The main purpose of this study is to suggest the more reliable flow direction methods within the framework of DEM by investigating the existing methodologies. To this end SFD(single flow direction method), MFD(multiple flow direction method) and IFD(Infinite flow direction method) are applied to determination of flow direction for water particles in Jeonjeokbigyo basin, and then assessed with respect to the variation of flow accumulation. As the main results the different patterns of flow accumulation are found out from each application of flow direction methods. As the flow dispersion increases on DEM contributing areas to outlet grow in sequence of SFD, IFD, MFD but contribution of individual pixels into outlet decreases. Especially MFD and IFD tend to make additional hydrologic abstraction from rainfall excess due to the flow dispersion within flow paths on DEM. Based on parameter estimation for power law distribution by maximum likelihood flow accumulation can be thought of as scale invariance factor. Combination of several flow direction methods could give rise to the more realistic water flow on DEM through separate treatment of flow direction methods for dispersion and aggregation effects of water flow within different topographies.
Recently, a rivers' bridge that locate on among the mountains area is destroyed by debris accumulation and debris flow, because of frequent occurrence of typhoon and a localized torrential downpour. therefore a river make a part of dam's effect. Actually, this situation gives damages like inundation of a bridge upper stream area's. Generally, It the main cause of the occurrence route of the debris accumulation is that outbreaks of driftwood and debris flow because of landslide, that occurred by severe rain storm. Also, a lot of debris are occurred when big flood come up during long period at this time, this kind of debris accumulation remove to other place, in several, and specially, debris accumlation move to the place where the depth of water is deep and velocity is fast river center. According to these kind of fact, this research put in effect and analyze that movement characteristic's numerical simulations of debris accumulation at flood according to a domestic outside literature investigation, on-site monitoring survey and parameter scenario which comes out through the hydraulic modeling analysis.
The main purpose of this study is to suggest and recommend the more reliable flow direction methods within the framework of DEM and power law distribution, by investigating the existing methodologies. To this end SFD (single flow direction method), MFD (multiple flow direction method) and IFD (Infinite flow direction method) are applied to analyze the determination of a flow direction for the water particles as seen in the Jeonjeokbigyo basin, and then assessed with respect to the variation of flow accumulation in that region. As the main results revealed, the study showed the different patterns of flow accumulation are found out from each applications of flow direction methods utilized in this study. This brings us to understand that as the flow dispersion on DEM increases, in this case the contributing areas to the outlet grow in sequence of SFD, IFD, MFD, but it is noted that the contribution of individual pixels into outlet decreases at that time. In what follows, especially with the MFD and IFD, the result tends to make additional hydrologic abstraction from rainfall excess, as noted due to the flow dispersion within flow paths on DEM. Based on the parameter estimation for a power law distribution, which is frequently used for identify the aggregation structure of complex system, by maximum likelihood flow accumulation can be thought of as a scale invariance factor. In this regard, the combination of flow direction methods could give rise to the more realistic water flow on DEM, as revealed through the separate flow direction methods as utilized for dispersion and aggregation effects of water flow within the available different topographies.

The maximum charge accumulation in transformers caused by streaming electrification is commonly observed on the bottom area of transformer winding(i.e.the oil inlet of transformer winding). It is because turbulent flows occur in this portion of transformers. Consequently, if we are to reduce the maximum charge accumulation of transformers, it is important that we should have a good understanding of the conditions of the occurence of partial turbulent flows in the oil inlet of transformer winding. With this point in mind, a simple flow model was designed in this study in order to simulate oil flow in the insulation ducts of power transformers. As a method for mitigating charge accummulation, attention was given to (a) a flow path design for the improvement of flow conditions, and (b) the charge tendency of the material used this design. The results of this study show that the above method is useful for mitigating charge accumulation.

