시뮬레이션 기반 조선생산실행시스템 프레임워크 설계 (Framework design of simulation-based ship production execution system(SPEXS) in a shipyard)

  • 조선소에서 생산계획은 중추 신경적인 생산활동 중의 하나이다. 생산 중일정계획과 실행계획 간의 괴리로 인해 생산현장에서는 공정관리를 위한 충분한 정보를 얻지 못하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 생산계획과 통제 프로세스 분석을 통해 중일정계획과 실행계획 차이를 분석하고, 조선 생산실행시스템의 필요성을 도출한다. 이를 바탕으로 시뮬레이션 기반 조선생산실행시스템(SPEXS)를 정의하고, 시스템적 요구사항 분석 프로세스를 통해 본 시스템의 기능적 아키텍처를 설계하며, 아키텍처의 기능요소를 기반으로 프레임워크를 구축한다. 제안된 프레임워크를 통해 생산계획의 신뢰도를 높이고, 계획 간의 실시간 피드백이 가능할 것으로 사료된다.

  • Purpose: The planning of medical facilities involves formulating a comprehensive medical basic plan, translating it into spatial dimensions through a space program. Feasibility assessment often relies on empirical methods like floor area per bed. However, with the shift towards specialized medical concepts, proportional scaling to bed numbers is challenging. This study proposes scale planning improvements during the feasibility assessment stage for comprehensive hospitals, analyzing cases using area determination factors and standard areas based on medical resources. Methods: The Korean Development Institute's Public Investment Management Center (KDI) identified issues in the scale determination of medical facilities in the Preliminary Feasibility Study Guidelines and investigated alternative approaches for determining the scale of a case that passed the preliminary feasibility study in 2019. The study assessed the feasibility of applying individual factors to determine not only the number of beds but also the scale at the sector and department levels. Additionally, a statistical analysis was conducted to examine the correlation between the total number of beds and various area determination factors. Results: Results suggest a strong correlation between total beds and major equipment needs, but in hospitals with <500 beds, this correlation weakens. Ward section scale is better calculated per ward type, not just total beds. Outpatient department scale depends on specialists, influencing treatment room numbers. Medical personnel play a crucial role in determining the scale of sections like rehabilitation therapy rooms, operating rooms, dialysis rooms, and overall facility scale.

  • 에너지손실을 분석해 보면 열전달에 의한 손실과 공기유동에 의한 손실로 구분할수 있다. 열전달은 외벽, 지붕, 바닥의 열관류율에 의한 손실로 기존건축물의 가장 취약한 부분의 한 요소이다. 이런 손실을 방지 하려면 창을 포함한 외벽 전체의 평균 열관류율을 지역 기준값 이상으로 올리고 창의 기밀성을 확보함에 따라 방지 할수 있다. 노후건축물의 가장 취약한 부분이 외벽과 창호 이지만 출입문을 통한 침기량은 연돌효과에 의해 층계단을 타고 올라감과 동시에 각층의 공기를 흡입하여 더큰 유동을 잃으켜 층의 단열성 까지 취약하게 만드는 구조로 되어 있다. 현장 조사를 통한 진단과 에너지 개선처방이 제시될 때 반드시 건물전체에 대한 진단과 각층 부분에 대한 개선안이 함께 제출되어 단순히 창 교체만 하면 에너지절감을 이룰수 있다는 착각에서 벗어나야 할 것이다.

항공레이저측량 자료를 이용한 시가지 건축밀도 평가에 관한 연구 (The Evaluation of Architectural Density on Urban District using Airborne Laser Scanning Data)

