case management and management in general from the case manger's perspective, as well as case mangers' abilities and networks. We also propose a development direction for the establishment of a local integrated family-centered community management system. Regarding the collection of qualitative data, focus group interviews (FGIs) were conducted with 11 case managers from social welfare organizations in the city of C. The interviews consisted of open-ended questions in the following four categories: understanding of case management, case managers' abilities, case management environments, and local community networks. According to the interview analysis, a total of 16 subcategories in 9 categories and 4 domains have been identified. Due to the ambiguity regarding the concept of case management, case management was completely dependent upon individual case managers' abilities. In particular, family-centered case management was found to exist in several organizations in the same region. In terms of case management environments, the following problems have been observed: absence of related departments and staff, confusion regarding performance evaluation standards, limitations in sharing information among organizations, limitations in resource exploration and management, redundant support, and an uncomfortable relationship between the private and public sector. Horizontal exchange and cooperation among organizations are essential to establish and facilitate a local community network. After all, to establish a local family-centered community case management system, the roles of a Healthy Families Center and a Multi-cultural Family Support Center as parts of a family-centered transfer system should be fully emphasized in local society, and the performance of family-centered case management should be developed.

DMZ has a lot of natural resources. Also there is very important position as a ecological and geographical. Meanwhile, development schemes and plans were established but that was development to only simple plan such as a tourism and income without communication with local residents. This study was tried to exhibit increasing income of residents in DMZ area using FGI (Focus Group Interview) and SWOT analysis. First of all, analyzed the status of forest resources and carried out a Focus Group Interview targeting residents who live in around DMZ, and then suggest an alternative to increasing income and regional development in Yanggu-gun by SWOT strategies. As a result, realistic plan for achieving regional development is deregulation of the laws related to forest land use conversion for the forest product in DMZ area. Military experts and forest experts have to inspect the area for considering the practical application of the regulation in protected areas directly. National or local government has to effort pursuing future business for regional development through the communication with residents in DMZ area.

2005년 1월 '민간투자법 개정'에 의해 민간투자대상시설이 BTL(Build-Transfer-Lease)방식에 의한 학교 복지시설, 군시설 등 새로운 사회기반 시설유형으로 대폭 확대되었다. 이러한 개정으로 과거 민간투자가 불가능했던 군시설물에 2006년 1.3조원을 시작으로, 2008년부터 2011년까지 1.6조원이 투입될 예정이다. 이렇게 증가하는 군시설 BTL사업의 성공적 수행을 위해서는 기존의 일반적 BTL사업의 문제점과 군 BTL 사업의 사례분석을 통해 현행 사업시스템의 문제점을 도출하고 그에 대한 제도적인 개선이 필요하다. 본 연구는 군BTL 사업의 제도 개선을 목적으로 기존 연구에서 지적된 BTL사업의 일반적인 문제점과 군시설 특성이 반영된 특수한 문제점을 분석하고, 군시설물 담당자를 대상으로 설문을 실시하여 각각의 문제점에 대한 심각성(severity)과 그에 따른 군의 대응정도를 파악하기 위한 역량분석을 수행하였다. 또한 도출된 문제점에 대한 전문가 패널토론을 통해 제도 개선방향을 제시하였다.

지난 20년간 3D/4D CAD에 관한 연구는 시설물 생애주기의 설계, 시공단계를 중심으로 활발히 진행되어 왔지만 시설물 생애주기 전반에 걸쳐서 3D/4D CAD의 유용성에 관한 연구는 아직까지 미흡한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 설계, 시공단계에 국한하지 않고 시설물 생애주기 동안의 3D/4D CAD 사용에 따른 유용성을 도출하기 위하여 현재 상용화된 소프트웨어를 사용하여 3D/4D CAD 모델을 생성하였다. 생성된 모델과 기존의 시설물 생애주기 관리 방법을 기반으로 전문가와 포커스 그룹 인터뷰를 실시하여 그 결과를 바탕으로 155명의 시설물 생애주기 관련 업무 수행자들의 설문조사를 통해 3D/4D CAD를 통한 시설물 생애주기 관리 유용성을 도출하였다.

본 연구는 청소년 자살예방을 위해 국내외 자살예방 문헌들에서 주요 교육내용을 추출한 후, 이를 바탕으로 게이트키퍼 교육콘텐츠를 개발하고, 그 효과성을 검증하였다. 효과성 분석을 위해 충남 C지역아동센터를 이용하는 16명의 청소년을 대상으로 양적 조사(사전-사후 검사)와 8명을 대상으로 질적 조사(포커스 그룹)를 실시하였고, 또한 전문가를 대상으로 심층인터뷰를 실시하였다. 청소년 대상 양적 분석 결과, 자살에 관한 지식은 사전에 비해 사후에 유의미하게 증가하였으나, 공감과 자살태도는 유의미한 변화를 보이지 않았다. 포커스 그룹 조사 결과에서, 청소년들은 본 교육콘텐츠 참여 후, 자살관련 지식과 힘들어 하는 친구들에 대한 공감능력 및 인식이 향상된 것으로 나타났다. 또한 전문가 대상 심층인터뷰 결과, 본 교육콘텐츠가 청소년에 매우 친화적이고, 자살예방 지식의 확장에 기여하는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 바탕으로 자살예방 게이트키퍼 교육콘텐츠의 학교 및 지역사회 현장 적용 및 추후 연구를 위한 제언을 하였다.

