『상한론(傷寒論)·변맥법(辨脈法)』에 관한 연구(2) (The study on ShangHanLun BianMaiFa (2))

  • The BianMaiFa chapter, which is the first chapter of SongBon ShangHanLun, is the scholarly description(專論) of the pulse and pathological mechanism but has not been studied and published yet. This study is about article 11-23 which is the second part of The BianMaiFa chapter. We compared the original texts within the editions, comparing and analyzing the annotations of successive dynastic medical group. The articles of The SongBon ShangHanLun BianMaiFa chapter 11-23 is consisted as is shown: article 11 12 13 state about a dignosis of yin-yang, deficiency-excess, fluid-humor from difference of a pulse shape and a sign of recovery from a disease, article 14 states about a prognosis of a disease according to a pulse, article 15 states about a pulse from which we predict a recovery, article 16 states about normal pulse according to season, article 17 states about ups and downs of a disease according to yin-yang of day and night, article 18 states about a location of a disease in connection with a pulse, article 19 states about a pathological mechanism of a diarrhea through a anterior tibial pulse(趺陽脈), a lesser yin pulse(少陰脈), article 20 states about a cause of disease, a symptom, a therapy about a floating and tight pulse(浮緊脈), article 21 states about a pathological mechanism of symptoms through a anterior tibial pulse(趺陽脈), article 22 states about a pulse, a pathological mechanism, symptoms caused by erroneous treatment, article 23 states about a pulse, a symptom, a therapy with internal heat. The BianMaiFa chapter 11-23 discussed a diagnosis, a prognosis of a disease, understanding of pathological mechanism through pulse. And The BianMaiFa suggests a various use of pulse.

  • The SangHanIlJeGeum(傷寒-提金) explain the six channel of disease. The Greater Yang controls the construction and defence, and governs the exterior of the body, which serves as the body's external barrier. Accordingly, many of the signs associated with greater yang appear in the early stages of disease. The essential features of greater yang disease are a pulse that is floating, headache, stiffness and pain of the head and nape, heateffusion, and aversion to cold. The main feature of Yang brightness disease is yang hyperactivity and heat exuberance. An evil can directly enter the yang brightness channel from the exterior, but it usually passes into the channel from the greater yang. Yang brightness disease is generally characterized by generalized heat effusion, spontaneous sweating, aversion not to cold but to heat, and a pulse that is large. Distinction is made between a heat patter and a repletion pattern.

  • To improve the luminance and efficiency of AC PDP, the effects of a square pulse applied to the address electrode during a sustain-period is investigated. Through this experiment, we confirmed the improvement of luminance and efficiency. We performed the temporal behavior measurement for the light emitted from AC PDP at floating state of the address electrode and at various auxiliary voltages (including ground state) applied to the address electrode using the scanned point detecting system. In the case of using an auxiliary voltage pulse, emission starts at the inner edges of the anode and cathode simultaneously. Also, we obtained the larger two discharge volumes compared with the normal sustain discharge where address electrode is floated.

  • Dynamics of plasma sheath was analyzed using simple ion fluid model with poison equation. Incident ion current, energy, potential distribution and space charge density profile were calculated as a function of time. The effects of initial floating sheath on the evolution of biased sheath were compared with ideal matrix sheath. The effects of finite rising time of pulse bias voltage on the ion current and energy was studied. The influence of surface charging on the evolution of sheath was also investigated

한의사 맥진 가압력 재현에 대한 고찰 (Considerations on an Oriental Medical Doctor like Indentation System)