  • 본 연구에서는 최근 도시계획, 수자원 및 방재 분야에서 높은 관심을 가지고 연구중인 항공레이저측량기법을 활용하여 시가지의 건축밀도를 평가하였다. 먼저, 레이저스캐너인 LiDAR(light detection and ranging)로 취득한 표고자료로부터 DEM(digital elevation model)과 DSM(digital surface model)을 구축하였으며, 건물의 높이를 계산하기 위해 DEM에는 ZONALMEAN 필터, DSM에는 ZONALMAJORITY 필터를 적용하였다. 필터링 과정으로부터 계산한 층수와 현지조사의 층수를 비교한 결과 표준오차 ${\pm}0.199$층을 확보할 수 있었다. 또한 건물 연면적 레이어와 구획 레이어를 중첩하여 통계분석함으로서 도시 구획별 용적률을 제시할 수 있었다. 항공레이저측량 자료를 이용하여 계산한 용적률과 현지조사로부터 계산한 용적률의 비교 결과, 용적률의 표준오차를 ${\pm}2.68%$로 확보할 수 있었다. 따라서, 항공레이저측량 자료는 향후 토지이용계획을 수립하는 의사결정자에게 매우 유용한 자료를 제공해 줄 것으로 기대한다.

지방의료원 재활의학부의 공간구성 분석 연구 (A Study on the Analysis of the Spatial Composition of Rehabilitation Department in Regional Public Hospital)

  • Purpose: To presenting basic data for the spatial composition required when planning the future department of rehabilitation medicine by analyzing the spatial composition of the location, size, area, and plan type of the rehabilitation department of the Regional Public Hospital. Methods: 3 Methods have been used in this paper. 1) Analyzing drawings to derive the net floor area of each room. 2) A literature survey about rehabilitation healthcare system. 3) Observation survey for user circulation analysis. Results: 1) Rehabilitation is an overall process of treatment that helps to play a role as an individual in society, away from the perspective of treating physical damage. The Department of Rehabilitation Medicine of the local medical center must provide rehabilitation medical services corresponding to the recovery and maintenance period for community rehabilitation. 2) The Department of Rehabilitation Medicine can be classified into diagnostics area, examination area, treatment area, management area, and interface area based on the rehabilitation treatment process. Implication: It can be used as basic data when planning related facilities by analyzing the characteristics of the space plan of the required room according to the relationship between activities, movement lines, and operation plans based on user behavior.

메디컬빌딩의 건축계획특성 연구 - 청주지역을 중심으로 (A Study on the Architectural Planning Characteristics of Medical Buildings - Focused on Cheong-ju Area)

  • Purpose: Under a trend of hospitals that repeated expansion in line with fast increasing factors of medical demands in the past, medical buildings where clinic businesses have regularly gathered in one building have exponentially increased since separation of prescribing and dispensing in 2000. Thus, this study aims at analyzing characteristics of architectural plan of the current medical buildings, identifying strengths and weaknesses through Post Occupancy Evaluation and suggesting an architectural planning method of medical buildings to be planned in the future. Methods: Scope of study has been limited to 23 medical buildings that are registered in the building register as medical buildings out of the Class 1 neighborhood facilities build as 5 floors or more in Cheongju region since 2000 and being actually used for the usage. Study method is to define concepts of the medical buildings through literature review and advanced researches, analyze characteristics of architectural plan through drawing analysis and site survey. Results: General characteristics of architectural plans for the medical buildings in Cheongju have been analyzed. There are the most frequencies in general commercial area and semi-residential area, most of them are reinforced concrete structure and the Class 1 neighborhood facilities. Average land area is $482.68m^2$, gross floor area $3720.8m^2$, the number of underground floors level 1.16, the number of floors level 7.76, total number of floors 8.92, the building-to-land ratio 67.28%, floor area ratio 452.6%, height 31.44m, and the number of parked vehicles 24.16. Implications: This research will contribute to the establishment of the planning methods which increase the quality of Medical Buildings in Cheongju.

BIM 기반 에너지성능분석을 통한 공동주택의 주동 설계 전략개발 - 주동타입 및 층수 변화를 중심으로 - (Multi-Family Housing Block Design Strategy Development by BIM-based Energy Performance Analysis - focusing on the Block Types and the Variations in Stories -)