In-depth interview research and qualitative methodology were used to find changes in the experiences of family volunteer activities through the use of the Health Family Support Center. Ultimately, 143 items as sub-concepts, 42 items as sub-categories, and 10 items as subjects were found. I will also suggest alternative basic and primary data. First, using 10 subjects, the following points were evaluated in detail. I looked at what kind of changes in the volunteer activities these subjects experienced after working at the Health Family Support Center, and what the specific underlying reasons were for the changes in their family volunteer experience. These included 'community solidarity', 'family community', 'leisure and culture for the family', 'communication', 'personal relations', 'coping skills', 'growth', 'sympathy', 'positive thinking', 'future plans'. Second, families experienced a feeling of belonging as community members and the family realized the importance of their life, learned communication methods and coping skills. Third, families came to have new opportunities to grow as humans and learned a feeling of sympathy for others. Fourth, families found new paradigms to think positively about their daily life and to establish future plans. We will need more effort to empower family experiences of family volunteer activities that use the Health Family Support Center as well as supporting its staff. The following specific factors were the main mediating factors for using such a facility: family volunteer education, family volunteer service agency consulting, program planning, and managing family volunteers and other services.

본 연구의 목적은 고령화현상에 따른 노인부양 문제에 초점을 맞추고 부양활동의 보완재 혹은 도구로써 Information Technology (IT)의 활용을 제안하며, 이의 실행가능성 파악에 있다. 조사방법으로 예비와 현재 노인부양자 대상의 Focus Group Interview (FGI)를 실시하여 부양활동에 대한 부양자들의 의견 및 욕구를 탐색적으로 조사하고, 노인부양활동에 실질적으로 도움이 되는 IT의 역할을 파악하고자 하였다. 조사결과 노인부양자는 노인을 부양할 때 시간과 장소의 제한 없이 노인의 건강, 안전, 위치를 확인하길 바라며, 이러한 욕구는 유비쿼터스 속성을 가진 IT의 부양활동 보완역할을 통해 충족이 가능한 것으로 나타났다. FGI 결과를 기반으로 본 연구는 노인부양문제 해결을 위한 IT의 활용 및 보완 방안을 보다 구체적으로 제언하여 IT의 부양활동 보완역할의 가능성을 긍정적으로 보았다. 결론적으로 IT는 기존 부양서비스와 접목되어 부양활동을 지원하고 보완하여 부양자의 부양부담을 감소시켜주는 역할에 초점이 맞춰져야 하며, 무조건적인 IT 적용 및 기술 강조는 오히려 부작용을 가져올 수 있음을 강조하였다.

The purpose of this study is to develop the category, intelligent element technologies and detail items for application of intelligent school. The result of this study will be a basic data to improve the intelligent school. For this purpose, analyze domestic and foreign intelligent system and through interview, survey with professional group, developed item was evaluated and for verifying and reappraising the items the researcher visited and interviewed teachers of three elementary schools. Developed intelligent items were composed of twelve basic technologies and fifty-four detail technologies.

The purpose of this study is to suggest the way of reformation of the korean policeman's uniform through the precise investigation and analysis both at home and abroad. The domestic investigation was carried out through the research into the concerned documents on how to emprove the policeman's uniform, the investigation into the focused group interview not only for the policeman but also for policeman's uniform, the analysis on the domestic policeman's service in general and the similar uniforms inside the country. The overseas-research was accomplished by visiting six different countries such as United Kingom, France, Belgium, Italy, Germany and Japan while interviewing and analyzing on their own uniforms respectively. The result of thes survey indicates that Korean Policeman's Uniform is comparatively lacking in dignity, functionability, uniformity and symbolic representation of Korea. In conclusion, this study suggests the way how to improve Korean Policeman's Uniform as follows : 1. To pursue the simplification and the uniformity 2. To give the functionability and flexibility by seasons and functions. 3. To inspire the symbolic character and the dignity of policeman's own.

In the last several decades of 20 century, the user oriented design concept has evolved in more concrete ways, producing POE and UPD(User Participated design). These concepts are ways of achieving the fit between built environments and human needs. These, technique in the digital world has implied and promoted lots of experimental ways to interact with possible users before the construction stages in the design process to reduce the results, stemming from ineffective planning and designing. The purpose of this paper is to show an evaluation technique in the design cycle. An actually designed child care facility was evaluated before construction by potential users. For this purpose, focused group interview was employed.
