  • The use of frequency-dependent spectral element matrix (or exact dynamic stiffness matrix) in structural dynamics is known to provide very accurate solutions, while reducing the number of degrees-of-freedom to resolve the computational and cost problems. Thus, in the present paper, the spectral element model is formulated for the axially moving Timoshenko beam under a uniform axial tension. (omitted)

  • Nonlinear aeroelastic characteristics of a missile control surface are investigated in this study. The wing model has freeplay structural nonlinearity at its pitch axis. Nonlinear aerodynamic flows with unsteady shock waves are also considered in high-speed flow region. To effectively consider a freeplay structural nonlinearity, the fictitious mass method (FMM) is applied to structural vibration analysis based on finite element method (FEM). (omitted)

  • Airway clearance technique are used to aid in mucus clearance in a variety of disease states. In this review I discuss airway physiology including airway mucus, action of airways, and airway resistance and review the literature and theory regarding forced expiratory technique, active cycle of breathing technique, and autogenic drainage. Also, I look at the appropriate device such as positive expiratory pressure mask(PEP mask), Flutter, and HFCWO(Vest system) which can be applied in the field of respiratory physical therapy. This study is provided as the basic resource regarding the application method of respiratory physical therapy.

간호 대학생의 기본 간호 실습 경험에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Experience of Fundamental Nursing Practice)

  • The purpose of this study was to understand and to explain how were nursing students experienced and accepted the fundemental nursing practice. In addition to, the results of this study are attempted to contribute for offer of basic data in projecting and accomplishing to promote quality practice education. The participants were 79 freshmen of S College of Nursing in kyungi-do. They presented record of feeling and thinking on their the fundemental nursing practice experience. The data were collected from 29, J une to 10, July in 1998. Collected data was analyzed by means of Van Kaam's phenomenological method. The results of this study was founded 423 descriptive expression and they were grouped under 42 common factors and they were grouped under 9 categories. By means of the frequency on the categories. the higher category is Anxiety. next Solemn. Flutter. Pride. Usefulness, Recognition of reality in nursing-system. Lack of practice environment. Self-accusation. Comprehension of nursing spirit were founded. 5 common factors. Tension. Difficulty, Dread. Apprehension, Burden were grouped under Anxiety. 7 common factors, Pledge, Memory, Importance of practice, Sincerity, Restriction of dress, Acceptance, Active attitude were grouped under solemn. 5 common factors, Interest, Strange, Beanimated, Waiting, Curiosity were grouped under Flutter. 5 common factors, Conceit, Self-confidence, Skilled, Worth, Accomplishment were grouped under Pride. 6 common factors, Acknowledge of nursing affairs, Expectation of furture, Fascination of nursing. Acquirement of disposition of nurse, Association of injection, Actual feeling of dept. of nursing were grouped under Recognition of reality in nursing-system. 4 common factors, Lack of practice time, Many persons of practice, Lack of practice instrument, Lack of reality were grouped under Lack of practice envirnment. 5 common factors, Inconvenient, Reflection, Loss of pride, Shyness, Feeling sorry were grouped under Self-accusation. 3 common factors, Utility, Connection of practice and theory, Various experience were grouped under Usefulness. 2 common factors, Comprehension on the dignity of human, Comprehension on a point of view of patient were grouped under Comprehension of nursing spirit. In conclusion, the following recommendation should be necessary a supplementary study to approach on the type of students that has a firm view and care about client prior to clinical nursing practice.

병렬화된 오일러 코드를 이용한 3차원 날개의 천음속 플러터 해석 (Transonic Wing Flutter Analysis Using a Parallel Euler Solver)

  • 본 연구에서는 3차원 시간 정확도를 가진 오일러 공탄성 해석 기법을 개발하였다. 유체-구조를 연계 시 발생할 수 있는 지연(lagging) 오차를 감소시키기 위해서 2차의 staggered 알고리즘을 적용하였다. 비정상 공력 해석과정에서 시간 정확도와 계산 시간을 줄이기 위해 사용된 병렬화된 다중격자기법(parallelized multi-grid method)과 DADI 기법을 기반으로 된 이중시간전진기법(dual-time stepping method)을 사용하였다. 오일러 공탄성 코드의 검증을 위해서 AGARD 445.6 날개 모델의 공탄성 해석을 수행하였다. 해석 결과는 실험값 및 다른 참고문헌의 해석 결과와 비교하였으며, 본 연구의 해석 결과가 다른 참고 문헌의 해석 결과들과 비교하여 상대적으로 실험값에 근접하였다.

FRP 부재를 이용한 단순 사장교 모델의 거동 해석 (An Analysis of Simplified Cable Stayed Bridge with FRP Components)

  • 건설 분야에서는 신소재인 FRP(fiber reinforced polymer) 복합재료는 그 경량성과 고강도로 점차 그 사용영역이 넓어지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 FRP 소재의 성능을 평가하기 위하여 제2 진도대교를 원형(prototype)으로 하는 3차원 선형 모델링을 하였고 케이블 및 거더에 복합소재를 적용하여 해석하였다. 해석 결과는 Steel 케이블 및 보강형을 사용한 경우와 비교를 통하여 분석하였고 정적해석 및 모드해석을 수행하였다. 정적해석에서는 각 부재의 최대 응력 및 중앙 지점의 최대 처짐을 비교하였다. 사하중 감소 때문에 복합소재를 사용한 경우 상판의 처짐이 감소하는 것을 확인하였으며, 케이블의 단면을 감소시켜 해석함으로써 그 결과를 다시 보였다. 단면 감소, 모드해석에서는 진동수 비를 통해 Flutter의 발생 풍속을 비교하였다.