The problem of tracking moving objects in a video stream is discussed in this pa-per. We discussed the popular technique of optical flow for moving object detection. Optical flow finds the velocity vectors at each pixel in the entire video scene. However, optical flow based methods require complex computations and are sensitive to noise. In this paper, we proposed a new method based on the Hough transform and on voting accumulation for improving the accuracy and reducing the computation time. Further, we applied the Boo-lean based edge detector for edge detection. Edge detection and segmentation are used to extract the moving objects in the image sequences and reduce the computation time of the CHT. The Boolean based edge detector provides accurate and very thin edges. The difference of the two edge maps with thin edges gives better localization of moving objects. The simulation results show that the proposed method improves the accuracy of finding the optical flow vectors and more accurately extracts moving objects' information. The process of edge detection and segmentation accurately find the location and areas of the real moving objects, and hence extracting moving information is very easy and accurate. The Combinatorial Hough Transform and voting accumulation based optical flow measures optical flow vectors accurately. The direction of moving objects is also accurately measured.
Purpose: The present study measured changes in arteriolar and venular capillary flow and structure in the gingival tissues during the development of plaque-induced gingival inflammation by combining dynamic optical coherence tomography (OCT), laser perfusion, and capillaroscopic video imaging. Methods: Gingival inflammation was induced in 21 healthy volunteers over a 3-week period. Gingival blood flow and capillary morphology were measured by dynamic OCT, laser perfusion imaging, and capillaroscopy, including a baseline assessment of capillary glycocalyx thickness. Venular capillary flow was estimated by analysis of the perfusion images and mean blood velocity/acceleration in the capillaroscopic images. Readings were recorded at baseline and weekly over the 3 weeks of plaque accumulation and 2 weeks after brushing was resumed. Results: Perfusion imaging demonstrated a significant reduction of gingival blood flow after 1 and 2 weeks of plaque accumulation (P<0.05), but by 3 weeks of plaque accumulation there was a more mixed picture, with reduced flow in some participants and increased flow in others. Participants with reduced flux at 3 weeks also demonstrated venular-type flow as determined by perfusion images and evidence of the development of venular capillaries as assessed by the velocity/acceleration ratio in capillaroscopic images. After brushing resumed, these venular capillaries were broken down and replaced by arteriolar capillaries. Conclusions: After 3 weeks of plaque accumulation, there was wide variation in microvascular reactions between the participants. Reduced capillary flow was associated with the development of venular capillaries in some individuals. This is noteworthy, as an early increase in venous capillaries is a key vascular feature of cardiovascular disease, psoriasis, Sjögren syndrome, and rheumatoid arthritis-diseases with a significant association with the development of severe gingival inflammation, which leads to periodontitis. Future investigations of microvascular changes in gingival inflammation might benefit from accurate capillary flow velocity measurements to assess the development of venular capillaries.

Accumulated slag mass was predicted to estimate accurate performance of kick motor (KM) system. The validation of numerical analysis was performed with mass flow rate measured at the 4th ground test of the KM. The study described here includes the internal flow field of KM at various time steps during burning. Slag mass accumulation was analyzed through the aluminum oxide particle paths to predict slag mass deposition. Numerical analysis to solve both flow field and droplet accumulation was performed with Fluent 6.3 program. Analysing the effects of the acceleration, starting position and diameters of the aluminum oxide particles, total slag mass accumulation was obtained.
Meridians are often defined as passway of Ki and Blood or something that can control funtions of the body. It is true but I think meridians have something more than that. Meridians are not just passway of Ki and Blood, rather they receive Ki from outside and transform it into Essence-Ki(精氣). If we draw a line in a body, we have Chang-Pu inside and meridians outside. Chang-Pu whim is inside our body hold Essence-Ki and manipulate it. These Chang-Pu also have variation of Ki accumulation-Tai-Yang, Soyang, T'ae$\breve{u}$m, Soum. Nevertheless, their gradients are not great so Ki flow among them are not great either. If there are much Ki flow in our body there will be much Ki consumption resulting in exhaustion of Essence-Ki, which is very hard to acquire. Therefore Chang-Pu keeps less gradient by not moving Ki a lot to preserve Essence-Ki. Chang-Pu, inside, are suitable for storing Ki while meridians, outside, are for producing Ki. Meridinas have great difference in Ki accumulation so there are great flow of Ki. This nature is suitable for producing Ki. For example, roots and limbs of a tree don't have much gradient in Ki. They are concentrated and their shape are not very distinct. On the other hand, leaves are wide and it's easy to tell front from back. It means their Ki gradient is great and their Ki flow is also great. Therefore they suitable for producing Ki. Just like this, meridians in our body are suitable for producing Ki. Areas that meridians cover are much wider than that of Chang-Pu. Four limbs and surface of our body are very distinctive. Ulnar side is high in Ki accumulation but is small in volume so it's better to store Ki there. Radial side is low in Ki accumulation but big in volume so it's better to receive and consume Ki there. Meridians are deeply involved in producing and storing Ki.

DEM(Digital Elevation Model) are now easily produced with advancing remote sensing technology. Depending on desired task, UAV can produce high resolution DEM. But high resolution comes with issues of data storage and processing time and cost. To check the effect of DEM resolution, this study compares six geomorphological parameters derived from different resolution DEM in a test area around Chuncheon, Korea. The comparison analysis was based on statistics of each derivatives of slope, curvature, flow direction, flow accumulation, flow length and basin. As a result, it was found that DEM remained unchanged and so did the flow accumulation area. However, slope, curvature, flow length and basin numbers were decreased with the normalization of increasing pixel size. DEM resolution should be carefully selected depending on the precision of application required.