  • In pulse diagnosis, the indentation pressure is one of the most important factors as well as the change of pulse shape and the distribution of pressure via time. But, on the oriental medical doctor's indentation pressure control, the understandings of the neurophysiological meanings and mechanisms have been lacked. So, in this paper, we considered on these issues and then proposed a proper system which can imitate the OMD's indentation pressure control mechanisms. As a result, both tactile information and kinesthetic information were found to be essential to the indentation pressure control so that a system, which can measure both the physical indent pressure and the displacement of an indentation arm, has been proposed. With this proposed system, while the indentation was being controlled through the moving step number of the step motor, the physical indentation pres sure and displacement of the indentation arm were measured. From these measured data, the relationships between the moving step number and both physical indentation pressure and displacement were revealed to have linear characteristics in early phase and to have nonlinear characteristics in latter phase. Additionally, three types of graph were generated whose X axis means the moving step number, the physical indentation pressure and the displacement respectively and Y axis means the pulse pressure. By comparing these graphs, we come to conclude that different concepts on indentation pressure control cause different diagnostic results on floating/sinking degrees for the same subject. Consequently, an indentation system for the pulse diagnosis should be able to provide both the tactile information and kinesthetic information, that is, the physical indentation pressure and the displacement of the indentation arm. In future, the proposed system should be optimized to the pulse diagnosis environment and how to combine the both information for more reliable diagnosis should be studied.

This study is about article 1-13 which is the first part of The PingMaiFa chapter. We compared the original texts within the editions, comparing and analyzing the annotations of successive dynastic medical group. The articles of The SongBon ShangHanLun PingMaiFa chapter 1-13 is consisted as is shown: article 1 states about the general features of normal pulse (平脈) and its physiological mechanism and the morbid pulses (病脈) caused by wind, cold, retained fluid, pain and heat vexation, article 1,10 state about the normal pulses of Five viscera (lung, heart, spleen, liver and kidney) and their manipulations in pulse taking, article 2 states about the differentiations of deficiency and excess syndrome according to pulse conditions, article 3, 4 state about the estimation of good prognoses and a factitious disorder by the combination of pulses and symptoms, article 6 states about Latent qi (伏氣) and its diagnostic features, article 5 states about inspection and listening examination as co-diagnostic methods of the pulse diagnosis, article 7, 8, 9 state that the emotions, such as fear and shame, and the dietary are important factors to consider for making diagnosis, article 11 states about the overwhelming pulse (相乘脈) which indicates the abnormal correlations between five phases and appears in four patterns as the dissolute(縱), the unrighteous(橫), the unfavorable(逆) and the favorable(順), article 12 states about 6 harmful pulses(殘賊脈), which are string-like pulse(弦脈), tight pulse(緊脈), floating pulse(浮脈), slippery pulse(滑脈), sunken pulse(沈脈), rough pulse(澁脈), article 13 states about "JaeGoe"(災怪) which is an unexpected response after treatment and it comes because of the formulas that had before. Throughout all these articles, The PingMaiFa chapter not only offers great value for Pulse-taking diagnosis, but also leads to a better understanding of clinical applications.

GIS 진단시스템의 평가를 위한 PD 모의 펄스발생기 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Development of PD Simulation Pulse Generator for Evaluation of GIS Diagnosis System)

  • The expansion and stable operation of electric power facilities are important factors with development of industrial facilities in modern society. In high-voltage equipment such as GIS, the insulation characteristics may be deterioated by environment-friendly gas adaption and miniaturization. There is also the possibility of accidents due to insulation breakdown due to the deterioration of power facilities. Therefore, it is necessary to extend the diagnosis system to continuously monitor the danger signals of these power equipment and to prevent accidents. Most of the internal defects in the GIS system are conductive particles, floating electrode defects, protrusion defects, and the like. In this case, a partial discharge phenomenon is accompanied. These partial discharge signals occur irregularly and various noise signals are included in the field, so it is difficult to evaluate the reliability in the development of the diagnostic system. In this paper, a study was made on equipment capable of generating a partial discharge simulated signal that can be adjusted in size and frequency to be applied to a diagnostic device by electromagnetic wave detection method. The PD simulated pulse generator consists of a user interface module, a high-voltage charging module, a pulse forming circuit, a voltage sensor and an embedded controller. In order to simulate the partial discharge phenomenon similar to the actual GIS, a discharge cell was designed and fabricated. The application of the prototype pulse generator to the commercialized PD diagnosis module confirmed that it can be used to evaluate the performance of the diagnostic device. It can be used for the development of GIS diagnosis system and performance verification for reliability evaluation.