Various Structural Approaches to Analyze an Aircraft with High Aspect Ratio Wings

  • Aeroelastic analysis of an aircraft with a high aspect ratio wing for medium altitude and long endurance capability was attempted in this paper. In order to achieve such an objective, various structural models were adopted. The traditional approach has been based on a one-dimensional Euler-Bernoulli beam model. The structural analysis results of the present beam model were compared with those by the three-dimensional NASTRAN finite element model. In it, a taper ratio of 0.5 was applied; it was comprised of 21 ribs and 3 spars, and included two control surfaces. The relevant unsteady aerodynamic forces were obtained by using ZAERO, which is based on the doublet lattice method that considers flow compressibility. To obtain the unsteady aerodynamic force, the structural mode shapes and natural frequencies were transferred to ZAERO. Two types of unsteady aerodynamic forces were considered. The first was the unsteady aerodynamic forces which were based on the one-dimensional beam shape; the other was based on the three-dimensional FEM model shape. These two types of aerodynamic forces were compared, and applied to the foregoing flutter analysis. The ultimate goal of the present research is to analyze the possible interaction between the rigid-body degrees of freedom and the aeroelastic modes. This will be achieved after the development of a reliable nonlinear beam formulation that would validate the current results as well as enable a thorough investigation of the nonlinearity. Moreover, such analysis will allow for an examination of the above-mentioned interaction between the flight dynamics and aeroelastic modes with the inclusion of the rigid body degrees of freedom.

시청각 자극의 시간적 인지 판단 (Temporal-perceptual Judgement of Visuo-Auditory Stimulation)

  • In situations of spatio-temporal perception about visuo-auditory stimulus, researches propose optimal integration hypothesis that perceptual process is optimized to the interaction of the senses for the precision of perception. So, when the visual information considered generally dominant over any other sense is ambiguous, the information of the other sense like auditory stimulus influences the perceptual process in interaction with visual information. Thus, we performed two different experiments to certain the conditions of the interacting senses and influence of the condition. We consider the interaction of the visuo-auditory stimulation in the free space, the color of visual stimulus and sex difference of testee with normal people. In first experiment, 12 participants were asked to judge the change in the frequency of audio-visual stimulation using a visual flicker and auditory flutter stimulation in the free space. When auditory temporal cues were presented, the change in the frequency of the visual stimulation was associated with a perceived change in the frequency of the auditory stimulation as the results of the previous studies using headphone. In second experiment, 30 male and 30 female were asked to judge the change in the frequency of audio-visual stimulation using a color of visual flicker and auditory flutter stimulation. In the color condition using red and green. Both male and female testees showed same perceptual tendency. male and female testees showed same perceptual tendency however, in case of female, the standard deviation is larger than that of male. This results implies that audio-visual asymmetry effects are influenced by the cues of visual and auditory information, such as the orientation between auditory and visual stimulus, the color of visual stimulus.

횡방향 새그를 가진 자정식 현수교의 공탄성 거동(I) -주형의 거동을 중심으로- (Aeroelastic Behaviors of Self-anchored Suspension Bridge with Lateral Sag of Main Cable(I) -Focused on the Behavior of Girder-)

  • 본 연구에서는 주 케이블에 횡방향 새그를 가진 자정식 현수교의 내풍안정성을 검토하기 위하여 풍동실험을 수행하고, 주형의 거동을 중심으로 그 결과를 분석하였다. 등류와 난류하에서 수행한 부분 모형 실험에서 가장 내풍안정성이 뛰어난 단면을 최종단면으로 선정하고, 전교 모형 실험을 통하여 검증하였다. 또한 차후 연구를 위한 플러터 계수를 측정하여 제시하였다. 교량의 사용성과 피로문제를 검토하기 위하여 버페팅 응답을 조사하였지만, 공학적 관점에서 만족할 만한 수준인 것으로 나타났다. 주형의 항력계수가 상당히 큼에도 불구하고 횡방향 변위가 매우 작게 나타났는데, 이는 주 케이블의 횡방향 새그가 주형의 변위를 구속하기 때문인 것으로 판단된다.

고속 병렬처리 기법을 이용한 전기체 항공기 형상의 천음속/초음속 비선형 공탄성 해석 (Transonic/Supersonic Nonlinear Aeroelastic Analysis of a Complete Aircraft Using High Speed Parallel Processing Technique)

  • 본 연구에서는 저가형 PC-클러스터 환경에서 운영 가능한 고속 병렬처리 기법을 활용하여 전기체 항공기 및 발사체 형상을 고려할 수 있는 천음속/초음속 비선형 플러터 해석시스템을 개발하였다. 이는 이론적으로 진보된 수치해석 기법인 전산구조동역학(CSD), 유한요소법(FEM) 및 전산유체역학(CFD) 기법을 동시에 연계하고 있으며, 각종 비행체의 공탄성안정성 설계 과정에서 공학적으로 매우 정밀한 데이터 제공이 가능하다. 개발된 공탄성 해석시스템의 뛰어난 응용성을 보이기 위해 국내에서 개발 중인 초음속 항공기의 전기체 형상에 대해 천음속/초음속 비선형 공탄성 해석을 수행하였다.