  • Korea has achieved a rapid economic development and with the increase in population and national income and the expansion of social and economic activities, energy consumption has rapidly increased too. Energy consumption per head has constantly increased and currently, power consumption per head is 7.5 times bigger than in 1985. Buildings occupy 25% of total energy consumption and especially, 50% of total energy is consumed for heating and cooling. In this situation, multi-family housing, which has constantly been increased, has an energy saving rate of 1.9%, which is the lowest level and this makes the government's energy policy for sustainable energy system development useless. Besides, energy consumption leads to secondary problems, such as air, water and marine pollution and heat pollution and wastewater/drainage and the increased use of fossil fuel is a fundamental reason for ozone layer destruction and global warming. Therefore, efficient energy consumption plans are required. This study aims to analyze energy performance in each block type of high-rise and diversified multi-family housing that accounts for 60% of all the housing forms, depending on the variations in stories through BIM-based energy simulation. For this study, four representative block types were selected, based on the multi-family floor plan, which is certified for energy performance evaluation and they were applied to the floor plan of a multi-family house that is scheduled to be built. Then BIM modeling was conducted from the fifth story to the 40th story at an intervals of 5 stories and based on the finding, energy characteristics of each block type and energy performance depending on the variations in stories were analyzed. It is considered that this would serve as objective data for block type and block story decision of energy performance-based multi-family housing.

지방의료원 수술부 배치 및 규모에 관한 연구 - 순면적을 중심으로 (A Study on the Location and Area Composition of the Operation Department in Regional Public Hospitals - Focused on Net Floor Area)

  • Purpose: To establish the building guidelines and to analyze the function of Regional Public Hospitals, the survey was conducted primarily on the current status focusing on the location and relationship of the department, area composition ratio, area per bed, and area per operating room. Methods: The research methods of this paper are as follows. 1) A literature survey on the function of the operating and related departments, 2) A drawing analysis for spatial composition and net area calculation. Results: The area of the Operation Department in the Regional Public Hospitals with 200 to 300 beds are as follows. Area ratio: 3.35%, area per Bed: 2.53㎡/bed, the number of beds per operating room: 64.37bed, area per operating room: 146.46㎡/n, area per operating room by plan type: integration corridor 133.84㎡/n, separation corridor 184.82㎡/n. Implications: This paper analyzed data on the current state of Operation Departments for setting up the function and role for the Regional Public Hospital. In the future, it is also required to provide size that takes into account user behavior and the user's psychological aspect in order to suggest appropriate area.

  • Since mid 1990s, the domestic market in Korea has been changing drastically especially in the field of discount stores. The competition among this market is more severe and the consuming pattern is also changed. This study is to examine the correlation between the customer's circulation and the spatial configuration by using Space Syntax and VMD pattern through the MD plan of each floor in Discount store. Throughout this study, it tries to find out the Quantitative analysis among three factors - the customer's circulation, spatial configuration and VMD investigation. The pattern of customer's circulation appears differently according to the identity of customer and store layout, but with the result, customer's circulation system is in accordance with the floor layout in the store. In result of the study, the circulation of the customer was found to have a close relationship with spatial structure that is composed by the MD pattern in a discount store in the area of food section. Also, the circulation system in the rest area except food section is more affected by the VMD pattern rather than spatial structure.

아파트 단위세대 공간계획 시 청소년 고려사항에 관한 연구 - 2007년 아파트 현상설계를 중심으로 - (A Study on Youth friendly elements in the Residential Apartments Complex Design - Focused on the Design Competition of Apartment Complex in 2007 -)

  • It is the youth period that the personality is shaping gradually. The residential environments have influence on the young ego. Especially residential design should include more youth friendly design elements than any other facilities. The purpose of this study was to provide the youth friendly design elements about the space design of apartment through analysis of youth's needs. This study was progressed to the survey method about five districts of apartment design competitions in 2007. The collected cases are analyzed by using statistics software SPSS for windows release 11.0. The result of the study was as below. First, the youth satisfaction of current residential space got more satisfied as floor space got larger. Second, most of youth uses them own room that is satisfied with their floor space for sleeping, inviting friends, studying, playing activities. Third, generally youth preferred to place their own room not far from the restroom, but the result of distance between master room and entrance was classified depend on sex, personal inclination, and residence environment, also generally satisfied with volume of their room. Fourth, for the restroom, although it is too small that satisfied with bath facilities relatively. And cast, youth's preferred room for extra was 'movie/music room', 'game room' and 'dress room' which is higher preference than 'study room'.