난경(難經) 1-23난중(難中) 맥학조(脈學條)에 관한 연구(硏究) (A study on The Pulse taking diagnostics of Nan Jing 1-23 Nan)

  • <난경(難經)>은 <내경(內經)>의 사상(思想)을 보다 자세(仔細)하고 심도(深度)있게 문답(問答)을 가설(假說)하여 의난(疑難)을 해석하는 방식으로 편찬된 서적(書籍)으로써, 논술(論述)은 기초이론(基礎理論)을 위주로 하고, 또 일부 병설(病說)도 분석(分析)하였는데 그 내용이 간요(簡要)하며, 변석(辨析)이 매우 정미(精微)하게 되어있다. 그 중 1-23난(難)은 맥(脈)을 논(論)하고, 23-29난(難)은 경락(經絡)을 논(論)하고, 30-47난(難)은 장부(臟腑)를 논(論)하고, 48-61난(難)은 병(病)을 논(論)하고, 62-68난(難)은 혈도(穴道)를 논(論)하고, 69-81난(難)은 침법(鍼法)을 논(論)하였다. 특히 <난경(難經)>에는 진법(診法)으로써 오늘날까지 한의학의 맥진방법(脈診方法)으로써, 가장 많이 응용되고 있는 '독취촌구법(獨取寸口法)'을 명확하게 밝히고 있다. 이에 본(本) 저자(著者)는 <난경(難經)>의 맥론(脈論)에 대한 이해를 높이기 위하여 <난경지연구(難經之硏究)>를 중심으로 1-23난(難)에 나오는 맥론(脈論)들을 정리하여 다음과 같이 정리하였다. 팔십일(八十一) 난경중(難經中) 일난(一難)부터 삼십삼난(三十三難)까지의 맥학(脈學)에 관(關)한 조문중(條文中)에는, 백맥(百脈)이 조회(朝會)하고 그 시작(始作)과 끝이 되는 촌구(寸口)를 중심개념(中心槪念)으로 하고 정상적(正常的)인 생리적(生理的) 맥(脈)과 병적(病的)인 맥(脈)이 대비(對比)되면서 제시(提示)되어있다. 1. 십난(十難)에서 오사(五邪)와 강유(剛柔)의 이론(理論)과 각(各) 장부(臟腑)의 고유(固有)한 맥상(脈狀)이 등장(登場)하고 있다. 2. 십삼난(十三難)에서는 색(色)과 맥(脈), 형육(形肉)의 세가지 요소(要素)가 상응(相應) 또는 상승(相勝)하는가에 따라서 병(病)의 난(難) 역치(易治)를 결정(決定)한다고 하였다. 3. 십사난(十四難)에서는 맥(脈)을 손(損)(지맥(遲脈))과 지(至)(수맥(數脈))으로 구분하는데, 맥(脈)의 손(損)에 따른 이경(離經), 탈정(奪精), 사(死), 절명(絶命)의 구분(區分)과, 맥(脈)의 지(至)에 따른 이경(離經), 탈정(奪精), 사(死), 절명(絶命)을 구분(區分)을 설명(說明)하였다. 4. 십오난(十五難)에서는 현(弦), 구(鉤), 모(毛), 석맥(石脈)으로 사시(四時)에 따라서 맥(脈)이 다르다는 것을 말하였다. 이와같이 난경(難經)에서는 "독취촌구(獨取寸口)"의 맥법(脈法)을 명화(明確)하게 확립(確立)하였으며, <내경(內經)>의 이론(理論)을 더욱 다져서 진일보(進一步)시키면서도 <내경(內經)>과는 다른 독창적(獨創的) 이론(理論)을 제시(提示)한 것이 <난경(難經)>의 가치(價値)를 더하게 하였다.

『상한론(傷寒論)』 삼음병(三陰病)에 대한 연구(硏究) - 예후 분석을 중심으로 - (A Study on the Three Yin Diseases(三陰病) in the 『Shanghanlun(傷寒論)』 -Focusing on Prognosis Analysis-)

  • Objectives : An accurate judgment of prognosis when treating diseases is crucial. While the 『Shanghanlun(傷寒論)』 deals with the prognosis of the Three Yin Diseases with great importance, full-scale studies have been lacking. This paper aims to study the Three Yin Diseases with a focus on prognosis analysis. Methods : Among the Three Yin Disease verses, those that could provide clues to prognosis were selected and analysed. Conclusions & Results : When Yang pulse patterns such as long(長脈)·floating(浮脈)·rapid(數脈) pulses and Yang symptoms such as fever, vexing heat, mild perspiration, thirst, warmth in hands and feet are present in Yin disease, it could be taken as signs of Yang Qi restoration. In these situations, Yin Cold pattern such as diarrhea and reversal cold disappear and the prognosis is positive. However, despite Yang pulse patterns and symptoms, there are cases where diarrhea happens as a result of cold dampness being eliminated due to Yang Qi restoration. Also, when Yang Qi starts communicating smoothly after its restoration in the Three Yin Diseases, perspiration can happen. When diarrhea and reversal cold, which are patterns of Yin Cold get worse, with pulse patterns such as unfelt(脈不至)·replete(實脈)·fulminating(脈暴出) pulses, false heat symptoms such as fever and hot flashes happen, accompanied with Yang Qi depleted symptoms such as inability to lie down due to agitation, continuous perspiration, sore throat, dyspnea, and exaggerated breathing happen. When fast pulse, fever, and perspiration are present due to depression and stagnation of ministerial fire, symptoms such as bloody stool with pus, purulent abscess, sore throat, and inability to lie down due to agitation show, which signal negative prognosis. In bad cases of Reverting Yin Disease, there is continuous diarrhea and bloody stool with pus, which can be due to either Kidney Yang deficiency or depression and stagnation of ministerial fire. It could also be caused by excessive heat.

멀티레벨 낸드 플래쉬 메모리 프로그램 포화 영역에서의 IPD 층에 트랩된 전하의 손실 효과에 의한 문턱 전압 저하 특성에 대한 연구 (A Study on Threshold Voltage Degradation by Loss Effect of Trapped Charge in IPD Layer for Program Saturation in a MLC NAND Flash Memory)

  • 본 연구에서는 멀티 레벨 플래쉬 메모리 셀의 프로그램 포화영역에서 트랩된 전하 손실 효과에 의한 데이터 보유 특성에 대한 연구를 진행하였다. Incremental Step Pulse Programming(ISPP) 방식에 의한 전압 인가 시 셀의 문턱 전압은 선형적으로 증가하다 일정 수준 이상의 전압에 도달하면 더 이상 증가 하지 않는 현상을 문턱 전압 포화 현상이라고 한다. 이는 프로그램 시 플로팅 게이트에 축적된 전하가 Inter-Poly Dielectric(IPD) 층을 통해 컨트롤 게이트로 빠져 나가는 것에 원인이 있다. 본 연구는 열적 스트레스에 의한 문턱 전압의 보유 특성이 선형 영역에서보다 포화 영역에서 심각하게 저하되는 현상의 원인규명에 대한 연구이다. 이를 평가하기 위해 프로그램 후 데이터 보유(data retention) 특성 평가 및 반복 읽기 측정을 진행하였다. 또한 여러 가지 측정 패턴을 이용한 측정 조건 분리 실험을 통해 검증하였다. 그 결과 포화 영역에서의 문턱 전압 저하 특성의 원인은 포화 시 가해진 높은 전압에 의해 플로팅 게이트와 컨트롤 게이트 사이의 인터 폴리 절연막 IPD 층의 질화막에 트랩된 전자의 손실 효과인 것으로 나타났다. IPD 층의 질화막에 전하 트랩 현상이 발생하고 열적 스트레스가 가해진 후 트랩된 전하가 다시 빠져 나오면서 문턱 전압의 저하가 발생하고 이는 소자의 신뢰성에 나쁜 영향을 미친다. 낸드 플래쉬 메모리 셀의 프로그램 포화 영역 문턱 전압을 증가시키기 위해서는 질화막에 트랩된 전하의 손실을 고려하여 플로팅 게이트의 전하저장 능력을 향상시켜야 하며 IPD 막에 대한 주의 깊은 설계가 필요하다.
